Studio 6 Toronto - Mississauga with Kitchenettes

I don't know how to answer this question because there was nothing I like.

I didnt like that you pay so much money for your stay and as soon as you open your room door and turn the lights on there's alot of different size roaches yes I said roaches running around the place. Very nastiness.

ROACHES IN BATHROOM AND KITCHEN I BOOKED FOR 3 DAYS I ONLY GOT A REFUND FOR 2 DAYS MANAGER WAS RUDE AND HAD ASKED ME TO LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK HERE . NOT MY FAULT IF HOTEL WAS DIRTY AND WITH ROACHES THIS IS 2ND TIME IT HAS HAPPEN TO ME

It was a very old hotel where everything is worn out and not appealing at all 😔

The staff were welcoming and good customer service.

The room was not clean there was dust, could not watch tv and the beddings had hair which was not good for a client to occupy.

The hotel is old and outdated, including the rooms, amenities, and facilities. The bedsheets were unclean, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the hallways had a strong smell of smoke despite the hotel's non-smoking policy. No value and disappointing.

There were cock roaches in the room. I had to ask for wash clothes and towels daily to find out that there were not enough for the remaining guests

Location was average, not close to many places of interest though. Spacious parking lot. Small kitchenette in the room was a plus. Airconditioning was great.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming or smiley during check in. Looks like just passing time to leave and finish her shift. I had two rooms booked under my name but she was asking two IDs, which didn't make any sense. The room provided was full of smoking smell. When asked why I was given smoking room, she said we don't have smoking room, when I insisted I am smelling cigarette ssmoke in the room, she never beleived me. On my persitence she agreed to have spray in my room to outcast the smell. The bed was terrible and uncomfortable and I am still having back ache after three days. Interrstingly all my party members had similar experience with bed. Linenes were old. Bathroom towels were small and as if have been used for years, appearing very thin. The bath tub curtain appeared dirty and smelly. During the check in front desk staff never talked about any services or amenities available including wifi.

Internet was very poor, you had to take trash out yourself, no room service during your stay and expensive for all the poor service rendered.

The staff were kind.

Very dirty. You can tell the bare minimum has been cleaned in these rooms for a long time. Blood on the wall in the bathroom, dirty under the bed. Coffee pot and fridge were dirty. Left the place feeling itchy. The price was decent enough but I’d rather just pay more in the future.

The motel room smelled awful and was extremely unpleasant. The price was far too high given the poor condition, musty or mold-like odor, and inadequate cleanliness.

Quarto sujo. Lixo debaixo da cama. Muito complicado chegar ao centro de Toronto. Mal frequentado. Ainda não me devolveram a caução, há 8 dias. Já regressei ao meu país e não me devolveram ainda a caução.

Layout was fine. Hotel staff at the location were pleasant. Albeit I had difficulty reaching the property by phone.

Room had several insects. Tried to communicate with the staff ahead of time and had to call probably about ten times over three days for someone to answer. Very expensive for what it was.

Es un lugar muy sucio, descuidado y con plaga de cucarachas en las habitaciones. Se puso la queja en recepcion y no le dio importancia, ni se disculpo, ni ofrecio cambio de cuarto.

It was really dirty, bathtub really badly cleaned. Stains on the wall, all kinds of hair on the towels, ants in the kitchen. Even though we were 4, they gave us 2 towels and facecloths. Wouldnt go back there again nor recommend it

This place was *ragged* I was mildly horrified on my way to my room, and when I got to my room, I decided I couldn't stay there and left. Literally every single thing was either broken, chipped, stained, torn, worn. The carpets on the first floor on the way to the elevator were filthy and black, the room doors were scarred and gouged and scratched, the first floor smelled like someone was smoking weed inside

Staff was great and very welcoming, loved that the rooms were large,and comfortable.

The room had a bit of a bad smell but after opening a window it went away,I believe it was the cleaning product used

When I arrived, I found the room in this condition: dirty bed linens with other people's hair on them, the refrigerator and cupboards were filthy, and the toilet was in a terrible state – you can see it in the photo. I had to clean it myself to be able to sleep there because it was already late.

Room has mini kitchen with coffee maker, stove, fridge and dining set

Bedsheets and blankets doesn’t feel and smell new. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Table is a little sticky

The room was too bad smelling shit too much in the bed I brought to the reception after when I did check-in after five minutes I back to the reception I told him I can’t stay here I want to cancel. He told me this is not my fault. And I left the hotel. And nobody bring back my money.

Too bad experience I never do it again and please I need my money back
