Very lack lustre. On a busy road with bus stop out side door. Pokey reception, broken lift. Breakfast poor also had to ask for cups/ glasses

Great location for Wembley Stadium and OVO Arena, which are approximately a five minute walk away. Also had secure, gated onsite parking. Shea, (sorry if spelt wrong), on reception was very helpful and helped carry our luggage to the second floor, as the lift was out of order. Nice modern, clean room.

The location was ideal for anyone staying overnight for an event at Wembley Stadium, making it very convenient. The in-room amenities were also good, with tea and coffee-making facilities and a hairdryer provided. The full English breakfast was fairly decent overall.

For starters, the lift wasn’t working, which was a major inconvenience for all guests. We also weren’t offered any assistance with our luggage, which would have been particularly helpful given that the lift was out of order. We stayed in a twin room, and unfortunately, one of the beds were very uncomfortable. There appeared to be something protruding from the mattress, which was digging into me while I was trying to sleep. The extra bed cover stored in the cupboard was also heavily stained with yellow marks, which was extremely unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness. The continental breakfast selection was quite limited and could have been much better. We also ordered a full English breakfast, which took quite a while to arrive. Additionally, there weren’t enough serving tongs available for the continental breakfast items, meaning guests were either having to reuse the same utensils across different foods or, in some cases, resorting to using their hands.

Maintenance and Safety Hazards: The room has a broken light, alongside significant structural neglect including chipped walls and sharp, chipped wood exposed all over the furniture and fixtures. The room is in a state of severe disrepair that was entirely hidden in the property's listing photos and description.

I am still itching and can still feel the lice / bed mites on my skin. The room I had booked, had an overpowering smell and I asked for them to resolve this. I was given another room, which turned out to be infested with bed bugs/ mites/ lice. I cannot imagine myself staying here even for free after all this itching, not a chance

Quite scruffy and dated in areas, there was no lift available so had to lug cases up the stairs. Very noisy room on main road

The bed was a bit too soft for me. The lift wasn't working which was a problem. Our room was on the second floor which meant we had to climb the stairs. Not easy as we both have mobility issues.

Bathroom door did not lock. Tv remote was broken and had to be replaced. Windows wouldn't open do we had to rely on air con. Lifts weren't working - as far as I know, they had been down for a few weeks, so we had to climb to the 3rd floor. Cabinet units were not in a good condition. Other staff didn't know the room was occupied and they just let themselves in?!

No lift! And I was staying in 4th floor! Parking has no clear indication on map. And even in the booking instructions. Staff need to be trained properly with this kind of business! Specially how to talk with costumers.

The lift was out of order so because of knee problems we asked for a lower floor. We were given a room on the first floor at the back of the hotel overlooking a skip. The carpet was very worn in patches and it was generally a little tired and neglected everywhere

The bed linen was filthy , blood on inside pillows . Carpet round the edges had been pulled up . Couldn’t switch air con off so it was freezing . Stains on carpet . They said that lift wasn’t working ,then looked at reviews . It hadn’t been in use for over 5months!

The room was comfortable and the TV was good. Only booked it for the location, walking distance to Webley Stadium.

The lift was not working so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor. there was no staff to help us. There was no bar, and the vending machine downstairs only accepted cash. The breakfast was not very nice, it tasted like old grease. The coffee machine downstairs was not working, so had to drink lukewarm filter coffee.

Only positive about this property is the location to Wembley Stadium. That's it.

Where do you start. Price was excessive for one night & two rooms given the poor condition of the property. The elevator was not working and seemed to have been out of service for a very long time. The overall property is in poor condition. Staff are not very accommodating to want to provide any help getting your luggage up & down five flights of stairs. If you are in a wheel chair or cannot carry your own luggage up several flights of stairs, DO NOT stay here. There were people complaining how poor the breakfast service was. Luckily we didn't eat here. The back door is left open & unattended which goes out to a back alley way. Anyone could enter the property unchecked. Not very safe at all. Honestly, the price was paid was absolutely absurd & if I could have cancelled when I arrived with a full refund, I would have done that straight away.

Hotels appearance from the outside is shabby the elevator was broken and I watched a old couple struggling to get their cases upstairs! I don’t like to give a bad review but we spent a lot of money for one night at this hotel and was expecting the hotel and room to be in better condition. The hotel lift was not working and the interiors are all worn and old. We booked a junior suite but our room was just a double room with no balcony as stated on line. Our room smelt musty and like someone had smoked in it. Lots of repairs needed in the room and the carpets had lots of stain marks. Ironing board and iron need replacing (dirty). Feel very disappointed and completely ripped off as it was very expensive for 1 night. Would not stay here again and would not recommend. Pictures of the hotel on booking.com do not show the picture of hotel, we thought it was a modern hotel but it is not and the photo shown of the room must be old photos when it was new. I wish we never stayed. Front of the hotel needs a good clean. Only positive was staff on front desk were friendly.

