They double charged me even though I was prepaid. That’s a scam. I’m not a lender or bank. You don’t get to hold my money without charge. Large institutions do this to cook their books. Holding and spending cash like this is a joke. I prepaid. You only take what I give. I never authorized a 200$ extra charge. And it take weeks to refund ? Sounds and is fraudulent.

Stanza grande, pulita, con letto molto comodo e una doccia vera e propria , davvero apprezzata. Caffè presente in stanza. C'era anche una grande smart tv dove ti potevi collegare facilmente a Netflix o prime. C'è un piccolo bar/ristorante dentro la struttura se si vuole fare colazione senza spostarsi con l'auto. Personale gentile e disponibile e caffè a disposizione in reception. Santa Rosa è a 30 minuti da Bodega quindi ottimo appoggio e una città con tutto.

I’ve stayed here twice. We come for the Tour de Fuzz ride. We’ve stayed in the front part of the hotel and on my second stay I walked further back and it’s very pretty in the other part of the hotel. Nice grounds.

I felt like the bed was hard. I remember thinking that last year too. But only after I laid down on the bed again this year.

Rooms and AC smelled bad. AC loud. Maybe its better in cooler months. Breakfast is a $12 voucher per room, you can do something basic with that but it was a complication I didn't need.

Parked my car in parking, left with my car dented and staff told me camera does not work ,so who’s responsible for the damage to my vehicle.

I liked that there was a breakfast cafe. (Would prefer free breakfast instead though).

The carpet. Carpet in hotels is just disgusting. The bathroom was tiny and a bit grimy. The curtains were all ripped up. It had a weird smell when we walked in. I was surprised when we first arrived because I had read such good reviews but it was very old looking and run down inside. The carpet has got to go.

I loved the breakfast but I don’t understand why I had such a large bill for two breakfast one day and then three breakfast the next day as invited my son and a friend of mine.

What when I originally booked my room I was given one price through booking.com and then they told me that I would have to pay an extra &50 deposit but I could apply it to my meals. Then when my youngest daughter used her credit card she had to pay extra money.I cleared the room by empty the trash, took the sheets off of the bed and folded them up. Used only two towels and one wash cloth. The remote kept going up and down so I didn’t even want to use it and my WiFi did not work some of the time. I had trouble getting up on the bed because I was too short.

Bed was amazing. Room was quiet and comfortable. Shower was great!

Hotel is nicely maintained. Rooms a bit noisy near front due to road noise but windows offer insulation if closed.

The location is not ideal for walkability to shops and restaurants. Also, the hot tub was not warm, which was disappointing.

Clean comfy beds and pillows. Nice sized rooms. The only complaint is you can hear if anyone is talking outside.

A couple of rooms away the occupants were coming in and out of their room making noise 2am to 3am. Voucher people ?

I was charged an additional fee for breakfast even though the price included it when I booked the reservation.

The grounds were well kept and clean.

The carpet in the room just looked very dirty, I refused to walk barefoot. The 2 sitting chairs had stains all over them. The windows were filthy and there were hairs on the shower wall.

We have stayed here multiple times. Always convenient stay when visiting family. We love the little breakfast cafe onsite. The car charger in the parking lot makes it very convenient to charge overnight before heading home.

Beautiful property and plants

No cheese for eggs and no flavored creamer at all. Quite surprising actually. Waitress was very nice.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The staff never came to clean the room over the 4 days we were there even when requested. We had to take out our own trash and buy our own trash bags and towels to use.

It was clean and kept up well.

The room was comfortable and the beds were good. Personnel at desk were friendly. I was glad to have water bottles provided.

I thought that the idea of an onsite restaurant for breakfast was good, but our food was not. We had eggs, which were overcooked, and the hash browns accompanying them were barely warm, mostly undercooked except some on the outside that were burnt. I would look elsewhere for breakfast.

My room was spotless and had no odor . I always get a room with no carpet so at this hotel it meant a room that is accessable aka handicap. It seemed like all brandnew flooring, bedding, towels, microwave, refrigarator, furniture. Not one hair, crumb, lint i looked under microwave no crumbs no stains in fridge. Spotless. The grounds were nicely maintained with nice flowers and bushes almost like you see at disney land. No cigerette butts in parking lot. A small resturaunt that serves only breakfast but a good and reasonably priced breakfast. Even though the hotel was right off a busy street it didnt seem like it because of how the hotel is situated and athe the plants there are like a noise barricade. Very nice pool area also. Child friendly and pet friendly. I give the housekeeping, groundskeepers, frontdesk staff and Restaurant staff all 100 percent and 5 stars

Nous avions choisis cet hotel UNIQUEMENT pour la piscine et elle n'était pas opérationelle. Je suis arrivé sur place sans qu'à AUCUN moment Booking ne me previenne de cette situation. Imaginez le terrible desespoir de mon petit garcon qui en revait dep[uyis longtemps et de ma femme qui n'avait accepté ce sejour que s'il y avait une piscine. C'etait un moment triste et frsutrant nous laissant comprendre que notre confiance en Booking etait altere pour de bon.

le faitb que Booking ne nous ait pas prévenu. Une piscine non fonctionelle alors que le site affichait des photos de la piscine. Je suis encore tres triste.

It's was a cute quiet property tucked back off the road. The staff were friendly and helpful. Costco was 3 minutes away while our medical appointment was only 8! There was a precious little kitty from the neighborhood that was more than happy to see you. I considered him part of the welcoming committee. The rooms were very clean! I'm the kind of guest that checks the nooks and crannies because I'm paranoid about bugs. This was the cleanest room I have seen in a while. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location not as convenient for our needs as we would have liked. No swimming pool though one shown in listing. (We wouldn't have used it anyway, but would have given an ambience not actually available.

I can't say enough about this property. The Garden Inn idea is absolutely true! The grounds are lovely, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the staff are delightful.

The hotel has a garden and pool area the is lovely rooms in this area have a small patio. Perfect in nice weather. There is a small cafe for breakfast with very reasonable prices. I feel very comfortable there.

I have stayed here before. I like the location and the rooms. Comfortable bed!

I did not take advantage of the breakfast. I enjoyed the clean and quiet location and my daily interaction with the staff. I was visiting family on the area who would pick me up each day, so would wait for them in the front desk area. Each staff member I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.
