Gorgeous resort with indoor and outdoor pools and spa with massage by Magda Lena. Buffet was incredible! Rooftop bar and pool was nice. Restaurant served the best sea bass ever! Lorenzo and Julian provided best service!

Standard hotel reception to collect room key. Very pleasant staff. Room had a garden with an "egg" basket swing. Lovely patio with access from both bedroom and sitting room. Views over the bay across Son Caliu beach towards Magaluf. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the beach with numerous bars, cafes, shops etc. Just far enough way for quietness but close enough if you are a party animal although maybe not quite Magaluf standard! A Lidl is 10 minutes walk. Hotel has a laundry with washing machine ( 3 euros including detergent ) and tumble drier at 1 euro per 6 minutes. Buses are fairly frequent and cheap with a tap on / tap off. Approx 2-3 euros to Magaluf.

The staff were extremely pleasant in reception and housekeeping. The one downside were the bar staff .... very dour and not engaging at all. We only used the bar once after that.

The location is perfect set up on the side of the bay. Pool area and facilities absolutely perfect, plenty sunbeds and staff were great too. The food at this hotel is absolutely fantastic.

Only issue was with the room. We paid for a garden view room and unfortunately were given a room directly outside the delivery area. This meant from 6-7am each morning lorry’s unloading, not exactly the garden view we paid for. Room seemed a little dated too, balcony door needed slammed shut every time and only secure by a tiny little lock. Shower in the bathroom was pretty terrible, fell off the fixing multiple times. Also there is next to no sound proofing in the rooms, we could hear corridor noise and rooms either side which affected sleep. The hotel would benefit from emphasising to guests that there needs to be quiet after 11pm.

Lovely spa hotel, the common areas are cozy and very good, nice pool area. Good breakfast with a wide selection.

The bathroom could use some updating and there was unpleasant rust on the shower wall. The most unpleasant thing was the musty smell in the room and on the sofa bed.

Muy rígidos con los horarios, llegamos al restaurante 21,30 con reserva y a las 10 ya nos estaban hechando apagando todo , en un hotel de cuatro estrellas no se puede hacer eso. El publico es mayormente ingles, pero los latinos tenemos horarios mas extendidos y siendo España, hotel internacional, no me gusto.

Great location, lovely Spa and gym, fabulous views overlooking the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming.

The location was perfect, close to activities and walkable to restaurants. It was a very quiet hotel at night. The pool area was brilliant with no early reserving of sun loungers so we could find somewhere to go at any time of day.

The only downside was that there was no coffee making facility in the room (no cafetière or machine).

there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel does not offer full-service assistance as four star hotel , and there was no one available to help with luggage. The rooms do not have bathrobes, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning was also not cold enough. In addition, I noticed stains on the towels and bed sheets, and the housekeeping service could have been much better. The parking situation was also inconvenient, as it was very difficult to find a parking space if you arrived after 8:00 PM. I also had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. The buffet was supposed to finish at 10:30 AM, and I arrived at 10:33 AM and took a croissant. A staff member then took the plate away from me. I understand that the buffet had officially ended, but I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this kind of interaction, and I believe it could have been handled in a more welcoming and professional manner. There is also no pool service, so guests have to leave their seats to place orders themselves. Overall, while the view is excellent, I believe the hotel could significantly improve its service, cleanliness, comfort, parking, and overall guest experience.

Bardzo przyjemny aparthotel. Plusy: zespoł animatorów, położenie w spokojniejszej części miasteczka, taras z barem na ostatnim piętrze z cudownym widokiem na morze, aneks kuchenny, tematyczne posiłki.

Cena za pobyt była dość wysoka, ale zgodziłam się na nią w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji. Drugi minus, to mikroskopijna plaża hotelowa, która raczej nie zachęcała do spędzania na niej czasu. Na szczęście nieopodal jest duża publiczna plaża, z której można skorzystać, jednak leżaki tam są płatne.

L emplacement est tres bien. L hotel est a 2 min a pied de la place ce qui est tres appréciable. Le logement est propre et aménagé pour la famille. Les activités au sein de l établissement sont tres bien. Le personnel est au petit oignons.

Tout est tres bien. Peut etre diversifié encore plus le buffet.

