Beautiful property, perfect location.

Carpet held an odor on certain floors.

It’s ok be nice to have some more varieties of meat for sure.

The breakfast was very good. Would like to had your biscuits and gravy on your menu everyday. Also bacon would have been a good choice to have on the hot bar.

Have a outside area for your pets close to the pool so both you and your spouse could go to the pool together. Some dogs don't do well leaving them in the room by there self. So an area close to the pool would been great so, that both couples could go to the pool area Having a designated area for pets close to the pool area would be great.

This was a great place and I will be back again. Loved everything about it

$20 per day for parking, $60 per day lounger/umbrella at beach. Granted, the resort fees have been removed but $80 per day for amenities that were free last year, but these fees are a hard addition that was not communicated until we arrived.

Parking, cost, poor front desk service. One man was managing too many people and problems.

Walking distance to the beach. Starbucks coffee!!! Breakfast included. The bed and pillows were so comfy. It was our first stay there and they gave my husband and I champagne and a cute note wishing us a good stay.

They fail to tell you online you have to pay for parking extra, the umbrellas and chairs are also extra so you add on another thousand dollars to your stay. If you’re staying for a week.

I stayed in the King Suite, with the ocean view on the 9th floor and it was beautiful! The room was spacious, full size fridge, balcony, microwave, kitchen sink, and places to put your dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable , plenty of floor to ceiling windows which allowed plenty of sun during the day and the moon at night. The pool was very nice, but honestly I like that it was on the beach and you can rent umbrellas and chairs to lay out on and they will set them up for you. The staff was very friendly, I brought my dog and they were very accommodating. I will be back!

Staff and management were very helpful with cancelling of my stay. Disappointed that we didn’t get an oceanfront room so that’s why we limited our stay at property. This was one of my husband’s wishes for his birthday trip!

I can't justify the price of the hotel now that beach chairs, umbrellas, and parking aren't included in the price. Nice hotel, but so are others in the area that are nice and more affordable with the same beautiful views. This will probably be our last stay after 5 years as yearly guests.

As always the location and beauty of the hotel is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful when im there and I appreciate that.

I don't like the fact that you changed the parking policy and I didnt know it. We've been staying here for the last 4yrs and have never had to pay to park until now. Breakfast is slowly going down hill. Beach chairs aren't included in the hotel stay anymore. I just wish I had known up front that these would be extra costs when they used to be Included. Bath towels were so full of hair that I had several hairs stuck to my skin that were already on the towel when I began drying off Eeekkk!!! These are the things that put a damper on my trip. Plus people bringing their dogs on the beach barking is annoying. Wish there was a way to keep dogs off the beach.

Everything from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. I knew I was in the right place just from the view walking in. The staff was super nice and helpful. The proximity to the beach. The view from my room (oceanview on the 8th floor). The size of the room. The breakfast options. The 24 hr starbucks. So close to shopping center. Walmart, Target, Barnes and Noble. I could go on. Lol. This will be the only hotel I'll ever stay at when I visit PCB again

This hotel is headed in thw wrong direction. We've stayed here for many years. Everything use to be included in a resort fee, now you have to pay for parking and a beach chair if you want it. Its inconvenient and way more expensive. The beach chairs alone are $78 after taxes for a day. Even if rain is in the forecast, the chair guy was charging full rate just to have a place to sit for an hour. Crazy! All of this use to be included in a $45 resort fee. Breakfast options also seem to be slimmed down from tge last time we visited. Disappointing to have to find a new hotel over changes that could be corrected.

Pool area was never over crowded and proximity to the beach. Breakfast variety and it was replenished frequently. Poolside food and drinks were good with lots of options.

The bed was too soft and left me with a sore back/neck. Small shop onsite was expensive

Room was clean and larger than most with plenty of room to walk around. Directly on the beach. Pier Park and Walmart less than 5 minutes away. Pool is big with a small lazy river and hot tub.

Parking cost $20 but first floor is dedicated to Alvin's Island and most of second floor is dedicated to electric cars.

Breakfast was good and location beautiful! Staff very friendly as well. Loved my room!

Era nuestra 1era vez en PCB. El hotel al estar en linea de playa es MUY movido para nuestro gusto. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio por lo que debes dejar el auto en un parking frente al hotel pagando 20$ por día que NO estan incluidos en la tarifa, así como tampoco las sillas de playa que se alquilan en el lugar por $60 el día. El desayuno no es malo pero es bastante básico: cereal, huevos, panes, salchichas o bacon. Hace falta una opción para niños tipo waffles o pancakes que no hubo nunca. La habitación es amplia y limpia. Si bien no hicieron limpieza ni cambiaron sábanas, dejaron en nuestra puerta toallas limpias (al viajar con nuestra mascota entiendo que no entran a hacer la habitación). La piscina y salida la playa son una gran ventaja. Los precios del bar de la piscina son altos desde mi punto de vista. Por la playa o la calle caminas unos 8 minutos y llegas al Pier Park con variedad de tiendas y restaurantes y a solo un par de minutos está walmart, target y decenas de tiendas y cadenas de comida.También esta muy cerca la playa para perros. No es un mal hotel pero creo que podría mejorar.

Very Disappointing Vacation Experience Unfortunately, this stay at the Hyatt was not at all what I expected and made for a very undesirable vacation. The lobby was extremely small and nothing like what I imagined from the pictures online. The windows were also extremely dirty, which made the view feel nothing like what was advertised. The breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments. The scrambled eggs were extremely wet, there was only one meat option, and if you don’t eat pork, you were simply out of luck. What I found especially disturbing was the number of flies all over the food. There were no barriers or protection around the food, which I found both disgusting and concerning. The parking situation was also horrible. Having to pay to park across the street and then cross the street with all of your luggage and belongings is extremely inconvenient. If you have a larger truck or van, you’re forced to park in an uncovered area, which is another inconvenience. The beach chair rental through a third party is another issue. At $60 a day, it is an absolute rip-off. The way it is presented online makes it appear as though the beach chair service is part of the hotel, which I found misleading. The food at the bar was also very subpar for the price. On the positive side, the bartender was amazing, the drinks were good, and the pool was great. The gym—or lack thereof—could also use a major upgrade. There simply wasn’t enough equipment. Overall, there were some positives, but for the price and the expectations set by the pictures and online presentation, this stay was extremely disappointing. I expected a much better experience from Hyatt.

The fact that 3rd party service takes up beachfront for their extremely overpriced chairs & umbrellas. If you bring your own umbrella etc. you have to walk beyond the property to set up. It would be impossible to enjoy the beach without shade!! Being on the Beach is main attraction for staying here. I want to be close to water to watch my kids !
