I liked the location. I also liked the fact that it only has two floors. I like that it has an outdoor pool. Covered parking was also great and an additional entrance for rooms at the far end of the hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming.

It was unfortunate that the hot tub was broken. The pool was warm but it was covered with a film of tiny bugs (not the fault of the hotel) but it could have been cleaned a few times a day maybe? The floors creaked and cracked throughout my whole hotel room and there was a musty smell in the room. The toilet was broken as well and it made hissing noises all day long! Also the lighting in the bathroom was dim and it made showering a challenge. It was a bit weird and maybe normal but the sink was outside the bathroom? I did like the lighting around the mirror (that was cool) While staying multiple days it would have been nice to have a variety of hot breakfast day to day. Although I made it work, not having an elevator was a bit challenging. Especially after a long stay. I missed having a view (personal preference)

Super noisy as we were right next to the exit door and room above us were heavy on their feet. In need of updating as the room was very tired looking and dirty in the bathroom.

Perfect location just off the motorway for an overnight stay. Big room with very comfortable beds. Staff were excellent and very helpful

Clean, friendly staff, easy access to anything we needed, amenities were open and ready for us, breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Would definitely stay again

The breakfast was good and always full. Pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was getting fixed while we were there but it didnt interfere in the enjoyment of the property. Lots of parking, close to the mall and restaurants

Everything and everyone was amazing. Room was nice and totally worth the money. We had a jacuzzi, a fire place, and a room that allowed dogs.

The location was good.

It is a rundown hotel. Packing tape was holding the shelf on the wall. The sheets on the beds didn’t stay on the bed. The office chair had rips in it, the furniture was also marked up. The pool was an awful green color, hot tub was not working. The security lock on the room door was broken and was not able to be used.

The staff was very accommodating and polite.

Needs a bit of updating to match the photos & bed was uncomfortable & chargers out front are 3rd party didn’t work & one reason booked. Food was ok, better than most free breakfast.

We loved our stay! Having a room with a kitchenette was such a nice bonus. The pool was fantastic, and the temperature was absolutely perfect. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast and the convenient location of the hotel. On top of that, it was incredibly quiet at night, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep.

The only thing I could complain about is there was limited parking for large vehicles (we had a 50’ uhaul truck and trailer combo). But that’s going to be the case almost everywhere.

Das Hotel liegt relativ gut um von Vancouver bis nach Banff zu kommen. Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist typisch Amerikanisch…Man darf nicht zuviel erwarten. Parkplätze sind vor dem Hotel.

Das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen.

We stayed for one night. The room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, and we had a quiet night, even being a busy Saturday on the ground floor. Front desk staff were super kind, check in and out were easy and quick. Parking area was big and covered, we didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked great. Nice options for breakfast (omelette, sausages, bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal, pancakes, juice, coffee), but we got there by 7:30am and the dining room was packed. They refill coffee and food all the time, but there were not enough tables for everyone. Later in the morning (around 9:30am), the dining area was less busy. Maybe consider having breakfast in the bedroom or going a little later.

The hotel had reasonable facilities and was comfortable

we were disturbed by groups of young children (presumably sporting groups) unsupervised by their parents who ran rampant up and down the corridors until 10pm, only stopped by the duty manager standing on the floor to ensure the noisy kids retreated to their rooms. The behaviour of the parents was shocking. Totally no responsibility. When the duty manager tried to engage with them to control their kids, they gave him a hard time.

No lift to upper floor. There was a washbasin in the bedroom separate from the bath/wc. Breakfast was mediocre and ended at 9.30am on a Saturday. We felt the whole stay was not good value for money considering the very basic facilities provided.

Всё непонравилось. На завтраке есть невозможно. Всё невкусное. Ели в Тим Хортонс через дорогу. Очень шумно с улицы, потому что окно старое и пропускает шум. Слышен звук шагов, точнее скрип потолка, когда жители над нами ходят. Выспаться не получилось. В 5:20 утра разбудили соседи сверху своими шагами. Потом начался шум с улицы.

Leider überhaupt nicht den Preis wert. Geschlossene Fenster die nicht zu öffnen sind, uralte Möbel und Einrichtung, einfachstes Frühstück mit Holzbesteck. Schlechte Luft, kein Verständnis vom Personal.

I was very disappointed that there was no elevator. We were offered first floor but all were dog friendly.

The bathroom was dilapidated The bed was hard as it gets Linens smelled dirty Loud hot tub in room directly above. Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever. Seems more like a 50.00 a night as opposed the the 150.00 that I was charged. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone including hookers.
