Excellent service at C Central Resort The Palm. Johnson at the concierge was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well-maintained, welcoming, and offers a high standard of hospitality. A very pleasant experience overall.

I am just amazed by how friendly everyone was. All staff super nice and not pushy. Amazing job and I’m definitely coming back to Dubai and staying here. I’m going to recommend this place to friends.

C Central Buffet completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like kings. The staff are extremely vigilant, warm, and highly professional — attentive without ever being intrusive. We especially admire the professionalism of Shwe, Rose (the manager), and Fawad, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. While these are the team members we interacted with the most, it’s clear that everyone here operates on another level. The food is simply unbelievable — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish was delicious, and the variety never compromises quality. Overall, the entire experience was worth everything. Service, food, atmosphere — everything was exceptional. A place we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at C Central Resort in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. I really liked their breakfast varieties, and the room service was also very good. Everything worked well during my stay. Whenever I needed something, I just had to call, and they arranged it quickly and easily. Prasad and Raj were also very helpful — they assisted me with everything I needed.

It was an exciting experiance and a fantastic stay, many thanks to front desk receptionist Alyza and Hasnaa who made my stay a great one for the checkin preparations and also all the staff, also the food and beverage team with Fawad for his endless service.

This is a great hotel. One of the only ones offering all inclusive including alcoholic drinks. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was excellent, outstanding ! We also booked a private romantic dining experience on the beach and it was amazing. The food again was exceptional. The rooms are good and there are plenty of amenities. The design of the hotel is modern and it is very clean. The views from the hotel are amazing. I really recommend.

Check in, room, food all very good. Looked after very well by all staff with particular mention to Fawad during breakfast and the lunch we purchased in the Grill. Overall a very good 2 day lay over on way back from Australia to the UK. Would recommend as good value for money. Thank you all.

Perfect location amazing hotel, amazing staff very helpful nothing too much trouble the concierge brilliant as I lost my phone and he help me by contacting the airport. Also the food is fabulous catered for everyone. Only issue is when ordering a cocktail as we were all inclusive it was in a pint pot. Need some new cocktail glasses but all cocktails were amazing. Well done to everyone to the guys who clean the rooms to the bar staff we will be back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our honeymoon stay at C Central Resort was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel genuinely special and welcomed. Two team members in particular, Chef Amora and Chal Jawad-Ihssane, went above and beyond throughout our stay. Chef Amora prepared fresh, personalised dishes that weren’t even on the menu to accommodate my husband’s meal preferences, and the effort and care that went into every plate were incredible. Chal Jawad-Ihssane was equally outstanding, offering warm, attentive service that made our experience truly memorable. Amazing, amazing service all around. C Central Resort made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my parents for 5 nights on an all inclusive basis. We have had a lovely and relaxing stay. The room is great with a nice view and the amenities are great as well. The only thing that could be better are the sunbeds with the beach and the pool. We were unsure of the need for all inclusive at first, but we did not regret anything! The variety is amazing and we very much enjoyed the food every morning, afternoon and evening. The quality is VERY good and there is something different every time. Great compliments to the chef! A special mention should go to Mr. Fawad - he really is the star of the hotel! The hotel is lucky to have someone like him and so were we. We bonded with him very quickly and he really is a joy to be around. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made sure that I got my favourite fruit each day, even if it was not on the buffet! Without Fawad our experience would have been very different. Thank you!!

