Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, perfekt.

Room size was great and AC was amazing. Very easy to get to from palma with regular buses so worked well with our itinerary.

the door lock on the room we were given was broken but the reception were great in giving us a new room which was more spacious too. the bathroom was a little cramped and one of our towels on the first day seemed discoloured so that was slightly off putting but these were changed the next day.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun! Locatia este buna , are supermarket-uri aproape, iar autobuzul 4 te duce si la plaja si in oras! Receptionerii au fost deosebiti, in special LUCAS, care a dat indicatii de orientare, precum si un expreso foarte bun!

Po Łazienkach widać że swoje najlepsze lata mają za sobą, ale były posprzątanie (plus + za wannę).

La ubicación cerca de la parada de bus te permitía estar conectado al centro. Había a la misma distancia un pequeño supermercado. El hombre que esta a la madrugada me pareció el personal más agradable y predispuesto de todos, para brindar información y consejos útiles, lástima que lo conocimos haciendo el check out al aeropuerto

Es una hotel restaurado, tiene alfombra, el colchón era un poco blando y poco espacio para usar de mesa. El desayuno no variaba ni reponían mucho, el jugo no era natural, el personal del restaurante un poco hostil, la cafetera tenía pocas opciones todos los días y salía tibia. La limpieza nunca repusieron jabón de tocador siendo que estaba el envoltorio vacío (también lo dejaron todos los días de la estadía) creo que estaba sobre valorado para su precio

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato bene. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata, con camere confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Si bien es cerca del centro y se puede ir caminando .. a pocas cuadras hay una plaza donde se junta gente un poco rara no es peligroso pero puede generar molestia

Realmente supero mis expectativas. El desayuno es muy rico y completo. Mobiliario que parece Nuevo de lo bien que está. Habitación cómoda, cama y baños limpios. Excelente atención de los empleados. Me sentí muy cómodo y fue más de lo que esperaba por haber pagado un precio bajo en comparación de lo que había que era caro en otras zonas.

La ubicación es un poco escondida pero pude llegar muy bien y una vez que me ubique, me fue fácil.

Det var ikke muligt at lave en kop kaffe på værelset. Det ville være godt at kunne. Toiletterne var rene, men de havde mørke striber/ mærker i kummen efter toiletbørstens metal låg.

Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Monte. Clean and tidy and lovely balcony bed was very comfortable. Very quiet area.

No kettle in the room apart from that a nice area.

Καλη τιμη σε σχεση με τα υπόλοιπα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχης! Αρκετα καθαρο και προσεγμένο! Απλο και ωραιο πρωινο! Μαλιστα την ημερα που καναμε το check out τους ενημερωσαμε γιατι θα επρεπε να φυγουμε νωρις το πρωι και μας ετοιμασαν πρωινο για τον δρομο! Πολυ ευγενικο εκ μερους τους! Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!

Eingangsbereich schön eingerichtet, freundliches Personal.

Lage schon etwas ausserhalb, zu Fuss mind. 30 Minuten bis Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeit wenige Schritte in einem Areal, Preis 11 Euro pro Nacht . Terrasse war in einem Innenhof, keine Aussicht. Jedoch Euro 220 für 1 Nacht verlangt.

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et varié. Le personnel agréable. On a trouvé de la place pour se garer facilement. On peu rejoindre le port et le centre de Palma à pied.

We stayed in 3 persons room and it was really comfortable. The staff was so sweet. Every day the cleaning lady came and it was clean and tidy.

Nos pareció un poco caro para el estado del cuarto.

The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure. The receptionist and all the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not as clean as expected, as there was quite a bit of hair left behind. I only had breakfast once during my stay, but it was decent. The location is a little far from the nightlife, although this wasn't an issue for us since we had a car. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel's parking is not free—it costs €11 per day, which I wasn't aware of.

There was quite a lot of hair in the room, and some of the furniture had stains that could have been easily wiped clean.

Ens ha encantat la ubicació en un entorn residencial. El personal molt amable i l'esmorzar exquisit i amb petites variacions cada dia.

L'habitació podria ser una miqueta més gran. Aniria millor per deixar l'equipatge.

One of the staff members was fantastic (didn't get his name) but he was very vigilant in organising things for us and was very friendly. The room we had had a verandah.

It was quite far from the centre of Palma. It is more suitable for people with cars.

L'hôtel est très joli, décoré avec goût et propre (y compris dans les salles communes), la chambre est très fonctionnelle bien que pas très grande. L'emplacement est plutôt bien (nous avons presque tout fait à pied) et l'accueil y est vraiment agréable !

Le parking est payant (11€/jour pour un terrain vague je trouve le prix un peu élevé), j'ai regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de piscine et/ou de salle de sport. Petit bémol complètement indépendant de l'établissement : nous avons eu un couple de voisins très bruyants (engueulade violente les deux nuits), prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles !

Para llegar al hotel se accede por varias calles cuesta arriba, aunque esta cerca del paseo maritimo la vuelta al hotel cuesta arriba se hace dificil andando.

