Room was great and clean. Location is perfect for us to go to a concert at Wembley Arena. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was excellent and a very comfortable bed. Staff are very attentive at breakfast and there is wide variety to choose from which was superb

The only element I would mention is the scratched services where the TV sits within the room and in the bathroom by the wash basin. It downgrades the rooms look and feel.

It was amazing, and the staff were fantastic! From the second we arrived, we were given the best treatment and made to feel so welcome! We were granted access to a lounge with free drinks and food, and they even upgraded our stay with early check-in and late check-out. We could not have been happier! I would definitely stay again! ❤️

The fact my room which I had to pay over £450 for had a moth infestation. Crawling all over the room, our towels etc.

We were not informed that the road would be closed off early that day because of the event and drove around the block not realising we could still get through to the hotel however we tried on the second approach and they let us through Also both couples picked up the drinks and snacks in the room and were charged but we didnt eat or drink them they were removed from the bill however maybe mention at reception that this would happen

My Corner suite didn’t have a fridge or any snacks, had a foldable table with a cloth on it in the seating area

The bed was extremely spacious and the staff was lovely to chat with. I mainly came for a concert which was right next to it so it was even better than I expected for the price I got it at! You couldn't even hear the concert going on from inside but that could also just be the place the concert was being hosted in.

The bathroom sink has a wonky design that makes it so the water misses and just puddles on the bench first before dripping to the floor. Same with the shower set up - it puddled all over the floor. Other than that, everything else was amazing!

Hotel was very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Cost was pushed up for event - more than triple the price but I needed somewhere close for travelling companion. Would I normally pay that amount? Never.

It was right next to the Ovo arena, so it was wonderful, there were quite a nice atmosphere around the hotel. The swimming pool was small, & the sauna were ok, The staff were very friendly.

In hindsight I probably should have raised the following, for a room which honestly cost me the price of a full holiday, the stay was mediocre at best. It would have been nice to have had more condiments to be able to have more than just one hot drink in the room. The feeling of having to choose wasn't nice. A shower that worked properly and could accommodate a 6ft man as opposed to a hose connected to bath taps which made it awkward would havealso been appreciated. . Maybe complimentary use of bath robes and slippers to make the stay more welcoming seeing as I paid over 650 for the one night. Also , please inform housekeeping that using their base of operations as a gossip corner was not appropriate at 8am which woke me from what was already an disturbed night. It would have also been appreciated to have had the breakfast included seeing as I paid so much for something which was definitely used to take advantage of people knowing there was an event on. As much as it was a suitable stay, it wasn't exceptional and definitely not worth the 650 I paid. I definitely felt the small attempt of complimentary drink at reception was a poor attempt at a fluffing up what was clearly a chance to make money out of hard working people who like myself felt obliged to pay over the asking just to enjoy a small basic night out. The tickets only cost 70 each , something which in hindsight I probably wouldn't do again.

Fabulous location, couldn’t be closer to Wembley Stadium. The roof top bar was great. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms spacious.

The pool and changing rooms were a little grubby.

Location was good and the room was ok

Coffee and tea facilities were very poor, only 2 coffee bags and 2 sachets of milk. Had to request more, then had to wait for them to be brought as not given by reception. Also, road has no access for taxis so we nearly lost our transfer to the airport as the pick up is further up the road.

The hotel reception staff very welcoming. I would suggest maybe some lime scale remover under the sinks in the bathrooms and a good clean under the sink bowls. other than this a lovely comfy bed.. pillows both too soft but regardless i slept well.

Limited food menu in The Sky Bar. Not enough info on dining within the hotel maybe a leaflet within the rooms would be a good idea for info.

Top location, very close to the Wembley Stadium. Staff was lovely. Very good breakfast including service. The bacon was particularly tasty. Excellent parking arrangements. We visited the hotel at the time of a major entertainment event when the hotel was fully booked yet the queues and overcrowding were minimal. This hotel should be commended for exceptional organisation.

The chair was broken, furniture worn out. Slippers were promised but not provided. Views are poor even from the top terrace. The hotel is overpriced. The room rate is high purely due to the closedness to the Wembley stadium.

We loved the location of the room. It was quiet and extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety although it would of been good it the food was labelled like abroad as both of our party was coeliac and we heard others questioning the food too who had allergies. The staff were friendly and check in and check out was quick and efficient

Although we understand the need to review the fire alert we had in the morning. (06.30am). The main corridor from the lifts on the way back to our room smelt like weed. It was also lingering when we left, which is not what you want to smell when you choose a brand like Hilton.

