The location was suitable for our requirements

The room was small and cramped. The TV had no signal. Staff were rude. Bed was uncomfortable.

Nice area, parking was a struggle

The bedroom was not good standard, no volume on the tv and spiders all over the ceiling, and plug/ light switches were hanging out the wall, no AC, and the thermostat and other stats are ripped of the wall. Overall, wouldn’t recommend and won’t come back

The hotels car park was filled with airport parking no space to park on arrival staff couldn’t care less. The room was tiny, bed very small and uncomfortable a security light outside the window lite the room all night it was like sleeping in daylight.

The 1st room was extremely damp and brought on my asthma. The 2nd room was an improvement but extremely dated..the bathroom was tatty, peeling paint and the shower temperature control didn’t work. Stuck on extremely hot setting.

We stayed the night before and early flight, and parked our car for a week. We did the twilight bag drop and then had a very nice steak meal, very reasonably priced. The room was very comfortable with tea & coffee facilities. We did not have time to use the spa, unfortunately. We used a taxi to get to/from Airport. There is a direct dial phone to the taxi company, and a fixed £24 each way fee including the £10 drop off fee for hotel guests. Simple check in and all staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended

The toilet sometimes didn't flush as the cistern did not refill very quickly.

We just stayed there 3 hours, as half an hour before we decided to leave a old couple was able to access our room and telling me, that's their room the problem is they have the same room number like us just it have only lette c on thw end of the room number. Is not good when some customer can access others door. Very sad

I liked the location because it was near the airport.

Always hard to get parking space

We booked in at the Europa hotel at short notice and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. The hotel has a Mediterranean feel. Lots of parking all round the hotel. The room was clean, with comfortable twin beds, and a shower. We ate a good dinner and buffet breakfast in the hotel. A very pleasant one night stay. I would stay here again.

I stayed in the Lodge. The room was really comfortable. It had all I needed except a table lamp. The evening buffet in the hotel restaurant was great value.

Good location, nice hotel. Good food and drinks. Slept well. Easy check in online, easy check out.

Wszystko Personel super pomocny i bardzo miły.

Location is excellent, just off j10A M23, easy to find & access. Easy check in , reception has direct line to taxi firm to book for airport runs. Price of rooms with parking is good value for £. Have stayed there 4 times and will continue to do so.

Check In was smooth, rooms were comfortable and clean, facilities were very good and breakfast was great value.

We arrived 30 mins before the standard check in time of 15:00. Despite the rooms being ready, we were made to wait until 15:00 to check in!?!

Hard mattress, shower curtain unpleasant. The shower gel dispenser was broken. Light outside window and inadequate curtains made the room far too light.

Qué la familia podía estar junta en las habitaciones. Padres con niños menores y todos tenían sus camas. Y por otro lado cuando manifesté mi mal estar por el estado de la habitación me la cambiaron sin problema.

Nadie hablaba español en el hotel. Estaba sucio. Todo el hotel tiene moqueta y había mucho polvo. En una semana nadie vino a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas, en el baño no había escobilla. Decía que tenía servicio de lavandería y no era cierto.

Close to airport,

Checked in online as requested, however then had to queue and check in again. Needs a space for keys as a coach had just arrived before us and it was a long wait. Room was a little small and the fan was broken it did have a long window but when opening you heard the industrial unit from the hotel quite loud.

Dont be put off by the reviews, our room was spotless, yes beds are hard, but they are the best beds we have had in a Britannia Hotel. Lovely powerful shower, piping hot water, breakfast good and we had buffet meal as part of coach trip and they were fine.

Proximity to gatwick

Not being told about the car parking restrictions and entering my car details at a terminal. This terminal was not visible at night (during checkin) and the next day ( when checking out). Room was small and water faucet was too powerful for a small basin. Water splashed everywhere.

Bit more flow to the buffet would be great as found people darting and diving across each other. maybe a in and out system from toast cereal to cooked and then to table.

Pas cher et bien situé pour aller à l'aéroport ou à Brighton, mais rien de plus. Le lieu est silencieux.

La chambre était très sale, et la salle de bain encore plus, nous n'avons pas osé utilisé la douche : traces noires au sol de la douche. Il y avait un plateau bouilloire avec des tasses, avec du café séché au fond des tasses...

Staff friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets are really nice..

Gym should be free for guests...

The food in restaurant was lovely.

We had to pay extra to use the pool which was a bit annoying because we thought it would be included in the price of our stay

The staff at reception were ok and tried to help as much as possible.

The fact you can't get food or drink in the restaurant. not even a coffee until 5pm is ridiculous. The breakfast options were quite poor. All tinned fruit no fresh fruit. Also cereals cheap basic options. Sauces were also cheap brands. Should be sachets for sauces and jams. All really poor withs regards hygiene. Also cleaning was poor same cloth used to clean sides inside, Windows and then tables outside.

Missed breakfast due to early flight but evening meal the night before was a roast dinner carvery and was excellent...3rd time staying and will be staying again in September...definitely would recommend 👌
