Very confident next to airport, very professional and nice staff at reception, good bar to relax. Overall good, clean room, good size and with comfortable bed. I had good night, as it seems the area was quiet, and couldn't hear any noise from rooms booked next to ours.

Rooms require repainting, as wall are a bit tired and not so clean.

The restaurant was good. The room as basic but clean. Parking was easy

No fridge in the room which we needed. However the gentleman at the front desk allowed us to use their staff fridge. No gym owned by the hotel. Next door has a community centre gym which can be used for a charge of £8.50/visit. Too far from airport so no shuttle. Cost us £29.50 to get there!

BREAKFAST CONFUSION There was confusion with regards to breakfast, which left us to not enjoying breakfast on our first morning. We were told breakfast closes at 11am. We understood this to mean we had to get to breakfast by 11am, which is an international standard. We were rudely told that breakfast was closed when we arrived at 10.55pm, even though my girlfriend arrived at 10.50 and I at 10.55. We still went ahead and had our breakfast but subsequently, our breakfast was disturbed mid eating, by a female.meber of staff (reception), that breakfast was closed. We didn't now what to do, whether to get up and leave our half eaten breakfast. Her manner was not polite but obtuse and abrupt. Subsequently, later that evening, on the way out for the evening, I complained to reception. He explained that closed meant that we had to be finished and out by 11am. Suffice, to say a clearer explanation of what ...... 'breakfast closes at 11am', means, would have prevented a disappointing breakfast and a nasty taste in our mouth. ROOM NOT TO EXPECTATION Additionally, the room was not the large size that we had booked.

I was flying out to Mexico the next morning for my son’s wedding. The socket s in the room didn’t work no iron no hair dryer a guy did show up to fix it but it was to late as we had a taxi booked at 10 am . I had to leave without even washing my hair which was very upsetting .

Old building, NO USBs in any rooms! No adapters available. One tired bath towel in a executive king room booked for 2 people. Tired, dated, ugly hallways. And a completely isolated location. You need a taxi to go anywhere. 30 pounds for a taxi each way from Gatwick. Sofitel was 40 pounds more so we chose the Holiday Inn. With the taxi rides we paid more than more in total than staying right at the airport.

Bed was really comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean The ladies on our arrival were especially friendly and helpful given our flight had been cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay at short notice

The Lincolnshire sausage at breakfast, prefer plain pork and the fried eggs were like rubber Tea & coffee in the room, were basic quality

Wir hatten die Lage neben Flughafen London Gatwick absichtlich gesucht und daher war diese für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut, aber die Lage des Hotels selbst bietet nicht vieles und vor allem benötigt man ein Auto um sich zu bewegen. Bushaltestelle nicht wirklich in der Nähe.

One would expect a hotel dealing almost exclusively with Gatwick air passengers to take a path of least resistance approach with minimal service standards. But we have been pleasantly surprised on two occasions to find high standards of staff care and attention, a well-appointed room and good bar and restaurant facilities. There is also ample parking.

The room was overhot and airless. The window opened only a crack, and the air conditioning had no impact.

The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything in the hallway outside of the room. I also booked this hotel thinking it was right at the London Gatwick Airport and it was still about a 12 minute uber that costed a fortune. Not convenient location-wise.

Guinness 0% £ 7.40 a pint : you have to be kidding. Vending machines absurdly expensive. Breakfast £ 19.60 a head ... no way. We went to a local greasy spoon for £ 12 a head.

Staff extended our checkout as we needed time to get ready for a wedding.

The room that we paid for supposed to be a Standard Room. When we arrived we were checked into an accessible room with a low bed and the supports for disabled persons in the bathroom. We tried changing and even upgrading but this was not possible, We were told that the hotel had different configurations including an accessible room of a Standard Room and the one available would be provided. This is odd as it was not stated that a Standard Room had variations and the hotel would assign like this despite us paying the full amount on a non-refundable basis. 2. Worse, the air conditioning did not work. It would not stay switched on. The room was hot. Reception was unable to reset and fix it. No apologies offered. 3. The room was noisy with banging from upstairs in the morning. 4. The EV chargers kept disconnecting and so our car could not be charged fully giving us great trouble the next day. Reception staff were helpful in connecting but no one monitors the chargers and the staff claim that they have no responsibility for the chargers.

Stayed overnight for a morning flight from Gatwick. After an 8 hour drive down from Scotland it was around 10pm when we arrived to be greeted by the wonderful Gomez who had us checked in and sorted quickly and efficiently. The next morning we were up early and met the lovely Harvir who ensured we had a taxi en route very quickly and then dealt with details for our return to ensure our car would be ready and waiting as we were parking at the hotel. Our room was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The car parking for our 10 days away was safe and the car was ready and waiting on our return. Gomez and Harvir both went the extra mile and are both a credit to the company. Thank you to them both and the hotel.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was a good size with two generous sized beds for our young family. We were able to have a room close to my parents. The restaurant offered a good range of decent food.

