It’s a great place for the price I got it at.
The Location is great! Close to 101 north and south ramps. Close to downtown and historic railroad district. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. Nice fire pit in the courtyard and pool was enjoyable. Really good breakfast on-site. I would stay here again.
The bed was not very comfortable and I personally did not like the pillows. The price for one night was a little high and you have to pay for parking.
Location of hotel was ok and some of the staff were kind.
We booked a suite for the exterior patio that was shown in the pictures, but upon checking in it appeared to be a separate room type and we did not have any exterior or patio. Front desk clerk whom I asked about this was rude and was not interested in helping at all. Shower was still a bit dirty and housekeeping is apparently on request, which nobody had informed us about. Breakfast was pricey for a small buffet with limited options and one day we had to wait for 10+ minutes to even be seated, whilst they kept helping walk-ins. I have tried to reach out to the hotel about these issues to address them multiple times, but it is impossible to get in touch with them or get a response. Seems that they only want to help easy or happy guests. Price quality ratio is definitely bad and would never stay gain nor would I recommend this place.
Doskonały hotel. Obsługa, położenie, nasen i wina.
Śniadania mogły być lepsze. To co przedszawiono to dramat.
The entertainment was very good The staff was wonderful
Well the room was very cold and the thermostat wasn’t even working
The pool, bed comfort and friendly staff
Room was somewhat noisy
Location. The campfire in the middle of the hotel and chairs around it. Free marshmellow kit to roast. Live music
Nothing
The shower was very nice. The pool view was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
There was no alarm clock. There were no shelves in the refrigerator.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway with my family at the Hyatt. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were great. We spent plenty of time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main streets, surrounded by plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops
Nice pool and hot tub.
The resort fees were not advised at time of booking, and we may have selected another property if we had known those in advance.
The environment was welcoming , the staff were very friendly and polite. The location was great it was a very pleasant stay.
This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff is kind and caring and always had the answer to my questions. I was able to walk somewhere for every meal (I didn't try any on-site restaurants but the food catered to our meetings was delicious.) There's also a nice trail along the river behind the hotel and the grounds surrounding the hotel are gorgeous as well. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Santa Rosa.
I have stayed here twice now and both times had bad experiences. This is not the level of a Regency hotel. This hotel is off the and I don’t mind that to be honest but to charge $25 a night for parking is not aligned to the tear of the hotel. I feel this hotel is much closer to a Hyatt house than a Hyatt Regency.
Location was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Many fine wineries within a 15 mile radius. Rooms were clean.
Enjoyed the smores by the fire but it should have been monitored. Kids went overboard.
The area of town was sketchy just a few blocks away.
Excellent accomodation, friendly staff. Convention arrangements spot on. Great place for a small convention. Easy access to wine touring for those not attending the convention.
Excellent Hotel everyone was friendly and service was great!. We ate in the Restaurant railroad stop and the waitress named China was Amazing she was kind and courteous and was empathetic to the situation of us attending a Funeral later that day. Please thank her again for her kindness. Barbara Giglio
rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. staff member were very welcoming and kind in general. swimming pool lady prepared amazing drinks.
receptionist during chek-in asked unnecessary questions. i felt he was very inconvenient.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were there for our honeymoon and enjoyed the wine provided at check in. We also enjoyed the smores every evening we were there. It was fun to roast the marshmallows by the fire pit.
