The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was noise at night with the trains. Ear plugs were provided which was thoughtful. The room was on the smallish size.

Great location for Abba Voyage & Canary Wharf - easy to find and a short walk from Stratford Station - recommend 👍

The only positive aspect was the hotel's convenient location, next to Stratford Station and shopping centers.

I found nothing to like about this hotel. The room was extremely small—barely suitable for more than one person and a single small bag. The bathroom was equally cramped, and the ventilation was very poor. Incredibly, there was neither a refrigerator in the room nor a telephone to contact room service. All of this came at a high cost for a stay well below expectations. A very poor choice.

Location is great for connections into central London. Also, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and do what they can to help you enjoy your stay.

It was expensive for a mid range hotel with few facilities. Also, they need to seriously invest in some better sound proofing for the rooms that face onto the train lines as you aren’t getting a good nights sleep if your room is one of these. This is underlined by the fact the hotel provide you with ear plugs if you have one of these rooms.

Room was clean and cool. Decor was cute. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location close to London stadium and the train station with a direct route to Heathrow. Also, right near the mall!

Conveniently located hotel in Stratford nearby the station and shops. Trendy bar feel downstairs and rooms which were modern but well laid out. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of good quality items.

There was a problem with the TV not operating in my room but the staff were able to get it sorted.

It’s a hip hotel. It’s got a little snack and drink shop available 24/7. Westfield Stratford just 200 metres walk as well as the train station. Comfy bed and clean facilities

Basic room but with everything you need and very clean as well. Location right next to Stratford station and the Westfield mall is convenient. Complimentary welcome drink and a free coffee in the morning is a nice gesture that goes a long way.

The noise from the trains is quite loud and continues in the night and very early morning. I have been at hotels near a station before, but this one had the worst noise so far.

Firstly, the location of the hotel was very easy to find, it was literally the exit of Stratford Station to the left. The room was very clean, shower was very refreshing and had a very comforting sleep.

Um rolo de papel higiênico com pouquíssimo papel para usar.Shampoo,gel de banho,em recipientes entupidos As mesas estavam vergonhosamente sujas de poeira. Eu percebi que não tinha acesso à TV,mas não me incomodei com isso.Contudo um funcionário tentou abrir a porta do quarto para reparar o problema.Fui na porta lhe dizer que o momento não era adequado. Mas tentou abrir a porta. Nove horas da noite deixei o quarto,e fui ficar na casa de um amigo. A sujeira debaixo dos vidros que cobrem as mesas era muito Hotel sem limpeza. Já fiz uma cruz a este hotel

Struttura moderna e ambiente accogliente in ogni spazio. Ottima e ricca la colazione. Posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla stazione bus, treni, metro.

La ubicación era muy cómoda para coger el tren/metro. La habitación tenía buenas dimensiones y el baño era cómodo y espacioso (agradecí especialmente que la ducha tuviese cabezal extraíble, he estado anteriormente alojada en hoteles londinenses que sólo tenían el modo ducha) El hotel es moderno y fresco. Agradecimos que tuviesen la opción de consigna gratuita para guardar las maletas.

No sé si es cosa cultural pero no soy muy fan de que las papeleras no tengan bolsa de basura, me parece poco práctico. Estaría bien que las habitaciones tuvieran nevera, aunque fuese pequeñita. Vi a gente en el ascensor bastante perdida y sin saber hacerlo funcionar, recomendaría poner un cartel que lo explicase bien clarito (el que hay no es que sea especialmente intuitivo sobre lo que tienes que hacer, hace parecer que si pones la tarjeta te lleva automáticamente a la habitación) También recomendaría que el personal de pisos tuviera más cuidado con lo que se llevan de la habitación, a nosotros el primer día nos tiraron una cuchara reutilizable de un set de cubiertos que llevábamos y que habíamos dejado metida en una taza, lo que me dejó preocupada el resto de la estancia por cualquier cosa que dejara en cualquier superficie y que pudiera dar pie a que me lo tiraran también (sin yo haberlo puesto en la basura, que se supone debería ser el indicativo).

