Very clean, and modern for a Marina district location
There was an electricity shortage only at the hotel and they didn’t have a generator for backup. It lasted a few hours and we woke up in the middle of the night with lights and tv suddenly turning on
Helpful staff, great location
Very clean! Close to restaurants! Good atmosphere !

Good location . Parking garage around the corner decent price . King bed was comfortable .
Because it’s open on two ends to lower levels you can hear lots of street noise and people talking in the lower levels . First day I was very tired and didn’t notice . Second day very noticeable .
Good location
overpriced for what you get
Location and style
The windows in the rooms all faced into the walkways so you have to keep blinded closed. The outdoor rooftop patios close too early.
Eric was able to get us checked in early
a little more street noise than I expected
The location and hotel are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The amenities were nice as well with the roof top terraces, Pelaton lounge, and onsite coffee shop.
The walls/ceiling were thin and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors, but earplugs were provided for sleep.
The room was small and cramped with no privacy. The windows look out on a a public deck or on the hallway, so the only way to get privacy is to close the shades all the time, making the room seem even darker and more cramped. This hotel tried to maximize rooms at the expense of comfort. Don’t stay here.
Room was small and dark. Shower leaked. Little place to put things.
Simply amazing
Nice convenient spot and friendly staff
Receptionniste au top ! Merci.
Stay here once a year, great area with lots of dining options.
Very close to many restaurants and the marina area
Front desk staff were excellent except di not inform us that we needed to ask for clean up service daily - room - very low light for ladies make up = we are 80 = need more bars in the shower and instructions on how to operate - a matt on the tub would be beneficial - a note there are no glasses but use paper cups - no tea option in the unit - only coffee - TV options are very limited - expand -
small cozy hotel in a great location, quiet, cozy, very friendly staff.
Staff are very good. Made us feel welcome. Always helpful.
We prefer the style of room with two double beds. There were fewer double double rooms available this visit compared with a year ago. Please add more such rooms.
Proximity to eateries.
No parking on site or validated.
Lage super, schöne Dachterrasse, gute Möglichkeit zum Essen um die Ecke
Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank extrem laut, so dass an ruhiges Schlafen nicht zu denken ist.
This is a very nice hotel, right in the heart of the Marina District. It's close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The staff took care of all of our needs, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. As a bonus, there are two nice rooftop decks with great views.
In a very convenient location. Plenty of food options are available both in the hotel and nearby. The Big Bus Tour stops right by one of the hotel entrances.Beds and pillows were comfy.
No exterior rooms
Location is great. Lots of dinning options. Bed is comfortable. No onsite parking. Uber and Lyft plentiful and cheap.
Nicely refreshed property in an underrated part of San Francisco.
Very noisy. The room was next to the elevator and overlooked an open air lobby/gathering area. So we got all the noise from the loud people below as well as the street traffic and noise.
Everything was clean in room except carpet! Needs to be replaced! I ended up with athlete's foot.Rm 312 Smelled like bad feet.bad
Very convenient
Was amazing! Staff was so friendly! Loved the location
Super accommodating staff and room met all my expectations.
Great option if you want to stay in the Cow Hollow/ Marina Bay Area. There is a separate sandwich shop adjacent to and connected to the hotel that was very convenient.
Excellent location and amenities!
I really love where the hotel is located. I wish they had parking. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra at a contracted garage. The hallways can be loud, the room we were in is very close to the elevator so the sound of it running is a bit annoying but no biggie. We loved our stay. Eric and the other staff were courteous and quick to provide service.
Staff is friendly, location is centralized and the cafe is perfect. Second stay at Infinity SF.
I booked this through Hilton and thought it would be a good option for our visit to San Francisco. Overall, the staff was friendly but the hotel is noisy. They even give you complimentary ear plugs. My room was next to the elevator, so I heard that ALL NIGHT LONG. Then, the room above also caused noise when flushing the toilet and just walking. Our room faced a courtyard that had people eating next to a fire pit, their voices echoed everywhere from the crack of dawn. A couple other issues were their pillows which were like styrofoam and very uncomfortable not Hilton standards and there was a frosted window peaking into the bathroom, you can see whoever in the bathroom doing their business. I would not recommend.
Great location, an easy walk to shops, restaurants, parks etc. Room was a decent size with drawers and hanging space. Bonus points for having a fridge and microwave. Bathroom a great size. Male staff member who checked us in was amazing and very helpful and friendly.
A female staff member at reception was extremely rude everytime we saw and spoke to her. We left our bags there after checking out until we needed to head to the airport and when we went back asking to add a small pillow to our belongings she said let out a massive annoyed sigh as if we were a huge bother! We watched her with everyone else and she seemed to lack any joy for her job and seemed miserable with everyone and her job.
