ארוחת בוקר עם כלים חד פעמיים אינה נעימה. לא היו כפות אלא רק כפיות. ו הארוחה אינה מספקת תחושה של חופש וטיול. בנוסף חדר האוכל היה צפוף. היה איש צוות אחד שלא הספיק לנקות את השולחנות ולספק שירות מתאים.. הרבה סועדים נאלצו לנקות בעצמם את השולחנות. לא מתאים ולא ראוי.

Das Zimmer ist groß genug, schallgedämmt und das Frühstück war inklusive.

Beim Frühstück wie in Nordamerika üblich viel Süßes und Fettiges. Obstsalat, Naturjoghurt oder Käse sucht man vergeblich.

Our room was not overly clean. Broken air conditioner. Unhelpful staff. Broken bathroom door.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was decent for free breakfast. But the seating is not the greatest. Pool and hot tub were good.

The hotel had a planned power cut on our last day which meant breakfast, the lifts all lighting was unavailable from 7am. I think the hotel knew ew a week before arrived and should have told us in advance. Given the lack of forward notice and the unavoidable impact they should have given us a partial refund. They provided neither.

The location is good.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is very old, the furniture is outdated. Breakfast was crowded and not tasteful.

Room was well-kept. Bathroom too. AC was good (cold). Got a kitchenette, with very good full-size fridge. Hotel lobby was well-kept too and quite spacious, modern. Really like the underground garage with EV chargers.

For kitchenette room, would be nice to have an additional pot, and pan, and more bowls. AC unit does not have air flow director, so it’s cold when sitting on the desk close to aircon. USB ports (on the lamps) don’t really work for charging phones.

The property is in an awesome location. Lots of restaurants walking distance away. Also really enjoyed the underground secured parking.

Everything about the property was okay. Our only challenge was the breakfast setup. Too many people were bunched up by the juice machine in the corner. The breakfast layout was tough to navigate. We also found that the juice was watered down. Overall great stay tho.

Breakfast was good, including the make-your-own waffles. The breakfast area was just off the main lobby, so it was easy to find. Access to various areas of the hotel was controlled via contactless room card, which is convenient. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The colour temperature of the LED lights overhead could've been warmer (2700-3200K) instead of the cool bluish tinge (5000+ K). The circuit breaker in the room was tripped early in the evening when we plugged in our chargers to top up our phones and tablets, so the bedside and desk lamps went dark until we reset it.

Goede locatie, kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad was aangenaam.

Ontbijt was erg druk en niet heel veel tafeltjes om te zitten, (zal ook aan het tijdstip liggen wanneer je gaat ontbijten)

We stayed here as part of our Rocky Mountaineer trip. There was significant smoke from the wildfires at the time but none detected in the lobby or room. We heard from some fellow travellers that the hotel they chose had smoke in the hallways so we were glad not to have experienced the same thing! The room and beds were comfortable, but they provided sugar and utensils in a packet and one of ours was open (but the sugar etc were not). There are restaurants within easy walking distance and even a Walmart if you fancy a longer walk, though it is a steep uphill on the way back!

Vreselijk ontbijt. Beter geen ontbijt dan dit. Papieren bordjes, houten bestel, weinig keuze, ongezond. Airco kon niet uit. Vervelend geluid. Deuren vallen aan een stuk door met een enorme klap dicht. Word je al vroeg wakker van.

The suite was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the breakfast. Free parking also a bonus.

A bit of a drive to get into the centre of town- but the shopping centre nearby was convenient.

Tv couldn’t connect to my laptop using hdmi cable. It was so hard to reach the hdmi port of the tv because it was fixed on the wall. Screen mirroring to the tv doesn’t work as well.

Nice, but basic, hotel. Very clean, modern, room was comfortable. Bit out the way unless you’re driving. Overall, it was fine for a stop for a few nights.

Absolutely no frills whatsoever!! No proper cups in the rooms, no water provided unless paid for, no bar, no robes or slippers, noisy AC, isolated location.

The breakfast area was very cramped. For a hotel that size to only have 4 tables was ridiculous. Even with the seating at the larger countertops it was very cramped. It would have been much better with more tables to accommodate families with younger kids and larger families.

Komfortable und neuwertig wirkende Zimmer. Gutes Gym und Schwimmbad. Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück aber völlig in ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr ordentlich und sauber. Gute Zimmergrösse für 4 Personen.

Great location up high above the township, close proximity to the Aberdeen Mall, supermarket & petrol stations. Very clean & well appointed rooms. Good indoor pool & spa which was nice to soak a sore body after a long days drive. Complimentary breakfast was provided delicious range of food options both baked, cold & hot which was an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay here our only issue we had was the air conditioning unit was quite noisy especially overnight otherwise everything else was fantastic, thanks Team 😁

The location, just off the highway and across from Aberdeen mall, is handy for travellers just stopping in Kamloops overnight. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for food. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff were polite. The hotel also offers a breakfast for guests that is a mix of continental and some hot items.

This is a newer hotel in Kamloops and is in good shape. The service was good. I did note several items in the room that were not clearly thought out by the designers but the builders did some simple work arounds. Did not take away from the quality of the stay but did make you look twice and wonder why would they have done that? haha.

Disgusting breakfast! There are no normal clean tables, a lot of people have to eat at lobby, no cleaning Ladies in the room, trash is on the tables and no one cares! I couldn’t enjoy the breakfast at all
