Pool was nice

Dirty carpet in the hallways. Pull out bed was horrible even for a 5 year old.

It was very quiet, comfortable & my Granddaughter loved the pool!

The price was higher than I liked

I stayed at the coast the night before boarding the Rocky mountaineer on day 2 . It was underwhelming at best . Tired rooms

The indoor atrium with the pool was really fun for kids and adults. I wish we arrived earlier to enjoy it a bit more! Staff were really nice and the room was spacious.

I liked the helpful staff as well their understanding to my son being sick so we had a slower packing up time

Just that when I ordered food for my boys I told the waitress 4 times and Apon leaving to wait for my order to be done I said so the burgers just have cheese on them. no sauses nothing but meat cheese and bun. She assured me yes that's how they will be when I picked them up they all had sauce pickles my boys were very hungry so this was a bit of a set back we had to wait another 20 mins But we did get them right I'm the end

The woman at front desk, extremely rude , Threatened to kick my husband and I out, she had no social skills or problem solving skills,because we were in lobby talking , told us to go to our room, bad vibes all around, would not recommend because of the way the staff here treats people

Hotel and room were great, but Kamloops was very disappointing. Arrived at 4pm for 1 nights that stay on route from Whistler to Jasper, but everything in Kamloops Centre was closed at 4.30pm!

Pool was nice, room had nice finishes as well. Was nice to be in the same hotel as the event we were attending.

Toilet seat broken, false advertising about 24/7 room. Restaurant was not great- eggs seemed like they were cooked the day before.

Most of the experience. The night we were there, someone’s dog went to the bathroom in the middle of the hallway. It took about 2 hours before someone cleaned it up. Also, at 4:45 am in the room directly above us a child was awake stomping on the floor and screaming. I called the front desk, they said they would look after it. Noise and stomping continued as if nothing g was done. I myself was awake for the day at 4:45 am the rest of my family,( wife and 3 teenage boys) were awake by 5:30 am. Noise continued until we left the hotel at about 8:00 am. All the front desk staff could say was sorry and that they understood my frustration. They obviously didn’t care that much. Paid almost 400$ for a 1 night stay, not sure if I’ve ever had such a terrible stay at a coastal hotel.

Property was clean, well-maintained, quiet and in a great location. The check-in and check-out process was easy as well.

Missed coffee bags, had to request from reception. No slippers for bathroom either.

The location

Our AC wasnt working. It was 27 degrees in our room and the main maintenance person wasnt on shift so they couldn't fix it. All I was.given was a fan. I couldn't sleep. I might as well have slept outside.

Lovely pool and spa for the kids, gym for me. Although we didn’t use the restaurant the food and atmosphere looked lovely. Our 2nd Room was good.

Very quiet. Kids were having fun at the pool, but that’s fine. At night it was very quiet. The beds and bedding were great. Air conditioner was excellent and extremely QUIET!! Food at the restaurant, (and room service) was excellent. View from restaurant deck was amazing. Staff was really excellent everywhere.

The bathroom in the room was fairly small. Bathtub very small and narrow. No freezer in refrigerator.

My kids loved the pool. The room was spacious. The hotel restaurant. Twelve50 severed great food! Kids menu sizes were generous.

They advertise that the hotel rooms have air conditioning. They don’t. They have central air which is controlled by the hotel. My room was 22.5 unless we had showered then it went up to 23.-24 no windows in our room to open . We all slept with just a sheet. When I called the front desk I was told I was the only one complaining about the air. I do not recommend this hotel

The common area is very nice, the restaurant is good. The rooms are average. Its very pricey for what it is.

Bathroom smelt like mold in the first room we got, you can tell the caulking was Old and brown peeling off.

