Great location. Staff were lovely, professional al and personable. Sian who booked us in was fantastic and the guy at breakfast ( with a beard) was so helpful and friendly. We could tell it was really efficiently run and hygiene etc was perfect.

I would like to acknowledge how friendly and helpful the staff were. They all made us feel very welcome. Large company chains can sometimes miss the mark when it comes to a more personable atmosphere, so it was especially nice to encounter such lovely staff.

Staff helped with extra duvet and setting up sofa bed. Staff also helped entertain a 2 year old toddler while mum and dad were eating breakfast.

The price I paid through booking.com was quite epensensive. I tried to book directly but found the main IHG website difficult and confusing.

Location near to M4 motorway

Found someone else’s rubbish in the room, didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly, if they had moved the sofa they would have seen the rubbish.

Welcoming and very pleasant staff, great breakfast and a comfy room.

Just a small picky note - Shelf on which kettle was located could be higher, to ease leaning over it.

Good to have the free breakfast. Appreciated the cleaning of our room. Good to have blue badge parking near the entrance as my husband is a wheelchair user. The location worked well for us since the reason for our stay was for my husband to have radiotherapy at Singleton Hospital each day for 5 days. The journey to and from the hospital was fairly straightforward.

Wider choice of fruit and different flavour yoghurts for breakfast would have been good. Also a wider choice of pastries.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was not big nor small. Good size for 2 adults and 2 kids for a short stay. However, the beds, specially the sofa bed was far from being comfortable. The breakfast was very basic but at least buffet format which was good specially for the kids. Free parking was appreciated.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. not even very stable. No real lounge area to sit. We were out most of the day and only in the room for sleeping. Breakfast could have been better with some extra options, for example there was no cheese of any kind.

Front desk staff were nice

Breakfast was dreadful. Crowded - queue, dismal food choices. I asked if we could just take a coffee to go, we were told yes but then found no takeaway cups. Restaurant staff looked overwhelmed and fed up. No air conditioning in room... beds had duvets the hotel staff said we were free 'to come to the front desk to get sheets if duvets were too hot' (this was during a heat wave). Headboards are odd - sort of lopsided. One small fan in the room really did not cut it. Location may have been convenient, but it was depressing - no decent restaurant within many miles.

Easy Parking was available, without any Extra charges. And bed was too big. Also they provided a fan in every room in case of need.

When we entered the room it was a bit smelly, I don’t know it was like that. That was the only thing. With time even the smell also disappeared or we got comfortable as it was not too intense. Also at night you can hear traffic noise which can irritate some guests.

Struggled to find a parking space but it was 9pm when we arrived!

The lady at reception was very polite and helpful when we checked in and out, and also when serving us in the restaurant in the evening. Such a lovely lady 🙂

Fijne kamer, heel schoon en netjes, met een erg comfortabel bed. Housekeeping iedere dag, verzorgingsproducten van Dove in de douche. Goed ontbijt. Mogelijkheid om s'avonds iets warms te eten, anders restaurant naast hotel. Hier kun je gerust enkele nachten verblijven.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, checking was straight foward, the room was comfortable and clean , breakfast was good enough to choose from.

There wasn't any Air conditioning in room just a small fan luckily it wasn't too hot otherwise all okay.

Good location, convenient parking

Due to the hot weather the rooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable. The fans provided barely did anything to elevate the discomfort. As windows were also security controlled, there was barely any airflow. Had a very hot, sticky and uncomfortable sleep.

Each and every one of the staff were amazing, so chatty and friendly.

LAZY GUESTS... quite happy to order takeaways to the hotel, where staff will kindly offer them plates and cutlery to take to their rooms, only to find dirty plates and their takeaway rubbish dumped outside their bedroom doors the following morning. Have the decency to return the plates also glasses and empty bottles.

It was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was great. The bonus was it was close to the beach, which was what we were planning to do on such a hot day.

