Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

Room was spacious with great view of the beach and gulf. Good access to the pool and beach from basement elevator. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shower was spacious and bathroom was nice. Great room for the price.

The floor of the room was not very clean as you would not want to wear white socks. Rooms could use some upgrading. We did put a do not disturb on our door and the cleaning personnel came in anyway. Did not find any thing missing and they did remove trash and brought in new towels. The restaurant next door was ok and had a nice view of beach but we after dining there once we went elsewhere.

The parking wasn't great! The rooms are really outdated, the bathroom was really cramped, the glass sliding shower door came off the hinge when my girlfriend was getting out of the shower and she was pinned trying to hold it up!!! she screamed out for help and I had to run to the bathroom to hold the door so she could remove herself!! I then had to lift the heavy glass door and put it back on track!!! after that while getting dressed, a big cockroach ran to the corner of the bedroom!!! I took pictures and video and showed them to the front desk manager!!! We checked out of the hotel after that and went down the street to the Hampton Inn and Suites, much better!

Old dirty. Everything was broken . Our first room flooded. There is dirt and mildew everywhere. The elevator was always broke.

Everyone there was friendly. Property was clean and nice. Loved the easy access to the beach and downtown. Will definitely be back.

I dont usually leave reviews but This hotel is very dated and rundown compared to the pictures online. . The room was dirty the shower floor was dirty. The pool was dirty lots of sand in the pool because the beach shower was not working great. the floors and baseboards were dirty. I could see light through the edges of the door and see straight through the deadbolt on the back porch. The floor was buckled in places from water all this just so my card could be charged 100 dollars for incidentals The beds were comfortable but Never again do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We had to ask for a change of sheets they looked dirty, the AC in the "living room" was not cooling it was set to 68 and never got below 74. When we arrived the AC was 80 it was hottttttt.

Wonderful location, staff was great and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes the entire time, otherwise the bottom of our feet would get black. I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped. That’s the only reason the review isn’t higher.

Overall I was not pleased with my stay. The room was not clean, the pull out bed duvet was DISGUSTING!!! There were stains all over it, the sheets on the beds had stains on them. The bathroom was not clean. The room overall was not as pictured! I felt okay the entire time I was there. If I could give it zero stars I would. I highly do not recommend staying here. And don't get me started on the parking! That was a nightmare!

Loved how clean the place was and easy access to the beach & restaurants..

The parking was VERY limited. The overflow was next door at a restaurant, next door at a separate hotel, or across the road BEHIND a convenient store.. Our suite (with 2 balcony doors) was located on the 9th floor which was beautiful & exactly what we wanted, however, the WiFi signal was TERRIBLE so we were unable to watch tv. The last night we were there (our 4th night) we chose to use our mobile hotspot (which we had to pay for).

I loved everything about The Radisson. Everything is acsseable including food and shopping from where we were. It was also super cool that on our 8th anniversary this year we ended up in the same room we had for our 1st lol

Oceanfront was WONDERFUL!!

Dead Crab in the room, no water for 2 hours, toilet wouldn’t work and I had been on the road 8 hours and had to boo boo. Checked in and room wasn’t ready until 4:30.

On the beach

The pictures online are very misleading the only up to date part of the hotel is the lobby. Parking is horrible, the entire hotel is outdated the buttons don’t work when calling for an elevator. Requested towels and wash cloths at the front desk they never arrived, we went and bought our own towels and wash cloths

Finding parking was hard. There was a socket with black all around it. There was something that looked like poop smear on cushioned chair. Never gave fresh bedding was there a week. Booked for 5 people and only gave 3 towels and wash rags so had to keep asking for more.

Dirty and out of date rooms with our toilet not connected to bathroom floor, one of the TV’s did not work and partition door was blocked from closing. Roaches and other bugs present in rooms and hallways. Elevators had a bad smell and room indicator lights didn’t work

The only thing good about this hotel is the location and view which is sad because that's all people really seem to care about and YES I'm one of them but the mold and blood is just lazy maintenance

As soon as we walked into our room i was hit with a strong MOLD AND MILDEW odor which ended up giving me a migraine the whole vacation 😕, I had to try and keep the bathroom door closed when we wasn't using it because it kind of helped keep the mold smell contained but once you are in the bathroom you have to leave the door open or the smell will make you extremely sick 🤢 I don't see how this place has passed health inspections ever honestly, there was BLOOD on the pillows 🤢 luckily we always bring our own pillows. If we would have had kids with us I would have been getting my money back and going somewhere else AS SOON as we walked into our room. Will not stay here again unfortunately.