The rear door on the mezzanine floor out to the car park area was open all the time - including overnight. I reported this to reception and was told it was monitored on cctv but I didn’t feel safe as my room was close by - it seemed possible that anyone could enter without staff noticing. Also the bolt lock on my room didn’t work - I put chairs at the door at night time. I reported this to reception in the morning and they said they would check it immediately.

Die Lage fürs Wembley Studium perfekt. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sofort ein neues sogar besseres Zimmer bekommen weil die Klimaanlage kaputt war.

Leider entspricht dieses Hotel für uns in keinster Weise einem 4☆ Hotel wie deklariert. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen. Lift und Klimaanlage defekt, alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ok aber nicht für ein 4☆ Hotel.

Für 1500€ (2personen) hätte ich mehr erwartet. - die Badewanne / Öffnung ging am Anfang das Wasser nicht durch (musste es mit einer Schere öffnen. - Ich wollte aus dem Schrank 2 dicke Decken holen. Sie waren so ranzig. Gelb/ braun einfach nur eklig. - der Fernseher ging am letzten Tag überhaupt nicht. War eingefroren… - ebenso ging ihr Fahrstuhl nicht.

Really enjoyed our stay at St George Wembley Hotel! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely big bed. We especially loved the high-spec bathroom, having a TV in the bath was such a cool touch and made the stay feel a bit more luxurious! The touch-sensitive lights were another nice modern feature. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the modern design and little touches.

The only negatives were that the windows couldn’t be opened, and the lift wasn’t working- we were on the 5th floor. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it could definitely be an inconvenience for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues or lots of luggage.

The property was really nice. Looked good outside it was easy to get to and there was loads of shops and stuff around. Big problem the elevator was not working so we had to walk all the way up to 5th floor which was absolutely disgusting. I feel like these type of things should be said somewhere. Nobody wants to go to a hotel and have to climb 14 flights instead lucky me it was a business trip. I didn’t have much to carry but imagine if I had a suitcase or a baby or I was disabled. It’s literally not okay to have a property that you can’t take the elevator to get to when it has multiple floors..

The price was extortionate on an event night. Staff openly admitted that they boost the price for event nights. The AC did not work in a room with no opening window. We were assured it would be fixed or we would be moved. We returned after the event to neither the AC being fixed nor a new room. At 11pm we were brought up and down the stairs (because the lift was broken) trying to find a room with working AC. We were eventually placed into a room with working AC but even that had issues with the light switch not working for the bathroom. When I requested to speak to a manager the following morning I was told that there was no manager on site because it was a bank holiday. I was told to direct any complaints to an email address. I was offered either 25% off my next stay (there won’t be a next time) or an email address to hopefully get some recourse for the previous night. Leaving a hotel with no manager available to handle issues like this is not acceptable. It is quite honestly irresponsible to not have a supervisor on site at a hotel with potentially up to 100 guests.

The first room we were given didn't have a nice smell and was really stuffy. The second room was a lot better. The carpets didn't look very clean and we had to get our iron changed too. The lift was also broken and we had to climb 5 floors every time - it was exhausting

The pictures make it look ALOT nicer than it is. Tried to be sly and charge more for parking even though they said a set amount over the phone and via email. Lift also not working and wasn’t informed of this.

10/10 couldn’t fault the staff, all lovely and welcoming. everything was clean and well kept. Everyone staying was lovely and well spoke too as well. Allowed food to be brought back into the hotel and ate within room which some hotels don’t offer which was pleasant

the lift didn’t work, we were only on the second floor but not ideal for anyone higher. our bathroom light wouldn’t turn on either not sure if we were using it wrong but only had to go off the little mirror for makeup.

The room was alright, had a sink leakage but that was fixed after we complained. General aesthetics , amazing with smart system and good view.

On 24th July We were greeted on arrival to a very unclean reception area, the room we were given was up 4 flights of stairs as the lift was out of order, we entered the room to see cigarette burns in the bedding, dust in and around the carpet was at a point we refused to stay in the room at all, we requested a refund due to how dirty the room was and booked elsewhere. Told to return 25th July to organise refund we went back on Saturday morning an noticed the lift was still out of order, told refund could not be completed told to contact Monday. We are now on the 11th August and the hotel refuses to comment or communicate. THIS HOTEL IS CLASSED AS 4 STAR AND IS NOWHERE NEAR it is totally mis-represented and is barely a 2 star, we paid over a £1000 for 2 nights here and expected something really nice we were so disappointed. STAY CLEAR AS THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 STAR.

I enjoyed it, stayed here as I went to an event at Boxpark Wembley. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice surprise! AC was fine, bed was fine. One of the better rooms I’ve stayed in. Thanks!

Room with a balcony was really nice, powerful shower which I was able to fill the bath with, as the tap was disconnected. Comfortable bed, incredibly powerful aircon!

Having chosen this hotel for the parking and bath tub, to be told we couldn't park our van as it will "block the parking" in a spacious carpark with very few vehicles... Had to park at a differnt hotel for an additional £42! The bath tap had been disconnected, OK the shower worked well, but I prefer to bathe than to shower.... Then theres the lift which was out of order, given I was on the 4th floor and my colleagues on the 5th... Cooked breakfast was reasonably priced, but not hotel grade!

