The staff were welcoming and pleased to help. The room was large and comfortable. We have no complaints about anything.

The young lady at the front desk really made our stay. Over the phone she patiently helped us find the shuttle at the airport. Due to flight issues, we arrived hungry to learn there was no food available for purchase and we would miss breakfast due to our flight time, so she got us a breakfast to go. We so appreciated her hospitality and cheerfulness, especially since she was very busy working the desk alone, had a lineup and a ringing phone.

Complimentary breakfast was offered from 5am until 11am . It was completely packed up and put away when my family came down at 10:20am ! We were not impressed.

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel was clean, quiet and well looked after. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast staff had everything very clean, tidied up and well stocked in addition to be welcoming. Our stay here was an excellent value and we certainly would stay again.

После того как мы заселились в номер, в номере не оказалось одеяла для персоны который должен спать на раскладуещем диване и нам предложили сменить номер.

Не забывать ложить одеяла. Вовремя восполнять моющих средств для душа (кондиционеры для волос).

we booked because of pool unfortunately on the day of staying pool was not available to use. If i know it happened i wouldnt proceed with my bookings, cancellation is not even a choice. So disappointing

Breakfast was okay and in a great location with great hours. Also, the staff in the cafeteria (Maria) was exceptional.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy and the tv remote didn’t work. The pool was unavailable to be used.

I booked this hotel because my 7-year-old daughter loves swimming. The hotel listing advertised a swimming pool, but when we arrived, we were told it had been closed for maintenance during our 4-day stay. We were never notified before our stay. If we had known, we would have booked a different hotel with a working pool. It was very disappointing, especially for my daughter. I also contacted Booking.com about this issue but never received a response. I hope hotels and booking platforms notify guests in advance when major amenities like the swimming pool are unavailable so other families don’t experience the same disappointment.

The pool wasn’t open and they didn’t mention that when I booked. I booked it because I wanted to use the pool.. and there was nothing about the pool being under maintenance until we checked in.

Large rooms, comfy, helpful staff, shuttle was good.

Breakfast was hit and miss and they need to improve their allergy/dietary signs because they advertised milk as ‘non dairy’ but it was just flavoured milk but still dairy which wasn’t great for our toddler with an allergy.

The room was nice. Everything was good.

When I went to check out I asked for a bottle of water. I was told to go into the breakfast area and get the water out of the fountain tap. I was disappointed because I was leaving right away, and didn't have time to do that. I usually stay away from fountain water.Usually when I ask for a bottle of water the front staff usually gives me one because I drink the bottle of water on my way to park my vehicle for a couple of weeks.

The desk clerk said the shuttle came every half hour at 5 to and 25 after the hour, so I planned to just be in the e lobby well before the time I wanted to leave, not realizing that you needed to book the shuttle for the time you wanted pick up. But they called me a taxi and paid for it so I arrived close to the time I needed to be there.

Location was central for our business and leisure time spent in Leduc. Staff seemed new and first night didn't have the proper reservation as requested. Requested to change rooms to the proper reservation for night two. Breakfast was excellent with Anna Maria being the highlight to our morning start. Very friendly staff .

Reservations are made and staff should ensure that the room assigned is correct. We had to have our third guest sleep on a loveseat as the reservation was a double sofa bed with King size bed..

Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Our room was much bigger than we expected for the price. We only wish we had been able to enjoy it longer.

Very friendly staff . Offerred a snack bag when we came in late evening and I looked at vending machine to see options. Also , morning staff on check out date , very friendly snd offerred us to go in and get coffee from breakfast room even though door closed and breakfast over. Neither of these staff members had to even make eye contact but they did without prompting to make our stay better . Friday check in staff helped changed us to a better suited room despite being very full . I booked a jacuzzi room by mistake and needed a pull out couch for or son . She made that happen. Thanks a million ! Would stay here again. It is pet friendly though so if you have allergies , check on that .

Place is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceeded my expectation. Free airport shuttle made our stay stress free.

There were a whole bunch of young teenage boys staying in the property for a hockey tournament. THey were very loud and noisy+++ during sleeping hours. They were banging at doors and running through the halls. There should be added security to prevent such activity. Or guardians should be charged$$$ if the young people they are escorting are very disrespectful to prevent this occurence.

Great low cost option for an overnight stay near the Edmonton airport. Clean room. Large bathroom. Great breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was better than many "included continental" ones. Cheese omelette, sausage, and hash browns. The pool and fitness room are good for a quick workout.

I didn't like the having to wait to drop off the key card. I went to my car and put my things in the car. Their was no one at the front desk. Then I went back to drop off the key card. This isn't the first time this happen with the guy that was working.

The hotel suited our needs for the most part, although the broken elevator made our life difficult as we were about to start a long trip, and traveled with plenty of luggage.

It is close to the airport, there is a shuttle service to/from the airport at no extra cost, it includes breakfast and has a restaurant attached for other meals, and the price was very reasonable for this hotel. While we did not use the kitchenette beyond making coffee, there was a small fridge and microwave available for use as well.

Unfortunately, you can never control other guest's behaviour. Quiet time is listed at 9 pm in the evening. After 10 pm another guest on the floor we were on was throwing a squeaky toy in the hallway for their dog to fetch :( .

I didn't have breakfast on this occasion, but had it another time and it was pretty good.

I couldn't seem to find a drink machine or ice on my floor.

Beat value for your dollar. Very clean hotel, early breakfast with hot options available. This hotel has topped my list, a must book if stay if you are needing accommodations near the airport.

An absolute SURPRISE at just how nice and reasonably priced this motel was considering its proximity to the airport. The people at RECEPTION were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was HUGE almost to excess (I suppose a "suite" ???) and everything was reasonably modern and well appointed. There was a VERY unique night light at the bottom of the switch plate which I had NEVER seen before!!! (I WOULD SUGGSEST, however, they swap the TV and couch as it wouldn't strain people watching from bed!!) The breakfast room was huge and the food options were varied and many, more so than many other DAYS INNS I have stayed at. The new pancake making machine was GENIUS!!! And the pancakes were terrific!!! The free shuttle service was also another benefit of the hotel. A very pleasant and restful stay at the end of a long drive before heading to the airport and home.

Small parking lot, not good for LT parking Unfortunately having to drive over to the Royal is not ideal (was told to bring over vehicle and take a taxi back)…🤬 Luckily the front desk at Royal made things right and I got a shuttle back. May consider other options next time…🤷🏻‍♂️
