La habitación que me dieron la primera noche no pude dormir por el ruido entre el abanico y el aire acondicionado, al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación y está solo tenía una cama y un sofá cama y además toda la noche se la paso cayendo agua del techo del closet y mi ropa se mojo

Para agendar una reserva en los restaurantes fue casi imposible, siempre estaban llenos. Y los carritos para trasladarnos duraban mucho tiempo para llegar.

All the staff are really nice and attentive. The services provided are immaculate. We had a great time here enjoying vacations.

There’s just one thing that bothered me. The first day when we arrived, we went by one swimming pool with kids’ facilities. There were these two vendors selling souvenirs like little rocks and handicrafts stuff. We walked by, they started out of nowhere yelling out “Ching Chong”, which is a racist slang against Asian people, and all the terrible things. They are adults. I’m pretty sure they are conscious of they are talking about. What I’m not sure about is if they are staff from the hotel. Even if no, I hope everyone working in hotel property could learn basic respect. Nobody should be discriminated against by their skin color or how they look or anything.

Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas. Lo que más destaca de este hotel es la increíble simpatía y atención de todo el personal; siempre te reciben con una sonrisa y están dispuestos a ayudar en todo.Un agradecimiento muy especial en la Gerencia para Nelfi y Miguel Angel por su trato amable, profesional y cercano, que hizo nuestra estancia todavía mejor. Asimismo, queremos destacar a Leonel, quien nos asistió con todo el traslado y estuvo siempre pendiente y a la total disposición de ayudarnos. Da gusto encontrar personas que cuidan cada detalle de esta manera. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

El teatro parecía un club de Stripper, pensé que harían dramas o algo así, pero todo estuvo excelente los chicos tienen talento!!

Nada… empezando me hicieron doble cobro por 670$ y es la hora que no me han devuelto mi dinero… quedaron en confirmar que la devolución había sido solicitada y lo más seguro es que me roben… no había nunca espacio para los restaurantes… el buffet la uvita es una mierda y no hay helados…

Resort molto grande e con tanti servizi, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tantissima scelta di cibo, nel complesso abbastanza buono. Camere pulite molto bene anche due volte al giorno e materassi davvero comodissimi. Belle le piscine e soprattutto la palestra, grande, pulita e ben attrezzata. Personale super simpatico, disponibile e attento. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La qualità del cibo potrebbe essere migliorata e alcune zone dedicate ai pasti sono un po’ vecchie e avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. Durante le ore della siesta a volte c’era un po’ troppo rumore nei corridoi. Ad agosto abbiamo inoltre trovato moltissimo sargasso: l’hotel puliva la spiaggia ogni giorno con i macchinari e faceva davvero il possibile, infatti era più pulita rispetto ad altre spiagge viste in zona, ma la quantità era comunque eccessiva. Ovviamente non è colpa della struttura, ma personalmente non sceglierei agosto per il mare a Punta Cana.

Comida muy buena y el personal muy atento y servicial

Las habitaciones con mal olor de humedad nos cambiaron 3 veces y las 3veces habia olor a humedad en todas, pedi un humificador y nunca llego solo me lo enviaron a una de las dos habitaciones que reserve

Great location, and clean

Customer service was non existent. I burned my hand at the restaurant. They brought me a skillet with the food and didn’t warned me it was EXTREMELY HOT and my skin stick to the metal, I had called about a party/fight/ loud music. At 4 am and nothing was done about it. I had to leave the property to and air b&b.

El hotel es agradable, cómodo y tiene variedad de amenidades. Tantas, que casi no podrán conocer todas. Muchos restaurante tipo bufet, muchos restaurantes a la carta, varias piscinas. Es muy grande y sin un mapa o direcciones te puede aturdir. Fui en mayo, época de sargazo, pero mantienen la playa limpia.

Un defecto es que en el primer día trataron de venderme el programa Palladium Travel Club y me quitaron casi toda la mañana.

