The staff is exceptional! The hotel truly has a gem working for them, Phem! She made us feel like we were home the moment we got there. She made our stay unforgettable! She deserves a raise!

Everything was flawless! The service from the entire staff—especially Clara, Dat, and Minh at the front desk—was phenomenal and made us feel special from day one. This was hands down the best hotel of our entire Cambodia and Vietnam trip. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning city views overlooking St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and pre-booking the private spa area for our arrival was an absolute treat.

Our only regret was staying for just one night at the end of our trip! Could easily have stayed a few more days!

המלון ממוקם מצוין ברובע העתיק, הצוות מדהים, שירותי עוזר בכל דבר שנדרש. חזרנו פעם שנייה לפני סוף הטיול והמון דאג לשבץ לנו חדרים קרובים וטובים. המלון נעים, נוח ועם כל המתקנים הנדרשים. החדרים שלקחנו היו נקיים, המיטות והכריות נוחות והחדר היה שקט ונעים. חדר האוכל היה מצוין וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטעימה. הצוות דאג לכל מי שלא ירד לארוחת הבוקר לקופסאות שנשלחו לחדרים. נהנו מאוד!

The hotel was very comfortable, we loved the staff they were all delightful and so helpful. Felt sorry for them as they had to juggle so many people when the Halong Bay cruises were cancelled due to the Typhoon. They did an excellent job. Nothing but praise for them.

Excellent! Loved everything about the Anatole Hotel. Staff friendly and helpful would do anything for you. Buffet catered for both Asian and Western palates with a great selection. Rooms well maintained spacious and clean. We choose Anatole for connecting family room. Would definitely recommend to other families in Australia. Great location near the lake and the cathedral.

Centrally located in the old quarter with many eateries and bars nearby. A very warm welcome served with drinks and great hospitality by Ms Phem, she gave us a souvenir and helped to book spa for us as well. Will definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

Excellent service from the moment I checked in till the day I checked out. Hotel is situated in a strategic location, however, there is only one restaurant and the variety in the menu for lunch or dinner was not attractive enough, so much so I have to dine outside daily. However, the breakfast has a very good spread, and the hotel staff made a lot of effort in ensuring the guests request what they need. Special thanks go out to Amy, the Operations Manager in ensuring my room is clean, quiet and amenities are sufficient during my day. Overall, a lovely and very impressive hotel with all the staff going their way to help and always very courteous and kind.

fijne locatie, centraal gelegen in de oude stad, dicht bij alle faciliteiten. Mooie kamers, fantastisch ontbijt en uitstekende service door het personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt buffet en... het zwembad op het dak is echt geweldig. Kortom: een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Hanoi te verkennen maar zeker goed om gebruik te maken van de goede faciliteiten. Aanrader!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! The front desk team was warm and helpful during check-in especially Ms. Prem. Our room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is good, and the location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and convenient to get things around. Great value overall, and we will stay here again.”

We loved our stay at the Anatole Hotel. The location near St Josephs Cathedral in the old quarter is excellent for enjoying the sights of the city; central and close to everything. The amenities at the hotel were very good, clean, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious with no problems accommodating gluten free requirements. But best of all was the staff, they were so friendly and attentive, always asking to help us if we needed anything at all. We will definitely be staying here again, when we come back to Hanoi.

Thank you to all the staff at the Anatole hotel. Our stay over 5-6 nights was amazing. From the moment you step in the door and being greeted and checked in with amazing service was appreciated. The breakfast was great to get you going for the day. Phem works at the hotel and communicated with us immediately upon booking and was a great help in organizing things for us to do. From dinner reservations to a Ha Long Bay cruise. One of the doormen,Paul, always greeted with a nice smile and greeting. The two of them made the stay a very awesome experience. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. And the rooms were immaculate.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was one of the highlights—lots of choices, everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was super cozy, so we slept really well. The only small downside was that the room was a bit small and didn't have a view, but it wasn't a big issue for us. A special shout-out to Phem,who was so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The Anatole Hotel is a fabulous hotel near the Old Quarter. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. They made us feel at home and took care of everything we needed. There is a very nice restaurant in the basement that serves a wonderful breakfast buffet and a nice rooftop bar with a pool. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a family on vacation or a business trip.

