Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa - Rooftop Pool Bar - Free 01 Draught Beer and 20-minute Spa per Room

Thanks to the staff for their disponibility and kindness. Special attention for Phi, he was very friendly and always smiling with all costumers. This hôtel is amazing for their good relationship.

Great location, the staff were very nice

There is a lot of noise from the street. The windows don't block out the noise at all, and we couldn't sleep at night.

PHI is very kind and polite . He accommodated us to a bigger room based on our request without additional charge.

The staff was amazing, especially Nina from recepcion, she was really nice and helpful. We loved the massage and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recomendable.

Location Spa Massage Therapist ! extremely committed and passionate about her work. Staff overall friendly and received my late check-in flawlessly.

Charge me too much for the rides from the airport however, at that late night, I was willing to pay the extra money to make it convenient as I was tired from a late flight getting into the

The hotel has a very genuine and welcoming feel. Eva and her team really did their best to accommodate our needs, especially travelling with a young child. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were incredibly helpful, warm and genuine, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay.

Great service. All staff including Nina were very courteous and helpful.

This is a great hotel for a stay in Da Nang. Close to the beach, and numerous restaurants. The staff are fantastic, always looking after your needs.

Everything was excellent

We like phi 😊 he was very nice and kind durong our stay and looked after our bags after check out. Very proffessional we reccomend to everyone.🥰

The property was very clean and the staff are all friendly. Big shout out to Nina the receptionist. She was super friendly, always smiling and helped me with my tours in Da Nang. She speaks proper English and she is very professional and knowledgeable. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. Thank you so much Nina and I wish you more success.

Difficile de trouver un défaut

It was a wonderful stay in a good location. The staff were amazing especially Phi helping with everything!

No

Great location and very nice stuff especially PHI and Nghia! Everything wad amazing

Very clean, room was very comfortable and tidy. Staff came in every morning and made bed, cleaned room and gave new towels. In a very good location, able to walk everywhere that was needed as it’s very central Staff was very friendly and approachable Phi was very helpful with taxis and helping

Everything was great! The location was perfect, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a huge bed, and the staff was lovely and took care of all our needs, with high standards of service - and especially Nina the receptionist who was extremely nice and helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect and the staff wonderful. Big shout to Nina and also Phi who looked after me perfectly. An excellent hotel. Beautiful room, lovely 'touches', great breakfasts. I would have no hesitation to recommend to future guests. I was so well 'looked after'.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Stuff ia very polite, excellent location, very good brekfeast

Not spotless clean, old room, worn out…

Everything was perfect.location, thanks a lot Phi for his assistance

Location is perfect.its simply near to my Khe beach.its in middle of market. Loved it

Yes overall I recommend this hotel in all wise. All staff of the hotel were very cooperative but Ms Grace she’s wonderful very kindness and helpful

Everything was fine to me

The staff is lovely and very welcome. Special thanks to Nina that helped me throughout my stay. Beds are comfortable and were organized and room was cleaned daily. Had a great time staying there

There's a bit of noise coming from the street and could hear it even with the windows closed. The location is right by the beach but far from city center. Even though there are a lot of restaurants around

The location was very good, and the breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly, but communication was quite difficult. I asked for an iron, but they told me they could not provide one because it was their policy. Overall, the location was the best part of the stay, but the lack of basic facilities and the communication issues were disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, breakfast and room was amazing. Also Nina at the reception was very helpful with all our questions.

Kahvaltı ve konumu harikaydı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Odalar temiz ve ferahtı. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi. Her konuda yardımcı oldular.

We enjoyed our five nights here. Just a short walk to the beach and the surrounding area was vibrant with good restaurants. Our room was a bit small, with no window, but we were aware of that and it didn't bother us too much. The breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from. The pool bar was attractive. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly.

We felt there should have been some umbrellas at the pool bar, either over the loungers or in the actual bar area.

A very tasty breakfast with the variety of choice, comfortable beds and amazing service, especially Nina the receptionist, who were constantly caring about our stay to be excellent. We were also able to leave our belongings for a few hours after our check out, as we knew they are safe

No complaints

staff and facilities were so wonderful. Nina especially🙏💕

Absolutely loved the location. It's just one street back from the main beach front. And it's located across such great restaurants. The kimono style robes were a nice touch 😊 and convenient to wear at the pool as well. Loved the sky bar and free beer. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. Thank you to Phi in particular!

While we really liked our room. It is a bit inconvenient that that shower and sink are in two different locations. But overall, we loved our stay here.

Everything about the property was excellent . Nina who was there for check in and check out was brilliant . Good breakfast snd great location

Nil

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel, and thanks to Mr Phi we felt even more looked after; we would recommend this hotel to everyone

Really nice location and everything was clean! All the staff were lovely, PHI especially.

Nothing

Near the beach and restaurant

When I went to check in the midnight receptionist and other guy were sleeping. It was ok sleeping in the night but we were new to the place and have 9 suitcases and they didn’t offer any help at all. They went sleep again 😂 When we checked out I asked the receptionist day before please sent someone to help to bring the suitcases down he said fine. Day staffs were really helpful but again no one came to help us. Then we went down.. same guys were sleeping again. We waked them up and ask to do the check out. They saw we have many suitcases and vehicle was waiting outside but they went sleep again without offer any help. This is very bad customer service ever I had experience it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it very easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel service was outstanding, and everything was very well organized. The room and all the common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and everything fresh and delicious. Overall, everything was great from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Nina support was amazing!

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

The staff are amazing, very caring and great teamwork. Breakfast was excellent and location has everything nearby

It is abit loud in the evening but it did not worry us and it was not all night, that is what comes with the location!

All is wonderful, if I could, I pīt score 20 out of 10

Phi is great !

Location, room, atmosphere, foods, and hospitality are all excellent. PHI was also very kind and made our trip even more memorable.

Design is wonderful. The room was very clean with all necessary stuff. Also we enjoyed the rooftop bar. The cuisine was great and the hotel representatives were helpful and friendly.

They did a wonderful job helping me because I had an accident in Hanoi so they were so kind to always assist me. It was difficult to walk for the first few days so they made sure always to help me whenever they could. This is such a great hotel. If I come back to Da Nang, I'd definitely stay here. Liz and Nina are absolutely amazing. They were the ones that always made sure I was taken care of

The Hotel is clean and tidy.

I didn’t like the location of the property. You have a classified 4 star Hotel in a shabby lactation which is very deceiving.

The hotel is very close to My Khe Beach, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

it’s highly recommended, the staff are pretty good.
