Location, value, staff? room size.

All good!

Great breakfast - advertised as a continental breakfast but they had hot options as well (eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, beans and hash browns. Quiet - we had a suite very roomy. Perfect for us because we were visiting family in the hospital so it offered a nice place to relax. Very clean. Stayed 4 nights.

Can't really think of anything. We had coffee packets in our room. It would have been good to also have some tea.

The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a 10-hour drive.

We have no negative comments about this hotelWe have stayed here a number of times and the quality, comfort, service and value has always impressed us.

Aging and not attractive

We enjoyed the extra room of the suite. Having a couch and chair to sit on is great. I missed noticing that they had the free breakfast. Bonus

Beds are way too soft

The management keeps a rarely good quality in this field. Organized, polite reception, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. It is a bit outdated but you can see that they are working on hearts. I drove through the country several times and this inn was one of my best choices so far.

Maybe some fresh fruits, yogurts or healthy granola could raise the quality of the breakfast.(Or I didn't find them)

Bedding. Could have better blankets. Thicker & warmer. The blankets in there were tattered and worn out. Very thin.

The Breakfast

The cleanest hotel room I have ever been in, and the staff were super friendly as well. It was so quiet, and I love the limited amount of road traffic that passes by the Inn as well 🙂

Not many parking spots in the front. I have bad kneees and can’t walk far

The room was what I expected. The breakfast was very good. They provided hot food, which you don't normally find in a hotel offering continental breakfast. The fact that DVD movies could be rented for free was an extra bonus.

The vending machine for drinks wasn't fully stocked. The fact that you could hear people in the hallway wasn't the best.

A number of restaurants close by. Just off of Hwy#1. Clean and very reasonably priced.

Drink machine was empty. But not that important.

Breakfast provided so many options. Parking great. Front desk staff very helpful. Very quiet.

Staff is great, rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

The outside lighting is intense and the curtains in the rooms are totally inadequate to darken the room. It is like trying to sleep with the lights on.

Watch your billing. They charged me twice for a one night stay. Parking around back is inconvenient.

The traffic noise was extremely loud. It was impossible to sleep at night. The room was disgustingly dirty and sticky. The carpet had a terrible smell, and the odor was unbearable, especially in the morning when the sun heated up the room.

upholstered chair in room should be replaced - Not inviting to sit on. Breakfast was a little lacking.

We have paid considerably more for an equivalent room elsewhere in the world and this location is by far the best bang for the buck. Room was very clean, very comfortable, and the front desk staff were nothing short of fantastic.

Very clean room and very comfortable bed. The fan on the HVAC system was noisy so we turned it off but this resulted in both of us being too warm. Staff is really friendly. Overall very good experience.

There was no gluten free bread for breakfast.

Room was fine and facility is looked after in the most part. As you can see the Ptac filters were in horrid shape. A 3 minute fix under the shower head is all it took. Adjusted door closure unit so it was a soft close and latch as how they should all be if they had a maintenance man. Staff needs a bit of PR updating. Kitchen lady is on her game.

I didn't end up staying. I called the location and what had been expected/booked vs what was available do I booked a different hotel to meet our family needs

Great convenient location - room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Great value. Continental breakfast was good. Easy checkout and we were on our way again! Definitely highly recommend this property in Brandon Manitoba.

Hard to find anything wrong but coffee table had a wobbly leg in our room - not very sturdy to place anything on.

Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ruime kamer (suite) met zit- en slaapgedeelte. Prima badkamer. Aanwezigheid van koelkast en magnetron. Ontbijtbuffet met redelijk wat keus, maar wat matige kwaliteit.

Lokatie aan de snelweg wat praktisch is, maar wel ver van het centrum van Brandon. Geen geluidsoverlast van deze weg. Woongedeelte is best donker en slaapgedeelte best licht. Wellicht een idee om dit om te wisselen? Gedateerde kamer (vloerbedekking, gordijnen). Geen theefaciliteiten (wel koffie) op de kamer. Geen borden of bestek.

Staff were engaging and friendly. Great location and close to food ideal when travelling. Shower good pressure and very hot. Bed comfy and good pillows. Not always easy to find

The breakfast area was spacious, and there was a good selection of items including cereal, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toasts, muffin and waffles. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice armchair and plenty of room under the counter with the microwave and fridge for luggage. It might feel a little cramped if there was four people in there. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water and plenty of clean towels.

The taps/faucets on both the wash basin and in the bath/shower were dated and a challenge to use successfully!

Easy to access. Clean. Consistent- always clean and comfortable

Parking for larger vehicles can be tricky but we did ok

Bed was comfortable, room nice layout for family with small children. Bath clean and bright. Staff very helpful.

The Bed was comfy. The room was relatively clean

The breakfast was not good, the waffle maker was very caked on, didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The lady working with the breakfast was wearing plastic gloves preparing the food, then went to the washroom to clean in there then still wearing the same gloves back to touching the food, the gloves were dirty and contaminated, we did not eat breakfast. I did confront the lady about the gloves she, well I hardly touched anything in the washroom 🙄 I also told the front desk lady she didn't seem to make much of a deal about it. We won't be coming back.

Very helpful staffs, and easy to locate.

The air-conditioner in the room we stayed wasn't cooling well in the hit afternoon. I didnt report it though, so I wouldn't blame them for it.

Stayed here several times over the yesrs. This place never disappoints. Clean facility invluding lobby, breakfast area & the rooms, polite staff. Very good value.

Hard to complain about anything... except the name ... Lakeview. I don't think there is a lake for 10 - 15 miles in any direction.

I came for a surgery and the staff was very accommodating and kind.

My only issue with the hotel is the wifi. No matter if I try in my room or down in the lobby, it is alway challenging to email and edit large files.
