Il servizio del parcheggio richiesto e pagato come upgrade si è rivelato sotto le aspettative. Le automobili presenti riempivano interamente i parcheggi custoditi, obbligandoci a lasciare l’auto all’aperto e dovendo ogni giorno cercare un nuovo posto, spesso con difficoltà di manovra. Il servizio di pulizia doveva essere richiesto entro il pomeriggio entro un certo orario del giorno precedente, rendendo spesso difficile organizzarsi. Il deposito bagagli il giorno del check out è risultato a pagamento, mentre spesso è gratuito, e soprattutto è stato richiesto il pagamento cash, obbligandoci a ritirare soldi in una città dove ovunque si paga con carta

La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios y estaba todo muy limpio. Ubicación excelente. Cerca del Palace of Fine Arts, Lombard Street y Golden Gate. Importante que cuente con parking privado y gratis para los huéspedes.

El señor que nos atendió cuando hicimos el check in fue bastante antipático. Parecía que le molestaba estar en la recepción atendiendo a los clientes. Nos cobró 150$ sin apenas explicarnos para qué era ese cobro. Le tuvimos que preguntar e insistir que nos lo explicara. Simplemente con decir que era algo que hacían de manera habitual y que si al marcharnos estaba todo bien en la habitación , se nos devolvería el importe, era suficiente, pero parecía que nos estaba haciendo un favor por recibirnos. Por suerte la chica que estuvo el día que nos fuimos fue muy amable y nos explicó todo correctamente.

There is construction going on right outside my window! It sounded like somebody was going to break in and the lady at the desk had no idea how long it was going to go on for. Don’t stay here during the week if you want a quiet stay!

Parking disponible en una zona aparentemente tranquila de San Francisco. Tiene un supermercado cerca y algunos restaurantes. Habitación funcional sin grandes lujos.

Es un poquito viejo y le hace falta un lavado de cara al hotel.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ayant le sommeil léger, j’ai demandé aux personnels de l’établissement si nous pouvions changer de chambre et cela a pu être possible le lendemain. Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif. La chambre était propre, grande et bien équipée. La literie était confortable. L’établissement est très bien situé. Je recommande !

In der Umgebung habe ich mich nicht sehr wohlgefühlt. An jeder Ecke waren Exkremente von Obdachlosen und in der Nacht lautes Geschrei. Das Zimmer war auch sehr hellhörig. Wir waren als Paar unterwegs, mit Kindern würde ich hier nicht übernachten.

Both rooms we stayed in were clean. There were no bed bugs, strange stains, or unpleasant smells. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and, aside from some minor cosmetic damage, feel relatively new. The hotel manager/owner did eventually resolve the issue and provided us with a room that matched our expectations, as described below.

When we arrived at our original room, we were surprised to discover that the window faced a tiny, enclosed courtyard (if you can even call it that) approximately 5 x 2 meters in size, which allowed very little natural light into the room. The result was a room that felt more like a basement, and in our case led to a strong feeling of claustrophobia. More importantly, this did not match what we had booked. The Booking.com description for the “Standard King Room” specifically stated “Quiet street view.” Had the actual nature of the room been made clear in the description, we would never have booked it in the first place. When we raised the issue with the young person working at reception, we were immediately told that the view was “subject to availability and prior request.” That would have been perfectly acceptable if this had been transparently stated in the room description when booking. We were then told that it was “a mistake by the booking agent that the hotel is not responsible for.” - which is not an appropriate response to give a guest. A customer should neither be made aware nor be affected by issues between a hotel and its third-party booking partners. It is strictly the hotel's responsibility to ensure that rooms advertised through the third-party platforms it chooses to use are described accurately. The owner/manager was unavailable by phone. Given that it was already late and reception could provide no concrete solution other than vague suggestions to “come back tomorrow,” we asked whether the reservation could simply be refunded so that we could find another hotel better suited to our needs. The person made clear that they could “only check guests in and out” and had no authority to do absolutely anything else. We had more luck the following morning. After filing a complaint through Booking.com customer service, we spoke with another receptionist who was much more attentive to the situation and managed to contact the hotel manager.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti e non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani e sistemato la camera. Colazione non inclusa

Avevo già una buona impressione dalle foto, ma poi una volta arrivati è stata confermata e anche superata. Si accede al parcheggio al piano strada e si fa il check in, poi viene indicato come entrare nel garage interrato da cui poi si accede direttamente con ascensore al piano della camera. Camera pulitissima, molto spaziosa e davvero bella. Finestre a bovindo tipiche del posto. Letto molto comodo. Davvero una piacevole sorpresa e se dovessi tornare soggiornerei di nuovo qui. Posizione: noi siamo usciti a piedi la sera per andare al Pier 39 passando dal parco che poi porta sul lungomare e ci abbiamo impiegato circa 20/25 minuti ma di piacevole passeggiata.

