The carpet had a lot of stains, the bedding either was not clean or had stains, and there were multiple cockroaches (All seen in the bathroom).

Ottima posizione, pezzi accessibili , vista panoramica sulla città. Bella piscina esterna e posti per organizzare barbecue al aperto. In camera avevamo anche un microonde, bollitore , macchina per il caffè e un piccolo frigo.

Struttura un po’ datata ma in camera non manca nulla.

The reception staff was completely incompetent. The room was SO dirty- from the carpet we couldn't walk on without shoes to the ripped curtains to the nasty shower to the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Everything was so gross!!!

Little warm in living room

Convenient location, nice public spaces, awesome breakfast restaurant on site. Kitchenette was a plus. Amazing Japanese restaurant next door.

Our room furnishings were decidedly run-down. Everything was either stained or worn or broken. A/C unit worked well but was massively loud, as was the whole place. You could hear everything at night.

Das Haus wirkt im ganzen sehr abgewohnt und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Mein Zimmer war nicht sauber wie man es sonst erwartet! Überall habe ich schwarze Haare gefunden und der Teppich Boden war , naja . Staub gewischt war nur oberflächlich, die Couch hatte speckige , abgenutzte Armlehnen. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich.

We have stayed at that property many times. We like it so much, we like that there is a sauna, pool, jacuzzi and gym This time we got a room with beautiful view . The property is close to the beach and everything.

This time, we got a room with no sick in the kitchenette. We had to use the sink in the bathroom for washing dishes, we did not like that. Also, it would be nice to install proof noise windows and the AC is very noisy. We had to turned it off every night to be able to sleep

We were first given a room that wasn’t even cleaned, and it also wasn’t the room type I originally booked. We had to go back down to the lobby and request another room with two beds. After finally getting settled for the night, we discovered a huge dried blood stain on the sheets. It was obvious the bedding had not been changed by housekeeping. We contacted the hotel and were told that since there was no housekeeping staff on duty, we would have to change the sheets ourselves. Completely unacceptable. After speaking with the manager, we were accommodated in different rooms for the night, but then expected to move back into our original rooms the next day. That meant packing all of our belongings, moving rooms late at night, then unpacking and repacking again the next day just to return to the original room. It was exhausting, and during all the moving around, some of our personal belongings were accidentally left behind in the temporary rooms. To make matters worse, once we returned to the original room, we noticed broken glass on the floor that we were stepping on. At that point, we were honestly tired of complaining and didn’t want to come across as “Karens,” so we just dealt with it since we were checking out the next day anyway. The only nice part of our stay was probably the pool and hot tub. But for the amount of money I paid, I’ve honestly had much better experiences at cheaper hotels nearby. I booked this hotel thinking paying more would mean a better experience, but that definitely was not the case. It also became uncomfortable because multiple staff members seemed to know our room number and situation, making it feel like employees were gossiping about us. Overall, this place was not worth the price at all. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

We had to go back 4 times to get keys that worked, our AC unit did not cool at all. Cooler outside than inside. The paint was in poor condition and the wallpaper is coming off. Room 918. When we got to our ship we had a lovely cockroach in my suitcase. We understand these units are privately owned and this one needs some attention.

施設が古く、清掃状況はとても良くはないが、問題なく過ごせる状態でした。 シャワーは水が弱いがシャワーなら問題なく出来るが、風呂には入れないと思った。

一階にあるパンケーキに店が美味しかった。

長ーい髪の毛が床やタオルについていた。清掃が雑にされてる。ベット上にあるクッションや、シーツにもたくさんシミがついていた。 洗面所の排水口からドブのような匂いがして、歯を磨くたびに気持ち悪かった。部屋数の割にはエレベーターが足りてない？のでかなり順番待ちをした。

We scored a room by the trash deposit which ment our room smelt of rubbish after the shoot was used. Maintanance was lacking as bathroom door did not shut. Air con leaked onto balcony as pipe disconected. Supplies were abailable from reception but room only serviced every three days. We understand its only 3 star accomodation.

