Fabulous room with all amenities including full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob. Clean and comfortable with luxurious touches at a budget price

We stayed at Roomzzz for one night when visiting Nottingham for an event at the concert hall. The location is handy for the theatre, concert hall and also Rock City and it is worth noting that you can either park at the hotel or at the adjacent Q-Park for an almost half-price rate. Check-in was quick and efficient and there was a lift up to our floor. The room was of a good size, similar to a Premier Inn, and the bathroom was also a decent size with a proper shower, much better than a Travelodge. The furnishings were of an above average standard with a good size bed with quality bedding. The other major plus points were a mini-kitchen area including a fridge, oven and washing-up sink, plus the wi-fi worked well and was free, Premier Inn & Travelodge please note. There was also a grab-and-go coffee & croissant offering available in the lobby in the morning. Finally, we may have been lucky but we weren't disturbed by any noise whatsoever, external or internal, so we both slept well which was great. In summary, we will certainly use Roomzzz Nottingham again on a similar visit in the future.

Roomzzz aparthotel in Nottingham is 5 minutes walk from the city centre with parking available. The rooms are very modern with a well equipped kitchette, including combi oven. There is a hot drinks machine available 24 hours and a snacks shop. Reece and Tatiana on reception were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Aparthotel . Our time there was enhanced by the helpful and approachable receptionist Kiran. He is ideally suited for the role.

Whilst the location was good the penthouse room/bathrooms need major updating. The bathrooms had areas of mould, and things falling off the wall. The power shower couldn't be angled, so water went all over the floor. The TVs were old, so whilst advertised that you can use with a firestick, now tv, apple tv, google tv or any other plug-in streaming service - we could not! The heating did not work, so we had to use the portable heaters, one of which had a broken leg so was rather precarious to use. Plaster was falling from the wall! The sofa was not as advertised in the penthouse photos, but instead a really uncomfortable sofabed, which had used tissues stuffed down the side. On arrival and seeing how rundown the room was, we immediately considered leaving, we only stayed because we couldn't find another hotel with vacancies!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a night. Super cute room with all the amenities we could’ve needed. They were very generous to grant us a late check out time as well to fit within our schedule for this business travel. Location was great and in walking distance to everything we wanted to go do and eat at (Gusto’s is great food if you’re trying to find somewhere to eat, and The Hop Merchant was great for some drinks before dinner), very close to the rails as well—we took a short uber ride to it . Our aircon/heating gave us some difficulty but nothing that they weren’t willing to fix with us. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hand soap smells amazing by the way!

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the attention to detail in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and transport, making it very convenient to get around. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service from Patryk and Radka, they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Stay at this hotel most weeks for work. Very reliable, staff are very helpful and the rooms are a very good size with a kitchen. Only negative of late is that you can’t control the heating from your room, and reception have to do this for you which is a change, Overall though, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, cheap rates, clean and a good location for city centre

Decided to try a Roomzzz apartment as the TripAdvisor reviews and pictures looked interesting, plus the price was good value. The biggest pull was the onsite car park in the centre of Nottingham at £10 per night. We stayed on Valentines night as we had a comedy show booked at Just the Tonic in the Metronome and a meal at Baba's Turkish restaurant. First impression of Roomzzz when we arrived was great. An area to pull the car up to and off the main street. Reception was very friendly and helpful and explained about the car park, which is under the property, so you drive out and down a very steep slope but have to raise the shutter doors with your room key, which is very secure, I liked that. Be advised that when selecting a space if you have, as we do, an automatic boot hatch, that upon raising, in some of the spaces, the supporting beams are low and potentially you could impact. I moved my car to one without. There are circa 30 spaces, some, to the right are just for staff. Good lighting and an easy exit door back to reception. Reception is modern and check-in, payment, was slick and efficient. There is a seating area, vending area dispensing snacks, drinks, etc which you pay for at reception. In the morning they offer croissants and coffee as part of your stay, great customer service touch! 2 lifts, we were on the 3rd floor, each operates from a separate call button. The venue is quiet, guests were respectful, no issues with noise. The room exceeded our expectations, insofar as it was very clean and just like the images. First time in an apartment and all the facilities were an absolute bonus. Our room was a called a "Smart Studio" and was perfect for a couple. Bed was clean and very comfy. Nice touch was the two pillows for each person had a firm one and a soft one so you could choose your preference. Thoughtful! As it was Valentines Day they also put 2 heart-shaped lollies on the bed, another really thoughtful thing to do. The view, in a city, was best it could be, we overlooked the access road and reception where we arrived. Adjacent is the Q-Carpark so if there are insufficient spaces in the hotel for guests you can use that with a 40% discount. Code provided. We had the window ajar all night and it was nice and quite, a great position. The room has aircon but as it was February that wasn't needed and the window could open for air. The shower room was modern and good quality. It has underfloor heating so the back-splash from shower out of the enclosure opening soon dries away. The kitchen facilities are great, a microwave, concealed cooker hood and dishwasher included along with a full set of cooking utensils, cups, glasses, etc. The TV is wall mounted and has Freeview options. The shower head is fixed so no angling but had adequate power and better than many a hotel one I've experienced. Shower room is spacious so easy for drying, etc. Overall 10/10 and we've decided we will use Roomzzz in other locations going forward. Recommended.

