Pool isnt available Wednesday from 11am till 230pm... unacceptable when booking a room and not given this information. Also Management was rude and harassing (Jamie Moody is his name), literally followed me out of the hotel and to my vehicle, harassing me. I reached out to both booking.com and to Quality Inn with no replies or assistance.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2026Nice and clean room. Looks updated. Front desk staff always present, friendly and helpful. They have a great system to allow hockey teams to stay for tournaments and keep things comfortable for guests and non hockey guests.(we were staying as a team). Kelseys is right next door as is a Shoppers DrugMart and a Dairy Queen. Looked popular with snowmobilers as well.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Everything was clean and looked like new. Many towels in different sizes were available. Staff were very friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice bonus for extra relaxation. The sheets were very clean as well. Breakfast was very good including coffee, tea, hot water, jams, bagel, toast, fruits, juice, etc. Overall we had a very good experience
The beds were squeaky. Every time I tried to move around it would make noises. Also the pillows were a bit small. More like in square shape. They were very comfortable though.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025The staff at the Quality Inn are extremely caring and helpful. I am disabled and they lowered the bed for me. Even the manager is very nice. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast every morning was fantastic. They had everything you could think of. The hotel has a lovely ambiance. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. Kelseys restaurant is close to the hotel. Staying here was a good experience. We highly recommend Quality Inn in Petawawa. M. Brown

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Lovely send it pool right off the breakfast room. And if you have kids, it’s right across from a great little splash park Great breakfast. Although it does seem like you pay for it with higher daily fees
The rooms use those awful blue light lightbulbs, which gives everything a harsh look. Warm lighting for a hotel room would be a must in my opinion. Also, we were not able to work the television I guess the Internet was just not cooperating. Very frustrating because we had kids that we wanted to chill out with a movie after a long, busy day.
