Reviewed Oct 24, 2025Staff were very friendly. I was surprised when on checking in there was a $50 extra charge for my dog, as I had indicated on registration that I would have my dog with me and there was then no indication that there would be an extra charge for the animal.
The air conditioning or fan was a little loud.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Le studio est parfait en famille. Bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et faire la vaisselle. Le barbecue était une belle surprise!! L'emplacement est bien pour faire des excursions comme les Bonnechere Caves, plages, Alonquin...le personnel est très sympa! La piscine a été très appréciée par les enfants et la salle de fitness par moi-même :)
Les couverts en plastique au petit déjeuner, mais ça on l'a vu dans tous les hôtels dans cette gamme au Canada.

Reviewed May 18, 2025The hotel desk clerk was faboulous. She noticed I was site impaired and offered to accommodate anything she could by way of assistance. The rooms, the appliances, the hot tub and the pool were immaculate. The breakfast was lovely with a large variety of hot and cold options; I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends and acquaintances.

From the inviting outside fire pit surrounded by comfy chairs upon our late check in, our early morning swim/hot tub, the lovely choices in the buffet breakfast, comfy beds & bedding and the quiet room for great night sleeps we were very satisfied with our girls long weekend! Reviewed Jan 5, 2025I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both times the place was overrun with teens and young families. My guess is there was a hockey tournament in town. On both occasions there were young kids yelling and running up and down the hallways until 3 am with not a parent in sight. Popcorn and garbage littered the elevators and floors throughout the hotel. Won’t be back for a third visit. If you’re booking, I’d recommend calling ahead to confirm the hotel wont be overrun by kids first.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2024This Hotel was a second visit for us and we loved it. From check in until check out it was perfect. The room has everytning you need for a mini vacation and to save you money you even have a mini kitchen to cook. bed is comfy as well. Honestly only thing missing was a washer and drier LOL .
We had trouble with the WIFI. Not sure if it was due to our phones security or what but this didnt make a difference to us really. Watch your crowd for breakfast. It gets crowded and then coffee is gone and they cant replace it quick enough and some people feel the food is a free for all and help themselves I swear they didnt eat it but took it to their rooms for lunch or snacking later. It was a little strange for sure. Only a shower in the room, I am a bath gal so missed that but nothing else was out of place.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2024From the super warm welcome at your reception to the incredible hotel facilities this was our favourite hotel in our cross Canada journey! Gorgeous, quiet, new room with all the amenities. I wish we could have stayed a week! Across the street from Kelsey's Roadhouse Restaurant was so nice, had a great dinner. Breakfast the next day at the hotel was so nice, and your staff member was so on it and funny and personable, I saw her interacting with everyone and she brought smiles to all. Such a nice place to say. Lots of onsite parking for our Uhaul and truck, accommodated our cat, and we just had a very nice and restful stay. Top marks on the hotel decor as well.
Not a thing was missing, you all have nailed it on the service, the staffing, and the hotel facilities. Well done!

Reviewed Jul 27, 2024This was our second time staying at this hotel & we will come back again! The rooms are spacious and clean, majority of the staff is very courteous and welcoming. The only downfall we noted this time was the housekeeping service. They only came twice for a 6 day stay. When they came they did not leave clean dish towels or empty the garbages. We had to call a couple times to have our garbage picked up. Overall, this is a great place to stay. Definitely great value for your money. We just weren’t satisfied with the house keeping service this time around!

Reviewed May 24, 2024The only complaint i have with the hotel is the e remely soft pillows, stupid complaint but i cant be all positive. The room was big and clean, we had a fridge, 2 burner hot plate, full sized coffee maker, pans pots plates everything you would really need for a longer stay. The front desk attendant even at my late time of arrival (1 am) was really jappy and perky and very informative about the hotel and its ammenaties.
