O alojamento precisa de ser renovado. Chuveiros antiquados, candeeiros com mau contacto, cortinas muito antigas, um ar pesado e pouco higiénico visto que ganha imenso pó, papel de parede também muito antigo e com sinais óbvios de que se pode renovar, assim como a mobília e acessórios, nota se claramente que não há um cuidado em melhorar as condições, tanto que acabámos por ver baratas no quarto. Parece que o hotel está aberto apenas enquanto der para fazer algum dinheiro. Não há muita consideração da gerência para com os clientes nesse sentido de conservação e apresentação do espaço

Camera abbastanza spaziosa, anche se tutto molto "antico".. moquette, tendoni, carta da parati, mobili... Ottima cosa che siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in e la camera era già pronta.
Bagno con vasca che perdeva da qualche parte.. quindi a ogni doccia pavimento bagnato. Niente finestra in camera. Colazione nulla di che, poca scelta e poca organizzazione. La prima mattina siamo scesi dopo le 8 ed era abbastanza tranquillo con scelta di tutto, la seconda mattina scesi verso le 7, non c'erano tavoli disponibili, mancavano le brioches.. da rivedere.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La struttura è in posizione strategica non lontano dalla stazione ed è un buon compromesso qualità prezzo. La colazione non è da 5 stelle lusso ma cè comunque tutto ciò che si può desiderare. Lo staff è cortese e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. A pochi passi buonissimo ristorante dove abbiamo cenato più volte. Ci tornerei se dovessi tornare a Napoli.
Diciamo che la stanza che avevamo avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Ma in consolazione l aria condizionata funzionava alla grande. Ma cè una cosa che mi delude parecchio quando mi reco in un hotel. L'acqua che non scende dagli scarichi lavabo/doccia. Da subito brutta impressione.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026É um bom custo benefício para quem vai visitar Nápoles, fica bem localizado próximo à Praça Garibaldi e à estação central de trem, e tem um bom café da manhã. Os funcionários foram prestativos e nos ajudaram sempre que necessário. O fato de ter elevador para chegar aos quartos ajuda bastante.
As instalações são antigas, incluindo os quartos, mas tudo estava funcionando. Recomendo evitar os quartos localizados de frente para a avenida, pois são barulhentos.

Die Fotos trügen leider etwas aber Ansich, gibt der Zimmerservice wirklich top Mühe Putz alles ordentlich und bett und bad ist astrein. Handtücher immer frisch und daher nichts zu bemängeln. Preis in Ordnung, Frühstück kein amerikanisch eher kontinental leider aber für den Preis in Ordnung.

Las instalaciones podrian mejorarse bastante... los detalles colaboran tambien en la eleccion de los hoteles.

The reception staff, especially the male receptionists, are extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any question or request. The food is excellent – tasty, varied, and plentiful, and the entire hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained, which is especially important to us. The location is simply perfect. Everything is within easy reach – the train station, the port, the historic city center, and many attractions, making it very easy and enjoyable to explore Naples. If we return to Naples again, we will without any doubt choose Hotel Nuovo Rebecchino once more. We warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, excellent service, and a great location.

Рецепцията на двена смяна не беше усмихната. Стаята не беше почистена - подът беше мръсен, чаршафите за четири нощувки не бяха сменени, освен кърпите. Много остаряла материална база - мухъл в банята стари мивки, душ кабини, легла, мебели, телевизор. Цената не съответства на качеството. Бях резервирал стая с балкон, но ми предоставиха стая без балкон.

Die Ausstattung, sehr viel im Zimmer war kaputt, die Duschbrause ( man konnte nicht richtig duschen), DuscheArmatur sowie auch die Duschkabiene war kaputt, das Fenster/Balkontür war kaputt so das es immer wieder auf ging, die Klobrille passte nicht zu Toilette da viel zu klein, Badtür war kaputt und mit breitem Isolierband beklebt, das Doppebett war aus zwei verschiedenen Betten zusammengeschoben so das es immer wieder auseinander ging, an der Decke waren die Leisten kaputt, Teppich voller Flecken, Zimmertür konnte man nicht richtig verschließen, Klospüler war kaputt und mit breitem Klebeband notbedürftig beklebt. Frühstück elend, Wurst, Käse nicht gekühlt, Butter war zerschmolzen und wieder gekühlt serviert, Saftmaschiene völlig verschmutzt und nicht komplett funktionsfähig.

Il bagno, almeno quello della camera assegnata, era piccolo, con aspirazione insufficiente, scarichi non particolarmente efficienti e non molto gradevole alla vista. La colazione è poco assortita.

La habitación era muy oscura. La cama es vieja y delgada.

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but was adequate. The hotel was situated close to the train station and as such was handy for an overnight stay for an early morning flight
The hotel did not have a bar; purchase of refreshments in a supermarket across the road was suggested for us on return to the hotel

Reviewed May 28, 2026Just à coté de la gare central pour partir la prochaine destination. Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charmes et les vielles photos dans le couloir sont très intéressantes. Et aussi les meubles dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel sont anciens qui sont très jolis. Le petit jeuner est correct aussi. On peut laisser la valise qui est un autre avantage.
La vue de la fenêtre mais c'est Naples.

Buona la colazione con due tipi di torte, croissant, toast prosciutto, uova sode, macedonia, yogurt, ecc...hanno risolto il problema rumore di corso garibaldi con triplice chiusura della finestra.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Rooms tho dated were quite clean (except for the shower (the doors were broken and it looked like the bottom of the shower was not cleaned, visible mildew)) Breakfast was very good - fresh hot croissants were really good
Shower was broken, doors did not close, the hotel advertised a bar but the bar was never open Bed was a cheaper memory foam mattress

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Very conveniently located, neat main railway station.. Comfortable room and bed.
The electric sockets were not the usual European 2 pin ones and we had to ask for an adaptor. One of the sockets was coming away from the wall, making it dangerous to use.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Hotel is a 3 star for a reason. Needs updating, musty smell in room, old fashioned furniture, shower cubicle small & falling apart. Breakfast was poor, chairs with bits missing & tv was so small & no English speaking channels. Area was noisy but had a back room so slightly better. 1 pillow was bit hard. Safe in room didn't work & had to hand key into reception everytime went out. Slightly dodgy but all was ok. There are positives. Location is excellent for Metro & station. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby & the station has a food court. Be VERY careful crossing the roads, they will not stop! Staff were friendly & helpful in hotel. If you want a cheap base this is a good hotel if out most of the day.
