Great, easy checking and comfertable stay

- Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Tube Station

De aardige glimlach van de man achter de receptie (waarvan ik jammer genoeg de naam niet meer van weet). Het grootste pluspunt was de airconditioning. Na de hittegolf eind juni liep ik een hitteberoerte op. Bij aankomst bij het appartement dat ik eerder boekte was er geen volwaardige airco aanwezig en soms alleen ventilatoren in de andere kamers. Ik dacht dat ik door de grond ging. Ik was gestopt met zweten en maakte mij zorgen over mijn gezondheid. Sta ja daar in het buitenland en wat een leuk lang weekend weg had moeten worden. Deze Ibis oogte vrij nieuw en was verzorgd. Veel beter dan de gemiddelde Ibis die ik ben tegengekomen. Deze Ibis heeft veel goedgemaakt van de reis. Tot op de dag van vandaag heb ik wel een dubbele boeking, helaas nog niet opgelost omdat de andere accomodatie dus onjuistheden verstrekte.

Niets! Heeft mijn beeld van Ibis verbeterd.

Proximity to the O2 was brilliant, it only took us 12 mins to get there and the tube station is directly opposite the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff on reception were lovely and bar /dining area was relaxed and designed very well. The whole look of the hotel was more boutique hotel than premier inn style which i was expecting. The bathroom was lovely, new and clean.

The room could have been a bit bigger and a table or shelf by the mirror would help to get ready. The only real criticism was that there was a wall mounted tv that sticks out so we kept walking into it, so nothing major.

Clean, enough space for a hotel room and the AC was working well.

The hotel was pristine, staff were brilliant and so close to the underground. The location was so much better than expected as right next to supermarket and other stores.

Bed was a little hard but that's something we spent alot of money on at home, so it may be us just being used to ours

The location was very good for getting to the O2. Our room was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast on offer. The staff were helpful.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 40/50 mètres de la station de métro Canning Town sur l'une des meilleures lignes le jubilée line. Le hall d'accueil est très agréable, très beau, accueillant et apaisant. Toujours du beau monde très discipliné autour d'un verre , d'un repas ou sur ordinateur.Très agréable à chaque retour de visite de Londres dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et dévoué. Je vais vous donner 03 exemples concrets. J'ai horreur des mauvais plis dans mes vêtements et je voyage toujours avec un petit fer à repasser. Je branche mon fer et commence à repasser et une demie heure après le courant a sauté dans toute la pièce. Je suis allé leur expliquer à l'accueil. Un des managers, AMIR, m'a de suite rassuré et est monté dans l'ascenseur avec moi pour remettre le courant. Cela n'a pas duré plus de cinq minutes. Second événement, le chromecast de la télé ne fonctionnait pas, suite aux diverses manipulations de précédents clients. J'ai été rejoint par ma fille le lendemain et qui en avait besoin. Elle est descendue le signaler et un technicien est monté environ quinze minutes après pour le rétablir. Troisième choses , j'ai libéré la chambre à midi et mon Eurostar est pour 18h. Je n'ai même pas eu le réflexe de faire garder mes valises. L'accueil me l'a proposé et c'était mieux finalement pour moi. Je rajoute que j'ai séjourné six nuits et je n'ai pas été dérangé ne serait -ce qu'une fois par le personnel de service d'étage ; il est d'une grande discrétion pour protéger le sommeil des hôtes. C'était mon premier séjour à Londres et je suis agréablement surpris de cet hôtel. Félicitations au personnel

Asiakaspalvelu oli uskomattoman hyvää ja henkilökunta sekä vastaanotossa että ravintolan puolella erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä ja ilmastointia oli helppo käyttää. Aamiainen oli hyvä, kuten myös listalta ostettu ruoka illemmalla. Sijainti oli myös mainio, vain muutama askel julkisten kulkuneuvojen pysäkiltä ja vain muutaman pysäkin matka keskustaan.

The staff at the reception really made a difference due to their super positive attitude. The hotel and the rooms were really fresh and newly refurbished. There was a kettle with tea and coffee provided on the room. We only spent a night, but it was rather quiet and the bed was very comfy. I would probably consider staying here again in the future. Location is not central but takes only 30 minutes to the very centre of the city with the tube station being just outside the hotel.

Only 3 towels were provided in total for 2 persons. I think we would have been given another one if we had asked, which we did not. The bathroom was somewhat small, but still you have everything you need there.

Doucheputje en water in wastafel liep niet goed door bij kamer 215 (gemeld bij personeel bij vertrek, dus waarschijnlijk gauw opgelost).

O hotel é de frente a estação de metro. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com várias opções. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. A equipe do hotel foram incríveis, agradeço a Marilia e Justina por terem sido tão atenciosas e carismáticas durante minha estadia.

Top Lage gegenüber der U-Bahn, außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit genug Auswahl, sehr sauber, leise Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten (sehr weich).

Die USB-Steckdose hat nicht richtig funktioniert (hat kaum geladen) und ich hätte mir noch ein kleines Handtuch zusätzlich gewünscht.

Solo che mancava un tappeto per la doccia e set asciugamani di soli due asciugamani doccia e uno viso. Ne hanno dati altri due su richiesta, ma poi al cambio ritornavano tre asciugamani in due.

La posizione di fronte alla metro Jubilee. Personale molto gentile

Amazing location for a concert at the O2 arena. Station for the tube is opposite the hotel so great for the transport. Staff were lovely and the food was great.

