Quasi tutto perfetto. Stanza ampia e comodissima, staff gentile, servizi eccellenti (lavanderia gratuita, colazione gratuita con bevande calde e croissants, palestra, water refill). Non mancava assolutamente nulla.

Migliorerei semplicemente la manutenzione della lavanderia, con pulizia delle vasche per la lavatrice e dei filtri per l'asciugatrice. Ma il servizio è gratuito, quindi tutto molto buono. Questi consiglio solo per rendere tutto oltre che perfetto!

I liked that the place was a 10 min walk from the centre, very handy. The place was also dog friendly which is always a plus in my book.

Reports were made to reception about stamping upstairs, nothing was done, people in the room above us were stomping all night long up until 8am, they must have not slept!

Location is really good and our room was clen and quite with the view on the river. We were traveling with our dog, a Golden Retriver of 2 years old, and the apartment was perfect also per our stay with the dog. Breakfast available free of charge at the self service coffee machine together with the croissant and quality was just good enough. We could park our car in the garage under the hotel but the cast was not included in the room and you have to pay by the app, if not you can get a fine, furthermore the garage has not a surveillance thus traveling for holidays and the car full of our staff was warring us. All around the location is very nice and quite, perfect per a walk, also a nice children playground area in a park where we have seen squirrels . No mosquitos. Hotel is just 5 minutes walk by the historical Centre of York but a if you will arrive by the highway it’s is a little hidden and there are no signs on the road, thus trust your navigator. Receptionist were smiling and very kind with us and our dog, giving also a pet’ welcome kit.

Car garage was not included and the possibility to get a fine if not payed by the app, but more than these it he’s not surveillance and there were warning of not taking responsibilities per any car demage or theth We have not seen any signins on the road to address us to the hotel which at the end is a little bit hidden, because in a quite zone along the river.

For some unknown reason there was no soap or shampoo in any of the containers.

The kitchen facility was a bonus for breakfasts or a quick hob or microwave meal at night. The beds were very comfortable, however our 2 pillows a bit too firm for us. Everything was super clean, the area is safe and quiet being close to a quiet non static caravan park with Roundtree park and cycle route close by. Parking below hotel (Extra cost / day) also great.

The room was amazing and was in a great location that was too close or far from the city. The soap and lotion was great. Will be buying some when I'm home.

The kitchen was nice but did not like that some of it was under the stairs as I hit my head a couple times but I didn't really hate anything.

Well located on the river, out of the bustle but only a ten-minute walk to the centre. You could buy whatever you needed for breakfast, with free croissants and coffee. The kitchen area was well had everything one needed and was very useful.

that the electric car bays were blocked with cars not charging. It would be helpful to be able to reserve a charging point ahead of arrival. We stayed two nights but the room was not service after the first night. That had not been made clear beforehand.

I loved everything!

I didn’t use gym and kitchen as that was a short stay but I’m extremely happy about night in that hotel, the only minus which I can think is no bar in the hotel that would just make a full to me.

The only thing which I didn’t like it’s people parked badly on parking spaces downstairs and my partner arrived later then me and he couldn’t park there. I believe reception should inform guests about that and sort that issue not even for me but overall. Extremely nice receptionist at night shift very helpful and professional. He came to my room after max 2 h from my arrival and told me that another guest from underneath room made a complaint that I’m walking to loud in the room and it’s been all day. I’m finding that ridiculous as 1. I just arrived, which he can double check before coming to my room and maki no complain. 2. It was 7pm/8pm I think that’s a bit ridiculous as I believe till 10pm, I don’t have to worry that hotel it’s noisy as it wasn’t me “all day”. Just think he supposed to let that guest know that it’s not night time yet and people are allowed to walk in rooms unfortunately I don’t have wings to fly 🤷🏽‍♀️

My wife and I spent 3 nights here while visiting York. Room spotless and well kitted out with a faultless bathroom and decent kitchen area. Reception area very good along with the staff. We both loved sitting outside the front on the veranda while having coffee and cruesants which were included. You can’t go wrong here!!!!