Juste accès a la plage

Déçue par rapport aux avis lus avant notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas totalement à celle réservée sur Booking (chambre adaptée PMR, petit lave-mains et absence de canapé-lit). Le personnel n’a pas été aussi chaleureux qu’annoncé, la plage n’est pas réellement aménagée avec des transats et le rooftop, malgré une très belle vue, manque d’ambiance, de bar et d’animations. L’absence de machine à café est également regrettable : pour avoir un café avant 10 h, il faut prendre le petit-déjeuner à 20 €. Le détecteur de mouvement dans la salle de bain est peu pratique, car la lumière s’éteint pendant la douche. Enfin, les informations concernant le transfert aéroport manquent de clarté : seul le trajet aéroport → hôtel est inclus, tandis que le retour hôtel → aéroport est payant. La gestion des réclamations est également frustrante, Booking et l’établissement se renvoyant mutuellement vers l’autre. L’établissement a du potentiel, notamment grâce à son emplacement et sa belle vue, mais plusieurs points importants mériteraient d’être améliorés.

Great location right by the sea with clean and beautiful hotel grounds. We enjoyed the swimming pool, delicious and varied food, and very friendly staff. Convenient on-site parking was also a big plus.

The room had a strong smell of mold. There was visible mold around the air conditioning vents, and a noticeable musty/moldy odor was coming from under the bed.

The staff was not very nice and at times rude/inappropriate and intentionally unhelpful, which is the only reason I am not giving a 10 rating.

We had a wonderful family stay at Aparthotel Ponent Mar in Palmanova and would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Before our arrival, we were particularly impressed by Jordi Argelich, the Reception Manager, who took the time to send us a detailed and reassuring email addressing our arrangements and providing all the information and assurances we needed. His professionalism and thoughtful communication gave us great confidence even before we arrived. We arrived quite late at night, and a special thank you to Patrick, the night receptionist, who welcomed us warmly and made our late-night check-in smooth and stress-free. Patrick was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, and his warm welcome was very much appreciated after a late flight. The hotel itself was perfect for our family. Our apartment was comfortable, spacious and well suited to travelling with a child. The beautiful swimming pools, children's facilities, entertainment and proximity to the beach gave us plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy our time without constantly having to travel elsewhere. The location in Palmanova is excellent, with the beach, restaurants, shops and local amenities all conveniently close by. It was also a great base for exploring Mallorca. What really stood out to us was the quality of the staff and their genuine willingness to help. Jordi's communication before our arrival and Patrick's welcome when we arrived are two examples of the excellent level of customer service we experienced. A big thank you to Jordi Argelich, Patrick and the entire Ponent Mar team for making our family holiday so comfortable and memorable. We came looking for a relaxing family holiday, and Ponent Mar delivered exactly that. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting Mallorca. ❤️

Gostei de tudo!! O hotel tem funcionários extremamente simpáticos, o ambiente te é bonito, limpo, cheiroso, tem uma vista maravilhosa, é um acesso direto a uma cala de dentro do hotel. Tem muita opção de restaurante, mercado dentro do hotel e a localização é ótimo!! Indico a todos, a estadia foi espetacular!

I like everything: view, pool, restaurants , facilities. Food is delicious, the service is excellent. The cleaning is good. The hotel looks well- kept and tidy.

I don’t like the old refrigerator, the moldy shower stall, the torn chandelier in the room. It spoils the impression of comfort.

Customer service. When we check into a hotel usually we are greeted nicely, with a smile and then given a tour of hotel facilities. Staff here couldn't give a monkeys, not a single smile. The cleaners come and just put the covers back on your bed, they don't clean the mattress or the tables of any dust or dirt. They don't even put new bedding on.

Hotel tres propre, personnel accueillant et disponible. la piscine est grande meme s'il y a beaucoup de monde, et la plage cachée accessible de l'hôtel est LE vrai plus! Spa tres agréable et le masseur est français et tres sympathique et compétent. on est proche des commodités et des activités nautiques de palmanova.

la vue présentée n'est pas la principale. La vue principale est sur Magaluf qui est le lieu de fête de Majorque avec de grands hôtels peu esthétiques. Beaucoup de monde dans l'hôtel. Ce n'est vraiment pas la plus belle crique de l'ile.