The room was clean and huge. The bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect as it is close to both the tube station and concert venues. The staff was very kind and professional. I will definitely go back!

Under a minute to Wembley Arena Overall comfortable. Shower good. Handy for shops and restaurants - many open from 7am for breakfast.

TV remote didnt work. The replacement was no better. An engineer never came. Fire Evacuation Test at 6:30am Rough bedding (think due to cleaning process) made sleeping difficult for me. Not allowed to use mini-bar for milk. When will they switch to an empty fridge like good hotels?

Loved the location it was so close to the stadium. There were also so many restaurants. The hotel itself was very professional looking. Even the displays and artwork looked amazing. My hotel room was clean and spacious. It was great I only stayed there for one night because of a concert but I'd definitely stay there again should I need to visit London again. It's also 11 min walk to the nearest train/metro.

the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Neil at the restaurant and the lovely doorman, i really did not want to leave. all Staff were friendly, you normally get a token miserable one but not here, everyone went above and beyond. the breakfast was gorgeous and the flowers in reception were beautiful, thank you also for the balloons in our room and birthday card, that made it so special for my sons 21st birthday

Very very busy, wearing a wrist band to get access I have stayed at premier inn next to Hilton and never had this. Noisy hotel as had party on 3rd floor with 700+ people.

Easy to get to and park. Great location for attending Wembley stadium. Staff were attentive and polite.

He was keen to go the extra mile to meet our needs and expectations, and he always helped with a big smile on his face despite the fact that it was peak season and the hotel was fully booked. The standard of cleaning the rooms and bathrooms could be higher and better.

Great location and a very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, well presented and conveniently located for Wembley. The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I especially liked that the swimming pool, sauna and steam room were free for hotel guests to use, which made the stay feel much better value. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Great location (close enough to Wembley Central or Wembley Park stations) & The Troubadour Theatre for the purpose of our visit to Wembley. Lovely & spacious in all areas we used in the hotel. Clean everywhere & all staff in all areas were very pleasant & helpful. Had a good sized room which was clean & a comfy bed with tea/coffee etc. Breakfast was super with a great layout, quality produce used & a plentiful choice for all tastes.

We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately, we didn’t have a good nights sleep due to a very noisy room within the vicinity of our room up to the early hours (floor 6) not hotels fault but meant not much sleep for us - just rude & disrespectful behaviour by other patrons. Room was a good size but no view, hence possibly why the curtains were closed. Would also be good to say if water on table is complimentary, as the other items for purchase are a tad too expensive - £6 for a very small tub of Pringles is pretty ridiculous!

Excellent location for a concert at Wembley OVO Arena which is just opposite - i was back in my room 5 minutes after the concert ended. Easy to walk to from Wembley Park Underground station, maybe takes 10 minutes. Friendly staff at reception, esp in the morning when I realised I couldn't charge my phone as i had the wrong cable with me, so they charged it for me while I had breakfast. My room was immaculately clean and a good size. I had asked for a quiet room, which they gave me; this meant it was a bit of a way from the lift but that was fine. Breakfast was a very good selection and good quality. There are some fitness facilities but I didn't use them.

Fab hotel right next to Stadium. Breakfast was excellent with choice of fresh cooked eggs etc.

On one of the hottest days of the year, we LOVED the air conditioning which soothed us after a very stressful train journey from Manchester. Staff were amazing! My daughter and I were treated with the utmost respect and hospitality! Staff greeted us like we were part of Harry Styles’ entourage! 😍 they offered us Prosecco and an orange juice.

The entrance had a very misleading sign on the side door (which in fact, was thee actual door). The sign simply read Residents Only. So my 19 yr old, who has never stayed at a hotel before, thought it was the entrance for people who reside there for long spells as opposed to visiting overnight like us. She went around the building and again! I’ve had been getting a snack for us as I would never pay the mini bar prices. She was still outside in the heat! Also, the concierge or foyer staff did not tell us how to use our key card in the lifts! Suffice to say, we couldn’t get to our floor! Also, I stupidly went to look for ice as the reception told need it was on 3rd floor so I went down via staircase only to be locked out from my floor. Thankfully my legs could carry me to the ground floor to ask staff to let need back to in lift to my 5th floor! I really needed some good luck!!!!!

Fridge in the room contains beverages provided by the Hilton and we cannot put any item as it is already full. Fridge and snack tray have sensors, so when you lift/remove an item you will be charge. I also asked for a bathrobe, but apparently bathrobes are only for executive suite.
