Die zwei Pools sind nicht schön. Bei dem unteren ist man am Eingang auf der Präsentierfläche mit Glasscheibe und der oben ist mehr ein Planschbecken als ein Pool. Mein Zimmer war auf Höhe der Straße und ich musste immer den Vorhang zuziehen, wodurch ich im Dunklen war.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The location is great — you can easily walk to the city center or take the bus if you’re in a hurry. The hotel provides a very good breakfast, including fresh orange juice that you can make yourself. The dinner options are not as great, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. There is a fantastic view from the hotel, and there is also a rooftop pool with an amazing view. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again!

Es un hotel pequeño pero que tiene cada rincón bien aprovechado y con una decoración qie puede parecer excesiva pero muy bien lograda en los espacios compartidas. El desayuno excelente y la atención muy agradable.

L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori considerando che da italiani non si sono sforzati di farsi comprendere. Non c’era nessuna convenzione con il parcheggio che hanno proprio di fronte e la colazione non è minimamente da una struttura di 4 stelle

Della struttura ci è piaciuta la pulizia delle stanze, la posizione, la cordialità dello staff e la piscina collocata all’ultimo piano. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta della struttura è stata che nell’immagine della stanza da noi prenotata c’era la vasca;(

Quite far out from the centre of Palma. Really loud, I could hear a noise through the floorboard every 5 mins, day and night. Gave me a ground floor room facing into a backstreet as a solo female traveller. Not the end of the world but also doesn’t take much to realise this isn’t the best room for a solo female traveller.

Alles. De locatie was super, het personeel was super vriendelijk en enthousiast, je kan er werkelijk alles aan vragen. We vroegen om een auto te huren, werden we kosteloos opgepikt door de autoverhuur. De kamer zelf was subliem, prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Prijs kwaliteit echt een superhotel met top service.

Besonders freundliches Personal, sehr gute Einrichtungen und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt in einer ziemlich ruhigen Lage, obwohl es sich sehr zentrisch in der Stadt befindet.

Wenn ich etwas nennen müsste, das mir vielleicht etwas weniger gefallen hat, dann wäre es, dass der Pool nicht so viel Platz für Liegen hat. Allerdings gibt es auf dem Rooftop viele Liegen und dort auch noch einen kleineren Pool.

Das Hotelpersonal war Spitzenklasse. Unglaublich freundlich, gut gelaunt und kompetent. Ein Hoteljuwel auf Palma!

Das Hotel liegt gut in Palma. Bushaltestellen sind in 3 min erreichbar. Da das Hotel leicht zurück versetzt liegt, bekommt man vom Straßenlärm nicht viel mit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und wir hatten einen schönen Balkon. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool sowie einen weiteren infinity Pool der allerdings im Eingangsbereich liegt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Es gibt leider keinen guten Haltepunkt für Taxis sodass man Gepäck etwas weiter Tragen muss. Das ist allerdings trotzdem machbar.

Estoy intentando entrar en contacto desde ayer con el hotel at. de su whats y teléfono y no he tenido ninguna respuesta… Realmente esto es muy incómodo para mi , ya que viajo bastante por Europa y nunca me ha ocurrido algo así … La verdad que quedé muy frustrado con la actitud deste hotel y NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE …

Das sehr zuvorkommende Personal reinigt das Zimmer jeden Tag. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und verkehrsgünstig. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Pool. Nach dem Auschecken kann man noch bis zum Abend im Hotel bleiben, im Pool auf dem Dach schwimmen und auf der Terrasse entspannen, auch wenn man eigentlich schon um 12:00 Uhr auschecken muss.

Struttura molto curata, camera pulita e piccolo balconcino comodissimo per fare asciugare i costumi e teli mare! Ha due piscina una al piano 0 e una sulla terrazza con una vista meravigliosa sul porto oltre ad uno spazio con lettini molto comodi essendo quelli con cuscino. Forniscono asciugamani extra per le piscine gratuite. Colazione super fornita e i croissant che avanzano li lasciano sul bancone a disposizione di tutti! Autobus per centro e mare a pochi minuti a piedi! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Die Lage ist gut. Ca 3-5min entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle und der Hafen ist etwa 5min zu Fuss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Für Gepäck ist kaum Platz und die Ausstattung war eher mager.