Tenían más burocracia que un gobierno para realizar cualquier trámite. Se tardaban un montón de tiempo para atenderte en el lobby o la parte de actividades. Nunca había lugares en los restaurantes aunque vayas a primera hora y ni en la app salía disponibilidad. La comida muy regular a mala. El horario de la pileta es hasta temprano y ridículo que el bar de la playa que encima tiene pocas cosas cierre ya a las 5 pm. Poco espacio de playa. No habían muchos lugares con sombra cerca de mi edificio, no tenían ni mesitas para poner las cosas.

Die Lage war gut und es sauber. Massage war super.

Es gibt keine fixe Aktivität. Mann braucht einfach selber einen Partner oder eine Gruppe zum spielen. Es wäre toll wenn es fixe Spielzeiten geben würde als Aktivität. Das personal ist freundlich aber wenn man ein Badetuch holt. Dan einfach Kopfhörer in den Ohren hat und dich wie Luft behandelt ist es für mich einfach eine Frechheit. Dass essen ist auch nicht der Hit. Das Fleisch ist einfach nicht richtig gut gebraten teils halb roh. Bei der Pizza ist der Teig nicht immer durch, auch halb roh.

No se contaba con un lugar para la Merienda, ya que los niños suelen merendar y ya descansar, es decir del almuerzo debíamos esperar 6 hs hasta horario de la cena

nice beach, clean pools and swim up bars. shared property gives plenty of options for activities, food and pools.

food sucked, staff was pushy and would come find me on the beach every single day to harass me to buy add ons and it seemed like almost like they were following me. Saw them being pushy towards drunk foreigners as well and not very nice or helpful, besides the concierge woman and men.

El servicio al cliente de parte de la administración. El servicio administrativo un asco, se perdió un celular y desde las 9 de la mañana nunca nos dieron respuesta. El mismo apareció porque el esposo de una de mis amigas llamó alguien lo tomó y nos indicó donde estaba, si hubiese sido por la administración no aparece.

The japanese restaurant is actually chinese. There are a lot of employess, but only one person to do the checkin, only one person to book activities. Because of that, I had Booked a breakfast in the turquoise with another person of the travel club and not with the person responsable for the brazilians. So when the Day came, there was no one waiting for us, because he wrote in a notebook and she did not know about it. We would have to wait for more than 30min, so we cancelled the reservation.

It’s a little dated.

We met so may new friends. We checked in with Jaun who was absolutely amazing and was happy to help with anything we needed. Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year. Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. I truly hope I’m not forgetting anyone because every staff member made us feel very welcome!

Old rooms showers leaking they did offer to upgrade us with my VIP benefits but it was a couples room no privacy as it was open room concept and see through bathroom doors and we had our child with us..

Edwin made sure my stay at the Pallidium resort was excellent. He was very attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He’s a great value to the resort.

all staff members were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The resort felt safe, many options for fun activities and quiet. i would definitely recommend and will return!

Beutiful place

We liked our proximity to the beach and pool and food options. The property is showing its age and could do with a refit. The abundance of seaweed on the beach needs sorting.

The room had a lil wear and tear but overall great experience with mostly great staff.

We had the best time at grand palladium, the staff made the experience so smooth and enjoyable! Steven the bar tender was excellent Barack Obama the entertainer was so fun, Edwin was always ready to help with anything that we needed. Luis was always attentive ready to help and figure out anything we needed. The entire staff made this experience unforgettable we will be coming back!!

The staff was so kind. The worst part was the check in it is just too long the process was too slow after a long day of travel.

It was a beautiful experience. I e enjoyed ourselves. My only issue was with the guys driving the carts. Each time we asked for a ride, they would be like we are not going that way. For this reason we were lost a lot. This was 80 percent of the time. Never happened at the grand palladium in Mexico or Jamaica. That’s one of the perks of coming. Who wants to be drunk and lost lol.

the app does not work (cannot make a dinner reservation ) some of the restaurants were closed so buffet food was the only option left which felt a better choice to some of the speciality restaurants we were able to get into

Buffet food could be better. Could clean the kids pirate pool in certain spots like in tunnel under ship, and make sure of no rust and/or mold anywhere.

The GP Punta Cana was amazing! The property exceeded my expectations. 3 properties on the resort made for a great time. Lots of food options, pools, activities!

Poor quality control on service, mediocre food quality, pool water too hot and only waist deep ( all pools on the property), difficult process to make restaurant reservations .
