Great location, very clean hotel, but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Can. An unexpected issue beyond the hotel’s control was handled perfectly. Highly recommended!

It was in a great location and the staff was excellent. I didn’t book with breakfast as there are a ton of beautiful restaurants around.

Don’t book the basement rooms but the rooms on the other floors are incredible- clean, spacious, huge and super comfortable.

The hotel was according our expectations. We like the area of Istanbul whetre it is situated - vivid, with lots of restourants, bars and shops. The brekfast was delicious. The staff was very qualiifed and helpful.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig. Es war sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Auf Wunsch haben wir immer frisches Wasser oder Kaffee bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels mitten in Nişantaşı war für uns perfekt. Sowohl die Rezeptionisten Arda, Hasan und Yiğit, als auch die Bellboys Yakup, Ali und Atakan waren sehr kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Team hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert z.B. frische Getränke, Parken des Autos etc.

Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade for our honeymoon, which was an amazing touch. The location and room were great, and we have zero complaints.

I had a great stay at Gleam Collection Hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everytime you entered premise you are always welcomed in a hospitable manner. A special thank you to Mr. Can, who was excellent and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and always helpful whenever I had any questions. The hotel is beautiful and has a very convenient location. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Can Yiğit. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I really appreciate all his help!

The spa itself was just okay. Unfortunately, the receptionist at the spa doesn’t speak or understand English, which made communication quite difficult. However, I really enjoyed the hammam, and the massage was excellent.

The location is great and the hotel is clean covering all the needs for a comfortable stay. The staff was very polite and made me feel safe as a solo traveller. There’s a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as beauty salons. The neighbourhood felt safe even at nighttime.

I was unfortunate enough to have some personal belongings missing from my room, however the hotel handled it well and reimbursed me for the inconvenience.

This isna 3 star hotel at the very best. Staff book taxis and give a fixed price but drivers charge more. Alarm went off at 3am. The breakfast is as good as none existent. The place is in a small side street and an absolute joke

An Exceptional Hotel – Hospitality, Empathy and Genuine Care at the Highest Level It is difficult to put into words just how impressed I am with Gleam Collection Hotel. Every single member of the staff has been exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful. I will not mention individual names simply because, after spending several days here, I have interacted with so many members of the team, and every single one of them deserves recognition. Their kindness is truly at the highest possible level. Turkish hospitality is already famous worldwide, but at Gleam Collection we found something beyond hospitality: genuine human warmth, extraordinary empathy and sincere care. I travelled to Istanbul primarily for medical reasons with my 6-year-old son, who has autism. We stayed at Gleam Collection for five days during the first part of his treatment, and I am now writing this review during our second five-day stay. From the very beginning, the staff showed incredible empathy and understanding towards my child. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently and with a smile. But what touched me most was the genuinely warm and friendly attention they gave my son. It never felt forced or simply “professional.” It felt sincere. As a parent travelling abroad with a child with special needs, this means more than words can express. There is also an important detail I would strongly recommend families with young children to consider: the studios and apartments have private terraces with retractable roofs. This provides extra peace of mind because you do not have to worry about traditional windows, while still enjoying a wonderful private outdoor space. For anyone travelling to Istanbul for medical tourism, I also highly recommend considering this hotel. We came for treatment at Liv Hospital Ulus, and Gleam Collection proved to be an excellent choice in terms of both location and value for money, especially compared with many accommodation options closer to the hospital.

What I liked most about the hotel was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. All the employees were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Even when we were sitting in the garden, they would immediately come over and offer us tea or coffee, which made us feel truly special. The hotel was also very clean, well-maintained, and trustworthy. The breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. I would especially like to thank Ali Ekber and Can for their kindness, attention, and willingness to help with everything. Whenever we needed something, they were always quick to assist us. A big thank you to the entire team for their wonderful service and hospitality. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent. The hospitality is so warm and welcoming that you truly feel like you are at home. The whole atmosphere makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of.

لايوجد عازل بين الغرف الموظفين كله مشغولين لين تطلب منهم شي الموظفين بعضهم نفسيتهم مو حلوه كل اللي في بوكينج يقولون سووا لهم اب قريد أنا ٩ إيام وغرفتين ولا يوم سووا لي عطوني غرف لاطلاله موحلوه وعطوني غرفة عاديه جدا وصغيره مع ان اول مره اسكن عندهم وبلغتهم ماعجبني التعامل كلش وعدوني بالأب قريد وماصار

An absolutely exceptional stay at Gleam Collection Hotel Nişantaşı. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth was outstanding. A very special thank you to Ali, Tugay, Nermin and Yiğit, who each went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble; every interaction was handled with professionalism, kindness and a sincere desire to make guests feel welcome and cared for. The hotel itself is elegant, beautifully maintained and perfectly located in Nişantaşı, but it is the people who truly make a hotel exceptional — and this team certainly does. The service was thoughtful, effortless and consistently excellent from beginning to end. One of those rare hotels where you leave already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended and very well deserved five stars.

Although we spent five nights at this very nice hotel, management could not address some of my simple requests. Although, this is really a very minor issue which did not disturb our stay much but I thought management was able to provide better flexibility in selection of suites at elevated floor rather than at lower ones , preferably for some of the nights spent not for only one night

The location and the staff were really lovely. The hotel was close to all the attractions and The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful. We also ordered regular tea for our room thinking it is room service and can be paid at the check out just to realise that it was complementary by the hotel on our last day which was a nice surprise.

The hotel is really small and the pictures do not really provide an accurate illustration of the facilities. The overall service is okay but don't expect anything fancy. The breakfast was decent but quite simple. Also on some days the fruit and vegetables did not seem to be really fresh.

Good location, side street so it was quiet, the room was decent and the bed was big enough. A very nice park close by, great breakfast, enough places around and were able to walk to taksim area.

It was a bit loud when other guests were coming in at night, but people being rude is sometimes unavoidable. However a better insulated door would have helped

We stayed at Gleam Collection hotel for about 10 days and were very happy with our experience. Everything was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, with excellent daily housekeeping and service. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect—very close to the metro, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. I would like to thank all of them. Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s name, but I would particularly like to mention Arda, Nermin, Ali, Tugay, Muhammed, and Yilmaz for their excellent hospitality. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and well looked after. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip and would happily recommend it to others.

I did not have breakfast at the property as there was no lentil soup available ☹️. There are plenty of cafe’, bakeries and restaurants for breakfast. The road the hotel resides on is a bit smelly from the cats but cats are great.

- Staff were very helpful and provided everything patiently. - We liked the idea of free water, tea, and coffee. - Room had enough space; shower was warm, and there were enough clean towels. Some toiletries were missing, but we didn't care.

- There are tall buildings in front of the hotel. You won't have privacy and will need to use curtains. - One morning, there weren't enough tables, and we had to wait to be seated for breakfast. - Some guests can be noisy, but not much can be done; have earplugs. - Items at breakfast were standard; nothing special or tasty. I only liked the watermelon, which was truly delicious compared to anything one can get in Europe. - Someone was waking up some of the guests early in the morning by knocking on their doors and calling them loudly. We were also woken up as a result. I think it is an unnecessary approach considering that there is a technology called 'Phone'.

the hotel is not similar to pictures, it is infact MUCH smaller. it looks similar but not as fancy as it looks in the photos and not like 5 star hotel. it looks like a decent 4 star but def not 5star The breakfast room is tooo small with no window. The elevator went out of electricity when we were staying and I had to wait for 20 min, it didnt come back I had to take stairs to 5th floor. when you ask for stuff over phone it take forever for them to bring simple stuff like toilet paper.