Good size rooms, and very comfortable. The staff are polite and easy to approach. The cooker and the microwave in the rooms is a superb concept.

Perfect - modern, clean & spacious room with all the facilities you could imagine needing including a mini kitchen! Very comfy bed and well designed bathroom. Croissant & decent coffee were just an added bonus. Highly recommend.

The quality of the hotel accommodation is good and located close to the city centre. The service level provided by the Reception Team is exemplary. Always friendly and very helpful. I use this hotel on a regular basis and will keep on doing so.

This was my 1st stay in any of the Roomz and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a great size, with a small kitchenette and comfy bed. And the reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a couple of nights for a work trip. I'll definitely be back again!

Went to this hotel as a surprise birthday weekend trip to Nottingham to watch Peter Kay. Unfortunately I had no say in which hotel we was staying in and I found the room to be claustrophobic and too be honest, a bit dirty. We noticed in our room that there was marks on the walls and it just seemed very dark and dingy. The hotel was modern and a good price compared to others in the area for a Christmas time break considering Peter Kay was live. It is a good location and reception is clean and welcoming yet the rooms were below par for me.

Absolutley lovely room, staff and service, Me and my Husband checked in on Saturday 29th November, we went to a gig at Rock City, on entering the gig My huband fell backwards, fractured his skull had a bleed on the brain and put into an imduced coma, I didnt stay on the Saturday as I was at the QMC, I informed the hotel early hours Sunday AM and spoke to Keiron, he was so lovely and said he would inform his Manager of the circumstances, I returned late Sunday night and met Keiron he was so kind and considerate to our situation, I talked to him for quite a while and he made me feel so safe as I was staying on my own and said if they was anything at all I needed just say, I met the Manager Radka she was absolutley amazing, and spoke to her head office and made arrangements for me to stay another 9 nights so I could be near Anthony, and trabel to the hospital, she was so kind and caring and very thoughtful, Radka and Keiron went above and beyond to make my stay as safe and comfortable as possible, my husband is making a good recoverybat home, and when myself and my husband return to Nottingham we will definatley stay at Roomz Thank you again for wonderful service at such a horrible time for me

I had booked a stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday and I was greeted by the loveliest receptionist “Tatiana”! She was incredibly helpful and made our experience immensely enjoyable. We stayed in a penthouse suite, the room is clean, well decorated and fully equip. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for the price too incredibly affordable for what you get. Tatiana deserve a bonus this Christmas she was amazing!

Price and rooms are great - just the right size, just the right amount of resources (the little and practical kitchen counter). Staff is always super nice. Reception service 24h is a luxury for those of us who insist in getting cheap flights at weird times. I couldn't ask for anything else, Rooomzzz is a fave of mine and my colleagues!

I was in town for a gig at Rock City and thought this was be perfect. And it was. The smart studio was well equipped and just the right size. I stayed at this location when it was a hotel before it became Roomzzz and the noise from the club kept me awake. But not this time, even though the room was on the 1st floor I slept really well. I will stay there again when I go to shows in Nottingham.

Check-in was easy by their super friendly staff. The hotel has two lifts. The room was large enough and fairly well lit. The bed was comfortable, with night stands on each side and power outlets--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. The kitchenette was nice to have. There was a kettle, coffeemaker, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom had a large shower (only) with, unfortunately, plenty of mold in the grout; housekeeping or maintenance needs to give that a good scrubbing. The shower water pressure was ok, but the temperature oscillated between hot and cold--not fun! Another useless shower door, as the bathroom floor was flooded. The shelf inside the shower was useful. There was ample counter space for toiletries. The WiFi was strong but not password protected (boo!). The guest laundry room was a nice feature. If the price is right I might stay here again despite the issues.

