Everything was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Abdullah at reception for being very helpful and friendly. Aysa Gull from the kitchen was always smiling and welcoming. The hotel was clean, in a great location, with a good breakfast and overall very helpful staff.

Laba apkārtne, var izjust pilsētas pulsu, nav tālu no metro. Jauks personāls, visas iekārtas strādā labi. Varēja būt vairāk elektrības rozetes. Brokastis normālas, bet ne izcilas, paēst var labi, bet apkārtnē ir arī citas ēstuves.

pietrūkst rozetes pie gultas rajonā, lai pieslēgtu visas elektroierīces, ieteiktu ņemt strāvas dalītāju līdzi.

The windows are opening full. Its dangerous for families with children even adults. Recommend changing the lock half open that nobody could fall pr exit.

Very helpful staff. Especially Aydin, Gyocen, and the guy in the gym. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very close to metro and bus stations.

The AC was not on but it was hot on somedays.

Place and room were ok.

This not related to the hotel but the place around in general. A lot of scamers in that city. At every step they want to scam tourists. Be carrefoul at taxi, metro and bus (from airport to Taksim). Also restaurants, everywhere could be possible to be scamed.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel

Le bruit généré par des résidents de l'hôtel sans que le personnel de l'hôtel ne réagisse. Des enfants laissés seuls, livrés à eux-mêmes sans la moindre surveillance d'un adulte. Une nuit d'enfer passée dans cet hôtel où personne n'aura réagit.

Poor aircon. No cooling function

It was a great location for my business trip, near to my supplier so I could walk it.

The room was unbearably hot so I had to keep the window open. Beware that there is a small mosque right deside the hotel so the call to prayer at 6am was a bit of a shock! The aircon did not work, the water pressure was not great - very weak shower, the water did not drain away properly so there was a pool of water in the shower tray. The hotel asks that you do not flush toilet paper down the toilet but put it in the "special" bin (i.e. the bin - nothing special about it). The room was clean but the paint was peeling from all the furniture and everything just seemed old and tired, like it had not been updated in decades.The breakfast was not the greatest - limited choice |(croissants had run out at 8am) and was comparatively expensive. My room key wouldn't work and I had to go to reception 3 times. The reception staff were very nice and helpful but the service man who came to fix the room entry was rather rude and unhelpful.

L'amabilité du personnel

L'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre en permanence qui pénètre sans doute par le système d'aération. La cigarette est omniprésente même au milieu de la nuit ce qui m'a gêné dans mon sommeil et était tres désagréable. J'ai du dormir la fenêtre ouverte tous les soirs avec les nuisances de bruits que cela engendre. Il est temps de passer en hôtel non fumeur et de faire appliquer la règle. Par ailleurs le standing des équipements est inférieur à ce quil devrait être pour un hôtel a plus de 100 € la nuit : chaise cassée collée, fenetres de la chambre salles ... (c.f l'hôtel voisin qui pratique des prix du même ordre).

Salle de bain pas très propre, vue depuis la chambre sur un bâtiment en ruine et des tas de gravats, le muezzin à moins de 50 m de l’hotel

Accueil agréable avec le personnel. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain très grande et propre. Belle douche à l'italienne. Produits de soin très agréables. Bon espace santé avec piscine (bonnet demandé), sauna, salle de sport. pas testé le hammam turc. Pas un bruit de la route dans notre chambre.

Petit-déjeuner bien avec fruits, du chaud, mais un peu déçue de la qualité des pains.

The hotel offers a very nice breakfast. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and cleaned every day. I recommend it for both business and family stays.

Hotel molto pulito in buone condizioni con servizii essenziali e buona vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana.

Zentrale Lage. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Zimmer war sauber. Personal freundlich.

Location

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice and there was a thick curtain for the late sleepers like me. It was quiet in the mornings, and the bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. I was surprised to learn there is a pool as I didn't pay attention to this when booking. The pool was warm and big enough for me (though I went swimming at 8am and swam alone). The location of the hotel is perfect on ~7 mins from the metro and 3 mins from the buses for the ITU. I liked the surroundings - lots of small shops and places to eat. It was safe enough to come back from the metro past 12.

I asked at the reception for someone to wash the floor, as there was one sticky spot but they didn't (maybe they didn't understand me, I don't know). I cleaned it up myself and all was fine. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I have stayed several times at Bilek. I am happy to see the same faces at the reception desk. It means a lot. I left my charging cable for my computer behind at my last stay, and they kept for me in their lost and found. Thank you. When I checked out, the sent an employee who took care of my travel cases and stopped a taxi for me, thank you for looking out.

THe only thing I have to say, is there are not enough electrical sockets in the room for our needs today.

Location next to the mosque and waking everyday at 4 am.

Temizlik kusursuz

The hotel was great. In terms of location, it is situated on a main street with numerous transportation options, and a 5-minute walk to a metro station. Additionally, it is surrounded by many restaurants. The room was amazing with a nice view.

I can't think of anything I did not like
