Хочу обратить внимание на сервис в ресторане на завтраке. Самыми расслабленными там кажутся не отдыхающие, а сотрудники, которые должны убирать со столов. В итоге найти столик проблема, и не потому что народу много, а потому что убирать никто не торопится. Сразу скажу-не все, но подавляющее большинство

Отличная локация, есть бассейн глубокий 1,8 м, основной бассейн очень живописный. Красивая территория, большой номер, регулярная уборка. В отеле есть магазин с продуктами и всем необходимым по низким ценам. Также есть магазин с фруктами. Это очень удобно, не надо переплачивать за доставку в номер и никуда выезжать.

Бассейны открываются в 9 утра( вариант поплавать утром отсутствует, я пыталась плавать в море, в бассейне в 7.30 - везде выгоняли( персонал вообще не разговаривает на английском, и на русском тоже. При этом половина проживающих в отеле русские. Если бы не перевод чата gpt, то рум сервис, химчистка - все это было бы недоступно. Также нет сервиса на пляже/ бассейне, есть qr коды для заказа, но по факту сам идешь в центральный бар отеля и сам себе все приносишь( на завтрак я была разочарована отсутствием фрешей и смузи, а также рыбы, они копченую селедку только предлагали. Я не ем яйца и мясо, а также не ем китайскую еду. В итоге я ограничивалась сыром( его давали прям в граммах, я забирала почти всю тарелку шведского стола, так мало выносили) и овощами. На завтрак я сходила 2 дня из 4 в итоге, смысла не было( кофе также отвратительный. Пыталась записаться в спа, но там всегда никого не было на ресепшн(

The location of this hotel, right in the middle of YALONG BAY is great for a beach holiday. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. The BAIYUN restaurant is excellent.

A number of reviews have commented that the rooms and general public areas are tired. I think that’s an understatement. The rooms are a disgrace and need to be urgently redecorated. The shower area in particular is disgusting. The public areas are a good design but very rundown. The hotel is only 23 years old but it looks like it’s never been refurbished. The breakfast is extensive and okay quality but not great. 99% of tourists are from China. Most of the foreign tourists are Russian. English language skills are almost non-existent in the staff – we used Google Translate all the time. The palm Court restaurant is variable.

Fantastic location and facilities, right on the beautiful Yalong Bay beachfront and with stunning grounds. The hotel also has plenty of loungers and umbrellas and even cabanas/huts available for hotel guuests to use free of charge. Duty Manager Allen Li was amazing and made our family stay just perfect. He was on hand to answer any questions and even organized late check-out for my family when our flight was delayed. The Diplomatic Suite with plunge pool was amazing with a huge balcony and spectacular sea views. The resort has a nice family feel and is great for couples or those with young families. We will definitely be back again!

The air con in the (very big!) room could have been a bit cooler. The swim up pool bar was closed during our stay. Still amazing though.

Clean rooms, tasty breakfast!

My stay with my wife was excellent, especially duty manager Allen is super friendly, he upgraded our room from garden view to sea view with fruit without paying extra fees, anything else we need, he’s always attentive. Highly recommended.Breakfast good as well as beach.

Территория скучная хотя ухоженная Бассейны никуда не годятся их много и они все маленькие, плавать в них желания не возникло Мало подсветки вечером все смотрится уныло и темно Нет желания пофотографироваться где-то, ничего особо не радует Номер уставший, много потертостей и облупленной краски, но кровать классная 3 метра шириной Рядом есть отель на букву Х по той же цене но гораздо круче!

Лежаков для загорания откровенно мало, спасает только то , что китайцы практически не купаются и не загорают. При заселении (в этом отеле впервые) не было сопровождающего до номера, не говоря уже о портье. После окончания китайской части праздника тут же начался ремонт и только после разговора на ресепшен переселили в другой корпус.

I am traveling with 4 kids, /10,8,5 and 2 years old/ There are lot of fun free activities for kids. I thing about 5-6 pools outside. Specially 1 kids pool has heater. December is Yalong bay is not enough warm. But kids pool water has heater is very good idea. And bubble party, kids room is very big and clean. Outside 2-3 playground area. My kids very happy, Beach access and Yalong bay is world's #1 beach. Breakfast is nice lot of options.

We have 4 adult and 4 kids. But we should seperated rooms. And rooms far away. I thing there are lot of activities for kids. So should be more family room options for like 2 adults and 2 kids.