First the good: check-in was efficient, courteous. Room was clean, bathroom was clean with some minor loose fixtures. This was at least our 2nd stay here and possibly our last patronage of this place. Everything went well until we needed some help because we left an item inside the refrigerator. Luckily it was not of significant value as the hotel's handling of lost & found is abysmal to put it lightly. The initial call was already very painful as the phone system has an option to Lost & Found option where no one ever picked up the phone. Eventually a less than sympathetic gentleman at the front desk answered and quickly directed us to the 3rd party website without caring to listen to our plea to pick it up as we were still in the area. We filled the form at the website. Next morning tried to follow up at the hotel front desk and was directed again to the never-answered Lost & Found. Again to front desk, then told they have no access to Lost & Found. I didn't ask for access to Lost & Found item itself, I just asked to have access to someone who answered the Lost & Found. Reluctantly was put on hold and after some back-and-forth, was told that Housekeeping didn't find anything. Really hard to believe. Probably because they've had enough with my persistent effort to get my item back that saying the items is not there is the quickest way to handle this. Was given 2 email addresses to write - one to the Manager and 2nd to the Housekeeping Mgr. None ever replied. CC:ed also that email to Mr. Bailey who frequently responded here. No reply. CC:ed to the name who signed the Survey I received after the stay ("Head of Classics, Essentials, and Luxury, Americas") - no reply. Truly, truly disappointed with this type of guest services from Hyatt. To be fair, this is not a reflection of the whole Hyatt line as when we needed attention on a Hyatt stay in Asia, the GM graciously stepped in an resolved the issue. Since then, I've sent a few friends over to that same Hyatt Asia hotel and they have gained my trust back. Any business can have a 'glitch' - but, it is what business do to resolve it is what wins customers' business and trust over and over again.
Location
Service is worst receptionist are bad not worth the penny to stay here..
Great service and easy to access
Great location So so on the room and adult activities or events to you interested Almost like just being in a days in better options are in the area for cheaper
When I stay at a Hyatt, I expect a premium, refined experience—not the generic, underwhelming quality of this property. First and foremost, the branding is completely misleading: this hotel is located in Santa Rosa, not Sonoma. Beyond the location deception, charging high nightly parking fees when there is ample open space around the property feels like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. The staff members were undeniably kind and friendly, but the physical property and overall atmosphere felt far more like a generic, budget Holiday Inn than a World of Hyatt hotel. Extremely disappointing stay.
Very comfortable rooms. Convenient location in Santa Rosa with good restaurants nearby. Appreciated the recommendation on wineries close by and discount with the hotel.
General areas and gardens need some care. Buffet breakfast was very standard for the price.
The heated pool was great! The kids loved it. They also did s'mores the night we stayed which was an awesome perk. The room was clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a while.
Beautiful pool and courtyard. Many special touches such as s’mores for kids and wine tastings.
The advertised wine tasting did not happen..Also the hotel adked fir my credit card (which I resumed was for incidentals ) They immediately put around $500 dollars. I informed them and they acted like that was normal and it was removed the charge the next day
Upon late arrival/checking in, I was very tired from flying from LAX. The young male receptionist at the front desk started arguing: "You have not paid for breakfast, so you cannot have breakfast here!" However, I knew I had paid for it. Anyways, instead of being so unprofessional and hostile, he could have simply asked me to pay again. And I would have gladly done. But he kept arguing. I will never go there again.
I have stayed at many Hyatt properties, but this experience was unlike the Hyatt standard I expect. Communication was very poor. I repeatedly explained that my stay was fully covered by the hospital and that cost was not an issue. As a cardiologist traveling for an interview, all I wanted was a quiet room to rest and prepare. Instead, the staff kept focusing on complimentary upgrades, which completely missed the point. It felt like no one was listening. Joao, the supervisor, initially offered Hyatt points, which I accepted, but then later suggested a complimentary upgrade instead. I did not want perks or extras—I wanted my concerns addressed. To make matters worse, the Wi‑Fi was very slow and unreliable. Overall, I left feeling unheard and disappointed by the lack of communication and understanding from the front desk team. Hyatt can do better.
We are just back from a wonderful trip to Sonoma and Napa where we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country. We had a fabulous time! This is an annual trip for our little group of lifelong dear friends and we've stayed someplace different every time. Next year, we'll be back the Hyatt. The location is absolutely perfect to get everywhere we want to go - from the Armstrong Redwoods to Bodega Bay, Napa and all over Sonoma. It is perfect! Hajar N. at the desk is the picture of anticipatory service! Her knowledge of the area is vast and her commitment to excellence service was demonstrated daily. Jonathon & Miriam & Shaun at the bar were FABULOUS! Friendly and welcoming and able to pivot from service to the lacrosse teams & their parents with the hotel's signature s'mores experience to servicing the adults enjoying the lobby bar and patio. They make a fabulous Manhattan and a Saphire Martini, btw. We met Nahir at checkout and he exemplified the same commitment to excellence. Again, we'll be back next year!
Beautiful place, the pool was so nice and warm, we loved the courtyard and the smore supplies available. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Overall excellent experience.