Stayed here recently in a two-bed loft suite. Great location with river views and a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride into the city centre. Friendly, helpful staff at reception who provided us with an information leaflet and maps of local attractions and told us about the free tea/coffee and croissant each day. A nice atmosphere in the public areas with a well stocked deli/shop on site. Large spacious suite with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies and very clean throughout. Excellent air-conditioning throughout which was appreciated during the warm weather and although the building is situated near a caravan park and close to busy riverside walking/jogging route, we literally heard no external noise. On-site parking is £15 a night which is comparable with other city centre locations we've stayed in. Only a couple of minor points preventing me giving a full 5/5 rating - the bed in the downstairs bedroom was two singles zipped together meaning it had a dip in the middle and the whole suite could probably benefit from being repainted as there were numerous marks and dents in the walls. However, this wouldn't stop us staying here again and we'd definitely look at Roomzzz locations in other cities after this experience.

We booked to stay at Roomzz from 22-25th June with friends for our recent trip to York as we like Roomzz aparthotels as they suit our needs, as we usually stay a lot in Chester's Roomzz. We parked the car in the carpark at the rear , lots of spaces available , which are chargeable via an app or you can pay at reception , and very handy to have Ev chargers onsite too , which are very easy to use. We paid for an earlier check in so our rooms were ready and we were greeted at reception by Mel , who was lovely , very professional and always very pleasant and looked after everyone . We booked two studios with lovely views over the river Ouse with balconies on the third floor. We love grab and go coffee and croissants for breakfast that we take back to the room , but there are lovely indoor or outdoor spaces in the reception area to enjoy these and a well stocked area to purchase additional food and drinks. Roomzz is set in a lovely very quiet location , but if you turn left out of Roomzz , turn left again and head on to Bishopthorpe Road ,its a lovely very lively road with nice pubs , deli's , restaurants and a Sainsburys all only a 5 minute walk away . If you head left out of Roomzz along the river and then turn right , up and over the bridge and then drop left down on to Kings Staith dock to lovely pubs and bars , you can get the river cruises from there too and then all the side roads lead you up to all the sights of York, again an easy 10-15 walk away. We loved our stay in York and at Roomzz and would highly recommend it for a stay , and we will return.

Great location. Just a short scenic walk down the river to the city centre. Room was clean and spacious. Though we only used the fridge in the kitchenette, this was well equipped. Ample seating in the reception area where you could get free hot drinks. And a lovely outdoor seating area too. Free croissants in the morning were a nice touch too. My goodness, the bed was sooooo comfy! We had the best night’s sleep! So much so, we took note of the make and model of mattress. Would highly recommend this aparthotel and would definitely consider using Roomzzz again in another location!!

We are currently staying here on a weekend break and we are really happy with our accommodation. I did a lot of research before booking, and I chose Roomzzz because it gave the added convenience of all that a hotel offers with a kitchen area too. We are staying in a studio with balcony overlooking the river and it is so peaceful watching the boats go past. We slept perfectly last night - the air on is an added blessing in this heatwave! Very clean, everything you need is provided and although the carpark was full, we were offered a space in the staff carpark which we thought was a very nice touch. I would definitely book a Roomzzz hotel again!

Located in a great spot by the river just a short walk from the city centre and next to a delightful park. The rooms are very well kept with great facilities for a longer stay. Good bathroom/shower and lovely king sized bed. Can't fault it.

The apartment itself was lovely, modern, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, the location of the room significantly impacted our stay. The apartment is situated directly on a public walkway, with people walking past a floor-to-ceiling window only a few feet from the bed. This meant we felt unable to open the curtains or windows without losing all privacy. During the recent hot weather, this became a real issue as the room was warm but opening the windows left us feeling exposed. As a result, we spent much of our stay with the blackout curtains closed, making the apartment dark and preventing us from enjoying the views and natural light. Early morning noise from the adjacent car park also disturbed our sleep, and it was unsettling to wake up to a window cleaner working directly outside the window. A lovely apartment, but the lack of privacy and noise issues spoiled what would otherwise have been an excellent stay.

Very comfortable stay. Very close to the city centre, but felt very quiet. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the historic city centre.