La gestione lettini in spiaggia. Appena ti allontani dal tuo lettino rischi di ritrovarti altri ospiti che senza problemi ti occupano la tua postazione, così come gente che passeggia per la spiaggia e fa una sosta sotto gli ombrelloni non essendo ospiti dell’albergo. Andrebbe supervisionata

We like hotel a lot, staff are very friendly, especially the manager Allen is very helpful and nice, we stayed 9 days in total and the last 4 days we were upgraded to a sea view room, really nice.

Красивый зеленый старый уютный отель

Идёт стройка. Категорически не рекомендую данный отель. Куча китайцев, видимо на скидках. Персонал ужасен. Провели 4 часа заселяясь. Основной ресторан не работает. Просыпаешься под звуки стройки и стоишь в очереди чтоб сесть за столик за завтраком. Были в этом отеле год назад в это же время, небо и земля. Прожили 5 ночей, и переехали в Hualux, за те же деньги но в лучшие условия и с ужинами, рекомендую не ехать в этот отель никому кто любит тишину, рабочий кондиционер, радушный прием и не есть за столом с чужими людьми.

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. In het bijzonder Allen, die Engels spreekt en ons met van alles heeft geholpen. Nogmaals bedankt Allen. Het strand is fantastisch, blauw water, mooiie tuinen en we hadden een mooie grote kamer met bad en douche. Heerlijk ontbijt en een goed Chinees restaurant. Een winkelcentrum en eettentjes zijn ook in de buurt.

Dat wij steeds werden aangezien voor Russen terwijl we uit Necerland komen.Ik denk dat er weinig Europeanen naar Hainan komen.en het viel mij op hoe weinig Chinezen Engels spreken. Wat ook jammer is, dat mensen van andere hotels op de strandbedjes van ons hotel komen liggen, dat wordt helaas niet gecontroleerd Maar wij hebben ondanks deze minpuntjes een fantastische tijd gehad!!

Очень зеленая, ухоженная территория. Деревья, газоны, все очень красиво. Много дорожек разных, мостиков. Но, совершенно не предусмотрены выходы из номеров на территорию для людей с колясками. Нам приходилось переносить коляску через пруд каждый раз. Там были блоки, по которым надо переходить водоем, но на коляске это невозможно сделать и не было альтернатив. Очень хороший персонал в отеле, все говорят по английски, правда сильно быстро, сложно было понять. Но, все же. Убирали номер очень хорошо. Воды приносили даже больше чем положено, видели, что ребенок маленький и нужно побольше, смеси делать. Очень белоснежные полотенца, как новые.

В нашем номере очень сильно пахло плесенью. Мы были с двумя детьми, малышу 4 месяца всего. И нам пришлось дышать плесенью, что очень вредно для здоровья( Бронировала номер с видом на море, но с кровати видны были только соседние балконы, почти окна в окна. Чтобы увидеть море, надо было выйти на балкон и уйти в самый правый угол. Вода в бассейнах была холодная +25. Даже море было теплее в начале ноября. Самое ужасное, что просто бесило каждый вечер, это живая музыка, которая орала с 19.00 до 23.00 ночи или в ресторане или в баре на 2 этаже. Ни какого отдыха, ребенка не уложить спать. Ходили просили убавить громкость хоть немного. Они все друг на друга тыкали, непонятно кто за это отвечал. В итоге так и не сделали тише. Я не спорю, что испанская пара пела неплохо и хиты, но каждый вечер одно и тоже с сумасшедшей громкостью, это перебор. Мы просто не знали, что будет такое, иначе бы взяли номер на сторону дороги. Не понравилась люлька для малыша, она в ужасном состоянии, вся ободранная и выглядела как тюремная камера. Сын испугался и не смог в ней спать. Нам пришлось сдвигать кровати и спать вчетвером на двух кроватях по 1.2 м. Я очень не ожидала такого сервиса от такого дорогого (мы отдали 7000 юаней за 3 суток) и знаменитого отеля. В целом он очень старый как санаторий сталинских времен. На плитке в душе видны пятна плесени, которые оттирали, но не до конца убрали. Видимо, они сильно въелись в мраморную плитку и вывести ух уже невозможно. На фото все гораздо лучше. Завтраки однообразные каждый день, фрукты разбирают моментально и их очень долго нарезают, приходилось ждать стоять в очереди. Омлет тоже готовили ооочень долго. Кофе пить невозможно. Выпечка не вкусная, как и в остальных отелях Хайнаня. Мы переехали в этот отель из Хуалюкса, там с питанием было получше. Лежаков на всех не хватает, как везде. Но, пляж очень узкий, и полежать на полотенце не очень удобно. Вход в воду с камнями и довольно глубоко сразу. На противоположном конце пляжа нам больше понравилось.

