All staff people that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good, with generous portions and reasonable prices. A little confusion - I thought "chips" meant French fries, not potato chips. Not a big deal. Breakfast, which was served early enough for morning flights, had a good variety of food, all easily accessible even when a number of people were getting breakfast at the same time. What was offered was tasty and fresh and plentiful.

Truthfully, we have nothing to add.

Een nette kamer, en verbazingwekkend goed geïsoleerd je hoort totaal geen vliegtuigen. En een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Comfortable location near the airport so, recommended only for transit stays. There is also a shuttle service provided (from hotel to airport, for a fee)

It’s a bit far from public transport stops if you want to get to the city center. It has an upgraded hostel vibe unlike other Moxy properties I have stayed at.

I am a big fan of the moxy brand which has a very relaxed feel and good value for money. This really worked for me needing to be around Schiphol coupled with the shuttle bus

The staff always seemed very busy and in need of an extra pair of hands!

The room was just fine for one night and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

It was a bit inconvenient to arrive via public bus ( the shuttle only runs twice an hour).

Vi var en kveld, men at hotellet hadde shuttle buss til flyplassen sånn at vi fikk handlet litt nødvendige ting på en vanlig butikk var heilt fantastisk. Gode viner i baren, og bra internett for madamen som skulle se kamp. Veldig bra lydisolering vi sov gjennom natten, hadde tidlig flight dagen derpå. Vi var veldig veldig fornøyd.

We hadden twee maal een e-mail gestuurd dat we te laat aankwamen niet op gereageerd. We kwamen ‘s nachts aan om 4 uur maar de ontvangst was niet erg warm. We moesten omgeboekt worden maar dit gebeurde niet met veel enthousiasme ..

Inexpensive, 15 min from airport

The bed and mattress were very comfortable, making for a very good night’s sleep. The bathroom was a little small, but the cabin shower was very nice and had everything you needed. The only thing I would suggest adding is a hook for hanging towels. The breakfast was good, and dinner is available until 21:30. If you arrive late and haven’t had dinner, pizza is available throughout the night, which is a great option and very convenient for late arrivals. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, particularly if you need easy access to the airport.

The only downside is that the airport shuttle has to be paid for separately. As the hotel is quite a distance from the airport, using the shuttle is practically essential. It would be a nice touch if this service were included in the room price.

The staff handled the bulk of checkins very well after canceled flights

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they were overbooked and could not accommodate me. I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. This caused unnecessary stress, extra transportation and inconvenience after travelling. A confirmed booking should provide confidence that a room will actually be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

It's a Moxy so it's like going to Starbucks, you know exactly what to expect. The shuttle is nice and convenient. Breakfast was pretty decent.

The shuttle costs five euros per person to ride from hotel to airport... Should be free.

Eine Bar in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, die 24/7 geöffnet haben soll, aber 23:30 nichts mehr ausschenkt, man ewig dort sitzend nicht beachtet wird und wo letztendlich für andere Gäste zwischendurch Bier gezapft wird und ich nur auf mehrmaliges Bitten 1 Std. später leicht abweisend ein Glas Wein bekommen habe. TRAURIG!

They had a room when I needed one because of a cancelled flight.

Breakfast starts after I had to leave, €5 to book a shuttle back to the airport, difficulty getting confirmation of hotel and shuttle bookings.

La habitación estaba limpia.

Falta de cosas básicas en la habitación, como gorro de baño, cepillo de dientes, agua. El personal atiende demasiado rápido y casi no le presta atención. Cómo salíamos a las 6 am pedimos nos dieron un lonch, puesto teníamos incluido el desayuno y como vimos que empezaban a montar todo para los desayunos, se nego a darnos este servicio, no fue nada empatico el que atendía en recepción.

Net, schoon en modern hotel. We verbleven hier een nachtje voor ons vertrek naar onze vakantie bestemming vanaf Schiphol. Zeker een aanrader, we waren aangenaam verrast. Mooie hotelkamers, fijn bed en super ontbijt!

Restaurant. Dinner at 6:30pm. No waiters, not cooks. Premade cold chicken salad...medicore at best. Restaurant was one of my parameters. Didn't think I needed to specify "working" restanrant.