Gorgeous hotel located in the heart of the French Quarter. Easy access for taxi drivers to drop off. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We had dinner one evening and it was excellent. Rooftop bar is very fun. Saturday nights they have live music. Very talented musicians playing popular songs.we enjoyed our stay very much and would return again. They staff was was to accommodating and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel stay experience for me. The living room and the food are awesome. I am highly appreciate the customised service provided. I bought a cup as souvenir from Ha Long Bay. Unfortunately I left this cup in the hotel room when I checked out and was going to move to Danang. Luckily the staff help me to arrange the delivery to Danang. I was so glad that the quick response from the hotel. Finally, I got the cup before I fly back to Hong Kong. Once again, thanks for the hotel special arrangement. I am highly recommend the stay at Anatole Hotel.

Excellent hospitality- we had preference for vegetarian food and the staff went out of the way to make our stay a memorable one - highly recommend the property as it is centrally located and the amazing hospitality

Location is good with close proximity to food, spa, shopping and amenities too. 7eleven convenience store is just right opposite the hotel. Reception staff and Joseph Restaurant are well- versed in English and this certainly make the communication a breeze! Keep up the good work! They offer good advice too. The breakfast spread is very decent based on my 3 morning. Room size is really good for twin sharing. Highly recommend even for solo traveller!

Breakfast was not having much of options , room to room distance is very poor , if someone press the door bell of adjoining room , you get up to answer it , airport pickup is 40% more costly than normal , narrow hotel road

We loved our stay at Anatole Hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The rooms were beautifully clean, the rooftop bar and pool is lots of fun, and the location is fantastic. What made our stay memorable was the amazing staff, in particular Kenny, who welcomed us to the hotel, and the lovely restaurant team who helped recommend places to go and things to do, and who made us brilliant egg coffee :) We highly recommend Anatole Hotel in Hanoi!

ホアンキエム湖へのアクセスが良く、観光には抜群の立地だ。コンシェルジュも非常に優しく、客室には無料の水やバスタブも完備されていた。朝食の種類が多いのも魅力的で、チェックアウト後にシャワーを利用できるサービス自体はありがたかった。

■アクセス（最大の不満点） ・道路工事（あるいは常時規制）のせいか、タクシーがホテルの目の前まで入って来られない。事前にアナウンスすべき重要事項である。 ・滞在中、配車アプリでタクシーを呼んでも、直前でドライバーにキャンセルされることが何度も発生し、時間を無駄にした。真夜中のチェックイン時も、タクシーが迂回せざるを得ず到着が大幅に遅れた。 ■チェックアウト後のシャワー ・シャワールームがサウナルームと同室のため、浴びた後も室温で汗をかく。室内に時計がなく、使用時間の目安が分からず不便だった。 ・ドライヤーが2度も故障し、交換対応等で時間をロスした。こちらのせいではないのに、髪が濡れた状態で退室を急かされたのは不快だった。 ■サービス・食事 ・朝食時に卵料理の注文を聞かれ、オムレツと目玉焼きを頼んだが、目玉焼きは最後まで来なかった。なぜか頼んでいないフォーが席に置かれていた。 ・客室のハンガー追加を電話で依頼したが一向に来ず、2回も催促の電話を入れる羽目になった。フロントに「まだ届いていませんか？」と逆に聞かれたが、スタッフ間の連携不足が否めない。 ■口コミスコアについて ・チェックアウト後、ホテル側からメールで「10点満点の評価をご検討いただけますと幸いです」と直接のスコア誘導が届いた。サイト上の不自然な高評価はこれが原因だと思われる。実際のクオリティとは乖離があるため、他の旅行者は注意されたい。
