Que estaba muy cerca del metro.

Primero, que nos cobraron 80 euros por adelantar el check in, de lo que estuvimos de acuerdo, pero además, ofrecieron subir la categoría de la habitación, incluyendo el tamaño, sin embargo, cuando llegamos a la pieza, era la que nos tenían asignada desde el principio, pues tenían mi nombre en una tarjeta de bienvenida. En seguida, la cama sonaba muchísimo, atroz. Por otro lado, no tenía muebles para guardar la ropa, sólo una repisas frágiles en las que apenas alcanzó para poner algo de ropa, el resto, lo tuvimos que dejar en las maletas. La televisión no tenía internet, sólo vimos televisión local. El aire acondicionado no funcionó bien

Unsere Unterkunft war für drei Tage in Rom völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, allerdings ist eine Metrostation in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal war dafür durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch die Reinigungskräfte. Besonders positiv ist uns Jhomar aufgefallen, der sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Marta war über Booking relativ schnell erreichbar - auch super Kontakt. Am letzten Tag haben wir auch noch Pasta als Geschenk bekommen, danke dafür :)

Für Frauen vielleicht wichtig zu erwähnen: Der Weg von der Metrostation zum Hotel hat sich abends, besonders gegen 22 Uhr, nicht besonders sicher angefühlt. Wir waren zwar zu dritt und es ist nichts passiert, trotzdem hatten wir kein wirklich gutes Gefühl und waren deshalb spätestens gegen 22 Uhr wieder im Hotel. In der Nähe gibt es glaub ich ein Wettbüro. Zumindest waren Abend immer auf der Hauptstraße viele Männer, welche draussen Alkohol getrunken haben. Die Duschkabinen sind wirklich ziemlich klein. ich habe mich als 163 cm kleine Frau ziemlich eingeengt gefühlt.

Camera comoda e spaziosa, il bagno ers piccolo ma con una doccia molto bella. La colazione di buona qualità sia dolce che salata, personale gentile e attento. Posizione non centrale ma ben collegata con la stazione metro Cornelia abbastanza vicino. È stata la seconda volta in questo hotel. Lo consiglio.

Està lluny del centre i és imprescindible anar-hi amb transport.

Мне понравилось расположение отеля. Он находится не в шумном центре, а в тихом, приятном районе города. Очень важно, что рядом есть супермаркет, кафе и рестораны, а также станция метро. На метро без пересадок можно быстро и комфортно доехать до центра и главных достопримечательностей города. Также мне понравилось наличие сейфа в номере.

Тесные номера. В номере Smart Double не было вообще прихожей и поэтому в пространстве комнаты, где места хватает только для кровати, маленького кресла и малюсеньких прикроватных столиков, буквально втиснута стойка с вешалками. Из-за отсутствия все той же прихожей, вход в туалет и ванную тоже находится в комнате. Телевизор висит на стене с боку от кровати на уровне ног и такое положение делает его нахождение в номере абсолютно бессмысленным. Смотреть его просто невозможно. Не соответствуют уровню четырех звезд и завтраки.

This was our second stay in the same trip We stayed 4 nights and then went to Madrid, they were kind enough to keep our bags while we were away. We got upgraded for free to a bigger room with a balcony. Just like our first stay everything was perfect. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, very polite staff. Recommend!

Everything was perfect

Os quartos são muito limpos e confortáveis. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores , especialmente o jovem de cabelo comprido (infelizmente não fiquei com o nome dele). Ofereceram-nos um welcome drink na chegada, e na nossa saída ofereceram-nos um pacote de pasta. Tivemos uma viagem para Madrid de 4 dias e nos permitiram deixar as nossas malas. O pequeno almoço é variado o suficiente (ovos, frutas etc) , o que é bom para quem prefere opções mais continentais. A localização também é muito boa, a cerca de 5-7 min de caminhada da estação de metrô. Definitivamente vamos voltar!

This is our second time here. Everything was wonderful the first time, so we came back. This time, everything exceeded our expectations. The area is quiet, close to the metro, and very easy to get to. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The staff is helpful and attentive. The rooms are excellent, they have everything you need. Pretty hotel. Great value for money. Very nice staff, especially Giordana and Elena who once even gave us homemade cookies at breakfast. The room was well equipped. I especially appreciated the large balcony. The location, while the hotel is not in the city center, was also fine, since it was a calm neighborhood with a bunch of restaurants and a metro and bus stations nearby.

Nothing major. The breakfast room was in the basement which felt slightly weird. Also overall cleanliness could be a bit better; some carpets (both in the room and in the hallways) weren’t a hundred percent clean.

Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero molto positiva al c-hotels Club House Roma. La struttura è accogliente, curata e pulita, con ambienti piacevoli e un’atmosfera che permette di sentirsi subito a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Marta della Reception, estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile. Fin dal mio arrivo mi ha accolto con grande cortesia e attenzione, dimostrando una disponibilità che fa davvero la differenza durante un soggiorno. Una menzione speciale anche per Mary, presente durante la colazione: solare, attenta, gentilissima e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il suo modo di accogliere gli ospiti rende la colazione ancora più piacevole e contribuisce a iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. La colazione è varia e ben organizzata, gli ambienti sono confortevoli e tutto il personale si è dimostrato professionale e disponibile. Sono soprattutto le persone a rendere speciale un hotel e, in questo caso, Marta e Mary rappresentano perfettamente il livello di attenzione e ospitalità della struttura. Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato. Tornerò sicuramente al c-hotels Club House Roma!

Codziennie sympatyczna Pani zmieniała ręczniki, ścieliła łóżko, dbała o porządek. Pyszne śniadania.