Inchecken duurde behoorlijk lang uur in de rij gestaan en een taxi chauffeur probeerde mensen weg te halen daar met een verhaal dat het vol zit terwijl je reservatie hebt en zei dat je weg gestuurd werd hij troonde mensen weg om te laten betalen voor andere hotel vond dat wat minder plezierig en gaf onrust want die taxi chauffeur gaf valse informatie door en probeerde mensen te lokken voor een ander hotel en op te lichten ,gelukkig er niet ingetrapt maar even dus een waarschuwing heb je een reservering en geen mail van het hotel over dat het volgeboekt is en je dit berhaa hoort trap er niet in want is valse informatie me oplichting want je hebt gegarandeerd een kamer als je voor die tijd tijdje geleden hebt gereserveerd is alleen een druk hotel

Es ist originell eingerichtet; die kleine Terrasse hinterm Hotel war bei den Temperaturen eine entspannte Oase nach einem langen Arbeitstag. Shuttle Service vom Flughafen reibungslos. Es ist toll, dass es Shampoo, Duschgel, Handwaschseife im Spender gibt, aber braucht es wirklich Conditioner? Ich hätte mir stattdessen Bodylotion gewünscht. Die ist nämlich ein "grosser" Posten im Gepäck.

Zu wenig Möglichkeiten zum Kleidung aufhängen, ablegen. Auf die Bitte, meinen Tisch abzuwischen, hat der Mitarbeiter einen anderen abgeräumt (es gab viele mit Geschirr drauf) und das wars. Ich habe mir dann einen anderen Tisch gesucht.

Bedroom is very quiet despite being relatively close to the airport. Clean, large enough. Breakfast room is very beautiful and cozy.

Do not state shuttle times on the booking.com page, then refuse to refund you when it turns out they don’t run shuttles in the early morning yet, although flights are already leaving. Very unfriendly on the phone, telling you you „should have checked their website“, while you clearly booked through booking.com Good customer service would be committing to adding the information prominently on booking.com and letting the customer cancel free of charge.

Locatie erg handig voor vertrek vanaf schiphol. Goede bedden en kamers. Functioneel. Leuke eetzaal en goed ontbijt. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Binnen half uur moet je betalen voor auto parkeren. Dus bagage droppen en inchecken (om daarna de auto naar een Schiphol parkeerplaats voor lang parkeren te brengen) duurt al gauw te lang - beetje flauw.

Sfeer, personeel en kwaliteit van de faciliteiten.

Het avondeten. Dat is wel een beetje onder de maat.

Great option for those needing to be close to Schipol - close enough to get there quickly using their shuttle but not so close to cost a fortune. Loved the aesthetic of the hotel which was achieved without compromising comfort.

We were only there for a night between flights so didn’t get to test the amenities fully. I had read about a welcome cocktail but nothing was offered.

Der Empfang war freundlich & der CheckIn klappte schnell und unkompliziert. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit, sich am Kicker oder beim Tischtennis die Zeit zu vertreiben. Das Frühstück war echt gut und mit reichlich Auswahl. Fitnessbereich war auch gut ausgestattet.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer leider ohne Funktion. Etwas suspekt war auch, dass die Kreditkarte mit einer Kaution belastet wurde. Die Frühstückszeiten könnten etwas Fluggäste-freundlicher sein (ab 6:00 Uhr). Dann hätte man mehr Zeit dafür gehabt.

Er was geen mogelijkheid om thee te zetten in de kamer en de föhn werkte niet in de badkamer, alleen daarbuiten.

