Very noisy on arrival could not hear reception and no parking left

Lovely and central. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location for the Arena, good breakfast. Staff were pleasant!

Main issue is the unlockable frosted glass door for the bathroom, not private enough when sharing a twin room.

Isli smo na koncert Bon Jovija tako da je lokacija bila izvanredna! Osoblje usluzno, pristojno i nasmijano. Prostrana soba, pogled na Wembley stadion..udoban krevet i mirne,tihe noci.

Staklena vrata na kupaonici. Nije veliki minus ali mislim da svatko vise voli privatnost kada ide na wc.

The location was amazing as were attending a concert at Wembley. The room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were also very nice.

Not enough car park spaces! I picked the hotel as it had onsite parking but turned up to be turned away and had to park a distance away due to event day at Wembley - I wasn’t happy. The staff couldn’t care less

Advertised as parking available but actually 20 spaces for 300 rooms - first come first served. Parking is not guaranteed. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was because it had a car park!

We checked in around 13:00 which is earlier than noted on the booking and they were ready to provide a room. Well done, thank you.

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I got my shorts out of the drawer to wear them and they were covered in dust. Fortunately it brushed off and so I could still wear them but it was a concern.

Great location for Wembley Stadium, easy to reach by tube. Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities.

£539 for one night is extremely expensive. Profiteering like that just seems wrong and taking advantage of gig goers.

Good location for Wembley however be careful when coming out you don’t get stuck in the queues for the underground.

Room stank of cigarettes smoke, think it was coming in through the air ventilation and my autistic child couldn’t stand the smell so we had to turn air con off but it was so hot and too noisy to have windows open. Really not what you expect when it cost £800 for 1 night there. Also we were on the 7th floor and windows opened wide so be careful if staying with young kids. Room was pretty shabby to be honest. Not very clean. Bedside light was broken, no plug sockets beside bed, TV didn’t work properly (the remote powered both TVs but they were on different channels and you couldn’t turn one off without the other). Come on Novotel I’ve had better at a £50/night travel lodge! Parking was difficult, app didn’t work on our phones and machine in car park also didn’t work.

Room was nice and clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff very good.

The manager was exceptionally helpful when our room wasn’t ready for check in and sorted it within twenty minutes

Very clean and staff are approachable. They were great with my little dog and accommodated every need we had with care and precision. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR PET DOG THERES SO MUCH TO DO WITH THEM AROUND THE PROPERTY!

Some of the other guests weren’t so receptive to the pets policy and this is no fault of the property but more the thought process of people which we can not control. Nevertheless we had a great time!

Really like this hotel, have stayed several times. Room size is great and this time I had a view facing the front which was nice.

La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, pulite e essendo in 5 avevamo due camere entrambe spaziose e pulitissime. Ottima colazione.

Harry Styles theme - my kids loved it. Fabulous location especially for my kids coming out of the stadium.

It was very expensive for one night £377!!!!! And didn’t even include breakfast.

Very spacious and facilities was just what we needed.

The only thing I didn’t like was glass doors to the toilet without a lock, don’t get much privacy but other than that it was lovely.

The lack of car parking even though details say parking and no reservation needed. We had to drive around a ridiculously busy area to find alternative. Cost was extremely high - clearly paying for the location as everything else pretty basic.

Loved the location. The hotel is situated walking distance from the stadium. It has a lovely reception area, bar and the staff are great. The room we had, the executive room was very spacious and clean.

We came in Aug when it was hot. The room supposedly had AC but didn’t feel like it worked at all. We had young children and we were all sweating during the night. We had to open the windows to get even a tiny bit of breeze but then, we were all awoken at 2am by a lorry emptying heavy loud items for ages and had to shut the windows. We had a really rough night and the children were absolutely exhausted. The AC needs looking into, or provide the room with plug in fans. Oh and half the lamps in the room didn’t work!

Esperienza assolutamente positiva . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . E' vero che siamo in zona 4 ma la fermata metro è comodissima e con la linea Jubilee in 20 minuti sei a Westminister. Il quartiere è ottimo con molti servizi. Staff, colazione, puliza e comfort della stanza assolutamente ottimo. Lo consiglio .

L’emplacement, proche du underground metropolitan et jubilee line. Le quartier Wembley Park est sympa, animé, on y trouve des restaurants, un five guy, un Mac Donald, un LIDL et un Outlet store. Le personnel est très à l’écoute. La propreté des lieux Le petit déjeuner avec un grand choix de variétés.

Everything was great, from welcoming at arrival through the stay. Special thank you to thank Emina, for welcoming us so warmly and for the great conversation and support throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were also wonderful and very helpful. The location was excellent, and overall, we had a fantastic experience.

I would only suggest having better coffee, either by having a small coffee machine in the room or by improving the coffee options in the restaurant. Other than that, everything was absolutely fine, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The room was a good size and pretty clean. Loved the kettle, milk and waters. Really nice touch. I appreciate hotels are expensive on concert nights so whilst the hotel was good I feel the cost for a night was ridiculously expensive. If it wasn’t a Concert night then I feel the hotel would be great value for money. The location is fab and so easy to find. If you want a cheap stay and it’s not a concert I would defo recommend

Overpriced for the night for what you get. The breakfast wasn’t good, lots of variety but very poor quality. When you pay nearly £400 for a night you expect better. The single sofa bed was very very firm and tiny, my son found it uncomfortable but he main bed was very nice

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It’s right next to the tube station, surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, and less than a five minute walk to the Mundo Pixar Experience which was the main reason for our visit. The staff were so friendly, especially the lady who checked us in. The room was very clean - couldn’t fault how clean it was. The beds were comfortable and the view from our window of Wembley was fantastic. We ate breakfast the next morning which was delicious and had a great variety of foods. We were lucky enough to get a good price for this hotel too and as long as the prices don’t shoot up (like most things are lately!!) then we will certainly be returning. A great hotel to stay at if you want to be outside of the hustle and bustle of central London, but close enough to get to it easily!

The shower in our bathroom didn’t have much power but this was the only fault we could find.

Prima kamer met climate control, fijn dat het raam toch ook open kon. Dichtbij het metrostation en 's nachts vrij rustig. Geen hinder van verkeer e.d., zeker niet wanneer je het raam dicht houdt.

Bijzonder dat de badkamer deur van glas is en je deze niet op slot kon doen. Dat vond vooral onze tienerdochter erg irritant.

Close too a lot of activity’s and eateries. We particularly chose this hotel due to Wembley.

Only thing that was disappointing was the shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay up we just dealt with it as a family as we don’t like being a pain by reporting things.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and location was excellent. We had lovely lunch off the menu and breakfast choices were excellent and food was well cooked and hot