I needed a room near the Marina District and this seemed the best option. It definitely feels like a hotel and not like the other motels on the street. The rooms are spacious and reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants on Chestnut.
The window out onto the walkway is odd. I felt the need to keep the blinds drawn all day for privacy. At times it felt like people were walking in your room. The fan was very loud and although I switched it off over night, I was woken by a noise of a fan switching on (possibly in the shower room) twice in the night.
Está bien ubicada
Great friendly service. Super location.
The hotel is ok, easy access and affordable.
We hade a great stay at this cozy and hidden? pearl of San Francisco. A surprisingly silent hotell on Lombard street. An updated and modern fresh feeling. Nice view from the rooftop. We had breakfast at Mel´s drive in nearby wich I highly recommend. 40 minutes walk to Fisherman´s wharf. Close to the Golden Gate bridge. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Farid. If I travel to San Francisco again I would return to Infinity!
Been pleasure to be here. Nice staffs, nice location. All was good, except the malfunction of shower heads. Staff did they best to solve, including changing the room.
The hotel was convenient and provided the overnight stay we were seeking. Plenty of restaurants near and a short walk to the Marina was a plus!
The proximity to the Presidio was perfect for my morning runs
Great location and well appointed ammenties. Great staff. Room was comfortable and cooly decorated. Just keep in mind no onsite parking. Available parking garage is a stone throw away however it is unattended so remove all valuables. Great shopping and resties cool vibe!
Location + availability of early check in. It seems Well runs and it is clean
Hate that my room is tiny and no exterior view.
A short walk to Palace of Fine Arts & East Beach which has wonderful views. Great places to dine around the property.
We will absolutely stay here again! Good service, restaurants and sights nearby, lobby lounge and rooftop lounge were clean and comfortable.
Location is perfect very convenient
Noice it is imposible to sleep
Rooms were nice, comfortable, and tidy. Enjoyed the two rooftops, one with a fire pit, to relax and hang out as well as a zen garden, and a fire pit outside the lobby. The Twisted Street Cafe was delicious and very accommodating. The location is good too. Right around the corner from Chestnut which has restaurants, bars, and shopping! A very enjoyable stay! Looking forward to going back! I’d like to check out the fitness room 😊
We stayed here a few days ago and really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. I called in advance to ask if they could clean our room with no fragrances due to allergies. They put a room aside for us to assure it would be right and it was. The grounds and room were very comfortable and clean and every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The location was wonderful too with it being walking distance to many great restaurants and sites. There is no parking on site, but plenty of spots to unload and load your car before parking in one of two nearby garages. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
Overall, loved my stay here! Staff was great and wonderful, took care of my luggage on my flights day coming in and out. Room was the perfect size, clean, and had a great modern look. Only complaint would be the thinness of the walls and perhaps front door? We were by the elevator, so that never helps, though ear plugs were provided :) Sometimes things like that can't be helped! I managed to sleep alright in my comfortable bed, so what more could you ask for :D
Close to Presidio and the Palace of Fine Arts.
Hi! This hotel had very kind front desk staff that was available when needed. We had a rental car and they let us park it out front while we unloaded and freshened up to head back out. You would need an uber to get to the Pier and there are just random things around like a Verizon store, a burger shop, etc. It’s not in the middle of things. I do suggest if you take a left when you walk out and go straight it’s a bit more scenic, restaurants and stores. We had a 3rd floor room and it was a little noisy as you can hear people from the patio. The room offers earplugs which came in handy! There is also no dining room service. There is a cafe downstairs though. There is no travel hairdryer in the bathroom. If you want something with room service and lots of amenities this wouldn’t be it. This hotel is clean and the shower had great water pressure. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.
fun neighborhood, good food all around. roof deck was a great surprise. very detailed rooms, great shades on windows. automatic lights, good architectural details and design. dimmable lights all around. good delta shower fixtures. the open air balconies throughout the property
shower leaks on floor in both rooms needed extra towels to mop up. poor sill plate detail. thin walls with little sound control
Outside looks nice and good location and good gym.
Thin wall, cheap bed, cheap materials, no good air circulation. Doesn’t work like 4 star hotel. Overall room experience was like 2 star hotel
Comfortable room, great location.
Avoid rooms at front of hotel, lots of traffic noise from street plus the hallway near the first couple of rooms is open to the lobby floor below which generated lots of noise from people entering and exiting. Parking is offsite, over a block away and not convenient especially for anyone who has difficulty walking.