Una estancia maravillosa! Sin duda volveremos ​A mi novio y a mí, como italianos, nos ha encantado la experiencia en este hotel. Lo que más queremos destacar es la increíble acogida por parte del personal: son súper generosos, amables y siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara, lo cual te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. ​La ubicación es fantástica. El hotel está en una zona muy accesible a pie, lo que nos permitió visitar un montón de lugares de interés sin necesidad de transporte. Además, a pesar de estar cerca de todo, nos sorprendió muchísimo la tranquilidad de los alrededores, algo que se agradece enormemente para poder descansar bien.

Lo único que no nos gustó de nuestra estancia fue el servicio de limpieza. Entraban en la habitación demasiado temprano, incluso cuando teníamos puesto el cartel de "No molestar" en la puerta. Además, eran bastante insistentes a la hora de tocar la puerta. ​Como no sabíamos si había un horario fijo para la limpieza (para organizarnos, dejar la habitación libre y luego volver), la situación fue un poco incómoda. Sin duda, este fue el único punto negativo de nuestra experiencia.

Modern, clean rooms. Comfortable beds and helpful, friendly staff. Arranged larger taxi to take our group to airport very early in morning..Restaurants in area cater to locals, good, inexpensive food.

Location a bit farther so recommend using public transportation. Would be nice if supplied basic bikes for guests to use.

Personalet var venlige. hotellet var velholdt. Et bredt morgen måltid. Fællesområde med airkonsition sofagruppe, kæb af kage til kaffen. Da det begyndte at blive varmere, sat de et kort i airkontision, så der også krte hele dagen mens vi var i byen.

Når der blev gjort rent var gangene lidt smalle både til regngørings vogne og når man skulle forbi. Kunne godt komme forbi men lidt tæt.

Bad is vreselijk glad, kijk uit. Badkamer niet echt schoon. Laminaat stuk (voet aan open gehaald) en plakkerig. Geluid buren, jeugd dat laat terugkomt vd stad en op balkon gaan kletsen.

Un poco alejado del centro

Breakfast was super. Lovely location and very quiet neighbourhood. Staff were so friendly.

We had a terrace but didn't use it as it wasn't in the sun. but it also was lovely as it had a gorgeous huge tree in the centre of the courtyard and amazing birdsong in the mornings.

La ubicación está bien, cercana a las playas cala major e illetes en bus. El desayuno bien pero tal vez falta agregar algún tipo de mermelada o queso crema.

Al ser muchas habitaciones, se escuchaban portazos durante la mañana de los otros huéspedes y hacían que te despiertes. Tal vez mejorar un poco el aislamiento o poner algún aviso con relación al ruido. En el baño no estaba señalizado los dispensers de jabón y shampoo.

Es un hotel limpio, cuidado y cómodo con un buen desayuno.

El precio es demasiado alto para lo qué es. Pero creo que es un problema generalizado en Palma de Mallorca.

Ligger avsides och inte med bästa utsikt över Palma, men busshållplats ligger ett stenkast från hotellet och är enkelt att ta sig över hela Palma. Bättre utbud på frukosten än förväntat. Hjälpsam personal.

Me encantó todo, el trato, la habitación

Un hotel pràctic i còmode per una estada agradable a Malloraca. Hi ha servei d'aparcament tancat, que ens va ser clau per a deixar el cotxe de lloguer. L'esmorzar inclòs és prou bo. Està situat en barri bonic i molt tranquil, però una mica lluny (a peu) del centre de Palma.

El preu, potser ho hem trobat un pèl car.

Ottima la possibilità di poter noleggiare un mezzo direttamente in hotel dato che la struttura è lontana dal centro e dalla spiaggia e per chi non ama camminare è ideale

In generale siamo molto contenti dei giorni trascorsi in questo hotel. Abbiamo fatto un viaggio di pochi giorni ed avevamo molti appuntamenti in città e fuori città, quindi abbiamo usato il tempo in hotel solo per dormire e fare colazione. La colazione ci è piaciuta molto. Ottimo il servizio alla reception.

Non avevamo molto tempo, quindi abbiamo preferito usare il nostro tempo in hotel solo per dormire e fare colazione. Sappiamo che se avessimo evidenziato dei problemi alla struttura avremmo perso del tempo prezioso. Ad ogni modo se avessimo avuto più tempo avremmo fatto notare alla struttura che: 1. La porta della stanza non si chiude correttamente, serve regolarla / aggiustarla. 2. La cassaforte non è funzionante, risulta chiusa. Seguendo le istruzioni non funziona. 3. Il tubo della doccia è troppo corto, basterebbe installare un tubo più lungo. (provate a farvi una doccia e appendere la cornetta sul punto in alto e ve ne accorgerete)

Warm and welcoming staff, thank you Marie and April for all your help and advice. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room with the bonus of a balcony. Good buffet breakfast with a wide choice. Easy access to seafront and town. Recommend number 4 and Bellver Bar nearby.

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Bed lag lekker.

Badkamer had vieze voegen en het douchescherm was niet goed afgesteld waardoor deze altijd open bleef staan. Op de 1e verdieping begon de schoonmaakploeg om 8.00 uur sochtends wat je heel goed hoorde op de gang.
