Aircon wasn’t working

The breakfast was always well stocked, and it was very nice that it was included with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Stratford. The reception was great, and they were very attentive. Also, the food for room service was quite good and not overly expensive.

The only thing that I was a bit unsure about was when I had housekeeping clean my room. They made my bed, but the towel I had on the floor so they could replace it, it seemed they just hung it back up.

The beds were comfortable and we had a quiet room.The location was good because we could get easy metro and buses.

The room has no wardrobe.Since we spend 6 days in the same hotel, it was complicated.The breakfast was ok but no variation at all.

The Location was close to the mall. They allowed us to checkin early

No fridge inside hotel rooms. No bottled water one had to buy or drink tap water . When staff cleaned they would not refill items inside the room. They just did the bed and leave everything else the same.

Handy location for ABBA Voyage and Stratford station for exploring further afield

Quarta volta in questo hotel. Lo scegliamo sempre per le nostre visite a Londra. È in una posizione strategica , 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione treni,bus,metro, taxi di Stratford. Centri commerciali a disposizione. Stanze sempre pulite, personale disponibile e cortese. Colazione abbondante , si inglese, ma con tanti dolci in aggiunta. Plastic free. Spero di tornare presto !

Det var et dejligt og rent hotel. Det var dejligt at der var meget lydisoleret, så vi kunne slet ikke høre trafik eller støj fra gang eller andre værelser. Det lå relativt tæt på Stratford station, og der var perfekte forbindelser til London centrum. Meget venligt personale.

Vi manglede pålæg i morgenbuffet men ellers var det også lækkert.

Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the enclosed shower as water from showering was contained in the enclosure. Bed was of good size and comfortable.

The first disappointing thing was the price of parking my car overnight in your car park (£38.00). This price is excessive when compared with other similar hotels such as Holiday Inn-Wembley - North West London where an overnight parking space is approximately £20.00

Super flinke mennesker i receptionen og morgenmadsbuffeten. Rigtig god seng, dyne og hovedpuder (man kunne selv vælge, om man var til hård eller blød pude). Gode lydisolerede vinduer, så vi faktisk ikke blev forstyrret af trafikken, selvom vi boede på 1. sal. Hotellet lå også i et område, hvor de fleste udrykningskøretøjer ikke behøvede lyd.

Det havde egentlig ikke noget med hotellet af gøre, men der var en del vejarbejde på gaderne udenfor. Fin morgenmadsbuffet, hvor man sagtens kunne blive mæt og føle, at man var på ferie, men skal vi grave dybt, så manglede vi lidt pålæg; ost, spegepølse, hamburgerryg.

Great location for everything around the O2 Arena. And a short enough location for Victoria park for ALL POINTS EAST FESTIVAL!! Which is why me and my daughter chose this hotel and location specifically for ALL POINTS EAST FESTIVAL!!

Only downside for me was the hotel car park as I couldn't park in it with my car that we drove down to London in !! The car park is ridiculously small for a hotel of this size!! From what I could tell from looking through closed car park gate is there were only about (10) car spaces. Very disappointed!! I recommend people just go drive to Stratford international Train station where you can park your car for a whole 2 days for £19 !! Very much recommended as great price and nice wide spaces for cars !!

Etwas ab vom Zentrum. U-Bahn in der Nähe aber die Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert etwas länger. Fußweg plus U-Bahn ca. 30-35 Minuten.

Hotel très propre, chambre agréable, personnel sympathique et accueillant. La gare dd metro est proche, moins de 10 mn à pied, 25 mn de la, salle de concert O2 Arena, objet de notre visite.

Les ascenseurs sont un peu longs mais sinon rien de négatif. Manque de choix vegan au petit déjeuner. Sinon, je recommande.

From the staff at front of house to the breakfast staff all were first class. The accommodation was excellent. Location just perfect..This is our first time staying in a Holiday Inn, but it will definitely not be our last. We intend to come back here later this year, but will be placing Holiday Inn at the top of our go to list for future trips

Breakfast was very good. Although it didn’t have the best selection, for example no black pudding or fried eggs. The reception was calm and had a good atmosphere, plus staff were helpful with directions etc. The rooms were okay, good enough size and staff were accommodating to provide us a chair for the room and provide extra pillows.

When we checked in, the air con wasn’t working so we had to call someone who cleaned it out. The sink was also disgusting! Whenever we ran water, little pieces of food would come up from the drain. I did inform reception of this, who said someone could go in and clean it but, we were getting ready to go out and we wasn’t comfortable someone going in whilst we were out. The TV was also not the best, we had to use the controls under the tv itself because the remote wouldn’t work. The beds were also not very comfortable - we had neck pain each morning even though the pillows were soft.

I love this hotel. The location is on point. Very central and close to the train station. The rooms were kept clean and fresh. Breakfast was good.

The location was perfect for our stay as we were going to the ABBA theatre.

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. You asked for us to be eco friendly and request that we keep the same towels for the two day stay, that’s fine but then the room is not serviced and as such the tea / coffee supplier not refreshed. On Monday they lifts were being serviced at 8am right in the middle of the rush hour, one lift and everyone complaining, can’t see why this wasn’t started after 10am when lots of people would have checked out.

It was perfect for Abba voyage but also easy to get public transport to elsewhere.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay when we booked to see the Abba Voyage show. It is a perfect place to stay as the Abba Arena is only about a 15 minute walk away - even in heels. We have never visited Stratford before but it was easy to get to on the tube from Central London, felt safe (sensible precautions when visiting any large city) and had a large shopping mall and lots of eating places close by. The hotel is right next to the Olympic Park. We visited the V & A Storehouse Museum there which was amazing. The reception area and foyer is open, spacious and welcoming. Check in was very straightforward and efficient. We were booked in before I'd even found my booking reference. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were allocated a quiet room on the 6th floor and had absolutely no problem waiting for lifts throughout our stay. Our room had everything we needed, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, a huge bed, a safe for valuables, plenty of hot water and it was very clean like the rest of the hotel. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Don't be fooled by the size of the breakfast area. There is plenty of choice and the staff are really on the ball making sure that everything is replenished regularly, even at busy times. It was a self service buffet with toast machine, breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, fruit and fruit juices. There was a coffee machine with lots of options. There was also a good selection of cooked items - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, grilled tomatoes. It was a really good start to the day when we went off to explore. After our Abba show we had a drink in the bar in reception. It was reasonably priced for a London hotel and lots of other people who had returned from the show were having a nightcap which gave it a nice atmosphere. Our stay felt very relaxing - always a sign of a well run hotel with staff working very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Good locations, near Stratford Underground, bus, and train station. We just took the 25 bus towards the city center. The staff was polite. Good breakfast. Clean and enough space in the room. There is a store near the hotel.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer hin zur Seitenstraße. Die Betten waren OK. Nah zum Abba Event.

Das Zimmer ist recht klein und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Der Teppichboden ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist typisch Englisch ohne irgendeine Abwechslung.

Great welcome on arrival. Fabulous that we had Aircon (much appreciated in the heatwave we had). Very quiet room which was made up everyday, nothing was too much trouble from all the staff. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, including quality beans & sausages. Local Train station & tube only 10mins walk away, plus only 10 mins walk to ABBA arena. Plenty of inexpensive shops in a local mall (Lidl, Morrisons, Boots etc). Would 100% book again when visiting London.
