Numero del personale all'accoglienza scarso e inadeguato, camera consegnata senza carta igienica, dopo due chiamate alle reception sono dovuto andare di persona per ritirarla. Pochi posti macchina a disposizione se no devi pagare il parking. Hotel vecchio c'è da dare uno svecchiamento soprattutto per la moquette. La vasca doccia in camera possibilmente con più privacy

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Colazione niente di speciale , la piscina non l’ho utilizzata, i L Bagno aveva il rubinetto rotto , mini doccia assente. Difficoltà a miscelare l’acqua. O troppo calda o troppo fredda. Mi sono bruciato la spalle. Il ristorante sufficiente. Certo 250 euro per una notte mi aspettavo altro. L’hotel è molto vecchio. Nel corridoio al settimo piano gocciolava acqua dal tetto. Secchio lasciato nel mezzo per la raccolta dell’acqua.
Mobili vecchi , bagno obsoleto, WI FI in stanza assente o poco funzionante.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026I requested a room with three beds because we were 3 adults staying. They write back saying that they carnt fit a single bed as their rooms have not got the space they said either double bed room or two single beds. This meant seperate rooms so we needed accomodation and trusted them. When we went to our rooms there was no double bed room and the other room had 3 single beds. Both rooms had 3 single beds. I went to complain to reception she said to call booking.com. I called booking.com and spoke to Susannah D she was helpful and would contact the hotel. All I wanted in lieu of the extra room we didn’t use for the night as we were only 3 persons an extra night stay, they bluntly refused. I am very upset there must have been language problem in their side but I explained myself well. One room 3 adults I had when searching. I demand a refund of the extra room as we didn’t use it and as soon as I complained we couldn’t get in the card was locked.

Det undrer os at der var lækre altaner, men ingen have møbler😩men da der var så varmt at det var et par aften vi ville havde siddet ude, valgte vi at hører merer ved det. Vi spurgte i receptionen men de kunne ikke se vores behov for at sidde ude 🤔

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Le ménage est fait tout les jours, très bien fait + chambre qui sent bon quand on re rentre dedans par la suite . Chambre très spacieuse ! Très beau balcon avec magnifique vue surtout la nuit . L’employée de ménage du 6 eme étage est top ! Elle nous a donner des bouteilles d’eau après avoir frapper à notre chambre le matin . grand merci à elle, d’une grande gentillesse ! La piscine est top ! Notre chambre était nickel ! Rien à dire, nous avons pris une grande chambre et c’était parfait ! Nous nous sommes également régaler tout les matins avec le petit déjeuner .
Manque une petite table + chaises sur les balcon pour manger en chambre tranquillement . Le centre ville est à 6 km, nous avons pas mal marché mais nous avons aussi récupéré un plan ( flyer) concernant les transport autour, à l’accueil de l’hôtel . Cela est bien pratique . Le son des oiseaux ( enregistrer ) qui passe dans des enceintes près de la piscine en boucle est un peu lourd . Surtout quand on se repose sur le transat . Le petit déjeuner qui ferme à 10 h ( un peu tôt ) car on ne peut pas se reposer plus longtemps le matin, nous descendions à 9 h - 9 h 20 et nous nous empressions de prendre la nourriture avant que la machine à café soit couper ainsi que la nourriture retirée . Les moustiques sur la terrasse et dans l’hôtel ! Beaucoup trop, nous nous sommes fait attaquer à maintes reprises . Impossible de venir boire un verre en terrasse le soir au bord de la piscine . Attentions aux goélands qui vole de la nourriture en votre absence ( si vous êtes au bords de la piscine )

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Freundlicher Empfang und große Zimmer. Alles wird schnell und reibungslos abgewickelt. Sehr schöne Poollandschaft. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber nichts besonderes.
Die Matratze war voller Flecken was sich auch durch das Leintuch abgezeichnet hat. Insgesamt wäre eine Renovierung angebracht.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Super śniadania. Hotel przepięknie położony z łatwym dojazdem. W spokojnej i bardzo zielonej dzielnicy. Darmowy duży parking. Basen oryginalny, duży, otoczony palmami z gnieżdżącymi się na nich papużkami. Świetne miejsce do rozpoczęcia zwiedzania Rzymu i okolic.
Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Het ontbijt, personeel onvriendelijk. Onze autoruit was kapot geslagen voor de deur van het hotel. Enkele reactie ja je moet naar de politie.

Min datter fikk frastjålet sin lille bamse i fra rommet. Vet ikke om det var hensikt eller ved en misforståelse at den ble borte men vi fikk ingen oppfølging. Denne bamsen har har følgt min datter i 9 år så det var veldig trist at den ble borte i fra rommet. Dette ble meldt til personalet i resepsjonene og renhold men vi fikk ingen oppfølging.