Nuestra estancia estaba siendo bastante buena hasta que tuvimos que tratar con una recepcionista rubia de recepción. El trato que recibimos fue totalmente inaceptable: actitud desagradable, poca empatía y una forma de dirigirse a nosotros que nos hizo sentir incómodos desde el primer momento. Entendemos perfectamente que puedan surgir problemas o malentendidos durante una estancia, pero lo mínimo que esperamos de un hotel es educación, profesionalidad y predisposición a ayudar. En este caso fue todo lo contrario. La manera en la que se nos atendió terminó afectando directamente a nuestra experiencia y nos arruinó buena parte de la estancia. Lo peor es que, en lugar de intentar solucionar la situación, sentimos que se nos trató con desprecio y como si estuviéramos molestando. Una persona que trabaja de cara al público, y especialmente en recepción de un hotel, debería saber gestionar este tipo de situaciones con respeto y profesionalidad. Una pena que una mala atención pueda empañar una estancia que podría haber sido mucho mejor. No volveríamos y, desde luego, no recomendaríamos el hotel mientras siga habiendo este tipo de trato por parte del personal de recepción.

Estaca limpio, era tranquilo y la zona era buena para ir andando por la noche a cebar y tomar algo. Santa Catalina 20-30 min andando. Tiene secador y productos de higiene buenos (champú, gel, suavizante y crema del cuerpo de rituals) No tiene parking pero justo enfrente hay uno de pago (. 35 euros el día y 128 euros la semana). Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y por las tardes aparcamos por las calles de alrededor. Tiene al lado una farmacia y una tienda q venden comida, bebida, crema solar… de todo. Llegamos antes de las 3 y nos dieron habitación y con terraza y se veía el mar de fondo. Muy bien.

Las piscinas muy pequeñas y calientes. La de arriba no tenía sonreirías en las tumbonas.

Todo estuvo perfecto, salvo las almohadas (pero eso es cuestión de gustos) y que las camas individuales era complicado mantenerlas unidas debido a su poco peso.

A truly stunning hotel that is decorated beautifully and with the most amazing staff. It’s really comfortable throughout with a relaxed vibe. Breakfast was excellent and the roof top pool and sun area is relaxed with plenty of sun loungers and towels. The views across the marina are wonderful. We stayed 2 nights and it felt very sad to leave. Well done to team Feliz. You’ve nailed it!

Posizione si strategica per servizi e vita notturna, ma molto scomoda per il parcheggio praticamente inesistente. Vi è solo un parcheggio a pagamento di fronte alla struttura, non dotato di convenzioni per i villeggianti.

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel to anyone after our recent stay—it was one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating experiences we’ve had, especially considering this was not a cheap booking. Starting with the room: it was incredibly small and poorly designed. The bathroom was tiny, and every time you showered, water went absolutely everywhere. To make matters worse, there were ants throughout the room, and everything felt cheap—from the furniture to the fixtures. You could hear every single noise from other rooms, including people flushing toilets and showering, which made it impossible to relax. The only positive was the water pressure, which was surprisingly good. The air conditioning was another major issue. It was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, you have no choice but to use it because the rooms are unbearably hot—we stayed during 33°C weather and the hotel felt like an oven. The room facilities were shockingly poor. There was no iron, no tea or coffee making facilities, and the furniture felt like it had been thrown together without any thought. A cheap set of drawers had been crammed into the wardrobe, but they didn’t even fit properly—you couldn’t open or close the wardrobe without hitting them. The TV was just as bad: no international channels as advertised, stuck at a fixed angle because the bracket didn’t work, so you’re forced to watch it sideways. Even worse, it’s positioned in such a way that you’re likely to hit your head on it just trying to get into bed. Speaking of the bed—it was horrendous. Rock hard, incredibly uncomfortable, and paired with cheap, worn-out pillows. We barely slept at all, and my wife ended up with a sore neck from it. The location is arguably the worst part of this hotel. It’s situated on an extremely busy road far outside the city. During the day, it’s a constant stream of buses, and at night it turns into what feels like a racetrack, with cars speeding past and blaring their horns. On top of that, the bins right outside are emptied at around 3:40am, which guarantees you’ll be woken up. There’s also constant noise from people outside—shouting, walking past, and general street noise. The so-called “sea view” was incredibly misleading—we could barely see a tiny sliver of the horizon. The pools were also disappointing. Both were very small, and the rooftop pool in particular was disgusting—cloudy water, full of hair and dead insects. It was completely off-putting. To be fair, the breakfast was lovely with a great selection, and the female staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the stay. We ended up checking out early because we simply couldn’t tolerate another sleepless night. When we spoke to the reception manager about a partial refund for the unused nights (which we felt was reasonable), he was extremely unhelpful. There was no apology, no understanding, and no effort to resolve the situation. He simply told us the hotel doesn’t receive the money and that we’d have to deal with the booking provider. The hotel even refused a refund for the nights we did not stay, which really shows the poor customer focus this hotel has. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Poor quality rooms, unbearable noise, lack of basic amenities, and unhelpful management make this hotel one to avoid at all costs.