One of the rooms we had a number of lights didnt work, im not sure if there was a problem with the electrical in this room but the bathroom light didnt work along with a couple lamps and I even had to move the coffee maker to a different outlet. Also the price was ok but there were some hidden fees. On top of parking, it was more than I was expecting bur probably pretty standard in a place like this.
location, rooms, overall layout
only breakfast, no restaurant for lunch or dinner
Place is average more dogs in the hotel than a local Kennel. I would not expect this from a Hyatt. Also, $35.00 destination fee which they claim is a resort fee. Just because you have a pool doesn't mean it is a resort. Holiday Inn's have pools.
Our great experience here started with the friendly valet who warmly welcomed us & took care of our luggage & car. The front desk was also welcoming & helpful. Our King Premier room was spacious - both the bedroom/sitting area & the bathroom…worth the upgrade. The location was nice…an easy walk to downtown for dinner but away from the noise & hubbub. A perfect choice for lodging in Sant Rosa.
Location was great. Pool area was very nice, as was the bar.
Now I realize I already reviewed my stay earlier. I mentioned that the walkway from the parking lot is so narrow that people need to step to the side if someone with a rolling suitcase walks from the opposite direction. On the other hand, I hate to say anything about the walkway that would disrupt the absolutely beautiful landscaping throughout the grounds
Honestly, one of the best hotels ever! Spacious room, great amenities, everything was clean and impeccable. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Loved the pool and the location
Breakfast was nice but nothing memorable.
Breakfast
Receptionist need to provide more information, if someone is checking in for the first time they need to know what this property offers. When we went for breakfast, our name was not in the list , not expected from a 4 star hotel. Staffs were not trained it seems
Convenient location.
Hotel is old and dirty, staff are incompetent and not helpful. Pulled up to valet, was told the vallet was in training and had to get own cart, luggage and did it all with a broken foot while front desk staff just stood there watching. We read many negative comments and I believe it’s just hit or miss. I often saw staff doing their jobs while we were there, it just wasn’t our experience. For the cost, I would not return.
Not much at all.
The agent at check in acted like he couldn't be bothered. When calling the front desk, you immediately go to hold. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Room service never answered phone either.
trotz komplettem systemausfall keine einschränkungen;
As a loyal Hyatt customer who has stayed at their properties all over California, Alaska, and the East Coast, I am incredibly disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this at any other Hyatt location. Even though I had already fully prepaid for my booking, I was hit with an unexpected, massive pending charge of $883 on my credit card. When I questioned this hold, I was told that $300 of it was for incidentals—which I was completely fine with—but the remaining $583 was a "security deposit" required simply because I used a third-party booking service. This is an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional way to treat guests. Absolutely no one wants to spend their hard-earned vacation sitting on a three-way call with their credit card company and a hotel desk just to sort out an exorbitant billing hold they didn't anticipate. To add insult to injury, instead of resolving the issue professionally, my upcoming reservation was abruptly cancelled. Be extremely careful booking here—especially if you use a third-party site—unless you enjoy surprise financial holds and having your future travel plans voided without warning. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. If you must stay here, avoid dealing with Eddie Huang at all costs. I asked him after his completely unprofessional handling of the situation to put me in touch with the general manager days ago, and I still have had no response.
Very dependable quality experience every time we visit this property! Great team from the valet that opens the door for you to check-in - even to Jonathan at the bar. Will always choose Hyatt in all locations, especially Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country.
The location and amenities are good, but our room left much to be desired. It’s a very standard hotel room as far as bedding, decor, and bathroom amenities go. We were on the first floor and our room didn’t even have a full window, just a small half window that looked out directly into a fence. Given the $400/night price tags and the Regency brand, I expected a lot more. I would stay at the Courtyard next door next time.
Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff, my room was clean and spacious and the pool area was lovely - a great way to unwind after work!
Hotel is nice. The Parking charge it’s is over the top expensive when they have a Huge on Site Parking grounds and I mean it’s Big
Hotel is very nice but beware of excess charges. I had to call hotel after checkout when I saw Folio. There was an accommodation charge of over $100. They apologized and said it was an error but no comment on how or why. I am still waiting for my refund and the email to confirm I am due the refund they said I am. Also hard to avoid 3rd party initial booking when getting on line, which turned out to be an issue but worked out in the end. Not sure I would stay here again based on all the trouble with the reservation and overcharge.
