Steps into pool

Location is perfect. Great breakfast, nice pool and gym. Nevertheless..air condition made too much noise so I had a few difficult nights when I could not sleep well.

Habitación vieja y de mala calidad. Te cobran por cambiar las toallas de playa y hasta por usar la minicajafuerte de tu habitación. El aire acondicionado tercerrmundista y con muy poca fuerza con lo que tienes que dejarlo todo el día encendido. Y si la limpiadora de deja la puerta del balcón abierta, se apaga el aire y a tu vuelta es un infierno. Son 2 edificios, mal comunicados. Necesita una renovación a fondo. Tiene piscina y la cierran a las 6 de la tarde. Tras mis quejas logre que fuera a las 7.

The location is fantastic — the beach is literally just across the road, which made it incredibly convenient for beach days.

The bathroom clearly needs renovation. There's no direct ventilation in the bathroom at all, which makes it feel stuffy and humid. The showerhead can't be adjusted to a proper shower setting — it's also quite loud when running. Lighting is poor too: if you fully close the shower curtain, it gets dark inside. There are no shelves for shampoo, shower gel, etc., and only one rubbish bin was provided in the bathroom only. The towels were in poor condition — grey, with holes and stains, which felt pretty unhygienic for a supposedly 4-star property. The room floor wasn't kept clean during our stay either. Housekeeping only seemed to happen if we hung the "please clean my room" sign on the door — and even then, staff would come by around 10am and again at 5pm, seemingly just to check, without actually cleaning properly.

Nincs saját parkolója, a városban nagyon nehézkes a parkolás, az erkély ajtó suhogott éjszaka a széltől, a fürdőszoba ajtaja tolóajtó, ami szorul és nem jól zárható. A zuhanyzótól úszik egy zuhany után a fürdőszoba.

L'hotel est l'autre coté de la rue, bien situé a coté de resto and shopping. La nourriture etait excellente. Nous avons pris la demi-pension et nou avons été tres satisfaite. Le personel est tres gentil et serviable.

Mon lit etait un peu mou et il n'y avait pas de café au repas du soir. Le personel offre d'aller vous le chercher au resto a coté ou vous pouvez y aller vous meme.

Die Aussattung es war sehr herunter gekommen, das frühstück wahr sehr kahl und der taxi service hat nie funktioniert. Es gab keine kostenlose Pool/strand tücher wie es bei anderen hotels üblich ist. Für mich keine 4 Sterne wert.

Posizione, Vista Mare, Cordialità del personale e sopratutto la mia richiesta di avere la camera su vista Palmanova è stata esaudita cosa non poco scontata in altre strutture.

Migliorerei di gran lunga la pulizia delle camere, le asciugamani spesso non venivano lasciate in stanza e dovevamo riscendere a prenderle in reception

El personal del hotel y el desayuno

El mantenimento, la limpieza, Me llego un mensaje del hotel con un 30% de descuento si comiamos en el restaurante del hotel en la comida, solo comì allí por esto ya que los precios eran altos y a la hora de pagar me han dicho que esta oferta era del año anterior y que había sido un error informático. Creo que en estos casos el error lo tiene que asumir el hotel de 4 🌟 ya que cobran mas de 200 euros por noches, sin embargo pagamos y dimos la gracias por irnos con hambre y desepcionados.

Struttura molto pulita, accogliente e situata in un’ottima posizione. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, ma desidero rivolgere un ringraziamento davvero speciale a Jaime, il cameriere del bar. Oltre a svolgere il proprio lavoro in modo impeccabile, è una persona eccezionale: empatica, attenta, gentile e capace di far sentire ogni ospite accolto. Per me è stato la vera perla di questo hotel e merita molto più di cinque stelle.

Chambre très loin d’un 4 étoiles et le prix payé Porte ne d’ouvrant qu’à moitié, la pomme de douche un jet inadmissible laisser ce service pour les clients ! Cuisine pas bon du tout pas beaucoup de choix ! Maintenant je comprends pourquoi le soir il y a presque personne à manger !!!!!!!

Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, buffet ma soprattutto la posizione

La camera non era pulitissima, non hanno mai pulito il pavimento nemmeno con una scopa ed è rimasto pieno di sabbia tutto il tempo. L’aria condizionata raffreddava in modo molto lento e la temperatura non scendeva mai sotto i 27 gradi, abbiamo dovuto tenerla accesa tutto il giorno per raffreddare bene la stanza per la notte. Il letto non era uno unico ma due separati, inoltre scivolavano tantissimo sul pavimento e si spostavano in continuazione, rendendo impossibile dormire insieme. Nelle foto della struttura si vede più volte un lido nella spiaggia di fronte, facendo pensare che sia dell’hotel ma invece è di un beach club (però per fortuna costa solo 20€ al giorno)

Завтрак был нормальный,но хотелось больше фруктов.На рецепции часто был запах туалета.Уборка в номере не понравилась.Чувствовался песок на полу и в последней наш день в отеле у нас закончился шампунь,они его не добавляли и забрали одно большое полотенце ,а в замен не оставили чистое.

Pláž veľká a pekná, so sprchou a toaletou. Supermarket blízko hotela, veľmi milý a ochotný personál.

Pri ubytovaní sa na izbu bola podlaha špinavá, nepozametaná. Matrace veľmi mäkké. Strava priemerná, niektoré jedlá chuťovo ako z polotovaru. Veľmi hlasná hudba z hotelovej reštaurácie/baru do polnoci (izba s výhľadom na more), odporúčam štuple do uší. More teplé, avšak nie najčistejšie.