I had the absolute best experience in this hotel. From as soon as we entered to when we left the service was absolutely amazing. The people were so so so nice and went above and beyond, thanks to raoul, Johnson and Eddie for amazing service and always checking in on us and seeing how we were doing or just small talk. The staff outside the hotel at the taxi pickup spot always welcomed up with a hello and a warm smile. All the lifeguards were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. I wanted to give a special mention and thankyou to Fawad, who truly went above and beyond. He made us feeling super comfortable and he really looked after me and my family. he never failed to make conversation with us and always asking if we needed anything. He was amazing and every hotel needs someone like him. Big thankyou to fawad. The housekeepers were amazing always smiling and always came back to a spotless room. We had this hotel bookd on the palm fr our holiday .we did not know what to expect. But were pleasantly surprised 😍 Our room was delux room facing sea veiw both ways We had tea coffe n water unlimited in our room .fruit bowl too. The swimming pool is nice with sea veiw n beach wow best time in there .clear water n sand 👌 just pure bliss . The service in this hotel is 6*hotel Every single staff trained to high standard Well impressed I had my family with me and they were super happy here . Room cleaning is impeccable before id put phone down they were at the door ! .only downfall is the size if the room my daughter had to sleep on a guest bed we paid full price for a guest bed so was not happy about that as we had 11nights there you need a proper bed Because she had backache after a while somthing i will be looking into.as we paid alot . They provide you with every necessity in your room (dont bring anything .the quality of products is amazing us women will know) From shampoo conditioner/ showergel Shower caps/loofas/earbuds/nailfile/mouthwash/body lotion/razer/toothbrush/ paste/sewing kit/ alll provided and your not restricted to just one a day . Its super quality iv never felt smooth hair on holiday before with hotel products . I cant fault it at all Yes ther is construction going on but tbh we were soooo tyrd that it did not anoy us ever If you read bad reviews and ppl complain there just KARENS . We had bed n breakfast and everyday my girls would jump up outa bed for it .thats a first! Here we met Fawad he is sucha a lovely lovely guy super caring and looked after us everyday he made my daughters feel welcome n genuinely created a bond with us all .he made our stay unforgettable . all staff are attentive. but we connected with fawad in dining /breakfast area. he went above and beyond for us .my girls adored him He is kind very quickly figured out what we liked to eat n drink very observasional ! My husband and I visited the hotel in October 2025. We actually stay at the First Central Hotel and come over for a few days at the beach. We were warmly welcomed by Eddie at the front desk and he has such a wonderful way of making you feel at home, ensuring we had everything we need, whilst always remaining professional. In fact, all the staff we encountered were so friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our cool drinks, excellent salads and exotic fruit plates for lunch and swimming in the calm warm sea. It really is the best place for a relaxing break and fills our dreams during the cold winter months back in the UK and we can't wait to return for our next trip. Thank you all again for such a wonderful time.

First time staying at this hotel and would 100% recommend. It is smaller than many of the hotels in Dubai but we found that perfect. Not too busy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Always sunbeds available. Rooms were well equipped and the cleaning of them was done to a high standard every day. Beds were large and comfortable. Food was great. Lots of choice for all meals. We were all inclusive. The snacks available at the pool bar were good too. Staff went all out for Halloween in terms of costumes and the food- it was great! Beach and pool area are amazing. Great views across the palm from the pool and sunbeds on the beach. Gym is good but fairly basic. Great views from the running machine though! Staff are friendly and helpful and can’t fault any of them. Couple of frustrating things with all inclusive. Not sure why all inclusive guests have to sign for drinks, when you are wearing a wrist band. Also, the roof top bar space is incredible but disappointing that you can’t use all inclusive for drinks up there. Hotel is a great place to staff on the palm and we will 100% return.

Amazing stay with my family at C Central. We stayed half board with our 9 year old and enjoyed breakfast, lunch and/or dinners at the hotel. Good selection of food (only ask was to have more low fat options at breakfast). Special shout out to Jericko the waiter who was always smiling and so attentive, my little girl adored him! Pool and beach were phenomenal and can’t wait to come back!

Overall, the hotel is quite good and would be recommended for couples rather than families. The main downsides are the lack of kid-friendly entertainment and outdated amenities, like a worn-out rug and malfunctioning appliances in the room. The TV channels are limited and could use more variety. On the plus side, the food is excellent, and there’s a great selection of drinks at both the beach bar and rooftop bar. The beach is beautiful, with convenient ordering via QR codes. The rooftop bar offers stunning views, and the beach is lovely, though some beach beds could be more comfortable. The gym and spa are basic, and the steam bath was not working, but the jacuzzi is enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the beach service is convenient. A notable downside is the ongoing construction nearby, which can be noisy. Also, the AC can be quite cold inside, which might affect your comfort. In conclusion, the hotel is great overall and deserves a solid 4.0 rating. Just keep in mind the areas that need improvement and consider the room size and the construction situation.

The hotel nickel and dimes you. Upon arrival we were offered a small extra bed for the third person and we were charged an extra $200. The worst part was the front Desk employee named Yum. Yum kept calling our room and then when outside of the hotel he sucker punched my friend giving him a scar

We had a great four day all inclusive stay thanks to the friendly staff and their high levels of customer service. Special mention to Sauris, Yagu, Ang Lin and Julius. Although there is only really a buffet service available, the food was varied and of a high standard. The restaurant staff and chefs were particularly attentive to my wife’s garlic intolerance. We never had to wait for anything - tables were found at the busy breakfast period. Drinks at the bar were prompt. Sun loungers were always available - no reserving at 7am going on! Private beach area. Life guards. We didn’t use the gym or sauna but popped by and they looked good. Spa treatments are available too. The roof top bar is a nice addition. We stayed in a Premium room. It was clean and simply furnished. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and water were available. There is construction work going on in front of the hotel and nearby, but this is Dubai! The hotel had a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere. We would definitely return.

hotel most definitely does not uphold 5-star standards - some of the staff are honestly reprehensible (notably front desk) - food is not amazing (totally subjective ymmv) - beach is nice, but the water is insanely hot !! mr. vinay & mr. krishna in housekeeping are absolutely phenomenal. thank you for your assistance & your kindness is refreshing. only saving grace in this hotel they deserve a raise asap !!!