Doors had to be slammed to close properly and the rooms smell terrible there is also banging on the wall every 15 min or so terrible room service the tv has no signal the bathroom glass door is cracked the toilet had poop in it before we came and also drinks before and there were roaches crawling around in the bathroom very unprofessional service would recommend this hotel, I don’t think the price I paid was worth it whatsoever, the room is stay in was 509.

The air wasn’t working it was so hot that I had to go buy a fan , didn’t have no towels in the room when I first got their , they had sand in the bed, they took the door off in the room and for the kitchen they only had one pot ,one spoon, and 3 butter knives

Pillows had old stains , the room was crowded with furniture I couldn’t even close the door without moving the bed . They were out of towels the entire stay , charge for laundry and no free breakfast . The elevator also malfunctioned and nothing was done about it

Super location on the beach.

The dishes and utensils were in poor condition and mostly lacking. No kitchen wash towel or dish soap was provided. I had to request this twice before getting those basic supplies. Then the noise level was off the rails. People blasted music at all hours of the night and at 8:00 AM as well. There were even people who were trying to videotape me from my balcony by using a long stick from the balcony below. This happened once. If it happened again I was going to involve the police.

I liked the location because it’s close to restaurants and shops. I also liked the size of the room with a very functional kitchen.

Neither of the two televisions in my room worked nor did the telephone.

Had to request towels and housekeeping.. Didn't have hair dryer. Beach chairs were not included with room. Didn't have enough handicapped parking.

Elevators always messing up or not working properly

That was probably my worst hotel experience ever! I ordered a handicap room and the toilet was so low. It was not a handicap toilet, would’ve been taller. The bed was so high I could hardly get on it, and the most uncomfortable mattress ever! I complained about it, nothing was done.

Do very loud they should flip the rooms and put the living room as you walk in because of noise level. Was supposed to be smoke free but you could smell cigarettes and marijuana all day long in coming in room ... No weather stripping on door so I had to put towels down and the door was very sketchy... Pool was small not enough seating and didn't keep pool towels stock and beach showers didn't work good and only one worked . PARKING WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel beachfront location was fantastic. Everything was as expected for a beachfront family oriented 3-4star Choice Brand hotel.

Still not sure exactly what the $15.00 a day activity fee was for but I wasn’t going to argue the charge we were only there two nights .

The room was ok, but it smelled like marijuana was coming through the vents, which made the room smell horrid. The pool was disgusting. It had sand piled in it and had hair floating around everywhere. We could not get in the hot tub either. There was bread floating in it and it was so dirty the water was not clear! Also, on the balcany, we had two lounge chairs instead of normal chairs and one was broken!!

Paid $1900 for a room that had only one balcony chair and no smart tv for rainy days.

I liked the location and all the rooms were beachfront. Parking was convenient and things in walking distance. The traffic was not bad. Pier Park was a couple minutes drive with free parking in a parking lot. The kids walked down which took them around 20 minutes. It took around $11 to uber them back. It had a kitchen with full size refrigerator. Being on the Beach on my main focus and pricing was not bad for area.

The room itself was a bit awkward with the bed placement. The bedroom door did not close all of the way due to the size of beds. The beds were a nice size. You enter the bedroom first upon entering. The kitchen and living area is in the next room. The room was cute but set up with the beds was a bit different. I did not.like the smell of pillows. I am wondering if the pillows were sanitized enough? The comforters.felt the same as the pillow. The bed and pillows were comfortable but not.sure about the cleanliness. Some people complained about elevators but that's any hotel. It had its busy times.

The balcony rails were black, the microwave had food splattered in it, the showers had tons of caulking filling cracks, the couch pillows had mold on them, the pull out bed was broken and the feet of it was higher than the head. The doors didn’t seal good so we could hear wind whistling almost all night. And with littke parking we had to park next door at the barefoot bar and an umbrella flew out of a table and hit our brand new car causing damage when the wind picked up. Definitely not pleased

I loved the balcony view of the beach. The beach was the reason for my visit. The hotel is a little dated but it was nice.

I didn’t like the elevator it would not work. I also didn’t like the fact there were no parking spots anywhere we either had to pay or park at the restaurant next to us. I also ended up leaving early because they did not say or have anything up that they were doing construction on there place where you walk to the beach we had to go to the next one over which is really the only reason I wanted this hotel bc how close the beach walk was.

That people were smoking cigarettes and weed outside on the balconies and I was trying to enjoy the view and had to go to the front and sit just to stay away from that. Also even though we arrived early had to wait about two hours to get my room they said it was first come first served that's not good and finally after asking about my room I got it when they tried to say they called my phone saying it was ready which they didn't. That was very upsetting

I loved everything about it and planning again soon for another weekend stay!