Room faced the main foyer with the pool. Very noisy until at least 9 pm and bright light through window. made sleeping difficult until later in the evening

the front door did not close on its own. you had to push or pull hard to close it. bathroom door was also tight and sticky- requiring heavy push or pull to close/open

The room was clean. Beds were on the firmer side which I liked. Figured out the coffee. The filter trays are inside the coffee packaging! Staff were friendly. Clean linen readily available. The pool & hot tub was lovely Didn't eat in the restaurant, but we had room service which was a treat. Pretty good food

I would of preferred some written information in the hotel room. Restraunt info, room service, TV guide. Not everyone uses their phone to access this stuff. The pillows were too soft for me. But I learned that there are other pillows available if you ask but we were already checking out. Tv programs sucked. Couldn't really figure out the stations. No freezer compartment in the mini fridge. Maybe add a mirror in the main room, not just the bathroom

The mirror in the bathroom was all spotted up and quite obviously had not been cleaned, or if it was the wrong cleanser was used

We liked the location, the friendly staff at check in, and the room was a good size for 2 adults, and 2 children. It met our needs for a quick over night until we continued on our drive home to Alberta.

The room was clean enough, could just use some sprucing up. It's a bit dated, and could benefit from some updating. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the mattress could also use an update.

The exterior of the hotel was not indicative of what the hotel was like. There were lots of dried bushes around as well as there were section of the wall that were damaged but not repaired

It was being renovated so room was missing baseboards, no curtains to block street lights and no hot water.

We, as a family stay at this hotel twice a year. We book multiple rooms. This is the first time we have been so disappointed.

The renovations continue even though their signage says differently. Above our room there was constant banging and loud noise that went into the early evening and started again the next morning. Making sleeping in impossible. We had no cold water and had to have a maintenance man in our room at 9:00 pm. Apparently the construction workers had turned it off.

There was only one elevator, which my 66 yr old mother was displaced from when there was a medical emergency occurring at the hotel during our stay. There was also a fire alarm panel beeping that was ongoing in the lobby during check in and the evening.

BEAUTIFUL ATRIUM POOL FACILITY

HOT TUB SEEMED TO BE LESS THAN IT COULD BE. REALLY NO JET ACTION AND MY SKIN TINGLED WHICH USUALLY MEANS A CHEMICAL IMBALANCE.

The hotel itself is nice, however, I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant. The pull apart bread was microwaved and obviously days old. Overall not a great experience with the food, service was great though. Don't recommend.

The room itself was good, clean and spacious.

The property outside the room was very busy. Vehicles were circling to find a parking spot. Our room overlooked the pool area which was extremely busy with screaming kids until 9:30pm. Then, it was busy with adults until 2:30am. Even with earplugs, I could still hear them and so got little sleep. I felt like I was staying at a 24hr party resort.

The refrigerator didn't have a freezer and that was problematic for travel and items i had. The air conditioning didn't work well. It was far too hot even after having someone adjust it.

Awesome! Front desk staff were wonderful. It was husband's surprise bday gathering if friends and family. Staff were able to get us an early check in which was perfect timing for his surprise. It was very much appreciated and we had an incredible experience.

It was the best family room I have ever had at a hotel! Very spacious and comfortable! Great service!

The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV. The room i got didnt have couch or coffee table. As it showed in the photos.

Breakfast not included anymore at the coast. Price for room was comparable to other hotels in the area but they all included breakfast.

Will NEVER book with booking.com again! Found out at the hotel that I.paid more for the room than if I had booked direct. Also realized onsite that when I amended my reservation for 2 nights I paid $100 MORE for the 2nd night. I didn't notice on the reservation confirmation so that was my fault but what a slimy thing to do!!! I will NEVER use booking.com again.

Bed was comfy!

Phone in the room didn’t work. Walked to the front desk 3 times to ask to have it fixed and was brushed off and nothing was done.

Kind staff and comfortable rooms

The hot tub was gross with floaties and the food at the restaurant was terrible. Paid $50 for a burger with burnt bacon and the cross cut fries were so hard I couldn't even eat them. I do not recommend the in hotel restaurant but the hotel itself was nice and comfortable.

Check in was quick and pleasant. Extra space in room was a bonus as we were four and had ski clothes & boots

Room facilities are showing wear - eg. Sofa, tub faucet, bathroom fan. Unexplained wet patch on floor. Room looked out onto construction material storage area.

Silverfish in my room (bathroom)I have not seen silverfish anywhere in many many years and I seen 4 just in the bathroom gave me the eebie jeebies there needs to be a complete extermination