Although the hotel is very clean and tidy the facilities lack for a resort. The spa, steam room was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. There is no entertainment as expected for a resort. The rooms are very small. If you want a late check out this hotel doesn’t offer one unless you pay for half a day, otherwise not available. The view from the room is stunning as the whole palm is viewable with attractive sites like The Atlantis and Burj al Arab. The beach is very accommodating for lounging around all day.

Myself and my husband live in Abu Dhabi and visit Dubai at least once a month for a staycation. My sister was visiting from the UK so decided to stay here for 3 days and have a little mini break and chill. I was a little dubious about staying at an all inclusive but I really didn’t need to worry because everything has been outstanding. The service is so warm and friendly, the hotel is so pretty and feels very boutique, the room is so nice, the pool is beautiful and clean and the beach is well looked after and beautiful. The bar staff and the lifeguards at the pool are amazing and have really looked after us. The cocktails are fantastic and the wine at dinner is very decent for an all inclusive. The food has been the real star for us, everything at breakfast lunch and dinner has been fresh, plentiful and utterly delicious, those chefs work so hard, everything was perfect. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for making these few days so special and because of this we will recommend to all our expat friends, and we will definitely be coming back to stay again soon!

Room clean but took daily cleaning happened only at 6pm in the evening. That was ridiculous

The most friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, As mom staying on her own (my son next door in air BnB) my room a superior one with lovely views of the beach. Always serviced to a wonderful level. I didn’t have many meals there but the restaurant always buzzing with customers. Hotel spotlessly clean. Pool area lovely, what especially made this hotel was the amazing staff, always a smile and the most helpful. Concierge team need a mention as always speak to you, and the most friendliest team! Thank you all for making my holiday a super one, I looks forward to staying again ☺️

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel! Our room views on Atlantis and Palm Jumeirah were breathtaking. Also loved the room design. I would like to give a special thanks to some of the hotel staff. The rooms were perfectly cleaned, the housekeeping staff is doing an amazing job. Thanks to Tilak for making sure we had everything we need and assisting with my special request about the time when I wanted the room to be cleaned. It was not necessary, but they made sure everything is done in the best way possible. The sweetest girl at the Grill restaurant from Myanmar was always so attentive and friendly, also knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks to Raoul for his positivity and for taking us around the hotel and answering all our questions! Asim from Tajikistan at the front desk was so helpful, he assisted us in selecting the room with the best view and was always very attentive to our needs. A lady in a gift shop was also so kind and smiley. We didn’t interact close to other staff but all people at the lobby on the entrance were very smiley and hospitable.

We had a great and memorable staycation the whole team was amazing, with an impressive service from start to finish specifically Jay, Rauf, Loki, Abishek and Nilima who were absolutely wonderful, they made everything smooth and welcoming. We loved the attention to detail in terms of essential room and hotel amenities, the cleanliness. The rooftop dinner was one of highlights with a great view and delicious food, breakfast buffet had a good variety to start the day right, fresh and healthy options. It's a perfect spot for relaxing, we highly recommend!

Me and my fiancé had an amazing time here at the C Central hotel. I would like to give thanks to all the staff that work here especially Raj who organises the taxi’s and Ravishekh who is the bartender. My experience with Islam the photographer at the Hotel was absolutely the best. Such a kind and respectful man who takes absolutely amazing photos while giving good guidance. I would recommend for any think of photoshoot of photography. I absolutely love my photos while staying at the hotel.

Great hotel cannot fault the staff who were lovely and really helpful. We went all inclusive and the cocktails were delicious as was the majority of the food we had also. Room is nice with a beach view but be nice to have a bath as well as a shower . Shower was awkward to get the correct temperature . Would definitely stay again the in house coffee shop is great also as was the infinity pool and the roof top bar . One issue is on the hotels beach you get people trying to sell you water sports or salon treatments and it becomes annoying when your trying to relax in the sun !

We spent 5 days with our friends, this was our first trip to Dubai and we had an excellent time. The hotel was great and the staff were very nice and pleasant, They couldn’t do enough for you, first class!!! The food was varied with plenty of options and the drinks at the bar were great, all branded i.e Smirnoff and absolute vodka, Heineken etc. The bar staff were so pleasant too. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Taxi’s were no problem either. We would definitely stay in the C Central Hotrl again, definitely great for your first trip to Dubai.