Hidden fees upon arrival, had to pay extra for “amenities” that I didn’t care for/ should’ve been included in the listing. Host also made the process for checking in extremely slow and wasted over 20 minutes. Bathroom shelves had dust although they claimed a sanitization check had been done.

No one could help me on canceling my stay. But I still got charged the full amount.

Housekeeping didn’t come to my room. Also, the explanation was unclear. I found a plastic bottle under the bed, and the window wasn’t clean.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocos metros de tiendas y restaurantes; está localizado en una zona muy animada. Es posible ir andando a la playa de Waikiki El balcón es amplio y con buenas vistas La zona de piscina y spa es agradable con lavandería de pago y una tienda en el mismo piso

El personal de recepción es poco agradable La habitación se publicita como un estudio con zona de cocina pero es una habitación sin más. Nos alojamos en dos ocasiones durante nuestro viaje a Hawai, ambas habitaciones eran similares pero en la primera había un fregadero al lado de la placa de vitrocerámica mientras que en la segunda no había nada y el lavabo del baño era el fregadero! El baño es minúsculo, la puerta casi roza con el wc Reservamos para 4 personas pero no hay servicios ni comodidades para este número de huéspedes; la única mesa está en el balcón y sólo tiene 2 sillas. A pesar de tener una reserva para 4 personas solamente nos dejaron toallas para 3 En la primera reserva no pudimos hacer ni un café, la cafetera no tenía filtros y no nos dejaron ni un poco de café para la primera noche; en la segunda reserva nos dejaron unos sobres de café y la cafetera tenía filtro Y para remate final, en la segunda estancia llegamos en medio de una tormenta tropical con alerta roja enviada a los móviles; el señor que nos atendió en recepción no tuvo ninguna contemplación ni voluntad para adelantar el check-ing y nos dijo rotundamente que no podíamos acceder a la habitación hasta después de las 15h A las 6 de la mañana saltó una alarma de incendio que duró unos segundos; como una media hora más tarde volvió a saltar con aviso por megafonía; cuando bajé a recepción no me dieron explicaciones y el personal de seguridad solamente me dijo que no había incendio

I had to change the room twice. The first one was completely different from the one I booked, the carpet was really dirty, a lot of cockroach, the kitchen didn’t have any sink. The room was very old, so I asked the next day for another room. My second room didn’t have the remote for the air conditioner. I waste a lot of time moving. The staff were very helpful however didn’t receive any discount or money back for these issues. This was my second visit to this hotel, however I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. You could pay the same price in a better place.

L’hôtel est bien sécurisé. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Mais il y a un bémol. La moquette est vraiment vieillotte. Il faudrai peut être la renouveler. A part ce petit point, tout est parfait.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est que le vendredi soir, sur la terrasse du 6eme étage, les personnes font la fête avec un vacarme pas possible. Ils se mettent à crier sans se soucier des autres personnes aux étages les plus basses. Il n’y a plus aucun respect. C’est bien dommage lorsqu’on est au parking du 3eme étage, il faut redescendre au Lobby et reprendre l’autre ascenseur pour accéder à notre chambre. Une chose important : il manque un réveil dans la chambre, et un peu plus de cintres pour les vêtements, surtout que l’on séjourne pour 2 semaines en couple.

There were 2 good things about this hotel - the view was excellent, and they were good enough to receive an important FedEx packet for me ahead of my stay. Everything else about this hotel was subpar. All of the furniture, right down to the front desk furniture, looked like it came from the Goodwill store. The check-in process was terribly slow. The bathroom was tiny. The pillows were lumpy and hard. And they charged me a $30 "amenities fee", which was not disclosed when I booked, which is a violation of Hawaii state law. And they were just the standard amenities that most hotels automatically include in the room rate. Would not recommend.

Would not stay here again. I booked a panoramic ocean room and was told at the front desk they don’t have ocean view rooms. When I looked up at the hotel, they clearly had rooms that faced the ocean. The rooms were extremely run down, missing locks, dirty stained carpet, ratty torn curtains, beat up furniture, hot room with a fan, loud AC, very noisy streets, bed like a rock. Did not feel safe and hotel staff made excuses for their hotel problems. Would not recommend.