Отдыхали семьёй — я, жена и наш ребёнок. В целом отель произвел хорошее впечатление. Очень понравилось расположение: рядом пляж, своя уютная зона с лежаками, море чистое. На территории отеля три больших бассейна + детский бассейн, всё ухожено, территория большая, зелёная и очень чистая — приятно гулять и отдыхать.

Из минусов — питание. Меню в основном ориентировано на азиатских гостей, и накормить ребёнка было достаточно сложно, так как привычной еды практически не было. Хотелось бы более разнообразного выбора блюд. Также был момент с заселением. При бронировании мы просили тихий номер на верхнем этаже, но нас поселили на 2-й этаж, ближе к лобби, где каждый вечер играла громкая музыка. Из-за этого было шумно и не совсем комфортно отдыхать вечером.

Шаратон как всегда на высоте. Чистота, тишина, отличная территория, хорошие завтраки.

При заселении у нас попросили страховой депозит 10.000 юаней (что-то очень). Когда я сказал, что мы их постоянные гости и с нас последнее время вообще не брали депозит. Только после этого ОК. Не работает вайфай на части территории и на шезлонгах у моря в прошлом году всё работало. За это снижу оценку.

Рядом много хороших ресторанов и 2 супермаркета, район отеля тихий и спокойный

I am currently staying at this hotel. We are regular guests of Sheraton. A year ago we also stayed at this hotel. But over the course of a year the hotel has changed for the worse. First of all, we were checked into a room different from the one we paid for. Fortunately, this problem was resolved within 24 hours. But if you think that by booking a room with a sea view you will wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, you are mistaken. There are arcade machines for children in the hotel courtyard, and they don't turn them off at night. We listen to music from these machines 24/7. I asked the hotel staff to turn them off, but the problem was not resolved. The hotel grounds are not guarded in any way. Outsiders hang out in the hotel, and the beach restroom for guests has been converted into a public restroom. While I was taking a shower in the beach restroom, some strange man with a cigarette in his teeth picked the toilet lock with a child's plastic shovel, and no one cared. Live music plays in the lobby in the evening. But when the musicians leave, Russian pub songs are blasted at a blaring volume. This is definitely not the kind of music suitable for cocktails in the lobby of a five-star hotel.

I love this bay, last time we stayed in Marriott this time we chose “a little brother” for our short vacay. I won’t compare these two hotels, obviously it’s a cheaper option. Entertaining for kids and guests was nice, the room itself nice and clean, I love the bath tub! Can’t say it’s huge but it’s big enough to take a bath as a couple. I love the water slide and special area for kids to play in the swimming pool, my daughter could spend hours running up and sliding down.

No buffet for lunch and dinner. Poor menu at the hotel restaurant. Swimming pool feels small for this amount of guests

Отдыхали 10 дней с супругой в этом отеле. На мой вкус - один из лучших отелей Ялонга. Удачное размещение - центральная (если её можно так назвать) улица примерно в 10-15 минутах неспешной прогулки. Но для тех, кто не хочет ходить далеко - прямо рядом с отелем есть уменьшенная копия улицы еды с небольшим количеством ресторанчиков и классным магазином. Напротив отеля есть ресторан "у Юры", который особенно ценится русскими туристами -- псевдо-Юра говорит на прекрасном русском языке, кухня и цены очень приемлемы. 90% постояльцев отеля - семейные китайцы, еще 10% - россияне. Отель достаточно тихий. Молодежи наверное будет скучновато - им бы я посоветовал MGM по соседству. А вот семьям с детьми отель подойдет отлично - для детей отель располагает всем необходимым. Мы, кстати, переживали, что дети будут мешать. Но, во-первых, дети есть практически во всех отелях. Хайнань в целом довольно "семейный" курорт. Во-вторых, отель устроен замечательно - детские бассейны отделены от взрослых, поэтому взрослые и дети не мешают друг-другу. И, в-третьих, китайские дети на удивление воспитаны, послушны и не шумны. Так что никаких неудобств мы не испытывали. Номер очень просторный. Уборка была ежедневной и нам показалось, что даже белье меняли каждый день. В номере есть всё необходимое. Те, кто пишет, что номера немного "уставшие" - да, так и есть, но важно понимать, что "уставшие" номера практически на всем побережье Ялонга. Все отели строились 20 лет назад. Мы не испытывали неудобств - всё работало, ничего не протекало и не скрипело. Питание вкусное и щедрое - каждый найдет себе блюдо на свой вкус. Проблем с очередями нет никаких - в отеле два ресторана - второй открывают, когда гостей много. Так что тут тоже проблем не будет никаких. У отеля действительно первая линия и собственные лежаки на пляже. Но важно понимать, что весь пляж Ялонга - общественный. Закрытого пляжа нет даже у Ritz Carlton по соседству.

