The updates were very nice. The beds were very comfortable.

No plug for the bathtub. People talking outside of our room were bothersome. The charge for dog was higher than other motels.

Brand new renovated rooms , very clean.

By a main road so a lot of traffic noise. Recommend bringing ear plugs.

You can tell that the owners have put a lot of time, money and love into the place. The rooms really are quite nice, and they feel like they have been recently renovated. Water pressure in the shower was great too. One thing you should know: the mattress is firm. So if you need a plush mattress, you should probably look elsewhere.

Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres; nous avions un voisin bruyant et, ce fût très incommodant. La suite manquait d'équipement si vous souhaitez cuisiner.

Charged for pet for each day and then added tax My dog is in training to be a service dog and should have taken that into consideration. Service dogs are not charged at all.

Very nice place to stay. The room had been recently refurbished and was excellent. Nice and clean and modern. Lots of room in the parking lot with 2 entrances. Close to amenities in both Petawawa and Pembroke. Highly recommend!

Bathroom door in my room was slightly stiff....not a big deal. Didn't take away from the total overall great experience!

AC was pretty noisy and the room was very Buggy. We tried to find how they where getting in but all windows/doors where closed, but everytime we used the bathroom more bugs where in.

I went out on a limb and booked at Time Travellers Motel just to try it out. I had travelled 6 hours from NE Ontario, in the July heat and was happy to find a room that cooled in 30 minutes. Every thing was redone. The room I had was modernized to this time and not the 1970s. No carpets, so no smells. The bathroom is super nice. It's modern, black tiles and white furnishings. Also, I have stayed at many cheaper hotels where they have "internet tv" that's not any good. I was surprised to find a Cogeco cable package from "times ago" and able to explore the "real" channels. I would stay here again.

Everything was spotless, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds and very good value. We were travelling with a dog. I brought items for breakfast, was nice to have a fridge and microwave. We chose it because it was close to the church we were attending and they accept pets, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation for the price.

The only thing I was perturbed about was the height of the beds, I was a bit concerned about a long drop if I fell out of bed.A very small concern.

The room was clean and bright and modern. It was in a great location for where we were going. Restaurants and shopping close by. Office staff were pleasant and helpful.

Was as advertised, and reasonably priced.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. TV was good with a lot of choices and a good listing of channels was provided in the room information. Overall very good stay.

This motel was really nice, modern and clean. The personnel was very nice.

The room was very clean. However I found long black hair in the top two blankets. So I removed those blankets and only use the sheet with one of my own blanket. Very well located, and nicely maintain grounds and same with the building.

Staff waited for our late arrival. TV is difficult to operate and was not able to use. This suite has an upper and lower floor with bedrooms…would suggest a tv for the lower floor.

Clean and safe with Wonder service. Very nice owners. They were happy to help us with anything.

Great clean motel with an aweome price!

The room was clean and updated and quite large. My husband who uses a manual wheelchair was able to move around the room no problem and the bathroom was accessible as well for him. Small toiletries and coffee/tea offered as well which was nice. Close to both pembroke and petawawa, would stay again for a weekend trip

I had a good experience staying at this property. It’s a clean basic motel with a comfy bed, at a fair price.

A great stay! I arrived late around 10:45 pm , the owner friendly and helpful , despite the late hour The room was super clean, quiet and had been recently renovated . It was very nicely decorated and the tiny kitchenette helpful - perfect for a breakfast . Washroom tiny, but also well done. The queen bed comfortable. Large window facing the backyard .

Very clean, modern and up to date

The interior rooms for this property have all been recently upgraded and look like they do in the photos. The air conditioner worked well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. They have installed black out blinds on the windows which is very important due to exterior lighting and the road/cars. My son and I stayed here twice (once on the way into Algonquin and again after our canoe trip). We were both very happy with the accomodations.

Stopped in for 1 night. Staff were friendly. Very clean, quiet, had amenities such as microwave, stove top, sink, dishes and fridge/freezer. Doesn’t have the bells and whistles like a gym or pool or breakfast but I wasn’t looking for that. I just needed a clean place to stay at a great price.

The host was very pleasant, the rooms have resentful been renovate. I was rather impressed, would go there again 🤙🏽. To go eat it’s a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants in Petawawa. There is a garden as in green space to set and walk, there are also 2 chairs outside with an ashtray.

The owner is always accommodating and hospitable. Value for the money is 5 stars. A very clean and modern space that’s well maintained. I don’t do many reviews since I travel for a living but feel moved to share my experience. It’s the only place I stay when working in Pembroke/Petawawa area.

Super clean, updated rooms, clean and new bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Towels could be newer and fluffier, but suitable for the purpose. Easy driving distance to restaurants etc.

Everything was just perfect. The location, the staff , the room clean and comfortable, fridge included and working, only thing our bed was a curved in in the middle mostly probably because of some persons…otherwise I would recommend this place

The best motel we have stayed at on our travels. Great service and people to deal with.

There has been a significant upgrade done to this facility which is very evident. The air conditioner in my room was quite noisy. I would certainly stay here again. Great value!

This motel was the perfect place for our stay in Petawawa. Close to the music venue and not far from a Tim's for breakfast. Updated room with fantastic shower. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The folk at reception were very lovely, and extremely accommodating. I really appreciate the extra mile they went to ensure my stay was great. Thanks!

It was still chilly when we were there but the staff brought us a heater.

ok smelt mouldy, air conditioner did not work,tv didnt work , many miskitos were swarmed in the unit...noisy and no ice and no tub as requested. wanted a queen got a double. overall was not cool. i would not recommend.

The place was clean and modern. What more do you want when just staying overnight? For the price it was very much worth it.

This is an old motel with some updates. Most importantly the beds were pretty good actually. At only $100 a night i think it was a good deal.....but i'm not sure why some people are rating it 8/10 "fabulous" as it leads to higher expectations.

Cozy place

Spotless room that provide lots of options for convenient meal making in room. TV picture was dark and not full screen on older small television. No controls to improve the picture and it was NHL playoffs! The motel owners and staff were all very friendly, courteous and attentive. Very reasonable rates.

I have never paid that much to stay with dogs. Extra $150 surprise when I arrived. I will not be back for that reason. The room was too hot with no thermostat control for occupant. There was a new wall mounted air conditioner to counter the heat. Coyotes live close by, so be careful at night. The room was newly renovated to a very high standard, for a motel. They invested money into the renos. The floors and bathroom, could have been cleaner. I have stay at much worse.

Wonderful

The property has the outward appearance of a typical motor inn. The interiors are tastefully updated, clean, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the walk-in shower and the lamp with charging station for my mobile. The owners were friendly and very accommodating.

The beds are a little hard as are the pillows, but that's legitimately. My only complaint for this place. Everything else was great. Checking was easy staff was very sweet and the price was good.As well

Great place to stay

Check in was a breeze, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and newly renovated. Washroom and bedding were clean. Only thing I would say is wear socks full time or bring indoor slippers. Spilt a little water on the floor and when I used a tissue to wipe it it came back really dirty… other than that I didn’t notice anything that stood out. Walls are THIN, and there’s a few cracks and bangs you hear throughout the night but nothing startling. This hotel is pet friendly with the exception that theres a “no pets on the bed” rule. Overall very satisfied with my stay.