We booked to brake our journey from West Wales to London. The hotel is literally just a couple of minutes off the main road. Room, and breakfast were most acceptable

Zimmer waren sauber. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Lage war okay, mit den öffentlichen sehr gute Anbindung (Swansee 30min).

- Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, keine Käse, Gemüse ..eher Massenabfertigung. Kaffee nicht unser Geschmack. Oft wurde erst auf Nachfrage Sachen aufgefüllt, diese waren dann schnell wieder vergriffen. - Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, für vier Personen (2Erw. und 2Jugendliche) klein. Schlafsofa sehr unbequem.

Lack of air condition

Very convenient location with parking immediately outside and a harvester directly next door.

We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The children had to share the sofa bed but it was very small and the metal mechanism was right up against the side of the mattress. We used a towel over each side to avoid injury. We coped as ours was only a quick stop over but would not recommend the sofa bed for 2 children on longer stays.

The staff made a great hotel experience exceptional. They were incredibly nice, helpful and understanding. Traveling with kids can make a check in experience chaotic - this staff more than overcompensated for that and helped me tremendously. This staff is the most impressive on those qualities that I have ever encountered, regardless of hotel rating or price point.

Pleasant staff . Bethan on reception was very obliging and pleasant on our arrival.

Only complaint is that we couldn't have 3 children in the room and had to book 2 rooms but this didn't spoil our stay in any way.

Flinke herrie van de weg als je het raam opende. Maar dat was niet echt een probleem. Het ontbijt wel, dat was een grap. Veel te veel gasten voor te weinig plekken. Na lang wachten werden de gelukkige wachtenden in een soort klaslokaal gezet om te eten. Er ontbrak intussen van alles. Eieren op. Koffiemachine kapot. Continu een leeg buffet dat veel te traag werd aangevuld. Geen brood, yoghurt, fruit, niks. Het personeel kon het absoluut niet aan. Een meisje kwam na een paar minuten met een paar muffins en zette ze keurig met een tang één voor één op hun plek. Terwijl er een hele rij mensen stond te wachten op van alles. Ik zou zeggen: gooi die muffins in de mand en vul snel het volgende tekort aan. Maar nee, enige vorm van zich aanpassen aan de situatie was echt te moeilijk voor haar. En voor de rest van het personeel. En serieus: ik heb het nu niet over één dag. Dit gebeurde vaker. Nee, ons zien ze hier niet meer. Ik had Holiday Inn redelijk hoog staan, maar dat is voorbij. Wat een chaos.

Lovely comfortable room and bed, slept very well. It was very quiet in the hotel too! Great breakfast! As for the staff they were exceptional polite, friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay it was perfect for our needs and will definitely stay there again.

Certainly value for money and the ease of parking were my fav bits. Breakfast was good although options were limited. Room was quiet so no issues there and toilet was really clean.

No AC but thats something i should have checked beforehand. Breakfast was good but items like muffins, croissant ran out on both days and were not replenished. An empty bottle of coke was under the bed, i discovered it while looking for a toy car my 3 year old had dropped. The sofa bed was broken from top right corner resulting in a cave in from that area.

Very clean, the staff were brilliant, really friendly, helpful and couldn’t help enough. The room was spacious and the bed was massive. The internet worked well and even though we were right near the M4 it was very quiet. The breakfast was perfect especially when included in the price. We would have stayed for longer and will definitely stay again!

Maybe the parking could be a little bigger but this might have just been as there was afew big work vans in when we stayed

Room was very nice ,good size and very clean as was everywhere in the hotel

I thought there was a need for some comfortable seating by the bar in the restaurant. We had some drinks before dinner but had to sit on the dining room chairs which were not very comfortable. I think that most people who stay there eat at the nearby Harvester which is why apart from breakfast there is no one in the dining room. Having said that I dont know why there was such a delay between our first and second courses at dinner as there was only two other diners in the restaurant at the same time as us.
