Location, staff, cleanliness , breakfast

Pool Area: Cleanliness could be improved by enforcing a "no shoes" policy around the outdoor pool deck. Curtains: The room's curtains don't meet completely in the middle, letting bright sunlight leak through early in the morning. Maintenance Issue: The table lamp was out of order throughout my stay and was not fixed despite reporting it on the first day.

Great location, very lovely staff and spectacular rooms. Thanks to all their cleaning and reception staff. I took my colleagues to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. If you are traveling for work, I'd highly recommend this hotel since it's very clean, comfortable and close to all neighbours.

Yaren mertoglu in front desk is perfect hotel also is very good

Perfect location with immediate access to the metro, just 4 stops from Taksim Square. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of options. Very helpful staff (and always smiling — big plus!).

The television in the room is quite old; I would expect a recent smart TV in a hotel of this category.

The hotel was extremely dirty. Breakfast was terrible. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Two out of four elevators were broken. You had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for the elevator. Don’t stay here.”

Amaizing hotel, outsanding service, great breakfast, very spacious rooms

Tolle Lage direkt an der Metro. Sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Zimmer top. Gym top. Spa top. Gerne wieder.

good breakfast, staff attentive, facilities very good, room comfort was good,

staff at front desk could have offered me a kind gesture for early morning arrival. i arrived at 6am much earlier than check in and was asked to wait for check in which is perfectly fine. i did ask if i could have breakfast they said it would cost you for breakfast as your booking is from the following day for breakfast.

This was our second stay at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent, and once again, we had a very pleasant experience as a family. We especially appreciated the excellent support from the reception team, particularly Elrsa who made a great effort to arrange connecting rooms for our family of four. This made our stay much more comfortable, and we were very grateful for her help and attention. As a five-star hotel, expectations are naturally high, and Wyndham Grand continues to meet them. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety of choices. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt very well taken care of. We will definitely choose Wyndham Grand again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Maybe lighting in room was a bit weak

Great location directly attached to a mall, plus friendly security and excellent room cleaning.

The reception experience was a mixed bag !... A few staff members were wonderful, but others were downright rude, frequently cutting me off on the phone and jumping to conclusions before I could even finish my sentence Overall, the stay was decent, but it definitely didn't feel worth the steep price tag. For a 5-star hotel charging these rates, the front desk team seriously needs better customer service training

vary Good hotel.

Nothing

Everything is perfect. Room is big enough and comfortable.

Grand property, exceptionally maintained, manned by competent and caring professionals. Fantastic breakfast, very well laid out rooms and bathrooms. Great decor all around. Highly accessible with Levent Metro station just 1 minute walk from entrance. Oldznk and Canyon Mall are literally next door and connected through the hotel. I was provided with 6 hours of extra checkout time on email request to cater for late night flight.

Literally nothing.

Top hotel and one of the best stays of the trip. The location in Levent is excellent, right in the business and financial district with great views over the city skyline. Rooms were spacious and modern, with a really comfortable setup for a longer stay. Facilities were impressive across the board. Staff were professional and attentive throughout. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent. The location is excellent, with direct access to Levent Metro Station and two major shopping malls, making it very convenient to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Buğra for going above and beyond to assist with my delivery issue.

The only downside was the high extra charge requested for connecting rooms. As a family, we expected a more reasonable fee for this option, especially at a family-friendly hotel. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location, modern facilities, outstanding cleanliness, and fast Wi-Fi throughout the property. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Emre and Özcan, who went above and beyond to make my stay truly exceptional. Their kindness, dedication, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a huge difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Officially a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion it deserves 10 stars. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect. 😊

A top class hotel with all the things you'de expect from its 5-star rating.