Great location staff and room very clean and details such as design craftsmanship of the wood work wall papering was superb and having free parking was also a very very good add on as with a few others places we stayed at the parking charges where all most the cost of the room

Ciò che è accaduto durante questo soggiorno è qualcosa che semplicemente non posso ignorare o non riferire, perché lo considero estremamente grave. Ci ha causato molto stress e ci ha profondamente colpiti, soprattutto perché viaggiavamo con nostra figlia di 3 anni. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato completamente una camera con parcheggio incluso. Quando siamo tornati in albergo, tutti gli spazi del parcheggio sotterraneo erano occupati, così abbiamo chiesto alla reception dove potevamo parcheggiare. La receptionist che ci assisteva all'epoca era una ragazza bionda che lavorava alla reception. Ci ha detto di parcheggiare nel parcheggio superiore. In particolare ci ha detto di parcheggiare in avanti, piuttosto che con la parte posteriore dell'auto verso la porta rossa, e di lasciare abbastanza spazio davanti alla porta, che ha spiegato era l'ingresso della lavanderia. Abbiamo seguito esattamente le istruzioni forniteci dal personale del front office. Il giorno seguente non abbiamo usato l'auto perché viaggiavamo con i mezzi pubblici. Questa mattina, il giorno della nostra partenza, abbiamo trovato un altro veicolo parcheggiato direttamente di fronte alla nostra, che bloccava completamente la nostra auto e ci impediva di partire. Siamo andati alla reception e abbiamo chiesto al membro del personale di spostare il veicolo. La receptionist che lavorava questa mattina era una donna bruna. Sfortunatamente, il suo comportamento è stato estremamente scortese e poco collaborativo. Si è ripetutamente rifiutata di spostare il veicolo, dicendo che non poteva farlo e che non era sua responsabilità, nonostante avesse le chiavi dell'auto. La situazione è diventata estremamente stressante perché avevamo un volo da prendere e viaggiavamo con nostra figlia di 3 anni. Nostra figlia piangeva disperatamente a causa della situazione, ma la receptionist non ha mostrato alcuna preoccupazione e ci ha persino detto che non le importava se nostro figlio stava piangendo.

Rien à redire, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Le personnel est très agréable, gentil et disponible. Le parking est sécurisé, ce qui est un vrai plus. L’emplacement est également très pratique pour les transports en commun. L’arrêt de bus se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Dans un sens, le bus vous emmène directement vers Pier 39, et dans l’autre sens, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre le Golden Gate Bridge. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec une literie agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y retournerions avec plaisir !

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer top Lage und das Zimmer war auch top. Obwohl wir früher als gedacht ankamen, durften wir, ohne einen Aufschlag zu zahlen, gleich ins Zimmer. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Bon emplacement et très bien desservi par les transports autant pour partir de l hôtel que pour y rentrer. Quartier safe, supermarché et laverie à proximité ça c’est cool quand on part 3 semaine comme on l’a fait. Chambre très spacieuse. Et décoration qui m’a fait sentir à SF.

J’ai trouvé presque inadmissible qu’on me fasse payer 20 dollars pour garder mes valises 3h car je suis arrivé 11h et que ma chambre était disponible à 15h.

Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que a recepção poderia oferecer um atendimento um pouco mais acolhedor. A equipe foi educada e cumpriu seu papel, mas pequenos gestos de cordialidade, simpatia e atenção têm o poder de criar aquela sensação tão especial de ser recebido com hospitalidade, deixando o hóspede confortável e verdadeiramente bem-vindo desde o primeiro momento.

Elevator wasnt working so I had to carry my luggage up - this did not get fixed for a while. Was supposed to get cleaning every other day however for the 6 nights I stayed, my room was cleaned just once.

Check-in was easy, room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Excellent value for location, about a 20-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, very close to several bus stops and a few minutes from restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again.

The staff are not helpful. It’s possible hearing the other room taking showers and flushing the toilet at all time. Very noisy. The location is good but you still need a car to drive around.

Super Lage, um San Francisco zu erkunden! Wir haben uns in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt. Man hat eine Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe und kommt mit den (sehr günstigen) Bussen super überall hin (Fisherman's Wharf 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, ca. 35 min. zu Fuß). Restaurants und Cafés erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Parkplätze sind in einer Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Generell gibt es keinen Roomservice. Wenn man möchte, dass das Zimmer gemacht wird, muss man dies bis 19h des vorherigen Tages anmelden. Für den Preis wäre es schön gewesen, wenn das Zimmer zumindest jeden zweiten Tag gemacht wird, so wie es auch in anderen Hotels üblich ist.

Excellent place with a great view, a very comfortable bed, a perfect bathroom, and a location in a very nice area close to many tourist attractions.