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, vermittelt das Moxy gleich beim Betreten eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht, das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch, der Kaffee außergewöhnlich gut! Der große Raum ist sehr hübsch und wohnlich gestaltet, der Tischtennis Tisch ein besonderes Highlight! Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die kleine Bank neben dem Bett praktisch. Dass es keinen Schrank gibt, stört überhaupt nicht, Kleiderbügel sind vorhanden und auch zwei Ablagen für die Koffer. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, seine Kleidung in einem eigenen Bügelzimmer wieder aufzufrischen! Ein besonders praktisches Detail ist eine gedämpfte Beleuchtung unterhalb des Bettes, die automatisch angeht, wenn man zB in der Nacht einmal aufstehen muss. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, den nahen Flughafen bemerkt man im Zimmer nicht. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet, Duschgel, Haarshampoo und sogar Conditioner sind vorhanden und es gibt genügend Platz für die eigenen Kosmetikartikel. Die Verbindung ins Zentrum von Amsterdam ist perfekt! Mit dem Express-Bus 397 fährt man eine gute halbe Stunde und kommt damit direkt zu den Hotspots. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ein besonders aufmerksamer Service war das kostenlose Shuttle zum Hotel bei der Ankunft am Flughafen. Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen und wir können das Moxy nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Danke nochmal an das ganze Team!

Der Außenbereich/Raucherbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt konnte man den Staub im Zimmer schon recht gut sehen.

This was our third time to stay here. 3 years in a row, the night before our summer vacation we stayed here for the flight on the next day and we’re satisfied! The room is spacious, the staff is friendly, many games are available on the ground floor such as chess and table football. The bonus point from my son is the donuts at buffet breakfast :D

We heard the voice from the next room quite a lot. It’s not that they are loud or so, they’re just having a regular conversation, didn’t hear the content, but did hear the voice. The wall is just too thin I suppose.

Сподобалось все, розташування дуже зручне, автобуси до аеропорту ходять часто, можна навіть не дивитись графіки, є безкоштовний чай та кава, можна погладити речі та сходити в спортзал або бібліотеку. Персонал привітній, мені треба було змінити банківську карту оплати і мені з задоволенням допомогли. Недалеко МакДональдс

Непривітній чоловік котрий заселяв нас в 23:00 навіть не сказав, що в них є безкоштовні вода, чай та кава , тому нам прийшлось знову виходити в МакДональдс за водою за 4€

das Personal ist freundlich, wir haben mit Kind ein grosses Zimmer bekommen, in der Lobby gibt es Gesellschaftsspiele und Spielzeug für Kinder, sehr gute Aussicht auf Flugzeuge das Essen war gut, wir haben ein Coupon bekommen, weil wir auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet haben, leider haben wir nur einen bekommen obwohl wir zweimal geskipt hatten Parken kostet 18€ jede Nacht, wenn man rein und raus will, kann man beim Empfang Karten bekommen und muss nicht die 2,60€ zusätzlich zahlen.

auf dem Föhn lag eine Staubschicht und auch unterm Bett und auf dem Sofa war es staubig, es gab keine Garderobe, da fehlen Haken für Badetücher das Frühstück war am erster und dritten Tag super, da waren wir schon um halb 8 dort. am zweier Tag (9Uhr), wie in den negativen Bewertungen beschrieben, war fast keine Auswahl mehr da, die Küche kam bei dem Ansturm nicht hinterher.

Nothing to dislike

Wij komen hier nu al een aantal jaar achter elkaar en meerdere keren per jaar. We worden altijd super geholpen en we krijgen elke keer de zelfde kamer. Waar wij van kunnen genieten is het zien opstijgen en landen van de vliegtuigen. En elke keer lopen we even naar de spottersplek toe om de vliegtuigen van dichtbij te zien.

The location was great, the bus from the airport was easy to find, and it dropped us at the hotel entrance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was on the 4th floor, and quiet as requested. The overall feel of the ground floor was pleasant, lively, and welcoming, even at 11pm.

El lugar muy lindo y agradable.

El traslado del aeropuerto hacia el hotel es gratis, pero del hotel al aeropuerto cobran adicional un precio, es sorpresivo puesto que uno no se espera eso.

The room was spacious and clean.

The room did not have air-conditioning. It was fixed at 75°. They did provide us with a fan to get some air movement. In addition, the room was not cleaned until 5 PM daily which caused a problem. If we had wanted to rest at the end of the day before dinner (which we did) it was impossible.

Personalet var meget venligt. Vores ene værelse vendte mod motorvejen. Ingen larm fra motorvejen! Tilgengæld kunne man se fly, der landede - fantastisk oplevelse. Meget flot indrettet værelse og badeværelset. Meget flot farvekombination. Moderne hotel og lobby samt restaurent. Meget anderledes end det tradionelle.