Great stay for work conference. Would likely stay there again for business or personal. Very clean and convenient location.
I don't usually think of Santa Rosa as Sonoma, but they're only 30 minutes apart. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown where we ate dinner at Russian River Brewery. The room was ok maybe a little small, but from the ground floor room we could walk out our patio to the pool.
Easy access, great staff, nice property. Felt warm and inviting from the front doors. Bright, well lit everywhere. Easy to maneuver.
Room needs renovation. Bathtub faucet and shower not functioning properly. Sink apparatus scratched and needs repainting
After traveling all over the world and staying in Hyatt Regency Hotels all over, this one was the poorest I have ever been in. It needs a complete overhaul, new beds, new furniture, new safes, glasses instead of paper cups. Complete lack of parking from Thursday evening to Monday morning.
We were part of a wedding party 13 in total who traveled to Sonoma. We had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency. We all had a wonderful stay. A fantastic location and a really beautiful hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
Absolutely the best place to stay in Santa Rosa. Nice facility with great staff. Great pool area. You can hit many wineries via Uber which is probably a good choice. Stayed here many times and will be back.
Nice location . Close to downtown and parks.
I was double charged for our rooms and told it was because I used booking.com
"Room with a view" had just a tiny window, bathroom sink would not drain properly, parking lot was gravel/dust, no housekeeping service was provided.
Great hotel experience, excellent help at checkin from Melissa, offering a wheelchair for my older mother. Excellent service
No maid service at all. Won’t let me post this review either. I have to use a hundred words. Who wants to write a hundred words just to write a review. Are we back in high school. Can’t we just state the facts that service was poor or should I continue writing to state that there was absolutely no maid service.
Very clean, massive room.
Breakfast buffet wasn’t available during our stay
Fantastic stay with a family party. No issues and we all had a wonderful stay
Nothing everything was perfect
Comfortable rooms
Lengthy check in
Leila, Front Desk Host, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our trip an awesome experience. Thank you for your extra effort and support!
Typical Hyatt, good looking lobby and clean grounds. Nice, clean rooms although the tower rooms showing some wear and tear in the carpet. Still one of the better properties in the Santa Rosa area.
We stayed here for a convention. The layout was very convenient. It was a nice hotel but the room had ants and the toilet malfunctioned.. I would suggest staying somehwere else.
Spent four nights at this Hyatt property and came away genuinely confused as to how this hotel carries a Regency designation. At its core, the physical asset simply does not feel like a Regency-level property. The rooms are very dated, the common areas feel worn down, and the overall food & beverage experience is closer to a limited-service hotel than a flagship full-service brand. It honestly feels like substantial exceptions or deviations from normal brand standards must have been allowed for this property to retain the Regency flag. Beyond the physical condition, the bigger issue was the atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff overall seemed frustrated, disengaged, and unhappy, and nearly every interaction carried a tense or snippy tone. Usually when you see that consistently across a property, it points to deeper operational or management challenges behind the scenes. The hotel wasn’t a disaster, but the combination of deferred upkeep, low morale, and inconsistent service gave the impression of an asset potentially dealing with financial or operational distress. Definitely not what most travelers would expect when booking a Hyatt Regency.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable. You can walk to downtown from the hotel easily. The venue itself is very clean and modern. The amenities were great. No complaints at all. I docked at one star mainly due to two reasons - one of which could be a deal breaker for some families with kids. 1. We requested a crib and they said that they were provide it at check-in. A few hours past and the crib still has not been set up so we went down and asked again. They said it will be set up right away. A few hours again pass by and nothing... At that point we were kind of fed up and we brought our own pack and play from the car (luckily we brought it with us as a backup). 2) the parking fee. There's basically no way to get out of that as there's no parking anywhere else nearby.