The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We would happily recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Schöne Lage, ansprechendes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Frühstück gut, Restaurant gut. Tolle Aussicht.

Leider herrschte zu unserem Aufenthalt extreme Hitze auf Mallorca. Das Hotel bietet nicht genügend Schatten und Ruhebereiche. Klimaanlage etwas veraltet. Kleiderhaken im Badezimmer wären toll.

Fantastyczny apartament z niesamowitym widokiem na morze. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, dostępna 24h. Apartamenty duże i czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Bardzo fajne baseny, jeden mniejszy na dachu tylko dla osób dorosłych, drugi duży z super widokiem na zatokę (otwarty w godzinach 10-19). Nie ma problemu z leżakami, zawsze znajdą się jakieś wolne więc nie trzeba się spinać :-) Blisko do centrum Palma Nova, gdzie znajdują się liczne restauracje i bary oraz piaszczysta plaża. Polecam jednak kąpiel w małej zatoczce przy hotelu (zejście po schodach i drabinka do wody). Dobry dojazd autobusem do stolicy. Bardzo przydatny również mały sklepik znajdujący się w samym hotelu. Generalnie wszystko zgodne z opisem zamieszczonym w ofercie. Hotel wygląda jeszcze lepiej w rzeczywistości niż na zdjęciach :-) Polecam!

A perfectly situated hotel on a quiet cliff above a beautiful cove and a short walk to the beachfront, restauarants and shops. The hotel is designed with simple white & clean decor that makes it feel very fresh and clean. Fantastic views all round!

We have been enjoying our vacations at Aparthotel Ponent Mar the past couple of decades. We just can’t resist coming back. The hotel quality, location with stunning views, the employees, the food etc. is what matters. We highly recommend a stay at this pearl in Palma Nova.

Unfortunately our stay at the Ponent Mar started off poorly and that impacted our overall experience. We booked a Superior Studio which is described as having "beautiful sea/pool views". This was not the case. The first room 417 - to view either the pool or the sea you had to be standing. The room has no direct access to the pool area. When we complained, we were told that the only other option at this level was room 315. This was below pool level - so no pool view. It does have a side sea view but the main outlook is the pool toilets. From then on the experience was spoiled. Overall the hotel was ok, but 4*? I'm not convinced (only one iron in the whole hotel!. This was located in the laundry room, if you need it, you are taking everything there to use the iron). There are many comments about the staff being great, we found mainly the opposite. Perfunctory, average, mostly without smiling our any positive interaction. We returned every evening and passed reception without any receptionist lifting their head up from their screen to say good night. As has been said before, the soundproofing is non existent. Once the maids start (08:00) and your neighbours are up - you're up. This is definitely a family hotel, the main pool is a family pool (I have no issue with this if advertised). Great fun being had by kids of all ages and their parents all day long - noisy, and chaotic with activities delivered by the entertainment team during the day. There is a rooftop adult only area with shallow (0.8m) plunge pool. Great views but no swim option. Location is at the end of the three coves, would imagine that there are good views - if you get a real sea view room. Positives - excellent in room air con. Would we stay again? Palma Nova, definitely. Ponent Mar, nope, lots of lovely hotels in the resort, we took the time to check them out so no mistakes next time.

The location was incredible. We got upgraded to a panoramic corner view of the coast that was more beautiful than we ever could have expected. We had so much space in the apartment and outside on the balconies too. The food was excellent. We ate there for breakfast every morning and one buffet dinner and it was definitely a notch above your typical full buffet spread. The staff was excellent. Really, they had thought of so many high-point touches for the entire stay. Oh! And the walk down to the ocean is unbelievable! Swim in a beautiful lagoon just off the property! Restaurants and beach within easy walking distance as long as a hill doesn’t deter your group.

