Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank was für unseren kleinen snackvorrat ein Pluspunkt war. Man ist von der Unterkunft aus mit dem Bus schnell in Palma. Außerdem war das Personal super freundlich und der Pool mit dem wunderschönen Blick über den Hafen ist fantastisch🥰 Wer einen Mietwagen hat, brauch sich zumindest um den September rum keine Sorgen zu machen - wir haben immer etwas in der Straße des Hotels oder paar Meter weiter gefunden

La atención del personal.

No me gusto lo que hicieron ustedes desde Booking. Me dijeron que la tarifa era de 840,01 Euros mas 11 Euros del Impuesto Municipal. Cuando me pasaron el cargo de la transacción en la tarjeta me cobraron 851,01 Euros, que incluía el impuesto municipal de 11 Euros. Cuando llegue e hice el Check In, en la recepción me dijeron que tenia que pagar el Impuesto Municipal de 11 Euros, le dije que ya se lo había pagado a ustedes, y me exigieron que lo tenia que pagar igual, ya que ustedes no lo pueden cobrar. La verdad me sentí estafado por ustedes que me cobraron 11 Euros en concepto de Impuesto Municipal, y nunca se los transfirieron al hotel. Una vergüenza de parte de ustedes. Espero que me hagan un crédito de 11 Euros en la tarjeta que utilice para pagarles la reserva. Si no me hacen el crédito, me voy a quejar con defensa del consumidor y les iniciare el reclamo pertinente.

Everything was really good, location was a little further away from the city centre but had all the necessary amenities close by. We only needed to move to go for dinner, but walking was great.

Es un hotel antiguo y tiene muchos parches y reformas que se ven pero no suponen un impedimento para volver a alojarme.

Der Blick vom neunten Stock war sehr schön, der große Pool ist ebenfalls zu erwähnen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht, ich habe für ein Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück pro Nacht ca. 250 € bezahlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Standard aber gerade so ausreichend. Es war ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, allerdings war kein Wasser dabei, und natürlich auch keine Kaffeekapseln oder Teebeutel, was soll ich dann mit einem Wasserkocher? Ebenfalls gab es eine Minibar, die war aber auch nicht gefüllt, weder mit Wasser noch mit Softdrinks, noch mit Snacks noch mit irgendwas… Das Hotel liegt sehr hoch, zu Fuß fast gar nicht erreichbar, ich habe mir jedes Mal ein Taxi genommen, zur nächsten Busstation circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, Berg runter, okay Berg hoch schon sehr anstrengend

Завтрак полноценный, разнообразный и очень вкусный. Отдельно хочется отметить потрясающие виды из отеля — на порт, море и горы. Особенно приятно наслаждаться ими утром и вечером. Для отеля 3 звезды — это действительно отличный вариант! Остались очень довольны пребыванием и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз.

This was a very last minute hotel, after easyjet cancelled our flights home! Hotel staff where amazing from front desk reception, to the cleaners who where very friendly, helpful and just amazing.

The epic walk to town, hills or loads of stairs not ideal with young children.

Amazing hotel! We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our room was incredible, and watching the sunrise over the sea from the terrace was just beautiful. 🌅 The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great. We loved the pool, bar, restaurant and especially the terrace with the view of the port. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to come back. If we’re in Palma again, we’ll definitely stay here! ❤️

The hotel is located quite high up, so you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the street. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.

El servicio, tienen un gran personal. Fueron muy atentos y agradables.

Mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria, principalmente por la gestión de la habitación. Después de realizar la reserva, recibí posteriormente un correo en el que se ofrecía la posibilidad de elegir/asignar determinadas habitaciones mediante un suplemento, lo que da la sensación de que se presenta un “escaparate” de opciones adicionales una vez realizada la reserva. Además, al llegar al alojamiento, se me asignó una habitación de una categoría inferior a la que había reservado y pagado. Tuve que reclamar para que se corrigiera la situación. Finalmente, me cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente, pero tuve que dejar la habitación por la mañana, a las 11:00, y esperar hasta que hubiera otra disponible. Esto supuso una pérdida importante de tiempo y me impidió organizar y disfrutar del día con normalidad. Considero que, si se ha reservado y pagado una determinada categoría de habitación, debería asignarse directamente esa categoría, sin que el cliente tenga que reclamar ni perder parte de su estancia para conseguir aquello que ya había contratado.

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, buena piscina, barra de tragos, música. Nosotros tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestra habitación e inmediatamente lo solucionaron con empatía, calidez y profesionalismo. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad que en todo momento tuvieron Alicia, Laura y Francisco. Nostras fuimos con auto y cerca del hotel siempre había lugar para estacionar.

Un po' da ristrutturare. Mancano i dettagli. All'arrivo poca accoglienza. La pulizia scarsa. Il cestino veniva svuotato ma non passavano a terra. Gli asciugamani non erano puliti. Un odore che non si poteva stare. L'aria condizionata non funzionava però è stato fornito ventilatore. C'è finestra sulla doccia che con la luce si vede tutto. Colazione abbondante certo ma i cornetti quasi non si vedono. Il prezzo è troppo per quello che offre. Non lo consiglio.