Nice looking hotel, good breakfast and amazingly connected with the subway and DLR station right in front. The room was quiet, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

There was NO TOILET BRUSH in the bathroom, I don’t understand how that’s even legal :)) A lot of things need fixing up, the shower door didn’t close properly and the hairdryer kept turning off for no reason. The staff, though lovely, were extremely slow with any request, we asked for a baby cot 3 times and someone eventually brought it at night, when the baby was already asleep. The breakfast kept running out of food and it took forever to get refilled.

There are many doors to enter the hotel, what makes access easy. The room is designed to atend many needs of the user on a cool & "oldschool" way.

I understand that London has its habits, but having carpet everywhere is unhealthy. I had an alergy crise during the nights I stayed there. I had to buy and take to buy medicine during my trip. First night I ate lasagna and a haloumi focaccia in the hotel's restaurant, then I vomited the whole night before the concert I travelled to London for. Got also back pain due to the poor bed quality.

Tolles Frühstück und Zimmer. Hotel liegt direkt bei den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Die Dusche und das Waschbecken könnten ein bisschen sauberer sein und man könnte eine Klobürste neben die Toilette stellen

Couldn’t fault it

Very concenient location right next to the Underground station, super friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant downstairs. When we had a problem with the electricity in the room, there was a repairman in the blink of an eye, and we got a free breakfast for the short inconvenience… such friendly and helpful staff and the vibe is very positive.

Esperienza veramente bellissima all’Ibis London Channing Town! Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta sotto ogni aspetto. L’hotel è moderno, curato, pulitissimo e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta, la stazione di Channing Town è proprio di fronte all’hotel e permette di raggiungere velocemente e comodamente il centro di Londra e tutte le principali attrazioni. La camera era molto confortevole, ordinata e ben tenuta. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la pulizia degli ambienti e l’attenzione al dettaglio ma, ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale, è stato il personale! Gentile, sorridente, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Consiglio questo hotel senza alcun dubbio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Londra in una struttura comoda, pulita, ben collegata e con un ottimo servizio. Se tornerò a Londra sarà sicuramente una delle prime scelte!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in London und war rundum zufrieden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben war das ausgesprochen freundliche und kompetente Personal. Das typisch britische Frühstück war eine schöne Ergänzung zum Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut: Die Bahnstation Canning Town liegt direkt gegenüber, sodass man eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr hat und London bequem erkunden kann. Ich hatte während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nichts zu bemängeln und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt äußerst zufrieden und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nur eine kleine Anregung: In unserem Zimmer gab es keine Klobürste. Das wäre aus meiner Sicht noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Great location for the O2. One tube stop away. Hotel was a good standard, and clean. Staff all friendly. They held our bags all day and we finally checked in after the concert.

La habitación son grandes, muy limpias, camas comodas, baño genial ( aunque el suelo de la ducha resbala un poco) resto todo impecable, con jarra eléctrica y cafe y té. El desayuno esta genial es variado. El.ambiente en el salón es muy bueno y limpio. La ubicación es a 30 minutos en metro o tren del centro de londres, pero tiene muy buena comunicación ya que al salir del hotel justo enfrente te encuentras la estación de tren, metro y bus que te conecta con todo londres. Lo bueno que tren y metro puedes usar tu tarjeta de crédito o móvil para poder entrar sin falta de comprar billete. El hotel a su alrededor tiene dos supermercados un morrison y un lidl. También tiene una droguería-perfumería. Y para comer justo alado del hotel tienes un McDonald's que ofrece servicio solo para llevar ( atienden rápido y bien ) . Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré nuevamente. Gracias por el trato y muy amables.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel, and I think it’s a really good location for getting around London. This time, we had a festival at Victoria Park, and it was really easy to get there by underground or bus. We also visited Shoreditch, which was very easy to reach from the hotel. We even went to Brixton, which is a little further away, but it’s still very well connected from the hotel. This time, we also tried the breakfast, which was really convenient and very good! As usual, the hotel was comfortable and my sister and I slept really well. The staff were also super friendly, attentive and very responsive whenever we had a request. I know I’ll be coming back! 😊

Λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο αλλά για λίγες μέρες ήταν μια χαρά.

- La ubicación es genial si quieres ir a un concierto en el O2 Arena, porque es solo una parada de metro y además la estación (Canning Town) está justo al lado del hotel. Sales de la boca de metro, cruzas el semáforo y entras al hotel! - El personal de recepción es muy simpático. - Habitación cómoda y limpia. - Tienen un bar en la planta baja abierto 24 horas, muy tranquilo porque a partir de las 22:00 solo puedes entrar si tienes tarjeta del hotel.

Excellent location, close to tube and bus station

One of the ladies behind the bar was extremely rude. She saw me standing at the bar but continued using her phone for around five minutes before serving me. When she finally acknowledged me, she rudely asked, “What do you want?” A simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” or even just acknowledging that I was waiting would have been more than enough. I completely understand that staff may need to use their phones occasionally, but ignoring a customer who is clearly waiting at the bar for five minutes and then speaking to them rudely is not acceptable

Lo staff è stato cortese, disponibile e competente. La camera era esattamente come in fotografia, pulitissima e soprattutto silenziosissima - cosa non affatto scontata visto che l'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione dei bus, metro e overground. La colazione aveva una discreta scelta. La posizione dell'hotel lo rende molto comodo per raggiungere l'O2, quindi tornerò per un prossimo concerto! :D