We got 2 rooms for one night - one king, and 2 doubles. The hotel was great. The inside corridor rooms are super quiet (a concern being on Lombard) but we had no issues and enjoyed the hotel very much. Very comfortable beds, Safe (you have to go thru the front desk to access your room). Fun Vibe and GREAT safe location. I only wish they had rooms with 2 queens (hard for 2 people to sleep in a double) but that's my only complaint. It's a great little hotel. Parking is not a big deal, Pierce Street Garage is half a block away with in/out privileges for $24 for 24 hours - and no tips required. The coffee shop is darling too, awesome bagel sandwich. Will definitely be back.
Very clean very nice Staff
Checked myself in, very nice and accommodating staff. Had issues with the shower engaging…but eventually a trickle emerged.
Fine
The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were nice.
Hotel room was to small. Parking was terrible and an inconvenience.
Very nice staff and great location
Clean and convenient. Will need to use the provided ear plugs.
So many good things about this hotel. The check in staff was so nice, the room was well appointed and very clean. Good walkable neighborhood, easy parking. The list goes on. But.. the walls and floors are paper thin, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. I’m not a light sleeper, I’ll add that. At 4 am, the person above us was walking around in high heels packing to leave, and it sounded like she was in our room. Every room door shutting (within the neighboring 10-15 doors) sounds like it’s your door shutting. If it weren’t for the thin walls and floors we’d be back every time we stay in the city, but sadly this will keep us from coming back.
Nice facility. Staff was very accommodating.
Front desk was amazing, friendly, professional, helpful. Shout out to Erik and Sam the GM. Excellent hospitality. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Going in the right direction. Cafe next door has the best avocado toast with smoked salmon.
Great place to stay to enjoy what San Francisco. Located in the Marina, it's a very nice, safe, and walkable area. Lots to see nearby and the hotel was very accomodating.
We love this hotel. It's a small hotel with small rooms but they are well equipped, very clean and efficient. All of the staff that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop patio where you can see the Palace of Fine Arts and the Golden Gate Bridge. There's also another patio where you can view the cityscape. Great for blue hour photography. I would have gave 5 stars but the mattress was a little lumpy. Location is amazing, lots of restaurants & cafes in the surrounding area. It's an easy walk down to the marina where you can get close up to the bridge and walk around the POFA. We will definitely return.
Great staff, was very helpful with recommendations for the local scene and ordering us a ride to the airport
The location was perfect as it was so central to all the cafes and restaurants and the waterfront. Staff were very accommodating, friendly professional and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner products provided.
As the window faced the corridor and central walkway of the hotel it didn’t feel like you had privacy. However the privacy blind did let in light and was hard to see in from the outside. There is a fault with the shower door where the water always leaks out into the bathroom even with the shower door closed. The staff are aware of the design fault and are always very willing and helpful to give you many towels and bath mats to mop up the water.
I've visited before and came back because I really liked the location, the comfort of the rooms.
Rhe gentleman working the front desk on Christmas night was rude to our visitors who were waiting for us in the lobby. The guests above us may have had kids who were heavy stomping but that's not the hotel's fault.
Room was small,but well configured.
Great location- very conveniently located close to the broad walk, with lots of shops and restaurants near by.
We got a motel experience at a hotel price. There are no outwards facing windows in the rooms; just like in a motel, all the windows are facing the inner hallway, meaning you can hear and see every person walking by your room. Secondly, at ~$200/night, you would expect stuff like water to be complimentary; unfortunately Hilton thinks it's ok to charge $2 for the simplest 300ml water bottle. Lastly, the hotel is very noisy; you know it's going to get loud when the hotel gives you complimentary ear plugs in your room.
No parking
Convenient location
Safe hotel in the Marina District. I was here in a business trip with another female colleague. We wanted to ensure our hotel and area was safe. This hotel location did not disappoint. I sort of got the feeling Hilton bought this property and renovated into a chic and trendy hotel. Lots of eateries in the area walking distance. Parking is off property around the corner and it is about $24 per day. I requested an urn but was directed that the room had a steamer. This is a nice substitution from an iron. The Tv has the capability ti stream, which was great. The only downside is that the hotel room windows all face forward into a courtyard or hallway where everyone can look into your room if you open the blinds. So I and everyone else pretty much kept their blinds closed which made the room feel very dark and isolated. Other than that the location was great, felt safe, walking distance to eateries and only a short ride to many locations in the city. If you stay on Lombard and for up the hill form the hotel you run into the famous windy downhill road on Lombard- fun!
Great spot! Staff at the front desk and cafe were all fantastic. The room was SPOTLESS. I’d happily stay there again!
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice, a little small. I am not a fan of carpet in hotels, so that is the only thing I didn’t like. Overall, great location, clean, no complaints.
The reception team were great. Friendly but yet not fake. Nowadays I really appreciate that.