En pleno Agosto, con el calor que hace más la humedad, y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien y no enfría. Se lo dijimos al personal de la recepción y la respuesta de ellos fue “que raro”. No nos dieron ninguna solución y tuvimos que pedir un ventilador. Me imagino que no fue solo nuestra habitación, ya que oí a otro cliente quejándose por la misma razón.

Gostei principalmente da simpatia dos funcionários, fomos muito bem tratados, pessoas educadas e prestativas.

Não gostei da localização, embora as praias sejam próximas, devido a forma como a cidade é construída, só é possível chegar a praia mais próxima em 30 minutos de caminhada e com muitas ladeiras. Existem duas opções de ônibus ao qual apenas uma é mais viável pois a outra linha não segue horário e demora muito a chegar.

Staff invited me to an eclipse party and I assumed We would be viewing the solar eclipse. Liars!!! The solar eclipse was NOT able to be viewed at the hotel location.

The terrace offers a wonderful view of the harbour. The reception staff are very friendly, and the rooms were clean. The wonderful breakfast deserves a special mention; we hadn’t expected such a wide selection in Spain. It was put together with great care, particularly the Mallorcan corner.

We’d booked this hotel for one night before a cruise because of its location. We arrived just after 6 pm, but were only able to use the pool for a very short time as it closes at 7 pm for cleaning. No pool towels provided (you have to buy them), and broken chairs on the balcony. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the restaurant: the staff were keen young people, but as they clearly had no training in the catering industry, they seemed more like work experience students. The quality of the food was hit and miss. I realise that guests staying for just one day require more effort, but in this case the value for money was absolutely not right. I found the numerous messages we received before our stay particularly unpleasant, urging me to spend extra money for a better view, even though we’d already booked a deluxe room (and ultimately really only had a view of the canopy). ma è l’unico motivo per il quale contattarla e soggiornare. Abbiamo pagato 378€ per una notte in 2 adulti e 2 bambini piccolissimi e quello che ci aspettavamo erano dei servizi. Siamo arrivati tardi in camera, il frigo bar era vuoto e siamo dovuti uscire per andare a prendere una bottiglia di acqua per la notte. Il bagno era sporco e c’erano formiche ovunque. L’aria condizionata nella stanza era spenta al nostro arrivo ed era impossibile prendere sonno per l’estremo caldo. L’unica nota positiva di questo breve soggiorno è stato Rolando alla reception : educato, cortese, preparato e sorridente.

Siamo rimasti dispiaciuti nel vedere che, nonostante il biglietto fuori dalla camera segnalasse di non entrare, puntualmente entravano per pulire. In una di queste occasioni ci stavamo vestendo e siamo stati colti di sorpresa. Essendo alta stagione e non disponendo di un parcheggio privato è stato sempre difficile trovare parcheggio sulla strada per la nostra macchina a noleggio.

Die Betten sind hart. Die Fenster eher ein Vorhang, die Zimmer sind runtergekommen. Das Hotel wirkt etwas derangiert. Ein richtiges Konzept gibt es wohl nicht. Lieblos dekoriert. Eine Sanierung wäre hier angebracht. Schätze seit Jahren ;-)

Location was nice, but far from main town and not a lot of good dining choices nearby, so it depends what you are after. Room was spacious and the pool was nice, not overcrowded. Breakfust had lots of variety and was pretty tasty. Love that they have a little book shelf in the main floor to take and leave books - I found one I really am enjoying!

Le jour de notre arrivée on nous dit que notre chambre n’est pas disponible et que ils nous ont trouvé une place à l’hôtel d’en face…. Le minimum aurait été de nous prévenir et de faire un geste commercial. Je n’ai ducoup aucune idée de comment étais l’hôtel que j’ai réservé.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est relativement éloigné du centre, obligé de prendre la voiture. Très peu de places de parking dans le quartier, nous avons chaque fois dû tourner pendant plusieurs dizaines de minutes (mais bon le problème est propre à Palma j’ai envie de dire). Au niveau des équipements, cela reste très sommaire. On sent que l’hôtel a vécu et il a besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement. On y était exclusivement pour dormir, rentrer tard et partir tôt, si c’était pour y passer davantage de temps je n’aurai clairement pas choisi cet hôtel. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner.

Egentligen inget. Det sämsta upplevelse vi har haft under dessa 5 dagar som vi stannade där. Rummet var inte så fräsch och väldigt gammal dags. Det var inte värt att betala så mycket på det hotellet tycker jag. Korridoren till rummet som luktade bara städmedel överallt och frukosten varit sämst, där de lägger gammla rätter som är gammal från går dagen till och med kanske förrgårdagen, infet varit fräsch!!!