Pokój czysty, natomiast prysznic zostawia wiele do życzenia. Kabina prysznicowa nie domykała się, stojak w kabinie na mydło i szampon obrzydliwie brudny. Poza tym reszta łazienki (toaleta, bidet, umywalka) i pokój jak najbardziej czyściutko. Obsługa hotelowa na żadne pytanie nie znała odpowiedzi. Za każdym razem odpowiedź brzmiała „nie wiem”. Szczerze nie wiem skąd tyle pozytywnych opinii. Według mnie hotel jest średni - 6/10.

Das Personal war super höflich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Die Zimmer waren außerdem sauber und alles nötige war ausgestattet.

Het personeel en de locatie. In een noodsituatie fantastisch geholpen en erg goed meegedacht en gehandeld. Ook het cadeautje bij afscheid, het aanbieden van extra water en het ontbijtbuffet met aandacht voor allergieën was erg goed

De openingstijden van de bar en de mogelijkheden om iets te eten in het hotel. De airco in de kamer maakte de kamer niet echt koel maar het was ook 39 graden overdag.

ローマはとても暑かったけど、エアコンが効いていたのでよかった。部屋はとても綺麗で毎日新しい水も用意してくれた。ウェルカムドリンクがあり、アルコールやソフトドリンクの中から選びパーカウンターでもらうことができた。帰りにはお土産のパスタをもらえた。部屋には手書きのウェルカムメッセージも置いてあり、スタッフも大変よかった。持ってきた。充電ケーブルの調子が悪かったが、ホテルに聞いたところ快く貸していただけた。

ホテルに来るまでに坂道があったが、それほど問題はなかった

Nasz pobyt trwał 5 dni i od samego początku zostaliśmy bardzo miło przyjęci. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy darmowego drinka, co było naprawdę miłym gestem. Dużym plusem jest również całodobowa recepcja, dzięki czemu w każdej chwili można liczyć na pomoc. Hotel jest zadbany, a pokój nr 337, który otrzymaliśmy, oceniam bardzo dobrze. Poza kilkoma drobnymi niedociągnięciami wizualnymi nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne, a w pokoju znajdowały się m.in. lodówka, czajnik oraz podstawowe wyposażenie łazienki. Codziennie uzupełniano wodę, wymieniano ręczniki, a do dyspozycji były nawet jednorazowe klapki i wiele innych przydatnych udogodnień. Jak na tę klasę hotelu wyposażenie oceniam bardzo dobrze. Jeśli chodzi o czystość, nie mam absolutnie żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pokój był codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątany i przez cały pobyt utrzymywany w nienagannym stanie. Śniadania oceniam pozytywnie. Jedynym minusem była jajecznica, która po prostu nie przypadła nam do gustu ze względu na sposób przygotowania i użyte składniki. To jednak kwestia indywidualnych preferencji. Pozostałe produkty były świeże, a owoce wyjątkowo smaczne. Podsumowując, była to moja trzecia wizyta we Włoszech i mogę śmiało stwierdzić, że hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Zdecydowanie bardziej zgadzam się z pozytywnymi opiniami na jego temat. Polecam! 😊

Come piccolo suggerimento, sarebbe utile aggiungere uno specchio anche nella camera, oltre a quello presente in bagno, per rendere più comoda la preparazione quando soggiornano due persone.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre camere e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ringraziamo la struttura per l’attenzione riservataci e per aver accolto con disponibilità la nostra richiesta di sistemarci tutti sullo stesso piano. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e professionale, le camere pulite e l’ambiente accogliente.

Come suggerimento, sarebbe utile aggiungere uno specchio anche nella camera, oltre a quello presente in bagno, soprattutto quando soggiornano più persone. La colazione, pur avendo un costo contenuto di 5 € a persona, non ci ha soddisfatti.

not sure about the neighborhood at night, I ubered everywhere or took the metro during the day, though i enjoyed being outside of the city center

Me gustó la atención, cordialidad, habitación cómoda y un desayuno rico y variado.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el lugar general, la calle no es mala, pero la estación de metro cerca y el barrio se nota de distinto calibre. No me pasó nada ni vi nada peligroso, pero es incomodo.

Φανταστικό πρωινό και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή

L'ubicazione vicino Metro A Cornelia, 5 min a piedi. Zona tranquilla per poter riposare la notte. Diversi ristoranti romani nelle vicinanze. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Cortesia dello staff in Ricezione e soprattutto nella sala colazione, che era abbondante e di qualità dolce e salata.

Il bagno era un po' angusto e scomodo. Il punteggio 9 è per via della polvere eccessiva. Avrei gradito anche le pantofole di cortesia.

La struttura è molto gradevole, nel pieno del verde e della tranquillità, ma a pochissimi passi da metropolitana, molti bus ed ogni tipo di servizio. Lo staff alla reception è un autentico dream-team, esattamente come quello del breakfast (Elena, Mary, Veronica, insuperabili).

Dovermene andare via.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole sotto tutti gli aspetti. La posizione è ottima: comoda per raggiungere la fermata Cornelia della Metro e facile per trovare parcheggio, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. La camera era pulita e curata, con un bagno piccolo, ma funzionale e ben tenuto. Un punto di forza speciale è stata la colazione: varia, di qualità e sempre preparata con attenzione. Un grazie particolare a Mary ed Elena, ed al resto dello staff, che ogni mattina ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza e ci hanno davvero coccolati, rendendo l’inizio della giornata ancora più piacevole.

Quarto organizado, com espaço e utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Tinha uma varanda e a vista era ótima. Só o elevador que só cabe praticamente duas pessoas, bem pequeno.
