Le matelas du canapé lit un peu léger, l’absence de sable devant la place privative (attention aux cailloux coupants et aux oursins, prévoir chaussures de baignade et lunettes)

Everything, the hotel staff, the location and size of the apartments, the view, the food, the facilities. I have been coming to the hotel for many years and this year we thought we would try the apartments and they did not dissapoint.

Lo mejor las vistas, teníamos un apartamento en planta baja cuya terraza daba directamente a un jardín con césped y a continuación el mar. La ubicación era buena, relativamente cerca de la salida a la autovía para poder llegar a otros puntos de la isla y situado en una zona tranquila (por lo menos en temporada baja), pero cercana a las playas de la zona de Palmanova así como a diferentes servicios (supermercados, farmacia, etc.). El apartamento se notaba que estaba renovado pues todo se veía bastante nuevo, con una habitación y un salón-cocina con sofá cama, suficiente para una familia durante pocos días, para una semana se puede quedar pequeño. La estancia en general estaba bien equipada y limplia.

Tuvimos una visita desagradable, alguna cucaracha se coló por debajo de la puerta que daba a la calle, supongo que el estar en una planta baja influyó, pero deberían hacer un control de plagas más exhaustivo. Lo solucionamos poniendo una toalla en el suelo por la noche tapando el hueco debajo de la puerta.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve ! L’équipe de l’établissement est aussi remarquable que la vue. Grâce à eux, notre séjour en famille a été une parenthèse inoubliable. Les appartements, situés à deux pas de l’hôtel, nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de tous les services. Au‑delà de la beauté de la destination, les équipes ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exemplaire. Nous les remercions chaleureusement d'avoir rendu ce séjour encore plus beau ! Du personnel en chambre jusqu'à la restauration, bravo.

Ich glaube, ich habe noch nie soo schön gewohnt. Werde immer wieder dort hin zurück kommen. Alles penibel gepflegt und sauber, super freundlich und für unseren Anspruch perfekt ausgestattet. Aber der Hammer ist natürlich die Lage :-) Für Ruhe Suchende und zum Seele baumeln lassen genau richtig. Man kann alle Einrichtungen vom anliegenden Hotel mit benutzen.

La vista al mar. El apart era perfecto: amplio, limpio, cómodo, equipado. El balcón amplio y y equipado con mesa y sillones para desayunar o comer ahí. Fue impecable y simplemente perfecto

Franchement, une bricole. Dans les appartements, l'isolation phonique est trop faible, il faut prévoir des boules Quies.

The location was great for us. It had almost a private beach at the back. The apartment was neat, clean and modern

Schönes kleines Apartment mit Blick auf die Bucht, jetzt im Januar sehr ruhig, nur das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören. Schlüsselübernahme im benachbarten Hotel, Parkplatzsuche ein wenig schwierig, in der Hauptsaison vermutlich noch komplizierter. Zimmer anscheinend vor kurzem renoviert, alles ordentlich und sauber, Küchenausstattung für zwei Personen ausreichend. Betten bequem, Bad geräumig, Dusche warm. W-LAN flott und Heizung über Klima. Zum Ausspannen im Winter in Ordnung, rundherum tote Hose dafür aber auch ruhig. Empfehlung !

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist absolut fantastisch. Die Appartements sind sehr gut gepflegt, man ist sofort angekommen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und nicht zu touristisch.

Wir wollten eine bestehende Buchung umbuchen. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle haben wir keinerlei Rückmeldung vom Hotel erhalten. Infolgedessen ist unsere Buchung leider verfallen. Das empfinden wir als äußerst enttäuschend und als sehr schlechten Kundenservice.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Miejsce jak w raju, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, ludzie bardzo mili i bardzo sympatyczny Pan na recepcji. Przyznam, że jest to jedno z piękniejszych miejsc jakie widziałam. Jeśli kiedyś tam wrócę to tylko w to wyjątkowe miejsce.

Check-in was super easy. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. The views were outstanding as well, and the room was extremely clean, very pretty, and had everything you could need.

Der Blick aufs Wasser aus dem großen Fenster, von der überdachten Terasse und besonders vom "Mäuerchen" Richtung Süden. Die wenigen Leute um diese Jahreszeit.

The location is great. The one bedroom apartment hotel is great, it had everything I needed. The kitchenette is great. It was extremely comfortable

Die Lage, das zuvorkommende nette und fleißige Personal, schöner Balkon mit guten Balkonmöbeln, schönes Bad mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche und zwei Waschbecken. Immer ausreichend Handtücher. Auch Spülschwamm, Küchenhandtuch und Spülmittel wurde wöchentlich gestellt.