Location
Nothing
Stayed here before and the property is very nice, so there was no reason to go elsewhere. Overall, another great stay but not without some mishaps. The weekend we stayed was a busy one, so the property was mostly occupied. The staff was moving as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Upon check-in, which was an hour late beyond check-in time, we had to store our luggage with the front desk. We were hoping to get in on time so we could freshen up before our wine tasting but we just used the lobby bathroom. When we got back from lunch, we get to our one-bedroom suite, which is the Sonoma Garden Suite. The room is super nice and spacious room with a full patio (see photos); it easily fits 4-5 (two full beds and one couch). But we had one problem….the room was soooo hot…mind you, we went on a hot weekend. We called for service and they send the engineer to look at our AC unit twice. Air was blowing, but it was warm air. At this point, we decided we cannot stay in this room, and I asked the front desk what can be done. They said they could move us to another room. I asked for TWO rooms bc technically, the suite we had was a room made for 4+ people and I booked it for the sole factor being we had lots of extra space (800+ SF). After a little back and forth, the young lady at the front desk said there was nothing they could do bc they only had ONE room. Then the front desk manager Eddie Huang stepped in and said they will try to fix the AC one more time when my group and I were out to dinner. Before leaving, I asked in the event the AC is NOT fixed, what are our options. He said they would figure that out when I got back, but I told him I didn’t want to deal with this after a later dinner; I would rather have some kind of backup plan as the two first visits from the engineer did not result in anything. I left slightly annoyed, bc although I was reassured they would make it right, there was no clear plan. We left for dinner, came back to the room, changed, and made the decision that we needed to get out of this room ASAP. Luckily two of the gals were able to deal with the air, but two of us could not. So, we marched to the front desk and front desk manager Eddie was still there. He said he has taken the necessary steps to move us into TWO rooms and that they are ready now. Told him we only needed one room since the other two guests were ok with staying where they were. The next morning, we checked out and Eddie was there again, said he reimbursed us all our points, and took care of the resort/parking fee as well. I was pleasantly surprised. I know sometimes the staff can only do so much, especially given it was a busy weekend, but I have to say the two times I’ve been here, the staff was very nice and keep their cool. Patrons can be unruly so a high-five to them for dealing with the complaints. This property remains one of the nicer ones and is within walking distance of so many good eats. I would go back again and hopefully try to make use of that nice patio in that suite I booked.
Hotel was very clean and had that indoor outdoor CA vibe. I liked the monastery set up of the property it felt unique. I would stay there again if I was in the area for business again.
As co-chair of a 3 day 200 person conference at the hotel, I could not have been any happier with the staff and overall experience. Everyone was very anxious to please and take care of any issues as they arose. Feedback from attendees was very positive. I would not hesitate to stay again.
Amazing gem of a hotel. The staff is exceptional. Keira and Izabella are such wonderful front desk representatives. They really went above and beyond to make or stay perfect from beginning to end. We were there visiting for my husband's 45th birthday and to visit family that live in the area. I can't recommend this hotel enough. The pool, hot tub grounds are stunning . Staff are very friendly and laid back but also very helpful. Will come again to visit the area and family!
It's fine - it's a bit away from the wineries and in Santa Rosa, which is a cute town with great restaurants and fun bars. You should know its right by the highway and not every room has a great view, but the pool is nice and relaxing. They have a good amount of activities you can opt into. We went for one night but would probably choose a different hotel next time if we want to spend more time wine tasting. Noise level was terrible -- there was a party happening in the room next door to us that went past midnight which was probably just bad luck for us.
We stayed at Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country and had a very serious issue with the bed in our room. During the night, both my wife and I became very itchy after lying in the bed. After the stay, my wife developed multiple red, swollen patches on her body. We contacted our family doctor and shared photos, and her initial impression was that they looked consistent with bug bites that may have triggered an allergic reaction. This was not just an uncomfortable night. My wife continued to be extremely uncomfortable after the stay and needed medical attention. I reported the issue to the hotel and asked them to inspect the room and bed, take the room out of service, share the inspection results, and provide a clear process for resolution. The General Manager initially replied, but after I provided more details about my wife’s condition, I received no response for a full week. For an issue involving a guest’s health and possible room cleanliness or pest concerns, that lack of follow-up is completely unacceptable. A hotel at this level should take this kind of complaint seriously, communicate promptly, and provide clear follow-up. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.
Beautiful
ADA room was not very accessible.