Nice standard hotel with a good beach just outside the door. A good amount of chairs and beds on the beach and beach towels by the pool. Ok sized pool with pool-bar for those thirsty (and with thick wallet). We had a standard room so it was like Holiday Inn or normal European budget hotel (Small rooms compare to similar standard hotel in bigger cities in Asia). As you anyway do not stay in room for other than sleep it is enough. Beds are comfortable. Personnel listen to our request and arrange twin bed for me and my son. Note that there are building work going on next to the hotel meaning early mornings until late evenings building sounds, Mon-Sat. Easily disturbing for someone wanting a quiet day at the beach. If you want a quiet relaxing time make sure the buildings around are finalised before you go. Breakfast with a good choice of different stuff enough to satisfy even experienced travellers. Menu in restaurant a bit slim but food ok and possibility to also have a buffet with a great variety. Personnel friendly and helpful at front desk. Arranging rides and taxis very well working and there is a free shuttle bus of good quality going to the Dubai mall and back several times a day. Taxi is affordable so if you miss the buss it is no problem. Be careful with booking tours from hotel. The representative of a certain relatively big tour provider with a desk/stand in hotel promised the best price available but when checking online for exactly same tour the price was more than 30% lower. Confronting the person, he tried to excuse himself and lowered the price. I do not like to bargain or get screwed so I decide to not use or recommend this tour provider from hotel. I am sure the tours are fully OK but due to person at service desk i decided not to book anything from him. Take a brochure from the stand and book what you want yourself. It is very simple and you save a big buck for something else, you get exactly same product and service and you do not have feel that they screw you. This is a good standard hotel. 3 -4 stars i would say is most correct rating.

Booked 4 nights for roughly 1300gbp as the "all inclusive". Communicated to the hotel my partner is 27 weeks pregnant, and booked from the Tuesday night despite a 1am arrival. As we'd missed the evening meal, they offered us burger and chips but we just wanted a cold water after travelling 12 hrs. They told us they weren't allowed to serve us any drinks as our all inclusive wouldn't start until the morning. All we had was two room temp bottles of water in the room. Not even a jug of water at reception. The room was clean internally. Food was quite basic. Areas around the pool weren't as well maintained - lots of chairs with bird poo, plates not cleaned swiftly, running out of towels at 1030am. We weren't allowed umbrellas up one day due to winds, despite there being umbrellas up around the staff areas. Final night we were up from 4am due to a vibration sound in our room. Called porter and maintenance team and they said it was the AC (which eas off), and said all they could do was offer a new room in the morning (day of departure?!). I couldn't go back to sleep, so went out for sunrise and pregnant partner napped on the balcony. Fed thus back at check out, they said there was no notes on the system. Complained to Booking.com who took it up with the hotel and said that the case was solved at 4am and there were no further complaints from us - no refund or comp due. I was dubious about this hotel when booking due to some interesting reviews from TA members with only that single review. Trust your gut for this one.

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend, but for a 5* hotel the sunbeds by the pool and beach were terrible - probably the worst I’ve ever experienced and screamed cheap and tacky. Otherwise the room, buffet, staff etc were all wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. It was a shame there were so many children around screaming but this is of no fault of the hotel and parents should be warned about this behaviour being unacceptable in a 5* hotel

We stay in the ocean side about 3 night,first day was a disaster with all noise for construction sound of building a new hotel in front of this one,they promised to change the room which they didn't after one day and even then switched us to the previous connected room,which was even more noiser. We booked the room in all-inclusive mode,which the varieties of food was limited, after all this ignorance we changed our hotel,wasted our money and time

Lovely access to the beach but spoilt by open smoking policy. Should be a defined area.

This was an outstanding hotel. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the wonderful staff all top draw. The food was excellent and the location with a pool directly on a private beach. I would recommend the all-inclusive option, which was excellent. I would definately stay again.

The hotel is very well organised the rooms are modern and the food (all inclusive) amazing. The personel is very kind and ready for every kind of request. Avishek was an excellent example of professionalism we liked him a lot! We'll be back !!!!

This hotel, through Hotels.com, cancelled my booking 24 hours before check-in because my credit card had just expired. They claimed to try to contact me, but there’s no record of them doing so. I contacted them within the hour of this cancellation message and the hotel was now fully booked! On the Hotels.com chat with this hotel they claimed that they contacted me the day before the cancellation, but they never did, as there’s no telephone call, email or Hotels.com message of them trying. A really brutal thing to do to a family. We had no notification of the card expiring at all since we booked it 8 months ago as it was just the card I had saved on Hotels.com and had used lots of times. This is not an ok practice and this hotel didn’t care about the fact that a family was coming to stay with them for 9 nights. Shame on them!!!

Everything

Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

We stayed for a week in this hotel with breakfast included. We had a very comfortable stay that was made possible by very helpful and caring staff, especially the restaurant staff serving breakfast.

The balcony was dirty, the hairdryer was broken, it was hard to order food as the iPad/app was not working.