В целом, нареканий к отелю практически никаких нет. Что можно было бы улучшить? 1. Добавить активностей. В отеле их нет совсем. Можно было бы хотя бы утренюю зарядку организовать для постояльцев. На пляже натянута воллейбольная сетка, но организацией игр никто не занимается. Есть тенисный корт - можно было бы делать турнир среди гостей. В общем, в отличие от соседнего MGM в Sheraton скучновато. 2. С учетом статуса отеля, можно было бы добавить бесплатные велосипеды или электроскутеры для постояльцев. Да, погулять 15 минут - не проблема, но иногда всё-таки утомительно бывает и велосипед бы сильно помог. Других предложений нет. Все было отлично. Спасибо.

Food was quite good at breakfast and the Chinese Restaurant

Room wasn't ready when I arrived hotel at 3 in the afternoon, I had to wait one hour to get my villa, when I arrived my villa, staffs were still cutting trees and cleaning my garden for at least another hour. They didn't come clean my pool at all during my stay, a lot of dead leaves were inside my pool everyday. Air condition was not cold enough in my villa also. During my checked out, I asked staffs to come pick up my suitcases and I need to wait more than half an hour to come.

il resort ha un ingresso monumentale, è molto scenografico e molto bello. le piscine e il verde sono ben tenuti e molto particolari. la sala colazioni è molto molto bella. all'interno ci sono negozi , supermercati e anche un fantastico negozietto che vende frutta tropicale. la spiaggia è spettacolare

le camere e i corridoi sono decisamente datati, diciamo che nelle parti comuni sembra un hotel di un certo tipo , negli spazi interni non vale assolutamente il costo che paghi. da un 5 stelle mi aspetto che siano le prese di corrente di fianco al letto, e invece no. le luci e i loro interruttori sono frutto di un elettricista sbronzo probabilmente. se non vuoi disturbare il tuo compagno che dorme non puoi, perchè accenderai sicuramente la luce sbagliata. abbiamo fatto un lungo viaggio per arrivare lì e il nostro aereo era in ritardo, siamo arrivati lì oltre le 22, ci abbiamo messo 20 minuti per fare il check-in, troppi. la colazione un po troppa scelta asiatica e ben poco e di scarsa qualità per gli occidentali . da un 5 stelle mi aspettavo di più

Отель отличается высоким уровнем  сервиса, очень красивая территория сад, хороший пляж. Утром прилив, отлив после обеда, но плавать можно. В августе были волны.вкусные завтраки.немного старые номера, но это в полной мере компенсирется сервисом. 3 больших бассейна, 2 из которых работают до ночи, можо плавать под звездами в теплой воде.  Много активностей для детей, но в основном ходят китайцы. Во время нашего пребывания в отеле произошел сильнейший тайфун (закрыли аэропорт, такси, все заведения в городе). Ветер до 50 мс с сильнейшим ливнем. Отель заранее подготовился, персонал работал очень профессионально обеспечивая безопасность гостей, при этом в таких сложных условиях поддерживая высокий уровень сервис

Нормальный такой отель. Чисто и аккуратно. Персонал доброжелательный. Пляж чистый.

Шезлонгов на пляже не очень много. Мы всегда находили свободные, потому что приходили только к часу дня. Уверен, что в утренние часы с этим совсем сложно. Очень много ходит по пляжу торговцев кругами. Нужно признать, что не очень они навязчивые.

Great location and beautiful resort

Hotel is very comfortable in all senses with large and beautiful landscapes. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean with all max bathroom amenities. Territory of the hotel is really very beautiful and it's a nice place for photo session.Beach is very clean and the water is crystal clear. Food was very good in asian style. Very good breakfast with lots of choices of different tastes. I really enjoyed the evening Seafood BBQ with the executive chef Galen Wu. For the first time in my so many trips, seen that the executive chef Galen Wu and his co-chef(I forgot his name) controlling the morning breakfast and evening seafood BBQ with vast varieties of dishes. Galen and his co-chef are really a nice chef with politeness explains in details about the food and always ready for help. Rare to see such chefs. Sheraton has a talented Chef. Tnks to him for the delicious food . Only negative point is that the lobby bar and more staff should know atleast English well in order to answer the queries of the guests.