Was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! Great breakfast - Bacon had actually been cooked! Rooms were so tidy and clean and shower was great!

We did get there at 2.30 and there weren't rooms ready. I appreciate check in is at 3pm, but there were lots of people being told this.. so was worried about what could be achieved in 30mins

The lifts did not seem to work accurately, they kept jumping to other floors than the floors we wanted, espeically the middle one, this resulted in us having to take the stairs to our room.

Unlike other Moxy hotels we’ve stayed at across Europe, this one felt a bit worn and could use some refurbishment. Some of the bathroom fixtures were rusty, which affected the overall impression of the room. However, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job—the room was absolutely spotless throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied, with plenty of food options to choose from. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. It’s just a one-minute walk from Stratford Station, which offers excellent connections to central London and even Wembley Stadium. This makes it a particularly convenient choice if you’re planning to stay here for a concert or event. Overall, despite some signs of wear, the cleanliness, breakfast selection, and especially the excellent location made for a pleasant and convenient stay.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I stayed here with my partner for a concert at Victoria Park and we had a fantastic stay. The staff were so friendly, the lobby was a nice place to relax until check in and we got to check in a few hours early which worked great so we had the time to get our stuff into the room and get ready for the concert. The room was perfectly clean, spacious enough for two adults and had everything you could need and even more (complimentary earplugs!). Overall I have 0 complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Fabulous location too.

We have stayed here many times before because of the location,that is, the transport links and the shopping. We go to the theatre district and it’s very easy to get there by tube from Stratford. The room is big enough for a few days holidays and the bathroom is very nice.

The room was very clean. The room service cleaned the room everyday. When we left, by the time we returned, the room was cleaned. The location was exceptional. Next to a Westfield mall, the train station to quickly take you to central london, next to Stratford International station to catch SE line to take you to Kent. The food (pizza, wings) was surprisingly food and fresh when ordering from the kitchen.

The staff was trash. The manager was obviously the most dedicated, but the millennial staff surrounding the shift manager was the worst I had every seen. I took videos of the 15 min wait at the bar right in front of our faces before a single individual acknowledged us. They were curt, not knowledgeable, not helpful, on their phones instead of paying attention if there is a customer or another staff member who needed assistance. Throw the whole team away. If it wasn't for the location, I would vow to never visit this hotel again ever in life!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the shopping malls in Stratford. It is very modern and exceptionally clean, with lovely, spacious and comfortable rooms. My room even had a view overlooking the railway lines, which I really enjoyed. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the reception area and lounge were beautiful and inviting. There are plenty of options to relax or spend time there - you can play billiards, work, or even enjoy something to eat. Overall, everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was the only disappointing part of my stay. The food was quite tasteless, especially the traditional English breakfast, which was not as good as what I’ve experienced at other hotels. The pastries were also very dry and lacked flavour. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast quality, as everything else about my stay was excellent.

I think the sofa bed could use a rental as I could feel the bed springs but it was still comfortable.

We stayed 2 very enjoyable nights here on 24th July. We drove from outside London and quickly pulled into the pull-in layby in front of the hotel and dropped our cases and outfits for the occasion we were there for. The guy on reception very kindly hung my clothes in his office to prevent creasing. We then drove right then left into the Stratford multi storey car park which is literally opposite the hotel. It cost about £15 for 2 nights. It was so easy and secure. We had our dog with us too! We got in the lift and down to ground level and the hotel is about 150 metres on the right, opposite and directly at the side of Stratford Station.

We had a great stay at Moxy Stratford. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable, with a convenient location close to Stratford Station and Westfield. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. It was a great choice for our family trip, with easy access to transport, shopping and nearby attractions. We would happily stay here again!

Located near a station with multiple Tube lines, the hotel's location is excellent for exploring London, especially for a trip of at least 4-5 days. Having two shopping malls right next door is also incredibly convenient. Also, the room was big, nice and quite.

The area itself isn't exceptional, apart from the Olympic Park. It’s a pity there is no mini-fridge in the room, as that would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Check was quick, room was as described and the air con was a god send! Staff were helpful and breakfast was lovely. Great location, would definately stay again!
