I stayed at the apartment for one night because my flight was cancelled. Honestly, it was the first time I’d had a proper night’s sleep during my whole holiday 😆 I can’t speak for the other two bedrooms, but the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The location is close to the Old Town, and I had no problems at all with check-in or check-out. As far as I could tell, reception is open for quite long hours. For my one-night stay, everything was great. For a longer stay, the only thing I’d suggest is having a few more basics in the kitchen besides salt, such as some cooking oil and spices.

δεν είχαμε κλείσει πρωινό .Η τοποθεσια είναι πολύ βολική και σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται κανείς στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου όπου υπάρχουν παρα πολλές επιλογές πρωινού κια εστίασης για κάθε ώρα της ήμέρας

Σε γκρούπ 5 ατόμων όπως το δικό μας θα ήταν το ιδανικό αν το κατάλυμα είχε δύο μπάνια,

Silencioso aunque céntrico, pudimos descansar sin estar a las afueras de la capital . El personal muy amable, nos dejó entrar antes de la hora de entrada, viajamos de noche con una niña y fue un gran detalle que nos facilitó mucho la vida.

Que en 5 noches no nos cambiaron la papelera del baño. No siempre fue fácil aparcar.

The most i liked is the position. It was important to me that it is a walking distance to port. Which it is, 10 minutes of light walk. Kitchen is great. It's defenetly good value for the affordable price.

The facilities need at least 1 shelf and are completly missing hooks to hang the towels.

Everything was fine. The apartment was located in a very prime location and was spotless. The staff was very courteous.

Moim zdaniem sprzątanie pokoju powinno odbywać się minimum co 2 dni, a nie raz na tydzień pobytu, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że w Grecji nie można spuszczać papieru toaletowego, a nie było worków do kosza na zmianę. WiFi też słabo działało, raz dobrze raz wcale

Nice view of the old harbour and close to the centre. Big and chill apartment which is positive during warm days.

Should have a bigger and clearer sign since we knocked on a private door instead of the apartments when we arrived.

Very nice apartment with sea view, clean and comfortable. Large kitchen as well with big fridge. Staff at the reception very helpful and polite with us. He took our luggage in a safe place for 5-6 hours until we checked in at 3 pm.

Locație aproape de centru și la zece minute de mers pe jos de stația de autobuz spre aeroport. Foarte curat. Dotat cu tot ce este necesar. Gazda foarte amabilă și promptă în informații.

地理位置極佳，靠近搭船碼頭（拖行李走約25分鐘），臨近舊城區，可以逛街購物（伴手禮），有很多美味的餐廳。

衛浴設備比較沒有乾濕分離，常常會「水淹金山寺」。 第一天晚上沒有熱水，第二天屋主積極處理（因為熱水器開關沒有打開），讓我們擁有舒服的熱水澡。

The room gets very hot at night, and the air conditioning is located directly under the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep. If you have a rental car, parking is also difficult to find and quite expensive, with strict fines for illegal parking. Overall, these were the main downsides of our stay.

Very nice apartment, very friendly host and staff. Wonderful kitchen with a large fridge.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, especially thanks to the lady who welcomed us—she was incredibly kind and helpful! Aside from these small details, everything was perfectly clean, the location is great, and the hospitality was absolutely wonderful.

There are just a few areas that could be improved for a better experience: the stove burners are quite outdated, and unfortunately, we struggled to get hot water for our showers. Even though the lovely lady was kind enough to explain how to work the system, the water unfortunately remained cold for us. Additionally, the mattresses were a bit noisy and could be more comfortable, and since the walls are quite thin, we could easily hear the neighbors talking.

Tutto!! Ritornerò sicuramente a pernottare in questo appartamento. Dalla gentilezza alla cortesia della proprietaria, alla pulizia soprattutto, l attenzione al cliente offrendo cialde di caffè e acqua in frigo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! E noi di solito siamo molto esigenti.

Great apartment in the centre of Heraklion We had a very nice stay in this apartment. The location is excellent — close to the city centre, the port and the airport, which made everything very easy for us. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, it is renovated, very clean and well maintained. It felt fresh and comfortable, which is very important when travelling with family. The lady at the reception was very kind, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families with children. A very good choice for staying in Heraklion.

Large, clean and comfortable apartment within a walk from the city and historical views.

It would have been nice to have been given some extra rubbish bags.and one of the rooms only had a fan instead of cooling.

Perfect for a one night stay before catching our ferry. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Volvería sin dudarlo! Se me retrasó el vuelo y llegué de madrugada, estuvieron todo el tiempo pendientes y lo solucionaron para que no tuviese problemas. No solo eso, sino que me dejaron al día siguiente más tiempo despues del check out por si no había descansado suficiente por el vuelo. El cuarto está muy bien. Lo recomiendo 100%

Schoon en groot appartrment. Flesje water en de 1e koffie ligt voor je klaar bij aankomst. Een superlocatie dichtbij het centrum van Heraklion en haven.

