Provider-sourced guest reviews.
It was close to the arena.
Bleak, it was like going back in time. Decor hasn't been touched in decades. Breakfast was just about edible. Very expensive fir ine night, for a grim room.
The staff were very attentive, helpful and accommodating. The location was good. Adequate parking. Comfy double beds in our twin room. Good menu choices & tasty food.
The building looked tired. However, it was clean..
Location
Dirty, old and tired with rude staff.
Location was really good and the rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable and warm.
The hotel's interior appeared very run down and the wifi was extremely slow. Breakfast was very basic and the lifts were painstakingly slow.
Excellent location Staff very friendly and helpful Very clean
Room slightly dated.
Chosen due to location to Wembley arena, can walk in 5 minutes. Parking too.
Staff were indifferent and functional. No chatter, no smile, just here’s your key.. there is lift. Lift only holds 3 people, very slow and do not try to get bags in with you. Door to room was faulty, didn’t close properly, room was grimy and very hot. Someone had left air con unit at 30 degrees so it was steaming and smelly in the room. No windows to open to air it. We used the toilet, turned around and left. We chose to drive 3 hours back home instead at midnight.
Reasonable price, Staff were very helpful and friendly, short distance walk to Wembley Park Tube and Wembley Stadium
Location good. Service very good food nice. Bar staff excellent.
The hotel is in a great location if you're going to a concert at Wembley, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The staff seemed unmotivated and not very communicative. We checked out at 3 AM, and the guy on duty that morning was at least smiling. The bath mat in the bathroom was dirty.
Fantastic location for Wembley events and impeccable value for money. Good facilities in the room including hair dryer and iron. Room was clean and spacious. Generous provisions of soaps. This is my second stay here and I had some minor gripes such as no USB charging port and no plug near the bed but it turns out those issues were specific to the room because this time around I had both of those things.
Nothing that the hotel can do anything about but it can be a bit noisy due to the location next to a main road near a major events venue, especially with construction going on next door as well. The window in this room shut out the noise really quite well actually but it was a shame to have to have the windows shut. But this is not something that I would actually fault the hotel for because it’s just a product of the environment it’s in.
Bliskość do metra i stadionu - super!
Niestety czystość w pokoju i łazience pozostawiała dużo do życzenia (bardzo brudne okna, obklejone blaty, nieprzyjemny zapach).
Excellent location, friendly staff, breakfast good value for money
Could do with updating
The location is perfect for attending a concert at Wembley, the room was spacious and the hotel is close to public transport.
The wifi is a bit slow.
The location was perfect for me
The hotel is very run down. Lots of things in my room were broken - towel rail bent and missing part, grout missing from tiles in bathroom, net curtain ripped in half to name a few. The tv is so small you can’t really watch it in bed. Most of the staff weren’t welcoming, friendly or helpful. Got woken up early in the morning by builders outside
The location is excellent for the Wembley Stadium. There was enough parking and the car park had a barrier so was secure. The room was clean and there were facilities for tea and coffee. The staff were nice and when we left at 4.30 am we had no problem getting a member of staff to give us the car park code and check out.
It was a bit basic and overpriced but we would use it again if we went to another concert.
Great location, especially for Wembley Arena. Close to the underground station too.
Quite tired and dated. My en-suite shower / bath tub had visible pubic hair so I don’t have a shower in the morning. When informed the man at check-out, rather than apologise he asked why I hadn’t bothered to ask to swap rooms! I explained I didn’t need a shower last night and when I went to have one after breakfast I noticed then - I was not going to swap rooms just before checking out. Still no apology! Shame - he really let the rest of the stay down!
Location
The hotel is very tired, rooms need a huge upgrade to justify paying nearly £300 for one night
Location
Tired and dated interior Cooler in room ?? Ac not working
Location was good
The building is old with old squeaky lifts and carpets looked stained. Beds weren’t comfortable at all and the cooling system was extremely loud where I couldn’t sleep.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Free parking.
It's a bit dated but the price point reflected that.
Excellent location and the air conditioning in the room
Very tired and worn
Close to venue that we were going, bed and bathroom really clean.
Furniture is very dated and TV didn't work at all.
A decent location if going to an event at Wembley stadium, arena or surrounding areas. A short 5 minute walk to stadium. Very clean room. Comfortable and spacious. Free continental breakfast with our stay, or could upgrade to fried breakfast for £5 which I thought was a good deal. Staff friendly around hotel
Nothing to complain about.
Great location
Rooms are very dated and breakfast was very basic
The location near Wembley staduim for a concert okus free parking
It was outdated, bed mattress was hard, went to the bar and didn’t want to sit on the chairs as they were dirty.
Lokalita, dostupnost metra, restauracie, obchody v okoli
Stare vybavenie izby, nie uplne cista kupelka a izba, nebolo mizne uoravut tellotu v izbe, vyhlad
Location
Outdated and shower was not very good
The only positive thing I can say about the Hotel is that it was close to Wembley Stadium the venue we were going to .
The Hotel wasn’t clean and not as shown on photographs provided by booking . Com , you couldn’t turn in bed the noise from the bed springs was horrendous, the dust was everywhere and the toilet a disgrace, Sofa and flooring was Stained .
Lovely sized rooms, clean, and all the usual facilities - tea/coffee in the room, ironing board/iron ect.
Everything was good, budget friendly
Staff were friendly, worked hard.