Great stay here. perfectly located as close to city centre but not noisy. The included parking was very easy , secure and right by hotel- we were allowed to park before check in time and leave car after checkout time :) Room was clean, modern+comfortable. Price seemed on the high side but comparable to other city centre hotels on a Saturday night!

Stayed for a night with my daughter and grandson. We were there for them to go to the Motorpoint for a gig. Good location around 10 mins to the centre of town next door to Rock City club. Now this concerned us after seeing the 100s of people queuing to get in but we shouldn’t have worried. We had no noise from the club itself just a little noise from people outside but not enough to affect our sleep. The room was fantastic. Immaculately clean very well equipped with kitchen including a dishwasher microwave and fridge. Lovely shower in the bathroom and a good sized bed. Now originally the room was for my daughter and her little boy but I was added to the booking last minute . As the hotel was fully booked they kindly put a folding bed into her room for me, which was surprisingly very comfortable. In the foyer there’s a drinks machine for all your teas and coffees and to my grandsons delight, hot chocolate. All free. And in the morning a huge basket of croissants to help yourself to. The garage under the hotel is fab. £10 per night as opposed to £23 in the multi storey next to the hotel. The lovely lady in reception sorted his for us. She was so nice. Friendly and cheerful, a credit to the hotel. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if visiting the city

The Manager, Dadka, is a credit to the hotel. There was an issue with my room and she managed it with such professionalism and empathy. It made the experience extremely positive.

The room itself was lovely, just a shame about the cleanliness of it. Food smeared on the fridge door, hand prints on bathroom door and dusty. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Adjacent to Rock city , which can get busy on a weekend.. that said, we weren’t disturbed by noise from the road possibly since we were on the fourth floor and windows don’t open on that floor Kitchenette was nice and free laundry was a welcome bonus. I had a good stay overall — the room was clean, comfortable, but one particular member of staff was rude. The location was convenient too. The only downside was that no guests were allowed in the room after 10pm, which was a bit inconvenient. We weren’t causing any noise or disturbances but the phone rang and the women spoke to me to tell me I couldn’t have any guests which was my sister who had a room next room she was just eating in my room but got told to leave. Very strange. Wouldn’t stay again not really good if you want to bring your friends. Just a heads up to anyone who wants to chill with their friends after 10 there’s a curfew feels like a prison

Stayed at Roomzzzz in Nottingham for the weekend and I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spotless and the hotel was situated in the town centre.

I use Roomzzz Nottingham regularly. It is a value for money hotel close to the city centre and the staff and extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is great, the staff are amazing, the hotel actually feels like an apartment. It’s very good for work trips and the place was clean and tidy. Tatiana delivered exceptional customer service so big thanks to her! 10/10 would recommend the place.

Surprisingly blown away by the place. Great location. Loads of space. Awesome view of the venue and tour bus of the band we were there to see. Genuine great little find and we plan to come again.

I stayed on Saturday night. There was a minor issue in the room. The receptionist and the housekeeper came to help promptly. I was really grateful for their helpfulness and thoughtfulness.

Rooms are clean, modern and very well-lit! All staff members, including the room cleaners, are friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to Alexandra who taught me how to order delivery when I arrived at midnight. She also gave me lots of ideas where to visit in this city. Thanks Alexandra!🥰 I particularly like the mini kitchen there as it is very well equipped. Together with the dishwasher is a plus for guest like me who had a long stay there. The hotel is located very close to the campus of Nottingham Trent University and is just 5 mins walk to the city or tram stop. The only concern is that it’s very close to the Rock City that you may hear some noise from that nightclub at some nights. You can request to have a room further away from the Rock City if you are a light sleeper. I surely will make a booking here again next time when I visit Nottingham!

Despite hearing the dance music at the local venue nearby till 1 am the hotel was a very comfortable and nice place to stay. It was used by a number of parents like us dropping their kids off at university halls. Very well located in close proximity to restaurants, key sites including the castle, down town and university halls. Nice croissants were provided for a breakfast grab and go , and an all day hot drinks machine was appreciated. The decor was cheerful, modern and clean. Alexandra, the receptionist, was super helpful. We would certainly recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

Bethany was outstanding, made me feel very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! She works very hard and seemed to always be there ! Made sure I had a nice room with as little as possible noise.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Right in the city centre, very convenient to explore the city. Property itself is clean, comfortable. The noise from Rock City is unavoidable as it’s literally next door but it’s not bothersome as some reviewers described, it gives an atmosphere/ vibe to the property being bang on in the city centre

Fantastic service from Patryk and great rooms as always. I had been completely messed about by SACO nearby, late at night leaving me room less at midnight. I went to Roomzzz and Patryk helped me immediately and sorted a room for me and parking within 3 mins. Great place to stay and great staff.