Menađer koji je toliko uočiljiv samo hoda po hotelu. Gdje god kreneš njega sretnes od bazena,put prema sobi, izlaz iz hotela. Znači di god kreneš on je tu. I točno se vidjelo po drugim ljudima kako su ga gledali. A radnicu mu strahu.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Semplicemente spettacolare. Probabilmente uno degli hotel più belli e particolari in cui abbia soggiornato. Già entrando si rimane colpiti dalla hall enorme, elegante e scenografica, che dà subito l'idea di una struttura di livello superiore. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa, confortevole e pulita, ma il vero punto forte dell'hotel è senza dubbio la piscina. Una piscina così grande e bella, nel pieno di Roma, sinceramente non me l'aspettavo. L'atmosfera è incredibile: palme, spazi molto ampi, lettini, zona relax e bar direttamente a bordo piscina. Per alcuni momenti sembra quasi di essere in un resort internazionale più che in un hotel cittadino. La piscina è talmente bella e scenografica che, personalmente, non ha nulla da invidiare a quelle di molti hotel di alto livello che si trovano in località come Miami Beach. Bellissima anche l'atmosfera generale della struttura, soprattutto durante il giorno nella zona piscina: rilassante, elegante e allo stesso tempo molto piacevole. Ottima anche la colazione, ricca e varia, e personale disponibile. Nel complesso è stata davvero un'esperienza fuori dal comune. Un hotel che sceglierei nuovamente senza pensarci due volte.
Sinceramente quasi nulla. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda i prezzi del bar della piscina, che sono un po' alti. Considerando però la location, il servizio e l'atmosfera, rimane comunque un'esperienza che vale assolutamente la pena vivere.

Busstoppet var 20min unna til fots. Altfor mye dessert til frokost. Kunne evnt byttet noe av desserten ut med noe med «frokost» vennlig.

De afstand naar de metro was in de warmte, best wel een stukje lopen. Dat viel na een dag lopen in Rome best tegen. Soms een taxi genomen.

Был балкон, бассейн довольно прикольно выглядит, довольно просторно, есть биде, что довольно гигиенично, но бесполезно ввиду того что смыть туалет нормально нельзя. А взять воду с биде не получится, если вы захотите так поступить
Первым дело все будто бы разваливается потихоньку , специфика карточки для входа в номер, карточки две, которую если приложить куда-то к телефону, банковской карточке и прочим похожим вещам просто перестанет работать, но вам быстро её поправят. В первый же день раковина не смывала воду, я сказал об этом и её исправили в тот же день. Туалет, если смоешь один раз, то второй надо ждать слишком долго. Поэтому я ходил в общий туалет возле холла. 6 км от какого-то условного центра, есть конечно автобусы, которые не прям частно ходят, где-то раз в 20 минут. Грязная ванна, которую не чистили довольно давно.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Chambres très spacieuses et très calmes, tout est très propre, une piscine exceptionnelle. Excellente literie. Bon petit déjeuner. Espresso ristretto ou capuccino italien sur demande au bar. What else ? A 5mn à pied des arrêts de bus pour rejoindre le métro et le centre de Rome en 50mn (35mn pour le Vatican). Idéalement placé si on vient en voiture. Parking de l'hôtel gratuit et nombreuses place (recharge électrique également). On laisse sa voiture en sécurité et on fait tout en transports en commun (ou en uber taxi : 25€ pour rallier le centre) N'écoutez pas les avis google négatifs qui ne sont vraiment pas objectifs (j'ai pris peur en les lisant mais tout est exagéré et amplifié...). Certes ce n'est pas un palace Monegasque mais le prix n'est pas non plus celui d'un place Monegasque. Pour 1000€ les 4 nuits à 4 le rapport qualité prix est excellent !
En fait tout était bien !

Śniadania nudne - codziennie to samo (szczególnie dania na ciepło). Wyjątkiem był duży wybór słodkości. Awaria jednej z dwóch wind spowodowała, że czasami trzeba było długo czekać.

Le petit déjeuner est d une grande qualité, notamment les cafés. Bravo et merci au serveur du matin (d origine africaine) pour son sourire, sa gentillesse et ses excellents cafés latte. Idem pour le serveur du bar (tête rasée) merci pour votre service impeccable et votre amabilité. Très grand merci à la dame à lunettes à l entrée des petits déjeuners individuels. Votre sourire a illuminé nos journées . La climatisation fonctionne très bien ds les chambres.
Qu une personne en costume passe son temps à surveiller, les mains ds le dos, à visiblement faire des remarques désobligeantes à l égard de ses subalternes. Il ́nous a bien stressés,nous le voyions rôder (terme vraiment approprié) du bar à la piscine, du petit déjeuner à la réception. Il était vraiment très désagréable, nous regardait de haut en bas (nous passions une semaine en famille à Rome avant de nous rendre à Santorin) , ne répondait pas aux bonjour. La clim est à 27 ds les salons c est trop.