Location, rooms
Pool overcrowded, breakfast as well
Very comfortable
Did not like hidden charges ..25 dollars for parking, not mentioned on booking
Heated pool
A bit expensive Breakfast could be better
Franchise property — not representative of Hyatt Regency standards. This hotel appears to be third-party managed, and it shows. Service breakdowns, lack of professionalism, and cleanliness issues were evident. Staff handled concerns poorly, including arguing with guests rather than resolving issues. Additionally, a daily fee was charged for “amenities” that was not clearly disclosed. This property does not align with the Hyatt Regency experience.
This is a beautiful hotel but not family, nor elderly friendly. It is in the wine country so if you are not in to wines, not the place to stay. Customer service does not seem keen to support families. Focus is only adults in to wines. We visited Santa Rosa as we are big Snoopy and Charlie Brown fans and this hotel is only 10 minutes away. Rooms are pretty small and in-room amenities are below par for a Hyatt Regency
My family and I went to Santa Rosa to visit Safari West. I stayed at the Hyatt and I wish I had more time there to enjoy the pool and visit the wineries. It is a beautiful hotel and it is within walking distance to downtown as well, where there is shopping and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Staff was very helpful at check in, security very nice.
My dog gets to stay with me
It’s worth for what you are paying for, the room is much larger, and the bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, and the hotel directory is very clear.
We stayed at Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country during the last weekend of March and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The team’s hospitality and attentiveness made our stay both comfortable and memorable. We would especially like to thank the front desk team for their kindness and support during check-in. The welcome drink was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. They also went above and beyond to help us apply a Hyatt gift card that we had held onto for nearly 10 years. It wasn’t a simple process, but they handled everything with patience and care, making it seamless for us. It’s these genuine touches that made our stay special. We are very grateful for the excellent service and would be happy to return in the future.
Great hotel and great location. Close to great dining and a superb jump off point for wine tasting.
bed uncomfortable , shower ok at best and noisy HVAC systems waking you up in middle of night and door slam very loudly for early risers
Everything
Great experience! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. It was a quick stay and the front desk staff helped us check in and out easily with our phones.
Great location, staff and base for the Sonoma wine country and downtown shopping. One of my travel favorites when going to the wine country. Fun organized activities at the hotel nightly. And of course wine tastings.
Location makes this a great gateway to wine country. It’s close enough to the major airports yet only a short walk to two of our favorite restaurants, Spinsters Sisters and Grossman’s Deli. The staff can also help plan a wine tasting itinerary, Nadier was very insightful and recommended a “winery partner” Ledson that we particularly enjoyed. Thanks!
DO NOT stay here. This is not a Hyatt Regency caliber hotel. More like a Hampton Inn, and that's with apologies to the Hampton Inn line. The lobby is unimpressive. The elevator smelled, the hallways were dark and dingy. The carpets were dirty. The room smelled like marijuana, the furniture was discolored and damaged. The bathroom was one of the worse I've seen, and I stay at hotels 200+ nights a year (flight attendant). We left and found other accommodations. To add insult to injury they continued to charge me for parking even though we had left, which caused another 20 minutes loss while I called to get reimbursed.
Came here to celebrate our anniversary and attended a concert at the nearby Graton Casino. Stay at an upgraded suite as Globalist and my friend who came also got upgraded to a courtyard upgraded room using our Guest of Honour award. Had a fabulous time and staff were friendly and courteous. Will come again

It was clean and everyone was helpful
That it was expensive
We love coming here every year. The location is great and you can walk to restaurants, shops, and more. The staff is very welcoming and makes sure everything is right. The rooms are clean and they have very large TV screens that you can cast to.
Well, it's not a horrible disgusting hotel. I was shocked at the hotel manager's response on not copping. Anything not willing to do anything. We are a loyal member of Hyatt. And we've stayed out plenty and we booked this just to get away before I have a massive surgery. It was Valentine's Day weekend asked if they could do anything romantic, no. Response, that's okay. Our room was not ready. We needed a king bed. We got a Queen next to a crying baby. Which is not the baby's fault all night? Somebody hacking their lungs out people running up-and-down very noisy. The street was noisy. We didn't get our complimentary breakfast. Bar that we were supposed to get that I asked for or to use our points and this manager chose to not comp us on anything. And I would not advise anybody staying there..