It was such a disappointing experience. Our room was on 3rd floor and the lift was not working. Apparently it has been out of order from the past 1 month. The hotel manager Shiva tried his best and was really helpful. But the overall experience was just bad. Water taps were broken, AC was not working properly. And when I thought what could go worse, one side of the mattress had broken spring due to which the entire section had a big hole. I would like to have a refund for the same.

We were on the 5th floor paid £410 for a night during Bruno mars concert, the lift was not working we had to use the flights of stairs with our luggage, and multiple times a day on a very hot day.

The rooms were dirty , there was chunks of wood missing out of the units , the beds were dirty . There was what I can only describe as blood smeared all over the ceiling . The bathroom had a wall unit hanging off and there was no bin . I would not stay here again . For the price that I paid I expected a lot better .

am recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it didn’t live up to its 4-star rating. I had booked two rooms and specifically requested that they be close together, but they ended up being three floors apart, which was very disappointing. The “deluxe” double room was much smaller than expected. The window didn’t open at all, making the room feel stuffy. The carpets throughout the hotel were threadbare and in need of replacement. The twin room was missing basic items such as teaspoons for making tea and coffee, and the bathroom tiles looked grubby. In the deluxe double room, there were bugs in the bathroom tile grout, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the staff were polite, the overall condition of the hotel fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star property. With the lift also out of order during our stay, getting between floors with luggage was inconvenient. Overall, I was disappointed with the standard of accommodation and don’t feel it offered good value for the price or reflected a genuine 4-star experience.

The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the fifth floor. The room had damaged walls around a socket. The sink in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor every time you put on the tap and the hand held shower part had water spraying everywhere from where it joined to the pipe. The duvet was also too small for the double bed.

The most amazing location for going to see Luke Combs in Wembley stadium. The hotel receptionist was so lovely, polite and professional. The room was ready when we arrived at 13.00, able to drop our bags off in our third floor room. The room was fantastic, lovely and cool, air conditioning on. Beautiful room and the bathroom was stunning. Our room over looked Wembley stadium. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when visiting Wembley stadium.

The lift was broken, we had to walk up to the 4th floor. I wasn’t offered a chance to cancel my booking, which I would have done. The room wasn’t very clean and the plug in the sink was broken. We reported it but we were told they knew already.

Disguising hotel, room had sick on the carpet- wasn’t cleaned up after promised, room stunk of weed, lift was broken, restaurant and bar were closed, dirty and grubby, road noise in the room. Checked out before spending the night as it was so bad. They refused refund. Dreadful place and customer care.

We arrived at the hotel yesterday as we were attending a concert at Wembley. There was one man on reception and a queue of people waiting to check in. Our room was on the 4th floor and we were told the lift wasn’t working. We had to walk up to the 4th floor with our luggage, not a great start. Our room however was really nice with a large bathroom, new facilities and large ceiling to floor windows. We slept very well. Breakfast was ok, they take the order of full English or continental, not much choice other than that. I don’t think it’s acceptable to not have the bar open or provide any kind of room service when we paid over 600 pounds for the room for the duration of our stay. The lift also a problem. Would we stay here again Yes for the close proximity to Wembley. They seriously need more staff.

Stayed for one night to attend a concert and was charged £630 , whereas tonight's rate is £55 , total exploitation ! The location was perfect for a show at Wembley, and our room was in the corner so it was very quiet which was nice! The guy who checked us in (Marco mabye his name was? I don't remember...) informed us that the elevator didn't work and was able to move us to a lower floor since my mom just had foot surgery and cannot take loads of stairs which we really appreciated! Perfect location and suprisingly quiet for being so close to the stadium!

Felt in need of a renovation

Hotel location to the stadium is great, a few minutes walk so it was ideal as we were there for a concert. It is also not too far from Wembley Central Station about ten minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Mini fridge was a great addition. Bed was comfortable. Overall this is a good hotel especially for a concert / event at the stadium and I would stay again.

We were on the top floor and the lift wasn't working, it was ok for us but not so good for people who struggle with stairs so would need to ask to be on a lower floor until it's fixed. I think this has been going on a while given the previous reviews. It was high and I don't like heights so the curtains remained shut, but the view was just an apartment building anyway. The air con worked very well to the point it was freezing and we couldn't adjust, I am sure if we had asked they would have helped us but we were only there to get changed and sleep so I didn't bother. We did get a good nights sleep because we had an extra duvet over us, I'd rather be too cold than too hot so this is a minor point and I am sure would have been very welcome in the heat wave but the temperature outside was cooler so it felt too cold. The bathroom was warm. The breakfast was just a basic continental, it was included in our booking but I would suggest not getting it if it's not.

Everything, very tired hotel indeed. Lift not working, bathroom lights not working, air con on constantly couldn’t turn it down, was like a fridge at times. Furniture battered in places, carpet was disgraceful, didn’t want to walk around without shoes on. Didn’t find the staff overly helpful, would certainly not recommend especially as we paid £600 for one night due to its proximity to Wembley Stadium, rip off!