The rooms looked they they have never been updated.. The price for the room is shocking to be honest.
Close to amenities
No breakfast included . Not even suggested. Some lime scale on the tap
La ubicación
Todo muy antiguo, colchón malo, ventanas con cortinas que no se cierran del todo, muy viejo todo, para el precio que cobran podrían actualizar las habitaciones
Great location, went for a concert, staff were friendly and helpful. Had food in the evening in the bar. Varied menu with something for everyone at competitive prices. Continental breakfast free with room but upgraded to full buffet breakfast for only £5. Would definitely recommend.
No complaints.
Location
The Room on the 9th floor and the lift was frightening it shook when it moved. The room was old fashioned. Bed was to hard and there was a big box thing in the middle of the room I think it was meant to be air conditioning system.
The location was good, parking was secure. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Air-conditioning unit in rooms is a bonus.
Breakfast was poor, to the point I didn't bother. Continental was very limited. Nothing for anyone with dairy and wheat intolerance. No fruit or cereals, milk choices. The interior is in need of decorating, the furniture is very tired and outdated. I can see why it is only getting average to low rating, with a over priced tag for what you get for your money. Storing 2 spare beds in the guests room is not a good idea. We used to run a hotel, it reminded me of how we found ours at takeover.
Location to Wembley
Outdated decor needs a refurbishment.serving out of date beer
Közel a Wembley.
A tisztaság nem a legjobb. Reggeliért fizettünk, de angol reggeliért még pluszban kellett volna, ez nem tetszett.
Good location and a quiet hotel overall with little outside noise
The mattress was very thin and uncomfy. The whole hotel was a bit tired but did the job
Great location for Wembley
The room was a little tired and it had no plugs near the bed which is essential nowadays
The location
Not expensive affordable the price
Everything
The location was amazing for the stadium and arena. Drinks prices were very reasonable for london and the rooms were quiet overnight.
The rear of the hotel on approach looked like a dilapidated building, thank god the front had been improved. However on entry the couches in the foyer had tape on , not the best start. This area was dated and one of the lifts wasn't working during our stay. Our room looked like it was stuck in the 70s. The cleaners were clearly doing their best however there was black tape on the carpet covering holes, the air con clearly hadn't been cleaned since Noah had the ark and there was no hot water if you fancied a shower.
Location staff pizza
Check out 11am,beer choices
Clean and close to train station
Air con wasn't very cold
The location is absolutely exceptional for attending an event at Wembley, being just a very brief walk away from both the arena and stadium. Similarly, it’s only a short walk to the tube station. There’s a variety of shops and restaurants in the Wembley Park area all within walking distance so if there’s anything you need you won’t have to go far to find it. I needed to buy an adapter, so I popped out to the Argos just around the corner and got one right away. The room was a good size and the facilities within were above average, notably the provision of a hair dryer and an iron. It was clean and there was adequate provision of towels and consumables for my short stay. I didn’t really have cause to interact with the staff much but they were friendly and pleasant when I did. I arrived a little bit early and the man on the front desk kindly allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. On my way to check out I passed by a cleaner who greeted me. The value for money at this hotel relative to other options in the area is fantastic. To get such a decent room in London, AND right around the corner from a major venue, for the very reasonable and affordable price that I paid was the main reason for choosing to stay here and on that basis alone I would recommend it.
The only thing that I really didn’t like about my room was that there was no USB charging port and no plug sockets near the bed. I usually have sleep aid sounds playing on my phone overnight so I like to keep the phone on charge beside the bed, but that wasn’t possible as the only socket was by the desk. It also meant that if I wanted to use my phone while it was charging, I would have to go and sit at the desk rather than more comfortably on the bed. The location does come with a downside of it being a very noisy place. Obviously this isn’t something the hotel can control so it has no bearing on how I would rate the hotel itself but it’s an important consideration for planning a stay here, particularly if intending to drive. At night cars would be repeatedly honking their horns and people walking by could be heard shouting even up on the 8th floor with the windows shut. There is also construction happening on a building next door, so I was woken up early by a loud and constantly repeating buzzing sound which was then shortly followed by alarms and drilling. So unfortunately I got very very little sleep. Had there been a plug by the bed I could have put on some white noise to drown out some of the racket, so it all comes back to the plug really.
THE SERVICE IS BRILLIANT
ALL GOOD
Ivona was amazing, we were so stress out when we arrived, (took over 3 hours instead of an 1 hour) due to the fire at Wembley and traffic. She allowed us to go to our room to freshened up and when we went to the bar for a soft drink made sure we were ok. Roman was good, we had an issue with our room which was caused by maintenance making our pipes and radiator start banging and moved us immediately to another room, room was sufficient for what we want. Having parking on sight was good, even though there are limited spaces. Breakfast was good, lot of selection and variety. All the staff we interactive with were polite and courteous.
We had sachets for shower gel which was hard to open, should consider having them replaced.
Location, amenities.
Tv small for size of room / far away from the bed.
Close to wembley
Had to double the mattresses
It was close to the stadium
Dirty
Todo
Nada
Location is excellent, walking distance to Wembley so ideal if you just need somewhere to walk back to after a game/gig. Bed was comfy too.
Very basic and old school, but you kind of know to expect that with the price you pay. There was mould and rust in the bathroom. The shampoo came in a sachet and felt cheap. The TV was tiny and you had to blast the volume at full whack to hear it from your bed.