I had a really lovely stay at Roomzzz Nottingham. The room was surprisingly of a good size and cosy, and I really liked how spacious it felt once inside. Having a little kitchenette was such a bonus , it made the stay feel a lot more comfortable and homely. A special mention to Patrick at reception. He was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome, friendly, and at ease. That kind of personal touch makes such a difference. Overall, a great experience I’d definitely recommend and will stay again!

After a super long drive, this was just what the doctor ordered. Secure parking, speedy check in, cutlery already in the room so I could demolish my Pizzamisu. Patryk made check in seamless and did it with a grin. Top man.

Lovely hotel, excellent location just far too hot! Aircon in the room only went down to 19 and even with the window open it was boiling. Everything else was fab and we would stay again. Parking right next door. Comfy bed.

perfect location and amenities for my one night stay. The staff and Welcome at check-in were warm and friendly. When I arrived in my room, I noticed the sofa was broken, but this didn’t matter as I wasn’t going to use it because it was so late. The next morning the staff provided me with a goodie bag because they realise the sofa was broken. This was really appreciated. I hadn’t even mentioned the sofa!!

My company have booked me in at Roomzzz nottingham (most weeks) since March 2023 as we have projects in the area. Appart from the unreliable coffee machine(s) and ast issues with lift reliability, and odd glitches in the odd room over the time, the apartments and team have been great throughout my time with you. Everyone in the team is friendly and capable, my normal POC is Patrick on arrival, he is very good, but Beth snd others are very capable too. I would recommend the apartments to anyone who is looking to stay in Nottingham.

I’ve been staying here regularly for over a year and a half for work, and I love it. It’s so convenient having a kitchenette for those days I don’t want to go out for dinner, and Patryk is incredible. I always arrive in the evening after work, and he always has everything ready as soon as park my car up. My job is tough, but he brightens my day by being cheerful, professional and so friendly.

We had been in the UK for three weeks with mixed feelings about our hotel stays. On our last night on our way to Heathrow from Scotland we stayed at the Nottingham Roomzzzz and were astonished at how reasonable the cost was and it was our best hotel room of our three weeks in the UK. The room was spacious, including a full kitchen! It was clean, bright and the reception clerk was super helpful in answering all our questions including calling to see if restaurants in walking distance were still open for our late arrival/meal.

First time visit to Nottingham, picked for the central location and parking garage next door. Reception staff very friendly, explaining layout with small shop containing basics for simple meals, tea and coffee area for morning croissant plus extra milk, etc for the room. We are used to conventional hotels and found the addition of a kitchenette with cooking utensils, fridge and dishwasher a bonus. The provision of taps and sink rather than filling kettle in the bathroom was welcome. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was adjustable and the shower was very powerful, although the water temperature fluctuated. We were there three nights. The first night was very quiet and restful. The second early evening we heard loud walking about from the room above. The floor is a solid laminated construction and street shoes make a noise which carries. Each room has a metal table and a large plastic chair. There was constant tapping of what sounded like stilettos up and down the room and the chair, or possibly the table was dragged repeatedly. We thought there might be a dog in the room. This noise went on until 12.30am. The following afternoon I spoke to the person on reception to see if Roomzzz had a policy for noisy neighbours. Bethany was very professional and said she would speak to the person and ask them to stop making the noise. She also arranged for the room next to ours to be kept vacant amd left instructions for the night team to let us sleep next door if required. We were very reassured by this attention to our complaint. Thank you Bethany. We were out for the evening at the theatre , ten minutes down the road, and returned late. There was more noise from above but not so persistent so we didn't move next door in the end. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation, although it was showing it's age, but attention to furniture choice and a floor covering would have helped, rather than having to take another room out of service in case it was needed. On a future visit we will ask for a room on the fourth floor.

Curtains need cleaning; whenever you open or close the curtains, a sea of dust particles envelop the room. This is because the AC blows directly towards the curtains and I doubt whether a HEPA filter is installed / maintained. Mature lady doing housekeeping was exceptional. Well done!

