Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel idéal pour aller visiter Palma la capitale et d’autres villes. Le personnel de l’hôtel très agréable souriant à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour Mélanie à l’accueil de l’établi qui réalise un travail remarquable qui le fait par passion. Les équipements de l’hôtel digne d’un 4 étoiles et la piscine bien entretenue avec de nombreux transats ainsi que la plage privée de l’hôtel.

Pour un hôtel, quatre étoiles supérieur, un Vallet doit être disponible, afin d’aider les voyageurs et de faciliter l’accès à la chambre sans être encombrer par les valises etc … Le manque de vallets à l’entrée de l’hôtel.

L’emplacement d l’hotel Je tiens à souligner le grand professionnalisme d’Anabel suite à un incident. Elle a su faire preuve d’écoute, de réactivité et de sérieux pour gérer la situation avec efficacité. Je la remercie pour son accompagnement et son attitude professionnelle et de meme l’équipe.

Smoking space is extremly limited in the resort. Smokers have 4 tables outdoors at the end of the pool patio, or room balcony only. Parking is very scares, you might park in empty plot behind the hotel.

From the pictures of the beach i didn’t realise how rocky and difficult it would be to get into the sea without using the jetty.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’hôtel est magnifique, la vue depuis la chambre (vue sur mer) est superbe et notre chambre était vraiment très belle, confortable et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Il n’y a pas de parking. Heureusement, il y a un terrain vague juste derrière l’hôtel où il est possible de se garer, ce qui reste bien pratique.

The hotel was lovely overall and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was a good size with a large, comfortable bed. We were travelling with a baby and really appreciated that they provided both a cot and a baby bath, the bath was a thoughtful touch. We all slept really well during our stay. The bathroom was also very spacious, although the shower could have been a little cleaner. I especially liked the bar area - the service was great and the staff were very attentive.

Breakfast was just okay and could definitely be improved. There was only one person making omelettes, which meant there was almost always a queue. The area around the pool could also do with some attention, as parts of it looked a little tired and run down. With a bit of maintenance and updating, it could be a much nicer space.

Pas de difficulté à trouver des chaises longues. Restaurant très bon, que ce soit le buffet du petit déjeuner, le dîner servi à table ou l’offre en journée.

La plage, toute bétonnée. Lorsque l’on choisit un hôtel dans cette zone, on s’attend à une belle plage de sable… Difficulté pour se garer aux abords de l’hôtel au mois d’août.

For the quality that i saw so overpriced. The pool was overcrowded and full. no place whatsoever no empty beds from so early on. Beach was worse , all beds taken by people not staying in hotel , so overcrowded and dirty no empty space, beach was full off sea weed and rocks looked nothing literally nothing like the pictures.

The staff is very friendly during breakfast and also check in. The rooms have a nice design, are big and looking very nice, the bathroom is big and clean. The restaurant is very good looking. The hotel have a nice variety of vegetation making it very pleasant. The bed is huge very comfortable with very good pillows.

Sehr grosses und gutes Frühstücksbuffet, mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Möglichkeit drinnen und draussen zu sitzen mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Man konnte das Personal auch fragen etwas bestimmtes für einen zuzubereiten, zum Beispiel ein Omlette. Das Frühstück ist auf jedenfall ein Highlight vom Hotel.

Gewisse Einrichtungen im Hotelzimmer könnten verbessert werden; Z.B. hat die Klimanlage ein wenig getropft, die Duschtürte ist nicht richtig zugegangen und somit ist der Aussenboden beim Duschen etwas nass geworden. Die Hoteltüre ist beim öffnen oft an den Glasschrank geknallt.

We had the loveliest stay at Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis. The spa facilities were excellent! The room was very comfy and spacious, and immaculately cleaned everyday. The common areas were beautiful too. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too! The hotel is perfectly located about a 10 min walk from Palmanova's shops, restaurants and fabulous beach, and just a 20 mins taxi to gorgeous Palma. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel's little beach is lovely, but the sand is quite hard on foot. The free hotel WiFi also doesn't extend to the beach area which was quite frustrating at times. There was no iron in the room which would have been a welcome addition.

Breakfast excellent.pool could be bigger for the amount of people but still nice.