L'hôtel étant peu loin du centre nous avions opté pour les transports en commun, mais les bus ne passent à l'heure voire pas du tout. Donc il faut aller au métro à pieds (15-20 min) en plein soleil. Il faudrait peut être prévoir une navette entre l'hôtel et le centre....

Alleen het personeel bij de bar van het zwembad was niet heel vriendelijk.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The pool and area was lovely. The lifeguards were nice and friendly too.
Check in staff were rude and not helpful at all. The pool bar staff would start serving you and then when you were ready to pay they would start to take someone else’s order making you wait to pay. The carpets in our room were ripped and the wallpaper peeling off. A man, what would appear to be the hotel manager, you would see him walking around the hotel/ pool area at least an hour with no interaction with guests or even a smile. Customer service needs to improve massively.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Bardzo dobre śniadania, duża oferta słodkości. Duża wygodna jadalnia. Można było również jeść na zewnątrz. Pierwszego dnia basen był nieczynny, ale obsługa szybko zareagowała i na drugi dzień już był dostępny dla gości. Duże lobby klimatyzowane. Można było poczekać na taxi. Personel bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Do stacji metra ok.1,5 km. Przystanek autobusowy w pobliżu.

Duży pokój, klimatyzacja, garderoba, dwa balkony,lodówka, przygotowane kapcie, przyjemna pościel, mięciutkie ręczniki, widok na basen, papugi latające przy hotelu. Można spokojnie wypoczywać przy basenie popijając drinka. Pan ratownik zawsze udostępniał basenowe ręczniki. Polecam.
Brak drzwi do łazienki i zestawu do parzenia kawy.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato nel complesso discreto, ma le aspettative legate alla categoria dell’hotel non sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Considerando la classificazione a quattro stelle, l’aspetto esterno, l’ingresso e la reception lasciavano presagire un livello di qualità superiore rispetto a quanto effettivamente riscontrato. Gli ambienti e i servizi offerti risultano nella norma, così come il livello di pulizia, ma non sembrano rispecchiare pienamente gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo appare quindi poco equilibrato: il costo sostenuto sembra non essere adeguatamente giustificato dall’esperienza complessiva. Il personale si è comunque dimostrato disponibile e i servizi essenziali sono stati garantiti, ma sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli, alla cura degli ambienti e alla valorizzazione della struttura, al fine di offrire un’esperienza più in linea con le aspettative di un hotel quattro stelle.

Camera spazoosa e pilita Piscina molto spaziosa, con numerosi lettini e ombrelloni, grande spazio verde intorno. Bar della piscina comodo sia per un caffè che per un pranzo veloce Ristorante con una buona scelta nel menu Colazione varia tra dolce e salato
Varierei maggiormente l'offerta per snack/pranzo al bar della piscina.

No me gustó el bar (muy caro y baja calidad), la ubicación ( a un km de la estación de metro), el baño no tenía privacidad ( sin puerta en la ducha).

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Geweldig hotel: luxueus, modern, gedienstig personeel en zowaar een echte barista bij het uitgebreide ontbijt. Vanop de kamer een fotogeniek uitzicht over de heuvels rond Rome en het geheel kon zo weggelopen zijn uit een Italiaanse cultfilm. Prachtig! 's Avonds ook gebruik gemaakt van het restaurant: lekker, uitgebreid en bediend door vier obers tegelijk, (misschien weliswaar omdat het op dat ogenblik niet echt druk was).
Het zal wel aan mij gelegen hebben, maar ik slaagde er niet in de airconditioning beter af te stellen: gelukkig was ze er - het was buiten echt bloedheet - maar heb op de kamer eenmaal echt kou gehad. Daarnaast - maar dat was wel een eigen keuze - valt de afstand tot de klassieke oude Romeinse binnenstad echt tegen, zeker te voet en taxi's 's nachts zijn niet goedkoop.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con il personale delle pulizie che è entrato in camera alle 9 della mattina comunicando ad alta voce il ceck out quando invece questo era a mezzogiorno. Dopo aver allungato il cech out preoccupati del ritardo abbiamo preso conoscenza che era a mezzogiorno. Il pomeriggio il personale delle pulizie alle 14 continuava a bussare o voler entrare in camera in maniera molesta. Ineccepibile e grave visto che ci ha svegliato . Pessima situazione per un hotel del genere .

Middelmådig morgenmad - stort udvalg af kager dog, hvis man er til det. Vi havde ikke rengøring en eneste dag ud af 6 dage og måtte selv bede om mere toiletpapir.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The size and cleanliness of the pool was outstanding! Very pricey though for the food and thr actual room. But when we first came in, we weren’t welcomed, and even got attitude from a worker just for asking for a third towel because it was me and my two kids, just booking for a room of 2. The pool closes at 8:30, we stayed in for about 1 or 2 extra minutes, unaware of the time, and strictly got asked to “immediately” exit the pool by the lifeguard… Overall, average. I wouldn’t stay here again though.
