Chambre situé côté route donc comment vous dire que c’était très très bruyant! Entre les Vroom des voitures et l’incivilité des clients de l’hôtel le séjour n’était pas de tout repos. Il serait judicieux d’installer (chambres donnant sur route) du double vitrage pour éviter d’avoir acheter des boules quies! Accueil et courtoisie aux strict minimum.

Friendly, accommodating staff

Very clean hotel in a safe area of San Francisco, within easy reach of the main attractions. The secure underground parking was a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel feels quite worn and dated, as it is located in an old building. The biggest issue was the noise from the street. I paid extra for a quiet room, but unfortunately the windows provided almost no sound insulation. Vehicles were passing by during the night, and it was so loud that it felt like they were driving right next to the bed.

Cow Hollow Inn is located on a busy street, but the traffic noise is not too noticeable in the rooms, so we had no trouble sleeping. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff at reception were excellent and very helpful. The hotel offers free two-level parking, which is a great advantage in San Francisco. There are many different types of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but Home Plate is located on the same block and offers a huge selection of breakfast dishes.

The bathtub could definitely have been cleaner. In both of our rooms, there were visible stains and marks caused by long-term water exposure, which made the bathtubs look unclean. There was also a noticeable smell of urine in the stairwell. Homeless people apparently use the area near the side entrance as a toilet. The main entrance, however, was completely fine.

Elevators are old and slow. Amenities such as toothbrushes are not available at the lobby. There is a Walgreens nearby but it closes at 10pm.

Odaya girdiğimiz gün oda topluydu fakat banyoda saç bulduk. Sonrasında temizlediler. Unutuldu diye düşünüyorum. Ayrıca yatağın üzerine serdikleri (çarşaf değil) yatak örtüleri pisti, saç çıktı.

My room was near a stairwell and every time someone would use a door it would make the loudest slamming sound. It woke me up at 2am even with ear plugs. I imagine this is an easy fix, not sure why it wouldn't be addressed.

Best Location in the Marina district and close to everything we did, from GGB, Crissy Field, the Wharf and North Beach. Restaurants and bars abound. Too many to visit, great diversity of food. Great busses to take you all over. Also, one of the best breakfast places that I have ever been too, right next door.

A few homeless and obvious mentally ill around, but not overwhelming.

Bel hotel moderne et bien situé sur Lombard street. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Point très important car rare a San Francisco. Chambre confortable et très bien équipé. Un peu bruyant mais comme souvent dans les grandes villes. Quartier parfait, jeune et familliale. Restau et café dans la rue derriere l'hotel. Bonne ambiance. La mer et vue sur le Golden Gates est à 10-15min à pied à travers un quartier residentiel magnifique

The actual suite was nice.

We were put in a suite (which is an upgrade from a basic room ) that had extremely loud construction right under us as if it was in the room with us. From 7am on we were woken up to continuously hear jackhammer’s hammering, different heavy supply, slamming down on the ground nonstop. We got in very late and didn’t get to bed until 3 AM. I have a 10-year-old son. When I called to inquire about the construction, they told me that there wasn’t anything they could do about it and they didn’t have any rooms to move us too. There was no apology. There was no extra effort to even see if there were another room open somewhere else absolutely no remorse. When I asked for a late checkout to try to get some sleep due to our situation they did accommodate until 12 PM. At exactly 12 PM I got a phone call saying that I was supposed to be out at 12 PM and I’m still there. I said I apologize I need a little extra time. Is it OK if we check out at 12:15pm? The maid additionally did not knock and simply open the door while I was in my underwear before 12 PM. Again, no apology. Regarding running behind I was told I was going to be charged $100 more dollars because they already let me have a late checkout for being 15 minutes past noon. The lady on the phone was very rude without manners and clearly did not care about the quality of our stay or to improve our experience whatsoever. In the background, I could hear her manager, speaking as if we were being intolerable, teen teenagers, breaking all the rules. I proceeded to explain I am not trying to be disrespectful at all unfortunately we got no sleep and had to suffer through extremely loud construction from 7 AM until we checked out. When I finally did check out, the gentleman did not ask me how I stay was he did not ask if I needed anything further he just simply said you’re all set. It was actually quite terrible.