This hotel is something special, situated in a quiet residential area with access to a very small picturesque beach with a little pontoon to jump into the sea if feeling brave . The hotel staff from reception, dining room, bar and housekeeping are all very professional efficient, happy and friendly and everything is very well organised. Rooms are clean, attractive and well serviced with some great design features - we had an amazing , power shower complete with mood lighting! Our sea view room with vip lounge / pool access had an exceptional view , comfy bed and was well equipped Food in dining room was good quality and variety especially the breakfast buffet . Dinner choice for half board was well prepared with a small choice of dishes which we mostly enjoyed, portions were on the large side and service was great There is some evening Entertainment for adults , mostly singers, low key with catchy music. Hotel and spa areas are beautiful and well designed and great spaces just to relax in . The Spa is very smartly designed , clean with a beautiful pool area . This is a Quiet area , not too far from airport €45 taxi , you can walk to Palma nova for a traditional touristy area or Portals Nous the opposite way for an upmarket marina feel very similar to Puerto Banus but less pretentious. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway treat . Well done to the owners and the hotel team they have nurtured.

The room was partially good but the view was disaster! It was really on the garbage side exactly not normal they have room like that view

Hotel staff were helpful and surrounding restaurants were nice. We didn't get a chance to use hotel restaurant unfortunately. Room and bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable.

I did not think the hotel was children friendly and we were there to help out with our grandchildren. We found the number of stairs a real pain with a pushchair and the small stair lift was difficult/slow to use, a ramp would be more preferable. I didn't like that a large group secured 15 - 20 beds by baby pool in the only shade before the pool was even open! You should tighten up the rules on this! To make matters worse they were often not there 50% of the day! I also think there should be a sail/shade over the baby pool!

My wife and I stayed here for a second time. This place is great and is centrally located to many other restaurants in the area and easy access for excursions. Let me just say that the entire staff at this hotel, from the waiters/waitresses, front lobby staff and the room cleaning crew, are all exceptionally professional and friendly. I can not say enough about how great they treated us and made us feel so welcomed. Special thanks to Tahi who went above and beyond helping us and giving us great suggestions for day trips. The pool and the beach were so relaxing, which is what we needed. The only thing we did not like was the AC in our room. It never really got cold enough in 6 days to enjoy a good night sleep. However, we loved the hotel and spa and we will return. A big Thanks to the entire staff at the hotel.

Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unfreundliches Personal. Sowohl im Lounge als auch im Spa Bereich. Der Poolbereich ist für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste viel zu klein. Die Gäste reservieren sich bereits am frühen Morgen die Liegen, um Stunden später zum Pool zurückzukehren. Leider wird es vom Personal so hingenommen. Einige Hotelgäste füllen sich ihre privaten Wasserflaschen am Buffet auf, sodass das Mundstück die Wasserausgabe berührt. Auch hier wird nichts gesagt.

This is our second time here the staff and ambience of the hotel is relaxed and calm. The food is excellent and well worth paying that little bit extra.

All good; beach very convenient; layout of grounds excellent and spacious

A very trivial point. I booked a room for my two daughters to share, one staying for six nights and the other arriving (and checking in) a day later. I was charged tourist tax for six days for each, even though one daughter arrived 24 hours later. I hate paying tax (!) and even more hate paying more than I believe I should. I queried this at reception but got no satisfactory answer. Why should I have to pay tax for one of my daughters who was still in Ireland that night. Please refer to the hotels management for their formal response.

We had as always an amazing stay at this beautiful property. It’s in a magical location and the team there are so focused on making your stay so memorable, especially Vanessa at the portals lounge who is an amazing ambassador for the hotel. We will return later this summer and I believe that speaks so strongly about our experience. Can’t wait.