Appartamento molto ben curato e spazioso con una bellissima vista mare dalla cucina. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto premurosa e carina e ci ha comunicato che il "boss" ci aveva concesso un upgrade gratuito ❤️ in un appartamento piu bello e grande!!! Posizione eccezionale per girare la città a piedi. Per il parcheggio noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Molto gentilmente ci è stato concesso di lasciare I bagagli alla reception l'ultima mattina.

La posizione sicuramente, la disponibilità dell'host.

Nulla, le aspettative sono state rispettate.

O meu apartamento tinha entrada directa na rua , com a janela ao nível dos transeuntes e com pouca privacidade.

Very helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us, room was spotless and in an area close to the centre which is what we wanted.

Very modern apartment, well equipped and appointed. Airconditioning in the bedroom was welcome. The bathroom was very good.

The descriptions was of two bedrooms with a bed in each, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms. In reality, there is only one bedroom (it is air-conditioned). The 'second bed(room) is actually a couch (not a couch bed - it was a couch which the receptionist threw a sheet on when she realised we were not a couple) and it is in the living room - which is not air-conditioned.

Найкраща локація для відвідування Іракліону, легко добиратися з аеропорту. До набережної 2 хвилини пішки, приємні прогулянки центром міста, близько до зупинок, звідки можна легко подорожувати в Кносс та пляжі за містом. Комфортні ліжка, чисто, дуже добре обладнанна кухня. Моя порада, якщо зупиняєтеся більш ніж на 1 ніч, обрати номер з балконом.

Lage sehr zentral, flexibler Check-In, gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Zimmer und preiswert

Zimmer nicht sehr sauber (Geschirr ölig und Oberflächen nicht gründlich gesäubert) und im Erdgeschoss sehr laut (dauerhaft Geräusche von Motorrädern) was einen Schlaf erschwert.

Close to the ferry and also Lion Square where the town centre is. Had a lift which was great. Our room had a small balcony which was nice also.

Emplacement incroyable ! À seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville et du port. La terrasse est un vrai plus, avec une vue sur la mer et sur la ville, très charmante. Le logement (D1) est petit mais plutôt bien agencé, idéal pour un city break de quelques nuits. En revanche, je le recommande moins pour un séjour plus long. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant - merci !

Le gros point négatif reste l’isolation, qui est malheureusement très insuffisante ! J’avais réellement l’impression d’être dans la même pièce que les voisins du dessous. Ces derniers se sont montrés extrêmement bruyants et irrespectueux : cris constants, portes qui claquent, musique à volume élevé… Ils criaient même sur des passants depuis leur terrasse, dans une ambiance clairement alcoolisée et incontrôlable. Le bruit a duré jusque tard dans la nuit, voire au petit matin, et commençait déjà vers midi !!! Résultat : impossible de dormir ou de se reposer correctement pendant le séjour. C’est vraiment dommage, car cela a fortement impacté notre expérience.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, günstig gelegen, 5-10 min. bis zum Zentrum und zum Hafen. Die Apartments waren relativ klein in einem älteren Haus/Hotel gelegen (Familienbetrieb) mit schmalem Balkon mit Blick auf enge ruhige Straße mit Wohnhäusern.

Die Verständigung (in Englisch) schien mir nicht immer sicher zu sein. Eine Taxi-Bestellung am Abreisetag (am frühen Morgen) über das Hotel schlug fehl, kann aber auch am Taxifahrer gelegen haben oder anderen äußeren Umständen. Bin dem nicht weiter nachgegangen, könnte aber vielleicht hilfreich sein zu wissen.

It had all the basics. The kitchen is a bonus. Comfy beds, shutters to darken room. So close to the beautiful Mediterranean water. Cafes and restaurants so close.

I could hear my neighbours going to the toilet. Some people might not like that. Everything is so close it’s inevitable to hear what else is happening around you. It was ok with us.

Great location and value. Good to have beds to accommodate four adults rather than sofa beds. Near lots of quality restaurants.

Nice spacious apartment, the sea view is beautiful, just as on the pictures. Big kitchen with basic equipment, living room with big, comfortable sofa, and bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The location is also great for a city visit, the port and the center are both within a few minutes.

We visited in winter and being in the apartment was too cold for our comfort level. There is no heating - although it's advertised on the property page. There is one AC in the bedroom with heating mode but it's just not enough for the whole apartment. We were also missing the washing machine, their website says there is a shared one, but it wasn't available.

The host was truly exceptional, lovely lady, allowed early check in, stowage of luggage on checkout day, and even gave us some freshly baked local desserts on checkout!! One of my best host interactions ever.