So let me start about the awful tom cat smell in the bathroom it was really bad. I complained firstly when we arrived when we went out the next morning and again when we got back. They tried to mask it with an equally strong smelling cleaner the fumes were dreadful as an asthma sufferer it wasn't good. We opened the window but the noise outside made it difficult to sleep. The receptionist Sunday afternoon was very dismissive of it, she said we do not let animals on 3rd floor. Well something wasn't right it stunk even my husband commented and he never complains. He said it now smells of vomit. Not sure they properly mopped as I took a photo of the bathroom floor with bit of toilet paper on its been there all weekend. Management need to sort the housekeeping out. Not a rest at all we live in Scotland and I had come down to see my elderly parents. Good points was Tatiana who wasn't there yesterday afternoon. She was helpful and kind lady. Shower was intermittent hot and cold. Bed was clean as far as I could see very dark room with Black net curtains. Breakfast one croissant and as much tea or coffee you like. We did leave do not disturb on door but I told the receptionist they could go in.

Does not match up to the quality of other roomzzz across the country room looked like it hadn't been cosmetically for a long long time. Broken kitchen tap had been glued on rather than replaced, shower temperature fluctuated impossible to get a continuous hot shower. Stains on rug around bed very unsightly

Nice building and staff.

The room, the bed all excellent only thing that we didn’t like were the pillows too hard for both of us, but otherwise I’d stay again.

Was very clean and modern. Ideal place to stay if going theatre royal . Less than 5mins walk . If booking to see another show would definitely stay here again.

Tatiana was amazing and helpful.I really appreciate the keen to detail she gave us. The room purple light was a nice touch.

Easy checkin even at 11pm. Lovely bed. Lovely shower. Central location. Room has a very nice kitchenette. Handy if staying a few days.

Handy place to stay close to shops, bars, etc.

Wish I had found this hotel when my daughter started University. So convenient ! Underground secure parking

Very clean room, comfortable and well equipped. I was only staying over night so had no use for a few of the facilities however I'm already planning my next stay where I can make full use of everything. On arrival the room was absolutely freezing which for me was perfect and just what I'd hoped for when booking an air conditioned accomodation, I slept better that night than I had in weeks during a heatwave. There is a coffee machine downstairs which is available 24/7 which I enjoyed and in the morning the hotel provides complimentary croissants which I also enjoyed before heading out for the day. A lovely hotel, with very helpful staff and a very comfortable stay. Cannot wait to come back.

Although the staff was lovely, our room had issues. First of all, our room kept losing power repeatedly and during the night the a/c and lights did not work. So, we had to change rooms. Also, the shower kept alternating hot and cold.

Smart Studio room for a weekend. Very well situated in Nottingham for Mangata festival. There is a little shop in reception selling food that can be used to prepare in your room's mini kitchen which has a sink, fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and utensils. The room was clean and tidy with the usual hot drink accessories, a tea towel and a dishwasher tab, ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. The duvet is a superking and the bedding soft and clean. The towels are bath towels so slightly larger than norm. There was a lightly worn sofa with decent cushions in the room. Very comfortable. The shower was a bit frisky. The shower water is so powerful it went past the glass shower panel and ricocheted out onto the bathroom floor. You can put a spare towel down and you will be fine. Lovely smelling toiletries. It was in the middle of July in a heat wave. The aircon worked but the room was still hot. I rang reception and asked if they could adjust the room temp because it wouldn't go below 19. I was told yes, but it stayed the same both nights. Not a big deal but it is my main bugbear that hotels seem to think they know more about my comfort than me and remove that control from me. There were also two aircon control boxes. One by the door and one if the main room and no instructions. The things I have complained about are very minor. This was a good hotel with lovely staff and I would stay there again.

The people, place and clean were excellent

A great location for visiting and exploring Nottingham. On arrival greeted by friendly and efficient staff with an easy and speedy check-in. Comfortable well equipped rooms with a small kitchenette. All clean and well prepared . Everything was perfect for our needs, a family group of 4 rooms

Seen a few mixed reviews online but unsure why after staying. Room was clean, a little dusty but smelled nice upon arrival and was very spacious. Noise from the rock city venue nearby can be heard from your room but that’s expected and doesn’t bother me. You get your own kitchen area with a toaster, microwave and oven. Shower was okay but the water kept going cold and hot. Overall bathroom was alright, bed was comfy and it’s got a big fridge to store drinks or food in. They don’t serve a proper breakfast here but you can get free croissants every morning from next to reception. They also have a shop at reception where you can purchase various food items, frozen meals, drinks etc. The TV was great it’s equipped with Netflix, bbc iplayer, Amazon prime and more with people still leaving their accounts logged in which I wasn’t complaining about. One of the best TVs I’ve ever seen a hotel have feature wise. Would definitely recommend a stay here it’s not as bad as some people were making out. All staff friendly and polite.

We were very surprised on the outstanding quality of the room, the black out curtains were excellent and although we were worried about noise from local establishments we heard nothing all night.