The room was generally quite dark and would benefit from one central lighting on/off switch. The location was 15 minutes drive away from Gatwick Airport so was further away from the airport than I had expected. We arrived at Gatwick Airport and had to take a taxi from the airport (which cost £60 for 6 people). The hotel would benefit from a shuttle service so guests can avoid the extortionate fees of the airport taxis. I was unable to contact the local taxi number given to me by reception.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from Serhat. Serhat went above and beyond to ensure that I was well looked after. He was attentive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s always refreshing to receive such excellent customer service and his kindness and willingness to help really made a difference to my experience. Thank you Serhat, for going the extra mile! The staff (see below) were generally okay, and the restaurant meal/breakfast were nice.

We specifically booked this hotel in a heatwave for the air conditioning. The staff knew it was not working and gave us the room anyway. After several hours, we had to sleep in a sauna-like room as it was too late to look for alternative accommodation.

Clean and comfortable hotel, convenient for Gatwick. Staff member Gomez was very hospitable. Room amenities were ample, and breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel can arrange cab to Gatwick, Uber can be as high as 32 pounds owing to Gatwick charges.

Lovely modern hotel, plenty parking and feels safe if leaving vehicle whilst on holiday.

Air conditioning did not work and was staying during heatwave, uncomfortable but staff did what they could and offered a fan. It was a system error, just hope it's not regular error.

Great hotel with friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms with excellent food. Unfortunately, the hotel is cashless and accepts only card payments and my card payments were all duplicated. This was a nuisance and involved a telephone call and emails to rectify. The Accountant wS helpful, but I consider measures should be put in place to stop double payments happening.

It was a practicle visit, probably like most people, used it as a overnight during travel. The place was okay, staff was friendly, nothing to complain. We got a nice room, air conditioning was nice during a heat wave, worked really well. Did not really use the facilities accept for the bar, which was good.

There was a prom night / gala from high school the night we stayed. Although it wasnt that big of a deal, if would be nice if we've gotten a heads up. Not really the best thing to land into after a day full of driving.

This is our first choice hotel for overnight stays and/or parking for the duration of our holiday. Excellent prices and great deals. The restaurant/bar area is very nice and we have always had a good meal here. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms very comfortable and good size. But what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception, and it is a genuine pleasure to stay here!

Everything, this is a high quality hotel with very friendly staff. It was extra nice to have free menu for children in the restaurant! The breakfast was wide variety, high quality and super tasty.

The location itself is a bit of a disadvantage if you don't have a car. There is no sidewalk leading to the nearest bus stop, and the lakes behind the hotel are private, so there is nowhere to go for a walk in nature.

We held my husbands 50th birthday party at the Holiday Inn, Worth. We had Holly as our events coordinator. She was brilliant, from outset to the end of the party. Her attention to detail was on point and no ask was too big. Holly was approachable and had all the answers to our questions. She went above and beyond with all the tasks and has been a pleasure to work with. The hotel is beautiful as are all the staff. I would highly recommend a stay here and if you require a venue I would definitely do it here. The entire process was seem less. Thank you again to Holly and the team, you are all brilliant.

Staff was rude ordered room service and charged to room and when the food come demanding payment as charged to the room wouldn't expect cash or card and took the food away from my family being diabetic was sugar was very dangerous low had to get in the car and drive elsewhere come for a relaxing totally the opposite wouldn't recommend

Overpriced for one night stay on the way to the airport - we spent 5 hours in total but expensive.

Conveniently situated for Gatwick Airport, if a little awkward to drive to. This has become our place for a relaxing evening stay prior to a Gatwick departure and park the car on-site. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed and the atmosphere is welcoming. Taxi takes 15mins and costs £22.50 (mid-26) including the import drop-off charge. Prices are competitive and there are number of booking options for length of stay. Recommended.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Worth the night before a Gatwick flight. The hotel was impressive, check in was easy and lady on the desk was very friendly, efficient and personable. The room was clean, modern and well presented. The bar service and the quality of the food was great. Highly recommend and will become my regular pre flight hotel

Basically 3rd time stayed at this hotel. From the moment you arrive we are welcomed and such a great mannerism all of the staff. Never any drama, room is great, food great, taxi booked to airport and car safe and quickly accessed from holiday. Again, thank you TEAM for a great stay following a 2 week holiday.

We stay here every year, staff always very pleasant and it's always very clean and tidy. Simple to book and check in and staff arrange the taxi to the airport, which is always prompt. I love that they reward loyalty by joining their club that gives discounts for the following year.

Check in was quick , staff were lovely and friendly . We booked three rooms for family and they were spacious and clean. Easy access to the airport , we had booked airport parking nearby. Shower was powerful and a bath , tea / coffee available in the room. Beds were comfy and pillows. I always stay at this one for Gatwick.

Parking is not included so began to become pricey for two cars. Restaurant is on the upper end of the price scale but nothing else around really so they can.
