O hotel parece uma exposição de artes, as instalações são extremamente limpas e organizadas. Os funcionários são gentis e educados, além do café da manhã ser excepcional. Outro ponto positivo é que o hotel fica perto do metrô, linhas de ônibus e restaurantes.

The Property looks good from outside. Food is reasonable. Coffee very reasonable.

Location is very average. Less space to move in d classic room & Technically it’s not made to be called a 5* . The toilets are inconvenient, no tissue box , no iron in r room , no place to keep & hang towels.

Hotel je prostran i ugodan, a doručak je bio raznovrstan i s dobrim izborom hrane. Velika prednost je besplatno parkiralište, posebno ako dolazite automobilom. Hrana u hotelskom restoranu bila je odlična i svakako ga preporučujemo. Najveća prednost hotela je blizina metroa, kojim se za samo nekoliko stanica može doći do Vatikana, što je bilo vrlo praktično za obilazak Rima. Sveukupno smo jako zadovoljni boravkom.

Klimaanlage unter eine Fenster Montier die mit dicken Vorhängen bis zu Boden verdeckt war. Man hat die Wahl mit hellem Licht in den Morgenstunden aufzuwachen, oder eine Klimaanlage zu haben

Een goed ontbijt, lekker bed en een super locatie. Je zit buiten het centrum met metro op loopafstand zo in het centrum.

Onze douche zat geen kracht op was heel zwak.

Room service expensive, spa services are only a massage service and no pool, jacuzzi or sauna and the staff were not too accommodating. We were there on our honeymoon and they never decorated the room and when asked the only thing they gave us was a plate of biscuits and 2 complimentary drinks at the bar.

El personal de recepción mal educado, no pedía las cosas por favor , con mal tono. Nada amigable. Entiendo ese trato en un hotel más barato o de menos estrellas, pero esperaba en un hotel de ese estatus al menos educación . Además mi habitación tenía una persiana en el techo que no podía cerrar, así que la luz por la mañana temprano me despertó

Posizione ottima, molto vicina alla metro e a servizi utili. Non ho fruito del servizio colazione quindi non saprei. Ho invece fruito del ristorante ed era assolutamente buono.

T hotel ziet er mooi uit van de binnenkant. (en t buitenpark is mooi). dat is alles voor de rest moet je hier niet boeken.

- Arrogant personeel. Je moet ALLES direct afrekenen, je kan niks op je creditcard boeken. drankje bar, Capucchino meteen afrekenen 3 eu. broodje bij de bar buiten meteen afrekenen. - uitgesloten van de kamer terwijl ik aangegeven had om te verlengen (om 10.30 uur). Ik zeg ik kom zo betalen, 10 man staan uit te checken wij gewacht, kunnen we niet meer de kamer in bij onze spullen (om 12 uur wij terug bij receptie). we moesten eerst betalen voor 1 nachtje extra. - De kamers zijn vies, schimmel op de wanden in de bad kamer, ze verversen je glazen niet van 1,5 dag ervoor, Ze hebben niet elke dag de kamer handdoeken vervangen. stenen vloer en dunne voordeur zorg voor veel herrie op de gang. - schoonmaakster gaat om 715 uur hard handig de deur open maken, maakt een bak herrie waardoor je wakker wordt en je nachtrust wordt verstoord. je hoort alles wat er op de gang gebeurd. - minibar halve fles water in de minibar van iemand anders. minibar half leeg. - ontbijt is zeer slecht, keuze is er wel maar t is allemaal niet echt vers en de roerbak ei lijkt wel geel water in plaats van roerbak ei. de koffie uit de koffie automaat is een bakje water en de vrouw die live koffie staat te maken moet je 20 min wachten omdat er nog 20 andere mensen om 9 uur sochtends een kopje koffie willen. - de ontbijtzaal is een galm zaal je wordt gek van de herrie door de pratende toeristen. - alles is extreem gehorig, je hoort andere mensen met koffers rijden. - je moet 10 eu betalen voor de gym. is dus niet inclusief, dit staat nergens.

This place is truly one of a kind. The contrast between its beautiful classical architecture and striking modern art creates a unique and stunning atmosphere. I loved every corner of it. And breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Las recepcionistas no fueron muy amables al no entender nuestro idioma

De locatie, gezien het hotel echt op een mooi terrein ligt waar je meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid hebt. Het ontbijt: goed en gevarieerd. Wel koffie bij de koffiebar bestellen en niet uit de automaat nemen. Diner: was ook top, maar 1 advies neem er geen dessert! Die vallen echt tegen tov voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht!

Het personeel! Op een paar na zijn de meeste gewoon echt niet vriendelijk! Gelukkig heeft de vriendelijke receptionist ons wel voorzien van een andere kamer waar de airco wel van werkte!

La struttura è di per sé molto bella; il parcheggio interno e la vicinanza alla stazione della metro concede la giusta flessibilità per muoversi a Roma e per raggiungere l’hotel

The hotel is very beautiful outside, very nice area around it too. Inside it is also impressive and big. The room is comfortable, the bed was comfortable too. The room looks modern, and all our expectations were met, according to the images. The AC in our room worked really good (important in August and worth mentioning in Italy😆). The breakfast has a good choice. The location is fine, just about 7 minutes from the metro. And quite comfortably located just about 30 min from the FCO airport, without the traffic of Rome.