Our stay in Mallorca was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the hotel's awesome location and its proximity to a super great beach with a crystal-clear sea. The personnel throughout the property were great, but two team members truly made our trip: Rafa went above and beyond to make our dinners special, while Nico down at the beach was incredibly helpful and ensured our experience was both fun and unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

This was our third stay at Son Caliu and, despite a bit of a bump along the way, it certainly won’t be our last. We booked a standard room this time, as the refurbished sea view rooms we usually go for weren’t available. I was slightly sceptical, expecting something quite basic, but it turned out to be very similar to what we’ve had before - just without the sea view. The room had everything we needed: comfy beds, a large shower, balcony and a well-stocked mini bar. The air conditioning was excellent too. The only downside was the noise at times – doors slamming and people moving along the corridors were quite noticeable. Shortly after arriving in our room, we had a knock at the door. The team had sent up a few small gifts as a thank you for our repeat visits - a box of chocolates, a herbal Majorcan liqueur and a large bottle of still water. We thought this was a really kind and thoughtful touch, and a lovely way to start our stay. Most of our days were spent alternating between the pool and the beach. The pool area was busier than we’ve experienced on previous visits, and the atmosphere was quite different this time around. Alongside a couple of large wedding groups, there were also groups of younger adults, both of which didn’t seem to take into consideration the other people around them who were also on holiday when it came to noise - lots of shouting across the pool and generally being quite loud around the sunbeds. It didn’t completely ruin things for us, but it did take away from the calm, relaxed feel we’ve previously loved here. On our last two visits, the pool area felt much quieter, and the pool bar was never overly busy - this time it was noticeably more crowded. That said, the pool itself was warmer than I remember, which was lovely, and the pool bar was still good with a decent selection of drinks. If something wasn’t available there, you could easily grab it from the main bar. The food was also good, though you do need to keep an eye out when you order as they don’t bring it to your sunbed - and if you miss it, it’ll go cold or someone else will take it if they have ordered the same thing! There is the usual “sunbed wars” situation, with people reserving beds early, but we always managed to find somewhere to set up for the day. The beach remains one of our favourite spots. It has a really relaxed, chilled vibe - just the sound of the waves and sparrows in the background. You can get into the sea via the jetty ladders or enter gradually from a small beach to the left; we tended to do the latter and swim around to the jetty. There are also two restaurants and a beach bar down there. We spent a couple of full beach days and ate at the Bamboo Beach Bar, which never disappoints - great food, well presented, reasonably priced and very friendly staff. Drinks there are also noticeably cheaper than at the hotel. One thing to note during our stay was construction work at the back of the hotel near the pool, which was fairly noisy. That said, they stopped around midday due to the heat and didn’t resume until later in the afternoon, so it didn’t completely ruin the atmosphere. During our stay, England were due to play in the World Cup, and we noticed the matches were being shown on a big screen in the Capricho Bar. This is usually a fairly quiet spot whenever we visit, but I’ve never seen it so packed - full of Brits keen to watch the game. The only downside was that the commentary was in Spanish, so some guests opted to head back to their rooms at half time, where BBC One was available, to watch the rest of the match with English commentary. Food-wise, we usually stay bed and breakfast, but this time we opted for half board as we liked the idea of ordering from a menu rather than the old buffet system. Unfortunately, the first evening didn’t go well at all. Due to a nut allergy, I brought a carefully translated explanation in Spanish, but the waiter didn’t seem to understand or offer much help. Of the entire menu (around five starters, mains and desserts), I was told I couldn’t choose from any of it and that my only option was a plain salad - literally just leaves with no protein. I was also told I couldn’t choose any of the main courses, and instead was offered steak, asparagus, mushrooms and potatoes gratin. It sounded okay, so I agreed. However, when the food arrived, it was more salad and a very fatty piece of steak - none of the asparagus, mushrooms or potatoes. My husband questioned where the rest of the meal was, but the waiter couldn’t understand/tried to make excuses, offered to make a bowl or of chips and this is when we decided to leave. The whole experience felt very rushed, like we were on a conveyor belt - not the relaxed dining experience we were expecting, but more a case of getting you in, fed and out again without caring for any special dietary needs. It left me feeling very upset and quite stressed - everything felt much harder than it needed to be. I ended up speaking to the manageress as I left the restaurant and she asked me to give them another try tomorrow and reassured me that things would be better, which I reluctantly agreed to. Sitting on the balcony later eating crackers from the shop wasn’t quite the evening I’d imagined at my “happy place”, and it’s also why I felt quite anxious about returning for another meal. To their credit, things improved the following evening. There must have been a note added to our booking, as the staff were much more attentive and I was able to order freely and enjoy my meal. However, the experience from the first night had already knocked my confidence, so we decided to eat out for the remainder of our stay. Going out for dinner should feel relaxed and enjoyable, and I didn’t want to risk a repeat of that first experience. We did find some fantastic alternatives nearby. Pizzeria Extremadura, just a couple of minutes down the road, was brilliant - I showed the owner my translation and he immediately reassured me and made a delicious pizza from scratch. We also visited Kabo Beach House (part of the hotel group) where the experience was excellent - great food, attentive service and a beautiful setting. It did make us question how they could get it so right there, but not in the main hotel restaurant. Breakfast, however, continues to be a highlight. The buffet has plenty of variety and the setting is relaxed - exactly what you want to start the day. On our final day, checkout was at 12pm and, with a late evening flight at 9:30pm, we wanted to make the most of the day. For the first time, we decided to use the spa facilities so we could freshen up properly before heading to the airport. Overall, the spa was fine - the indoor pool, sauna and relaxation garden were really nice spaces to unwind, though the steam room and Turkish bath were a little underwhelming. Finally, a couple of shout-outs. Danny on the bar continues to be great - always friendly and welcoming. There was also a lovely lady working the garden bar in the evenings whose name we didn’t catch, but she was incredibly attentive and friendly and really stood out during our stay. So, would we return? Absolutely. Would we book half board again? No. If we’d stuck with bed and breakfast, the trip would have been pretty much faultless.