We enjoyed our stay at Roomzzz York. It was hassle free, everything worked and the smart studio room was really big with a sofa and a lovely river view. The coffee and croissant breakfast is a nice touch. An easy walk into york, partly along the riverside around 15 minutes to the station or the Clifford Tower area, double that to the Minster. It was great value as we booked through a special offer but standard prices seem very fair. Would recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay at Roomzzz, the location is around an 18 minute walk into York city centre but it is very quiet with a beautiful river view (and the park next door is beautiful!). The reception staff were very friendly and the room was lovely, the only things were that we had no hand soap left in our room and there was some paint coming off the walls. We would definitely come back again!

Bright, modern and spacious room. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Good kitchenette, and we were able to sterilise our baby’s bottles in the microwave which made our first trip away with her so much easier. Onsite parking was really helpful. Great location on the river, and a quick walk away into the city centre.

The property was in a beautiful, quiet location on the river perfect for an evening stroll into York. We were lucky to be there during the heatwave so felt like being abroad! The room was spacious and kitchen was convenient for making Tea/Coffee and a fridge to chill the evening beverages! The bathroom was fabulous with a huge mirror and a lovely shower. Staff were amazing and friendly and always gave our little dog a cuddle when we arrived in the reception area. Free Coffee and pastries were very much appreciated in the morning on our early stroll walking the dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore York but you need more than 3 days, it’s huge!!! We will be back! ;)

We booked a room with a balcony so I assumed we could utilise it in the sunshine and sit out of an evening but were unable to place furniture on it and it was very narrow and overlooked a road and other rooms, not what I expected. Wouldn’t bother paying extra for it next time, a river view the other side would have been nicer! No welcome pack, usually you get some biscuits/ milk and maybe some washing up liquid etc when you stay at apartments and only one dishwasher tablet for our 4 day stay!

Loved it all really & difficult to fault. Small issue with the heating/aircon & the room was very warm. Slept on the bed as too hot to cover. Informed staff who explained the whole floor was experiencing errors with the aircon, we opened the windows to manage. Paying £15 a day for parking on top of the cost of the room seemed a little excessive. But I understand York is a popular tourist spot & parking is premium.

I stayed at Roomz with my 7‑year‑old and had a fantastic experience. Check‑in was quick and informative, and the reception area was spotless. There’s a small shop on site for essentials, plus comfortable seating areas where you can relax with a hot drink—complimentary morning croissants were a lovely bonus! Our studio room was much more spacious than expected. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent—right by the riverside, making it peaceful and quiet at night, yet only about a 10‑minute walk into the main town. There’s also a beautiful park nearby in the opposite direction, with a great children’s playground—perfect for families. We would definitely return and happily recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The hotel was spotlessly clean in the communal areas and our room. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We had a studio for two of us and there was plenty of room to move about. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the free croissants and hot drinks in the morning were an added bonus.

We had a couple of things lacking in the kitchen like a a jug, a larger saucepan and wasn't really anywhere to eat food we cooked. A small two seater table would probably work well.

The location is a 10-15 mins walk to the centre of York, and we find the walk along the river a pleasant one. It was partly why we chose the property, but also because it's nice to be in a quieter spot. We overlooked the caravan park behind and had the top floor which likely helped for quietness. The room had everything we needed, except for an extra towel for hair washing and some kitchen roll/paper towel would be useful as the tea towel had a lot of lint. The seats were comfortable in the room and we slept ok, but would prefer to see the softer beds updated and the sheets were a bit weird (no top sheets, and king duvet cover on a twin duvet meant we had weird long flapping sides). Staff were all lovely and professional, hot drink and croissant breakfast is a nice touch. We would definitely choose to stay here again as found the stay good value.

Stayed here for 4 nights over the may bank holiday weekend , great location next to the river, walking distance to center of york. Booked a grande studio overlooking the the river, the apartment was great size, everything was clean and in working condition. Check in was smooth and quick, all the staff I encountered was friendly, professional and eager to helpful. The location was excellent and was very location. I would return in the future next time I am in york.