Leider extrem hellhörig. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da, so waren nur wenige Apartments belegt und wir konnten das tolerieren. Kühlschrank war zu tief für die Küchenmöbel, so dass die Schranktüre immer ca. 8 cm offen stand. Küche ist nur sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Keine Kaffeemaschine!!!! Kein Sieb, Messer stumpf es fehlt ein kleinerer Topf. Eigentlich war das Apartment sehr sauber, aber wir hatten Besuch von 2 großen Kakerlaken - ob sie von draußen kamen wissen wir nicht - unter der Eingangstüre ist aber ein sehr großer Spalt. Das Sofa im Wohnraum ist schon sehr ausgesessen.

Je n ai pas apprécié d avoir pris la réservation et une fois la réservation j ai eu un message comme quoi l hôtel et le spa etc étaient fermés 😬 donc très déçu car à aucun moment avant de valider il était noté ceci sinon je n aurai effectivement pas réservé dans cet établissement. Étant donné que j ai réservé sur Booking malgré mes appels booking n a jamais répondu et l établissement m a signalé que c était fermé car travaux mais peinture pas forcément de bruit ... Bref nous n avons pas pu dormir le matin dès 8h des travaux en face des deux côtés travaux avec marteau piqueur et disqueuse dès 8h 😡😡😡 Bref après avoir réservé un hôtel avec piscines etc on se retrouve sans aucun accès et de plus pas du tout reposant bien trop dommage et gros point négatif de cette expérience malheureusement Le lit canapé très inconfortable malheureusement

Room were decent and location was good

The apartment posting pictures show breakfast area, spa and pool which is misleading , amenities are part of the hotel next door and not a part of the apartment. If hotel is closed or under renovation nothing can be accessed. Before booking the stay, we were never informed hotel is under renovation, so no amenities were available. As soon as booking was done we came to know about renovation and breakfast area closure, we along with Booking.com made multiple attempts to cancel the stay by contacting property without success. During our stay, The day shift Property Manager was extremely rude, we were told at the reception, we had only booked apartment, so should not expect amenities. I told him why mislead people by posting amenities to which he told me to deal with Booking.com During our stay on one of the days, We could not access our own apartment, we were locked out because of lock malfunction for 1 whole night for more than 12 hours. We were provided seperate room to sleep. In the night, due to no access to our apartment, we could not access milk groceries for kids which we had bought in advance as due to off season everything was closed around.. It impacted our plans for following day. Next day, I was super annoyed with the experience and area, i requested the property manager to refund me for rest of the stay as I would like to book a different hotel. The manager again argued it has nothing to do with him I should deal with Booking and if I want to leave I should let him know quickly. The property manager just didn't seem to understand the inconvenience my family and kids went through. We found roaches couple of times, first time we got rid of it and overlook the problem, 2nd time we could not. There was absolutely no acknowledgement about any wrong doing from the Host, no actions taken to make up or pacify the customer0, instead everything was blamed on Booking, We were neither refunded when I tried to cancel.

Der Blick ist absolut fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und die Betten sind bequem. Parkplatz zur Nebensaison ok. Zur Hauptsaison bestimmt schwieriger.

Before confirming my booking, I explicitly stated that I required a quiet room in order to recover from surgery and work remotely. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that, although there was construction at the hotel, no construction would take place at the apartment. However, at 8:00 a.m. on the first morning, heavy construction started directly in the apartment above mine. Workers were removing tiles and rebuilding the space entirely. The noise and vibrations were so extreme that it was impossible to remain inside the apartment without professional ear protection, which the workers themselves were using. As a result, I was forced to take an unplanned holiday day, causing professional and personal difficulties. After lengthy discussions, I was eventually moved to another room later that afternoon, meaning I lost most of the day. Given my post-surgery condition and physical limitations (which I had clearly communicated), I asked for basic assistance to move my luggage and a full week of groceries. This was not a luxury request but a matter of basic human consideration, especially since the situation was entirely not my fault. The response from reception was rude and dismissive, stating that because the property is “only 2-star,” they do not help guests with such matters. No help was offered, despite staff and workers being present and physically capable. I was also informed that the misleading information was supposedly Booking.com’s fault, due to “4 dots,” and that only the hotel — not the apartments — falls under this category. This does not excuse the fact that: • Construction inside the apartment building was not disclosed • The spa mentioned in the description was closed • The sea view does not match the photos provided I later confirmed with on-site workers that the construction is planned to last approximately six weeks, meaning management was fully aware of the situation at the time of booking.