We had a wonderful stay at Cow Hollow Inn & Suites! I traveled with my sister and a friend, and we were all impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the hotel was. The biggest highlight for us was the free parking. If you're visiting San Francisco with a car, this is an incredible advantage and saved us both time and money. The location is fantastic. We used our car to explore different parts of the city, but we easily could have walked to Fisherman's Wharf—it was a very pleasant walk. The neighborhood itself became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The street where the hotel is located is full of amazing restaurants for every taste. We stayed for two days and, despite having all of San Francisco to choose from, we kept coming back to eat on the same street because every place we tried was outstanding. If you're looking for a clean hotel, an excellent location, convenient parking, and great dining just outside your door, I highly recommend Cow Hollow Inn & Suites. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds are so uncomfortable, we had a back pain from those sinking mattresses. Staff seemed friendly but the management is not transparent in their communication and bunch of cowards are running the management . They will not return your deposit and will also not provide explanation either of non refund.

We will be back to Cow Hollow… Overall outstanding- we feel comfortable, safe, relaxed and happy in their king sized room. Bravo Cow Hollow🏆

The suite was like an apartment. It puts other "suites" from competitors to shame. The bed was extremely comfortable and the mini-kitchen was stocked wtih plates, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, etc. The room was very clean and well kept. We were just an elevator ride down to the back lobby and to Chestnut which was fantastic.

The television connections need to be fixed. Luckily I am versed in this and fixed the bedroom tv. There were a couple of pieces of furniture that need repair or replacement. Not broken down, but definitely need attention. But, I understand that they are still remodeling, so no knocks for this, especially because of the value.

The noise from the street to sleep was kind of hard until we got used to it.

Location is central to so much so it's great. However, know that it's on a busy street and you do get some street noise. They've done a very good job camouflaging the street. The great thing is you can walk out the door to all kinds of restaurants, coffee and shopping! Very friendly staff at check in. They accidentally gave us a room that was already occupied but fixed it within minutes. No problems! Rooms are generous in size, comfortable and freshly updated. Beds were very comfy. LOVED that they have their own garage and no fees to park as so many hotels are charging ridiculous fees to park your car on top of the nightly start. Would definitely would stay again!

The room was fine, we heard no noise at night from outside. Perfect location for restaurants/ bars and felt like a safe area. Staff were good to offer fresh towels etc every day.

No microwave. No fan in the bathroom and the toilet blocked a few times. Having no reception area or place to sit with tea/coffee was strange but that’s the style of the property, I just didn’t expect that.

Great location in friendly & trendy shopping street with plenty of choice of restaurants and coffee bars. Flat streets and felt safe. Apartment was huge with a separate kitchen and living area. On-site staff were super friendly and helpful.

Perhaps a little dated though that’s not even a criticism ! Navigating the car park and lifts wouldn’t be easy for wheelchair users.

The location is wonderful, both when arriving to the city by car, and while getting around town. The area is safe and pleasant. Room is renovated and extremely comfortable. The bath is lit and modern. The parking as part of the price is an exceptional treat in comparison to most city hotels.

The fact there's no real lobby and entering by foot through a garage is less pleasant.

No breakfast

Bathroom was filthy. Upon arrival feces debris were in the toilet. The shower curtain hadn't been cleaned in months. Pink accrues at the bottom when it hasn't been cleaned in many months and it was really pink. I cleaned as much as I could but it should have been clean. Dirty everywhere. I showed the front staff the pix I took of the bathroom explaining I cleaned what I could. That place needs a cleanup and remodel.

Noise. Noise. Noise. Construction on next door building started 06:00am drilling and lasts all day. We moved room to upstairs and lost that noise only to have the staff replacing the floors all day using hydraulic machines and vacuums. Then at night semi tractor trailers would park outside with engines running waiting for 06:00am deliveries on Chestnut Street so hard to get full night's sleep.

The location and price were great for such an expensive city. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Shower handle broke in shower and we had to change rooms. Blood was on the toilet. The pillows were weird and small.

Three people in my party. We each had are own room. One of ladies she said Tv did not work in her room and her coffee pot did not work. Mine were fine.

The location is great, close to public transport and easy access to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Beds were comfortable, so we all had a good sleep. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the corner.