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel is spacious, airy, cozy at the same time. The hotel provides, 100% of what one could wish for when staying by the sea :D Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Spacious rooms with a wonderful view, great programs for children and adults, a beautiful and clean beach, enough pools for evening relaxation. Great room service and everything connected with accommodation and relaxation, everyone smiles and willingness :)

Of course, don't expect that at the reception or in restaurants, there you can see at first glance that you are bothering them.

Hotel and surrounding area well designed, rooms a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Nice private beach and these are all pros. Cons: dinner at hotel restaurant expensive and really poor quality. And first of all mentally under equipped managers in the reception desk, who have tried twice charge me double price for room. War in the first day and war in the last day, including necessity to turn back taxi going to the airport, to clear previously cleared matter. Never more.

This hotel was starring I think 10-15 years ago. since then it lost some facilities like hydro massage in pools etc. but it is still very high class hotel in beautiful corner of Yalong bay with large and comfortable beach. The hotel has very large and well managed garden and large beautiful territory in general. Our guest relation manager Mr. Akim was very pleasant and useful all days of our stay so that we could manage all our issues. Breakfast is wide choice, fast and tasty including both chinese and european cuisine.

We are very pleased with this Spa service. Great professional massage, qualified specialists. I went through rehabilitation after I broke my leg. Blood circulation needed to be restored and swelling relieved after the cast. I am very pleased with the result. I am grateful to massage masters Carol and Rebecca, great massage for the whole family, for healing and relaxation. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable, welcome tea, very friendly and likable administrator Spa, she is good at English speaking, kind and loves her job. We will come back for sure! I recommend this Spa for your health and relaxation.

Stayed two nights for our company’s dealer event and enjoyed the entire arrangement. Location is great - walking along the beach in the morning and evening is really fun. Food was excellent and facilities well maintained. We were greeted by the General Manager and his team upon arrival and even upon departure. The entire team was extremely customer and service oriented - always perfectly fulfilling the wishes and expectations of our team members. This is service at its best - always with a lovely and friendly smile - hospitality at the highest level ever experienced in China. Keep on having this spirit - we will be back for sure …

The view from the room is marvelous; very close to the beach; five swimming pools in the hotel, meeting all kind of needs of swimmers; very good services.

Impressive Thai style architecture and gardens located right at the beach. Many outdoor pools with a heated one. Very friendly and helpful staff, with a dedicated butler. Fresh breakfast with many different options in a central open air location under the lobby. They also offer a dinner buffet on a seaside garden at additional costs.

The room infrastructures are a little outdated, but doesn’t impact the experience

Very good but old hotel with great staff. The entire hotel should get a fresh up, however rooms are great, food is good and staff super friendly. Great if you plan to visit with kids!! I would like to point out that Liping Yeng (room service, hope I got the spelling right) was extraordinarily friendly and we thank her for the daily smile and the super service!!

Almost everything. It was our first time to stay at Sheraton Hotel and we didn't expected it to be so perfect. Amazing territory, nice food, always clean, wonderful beach, nice facilities and entertainment. The best place to enjoy nature, sun and sea.

Nothing.

Everything was good. Good breakfast, a wide variety to choose from. The pools are clean and nice to swim in. The beach is good too, and I would suggest making the beach more flat so that you can see the people swimming in the sea. It is a little too steep and hard to climb out, especially for older people or people with disabilities.

The steep beach and the fact that you cannot see the people swimming in the sea was not good.

Most things were very nice, except one thing

The rules on the beach are too strict. Lifeguards and policemen are always telling people they cannot swim. That’s crazy. The reason why I went on holiday is to swim in the sea. I’m not a child, I’m not scared of the sea. My experience would be much, much, much bigger if these silly rules did not exist. There is no need to try and protect me.

They don't have checkout line. Check in and out are in the same line. I'm sweeting so bad, it took me 45 minutes to checkout .

The people at the Sheraton were friendly and eager to help, we loved the pools and the ocean front view. although the hotel is older and some of the facilities especially the rooms need and upgrade, it was still very clean and we had and amazing time here.

We feel that the restaurant prices and way overpriced, especially for the quality that you’re getting. ¥88 for a cocktail by the pool that came in a plastic cup and tasted okay. Lots of the food are way overpriced and almost all guest end up ordering drinks and food from outside. If the hotel focuses more on delivering good quality food and drinks at reasonable prices they would have more costumers and make more money.

Pool, beach, room. The 2 entertainers in the bar were super and very talented.

Service in restaurants and bar were slow although few people in either. The ability to spend cash was very poor.