Kromě postele se nemůžeme na nic stěžovat.

Nelíbila se nám manželská postel. Byly to 2 jednolůžkové u sebe. To nejhorší bylo, že byly na kolečkách

Drains in the bathroom were very bad. Had a really bad smell. Maintenance man came to drain them but the smell was unbearable

The hotel is ideally situated in Palma Nova. The beach is opposite the hotel. There is a supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants & bars close by.

The gym could do with refurbishment.

Det var en massa hår på mitt toalettgolv när jag checkade in, stopp i handfatet och en dag när jag kom hem var min balkongdörr på vid gavel. Städerskan knackade på innan 9 för att fråga om städning. Gick inte att använda gymmet då det låg i gassande sol och saknade ac. Frukosten var inte så kul.

Bella struttura fronte spiaggia, ottima colazione, stanza molto carina, accogliente e pulita. Personale gentilissimo.

Too many extra add on such as the safe in the room or the towel for the swimming pool. I reckon the gym needs to be taken care of. It’s a great service, but it’s a bit uncared.

I could easily say the best hotel we've stayed so far. From friendly staff to perfectly clean and big rooms. From the reception, to the lady in restaurant that every morning and evening greeted us and raised our positive energy. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beach is across the road, restaurants, bus stops. Air conditioning works perfectly.

Ama döndüğümüzde kilidin yapılmadığını gördük diğer resepsiyondaki kişi o saatte kilidin yapılamayacağını zaten belirtti en azından bunu bilseydik başka odaya geçerdik ya da bizi arayabilirlerdi kilidi yapamayacaklarını bildirmek için. Dolayısıyla kötü bir tecrübe oldu.

Dorucak odlican.Restoran je malo nabijen stolovima i malo staromodan.Osoblje izuzetno raspilozeno i spremno da pomogne.Recepcija odlicna ,sobe ciste i temeljno ociscene.

Osoba u restoranu koja posprema stolive se trudi da to uradi sti je miguce bucnije.Baca escajg da ti presedne jelo. Ista osoba radi posle na sanku u restiranu hotela gde ne pokazuje znake dobrodoslice.Prilicno neraspolozen i neraspolozen.

Fantastic location with comfortable rooms. For a less pricy hotel, this was ideal and served our purpose. We were out on the lovely beach which is just across the road everyday, and there was a lovely supermarket next door where you could buy drinks or snacks. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate area with a mini golf park in the road next to the hotel. If you like replica designer handbags / T-shirts / purses etc, this is the place to be as most of the shops sell them at a very cheap price price! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, although the pool is quite small with not many sun beds and it is quite shaded. With the beach directly opposite, this wasn’t a problem for us. The breakfast was also lovely with a good selection. We will be returning next year for our annual ladies trip :)

I heard people mention the rooms in the annex which sounded quite grim, so try and stay in the main hotel as they were pleasant.

The pool area was small therefore difficult to get a sunbed. Some if the reception staff were rude, either totally ignored you or when they did speak it felt like we were causing them an inconvenience

Very friendly staff, Ana especially made the hotel feel like home away from home. It is a great hotel, right in front of the beach, and it was an overwhelming positive experience

We paid for a room with a view, and the room we got had trees obscuring 80% of the sea view. We love the trees, so it was not a big deal, but might be upsetting to others. The curtains and bedding had stains and marks

Das Doppelbett 1.4 eine Katastrophe habe grosses Doppelbett bestellt bekam keines schlafen war sehr mühsam kam gerädert nach Hause 2 Betten besser wählen oder garantieren lassen das man mind 1.6-1.8 breite Betten erhält.

Das Hotel ist großartig. Ausgezeichnete Lage, unglaublich freundliches Personal, das Rezeptionsteam organisiert alles und ist behilflich bei allen Angelegenheiten. Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet und tolles Abendessen. Sehr sauber. Große Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick an bester Lage mit viel Platz und viel Licht.

The location is great, however we feel the hotel and Palma Nova in general is slowly becoming unkept and not as smart and clean as it used to be.

Smelly and a very untidy outlook especially from the non sea view rooms, our friends that we holidayed with had to ask to be moved at midnight on the Saturday because of the unpleasant smell.

Room wasn’t even ready by 5 o’clock. Aircon wasn’t great. Mattresses made of foam were terrible. Also gave us two single beds when I requested & paid for a double!

We got a taxi from the airport which took less than 20 minutes and cost 42 euros. We arrived at the hotel around 11pm, the lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. Check-in took no more than 5 minutes, we were given a room on the 5th floor which looked over the back over the mini Golf. The rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were very comfy, there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room, aircon is decent and the safe is only 3 euros a day with a 10 euro deposit. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The choice at Breakfast was plentiful, there was a blonde lady that greeted us every morning who always had a smile on her face, in fact all the staff seemed very happy and approachable which says a lot about the vibe of the establishment. The pool area is clean, you need to be early if you want a bed in the morning sun but fear not there is a beautiful beach across the road. There are plenty of eating establishments within walking distance and if you like live music The Stadium Bar is worth a visit which is right out of the hotel and across the road. We took a walk to Magaluf which is only about 15 minutes walk, didn't do "The Strip" which doesn't really get going until midnight, but there are plenty of bars, eating places etc. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay and we would definitely return back to Agua Beach.

Straszny syf w całym hotelu. Ściany i drzwi z papieru, słychać dosłownie wszystko. W Pokojach od strony ulicy tylko o g.1 do 6 rano jest trochę ciszej. Miało być wino po przyjeździe w pokoju, oczywiście zapomnieli. Itp