Situation géographique, qualité, personnel, restaurant, bars, activités (sport: pilates, yoga, tennis,... détente: Spa, et soins, soir: musique), plage, mer, piscine, confort, proximité du bus pour visites, et accès à aéroport, promenade, magasins à proximité, restaurants, et autres bar à proximité, calme, etc.

Les transats à la plage sont disposés trop près l'un de l'autre - pas beaucoup de privacy à ce niveau là.

The location was very good. It was a nice atmosphere. The room was ok for two people, but it was very hot in the afternoon. We got value for the money. No noise level and the service and cleaning was very good.

Couldnt fault this stunning hotel, extremely attentive staff and couldnt do enough for us with our 8 month old baby. Great location as you have the beach and the pool but also palma nova is a 10 minute walk. We found that on most occasions sun beds were always available. Great cocktails and also the spa was an added bonus.

We stayed 6-12 June in a Mediterranean suite. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It’s hard to find any fault at all. The suite was heaven, clean and very comfortable with a lovely large balcony. 2 bathrooms which is a nice luxury on holiday. We never used the main pool, preferring the small beach or the Sunbeds up in Portals lounge/ pool area. This I believe can be purchased or is included with the suites. There is nothing much around the hotel but a choice of 3 good beachfront restaurants or a 15 minute walk into Palma Nova. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and the only thing that put us off was the fried eggs, pre cooked and laid there on a platter. Didn’t look appetising at all. Just a mention for Toni at the bar in the evenings. Always ready smile and very helpful. Got us ice for our suite each night. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a fabulous four star + hotel on the beach. My sea view room was really beautiful. Well worth the extra money for a huge picture window and lovely balcony. Service for ALL staff was excellent. The hotel itself is stunning and the staff were very attentive.

Not as many amenities as I’d expect for the price, IE complimentary water on arrival, shower caps etc. The hair dryers are also rubbish and over heat within seconds of drying hair. Booking.com says beachfront however that is inaccurate.

We booked direct which was the best value. We stayed in an apartment with a gorgeous balcony and view. The apartments are a short walk from the hotel where you can use all the facilities. The pool area isn't massive but it's ideal and has access to the beach too. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. You're a short walk from Palmanova beach promenade with restaurants etc. You're also a short walk to main bus stops and supermarkets.

This is my third year at this hotel . Staff rooms facilities are fabulous. The breakfast food is the best and very varied choice of evening meals . Will go back again next year

Poolbereich zu klein, es wird immer nur 1 Badetuch pro Person ausgegeben, Strand sehr klein und total überfüllt

Hotellets mat var usel, rummens dörrar har flera centimeters glipor så du hörs ut och du hör alla utanför. Väldigt lyhört!