The smell in the room is not that great, like the ventilation in the room is not 100% working jn the toilet.

Ercondisen could not lower the temperature to 24 degrees. I think an additional problem was the rule of the end, which was up to the floor and covered it.

Check in rápido, deben mejorar la experiencia al publico con el personal de recepción. Las señoritas muy amables pero los caballeros un poco erráticos al responder dudas o dar indicaciones.

Prachtige oase midden in de stad. Op slechts 5 minuten lopen van metrostation Cornelia. De A line brengt je in ca 10 minuten naar Vaticaanstad en de Spaanse Trappen. En na overstap op de B line sta je binnen 20 minuten bij het Colloseum.

The lobby hall is lovely.

The room smells pee. We arrived in the room that the windows were open and it is burning hot outside. The airconditioning barely cools the room. We were 2 guests and only 1 set of towels was prepared. We had to call the reception to bring us another set. The staff were snob. The receptionist will just give you a paper for the informationf for you to read by yourself without explaining anything. Just direction going to the room, “at the end of the corridor to the left”. Seems that not in the mood for working.

Molto soddisfatti soprattutto per la gentilezza e professionalita' durante la colazione ed in particolare un ringraziamento alla signora con i capelli lunghi grigi che oltre a fare un'ottimo cappuccino ha una pazienza enorme. Ormai siamo regolari e lo notiamo spesso.

The area surrounding the hotel isn’t great, but when you walked up the drive, there was optimism. The main bulk of the hotel looks like a 5 star hotel. We managed to check in early and dropped our stuff off. The floor our room was on looks nothing compared to the rest of the hotel. The room wasn’t as it was portrayed on the website (On The Beach) and was very basic. For a country that takes pride from its coffee, none was offered in the room, which I found strange. The bathroom was a decent size, but the shower was so small, you couldn’t turn around inside it without hitting the doors. We had food and drinks in the outside bar on the first night, which was great. Excellent service from the bar staff. Fast forward towards the end of the trip, we checked out at normal time and the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage with them until the end of the day for our flight. They never asked if we enjoyed our stay, just if we had used the mini bar. We had food again in the outside bar. This time, the pizzas we ordered were awful. The base was so hard, it was like biting into a biscuit. The food provided by the hotel was over priced for what it was. Carbonara in the city centre was around €10, yet the hotel was charging €24. This was a disappointing end to our stay in the hotel.

This hotel is amazing; more marble than you can shake a stick at; manicured grounds and electric gates and security - just wow. A 10 min walk to the nearest Metro (Cornelia); and you’re into the centre of Rome and the attractions within 20mins. The rooms are basic with a mini fridge, tea/coffee, tv etc. a rain head shower but poor water pressure (still a nice shower though). Breakfast is continental style with all you can eat - great choice, great value. There’s even a ‘hooverbot’ to keep you entertained on the ground floor. The grounds are luscious and impeccably manicured; the reception is friendly and modern. This is a really great hotel. Great value for money. The downsides - electric security gates you have to buzz to get back in after partying in Rome; and the hotel ‘TH Roma’ nobody knows - be sure to state Carpegna palace.

It was very fancy looking and classic so definitely felt like I was in Italy it was peaceful and about 20-25 min away from the city so I’d say it was far, but I only stayed for the night if you have a car definitely recommend

The staff was a bit rude, in the reception area.

Close to metro and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff at bar were very friendly and I received complimentary upgrades at check in. Breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. Hotel was very chic and great artwork. Close to airport as well. Lots of parking. The male receptionist was amazing.

A couple of the ladies at reception staff were not so friendly. The massage at the spa was not great at all. Would not recommend if you expect a firm massage. It was more of an oily rub down. Took 2 showers to was off oil.

Clean and comfortable family suite, nice hotel overall, good breakfast but for us it was very limited.

Location is far from the center of Rome, no swimming pool. The hotel does not provide a free shuttle to/from the center of Rome.

Talmente grande da essere dispersiva. Ho avuto problemi a raggiungere la reception, non era perfettamente segnalato il percorso, ma in un posto così è anche bello perdersi ;)

Beautiful hotel, just like a palace. Absolutely love the decor, has a blend of modern and opulence. The breakfast menu is vast and delicious. The best cappuccino! Our room was super and the bed very comfortable, the shower WC lovely. The grounds are beautiful, outdoor bar amazing, they even had an outdoor cinema on the lawn. Perfect stay. Staff very professional and friendly.

Bestes Bett auf unserer Italien Reise. Super Klimaanlage. Tolle Anlage rund um das Hotel.

Das Hotel sieht von außen aus wie mindestens gehobene Klasse. Diese Zimmer gibt es auch, aber nicht im günstigsten Segment. Immer noch angenehm zum übernachten, aber das äußere verspricht mehr. Zudem wird man pünktlich zu 07:45 Uhr jeden Morgen von einer Blaskapelle der benachbarten Polizei geweckt. Die Info vorab wäre schön gewesen.

La posizione è molto comoda. Vicino alla fermata della metro con cui è possibile raggiungere in poche fermate le maggiori attrazioni.

Purtroppo l’hotel si trova accanto ad una caserma di carabinieri e la nostra stanza guardava, sfortunatamente, quell’edificio: tutte le mattine che abbiamo soggiornato ci hanno svegliato le trombe e l’inno italiano.