Have not long got back from a weeks stay at Ponent Mar hotel. The hotel was amazing! Very very clean, we could smell how clean it was upon arrival. The cleaners were lovely also, they were in everyday to make the beds and have a general tidy round. We had a comfort 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect. The air con was 10/10! The location is okay, it’s on the top of a slight slight hill but it’s manageable. The shops and beach were not far at all. Noise level was fine we heard no noise of a nighttime. We had breakfast as part of our package, the breakfast was great, plenty of choice, friendly staff. There was a lady I think called Mar, she was lovely, always made time for the kids. The pool was great, we went down early to reserve beds on our first day but this wasn’t allowed which we didn’t realise, but there is no need to as you can come down whenever and there is plenty of beds. There is also a adult only pool on the roof, we didn’t use this due to having the kids with us. There is a supermarket within the hotel which was so handy. Reasonable prices also. The only thing that we found, was that the entertainment could have been a bit better of an evening. The entertainment in the daytime was good, entertainment by the pool good also. But of an evening for kids there was not much. On a whole Ponent Mar is an great hotel and we would defiantly visit again.

Het hele hotel was mooi gestyled, prettige sfeer en het ruikt overal lekker. Pas gerenoveerd appartement met prachtig uitzicht en groot balkon. Heerlijk zwemmen in de mooie Cala te bereiken via een trap vanuit het hotel. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Schoon. Ligbedden reserveren dmv handdoeken leggen wordt niet getolereerd bij het grote zwembad. Er is ook een rooftop zwembad adults only, heerlijk uitzicht. Vanuit het hotel loop je in 5 minuten naar de boulevard van Palmanova met veel restaurants.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. We had an apartment that was spacious, bright and very clean with a lovely balcony with a view out to the sea. The breakfast is excellent, an extensive range of options and catering for those who are gluten and lactose intolerant. Staff were very helpful. Lots of activities for all ages, I enjoyed the yoga and stretching classes. There is a walkway down to the sea which provides a beautiful opportunity for sea swimming. However I would recommend bringing sea shoes as it is rocky, and it is not suitabe for anybody who is mobility impaired. There is a lovely beach that is a 5 minute walk away. If you don't want to go to the supermarket in the basement of the hotel which is well stocked, there is a lidl nearby. Bus to Palma is also a five minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel to people of all ages. We certainly hope to go back again!

Booked a stay here for seven nights. 3rd day in now and we don't want to go home 😫 Hotel is spotless, air con is amazing, wifi strong and food is amazing. All hotel staff are excellent from reception staff to cleaning staff. Sunbeds are not an issue unlike other resorts and lots of options other than around the pool. This hotel has everything. Unless you want the beach there's no need to leave at all 😃

We booked 3x seperate rooms for myself and my partner, mum and dad & nan for our family trip. We had a wonderful stay, the service at reception was excellent ( service at the bar on the main floor was extremely slow sometimes ). The roof deck is nice and adult friendly away from the kids. Great location just a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The view is amazing. The room was a nice size, clean and great air con. You could do with a remote near the bed for aircon as i did wake up a few nights freezing and had to get up to turn it off. we are at the pool restaurant twice and food was lovely. I would definitely say this hotel is more for families with kids, if you’re looking for more adults, whilst the roof deck is beautiful the pool is more of a plunge pool. But loved our stay and would 100% stay again.

Everything at high end! Location, view, room, personnel, spa, pools, restaurants (breakfast and dinner at Proa), bar, rooftop, parking. The guy from the water polo activity was great! And all the staff at the reception! I really appreciated that the rule of no sun beds reservation by the pool is applied. We had bathrobes, slippers, an iron, even a scale in the room. The terrace with 2 tables, chairs, and sofas. The sun beds in the private garden. I would like to return next year. It was really a deluxe apartment. The beach and the restaurants in the area are excellent and of great variety.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but there’s a little walk to the sandy beach. At high temperatures could be unpleasant (just for 5-7 minutes).

The two people (girl and boy. Girl from Catania) were truly fantastic with the aerobics and water polo every day. Please pass on my regards from Kevin and Diana. Scotland. They were especially amazing with the young people. A delight to share their hard work and enthusiasm

We are returning guests and once again Ponent Mar exceeded our expectations. The staff are wonderful, friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have the best holiday. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.

La " vue mer" qui est plutôt avant tout nous concernant une vue piscine et après mer...les enfants bruyants ( et même les adultes...) Le manque de calme et d'espace autour de la piscine.

Superb hotel experience! The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety. Highly recommended

Excellent endroit le personnel est charmant et à l’écoute. Pour notre dernière journée nous avons pu laisser nos affaires à la bagagerie et nous oreparer au Spa avant notre retour avec des serviettes propres tout notre séjour c bien passé
